I have taken full amc from mp enterprise against rs.5600/- annually. But getting very bad service from then since long time. The pipe from water tap to iron filter was troubling me for long time. But after repeated request then didn't bother to change it and in effect yesterday my room was flooded. I have requested them to send the technique in first hour. But they didn't. So, i called again today then after some discussion then disconnected by phone then i have tried multiple times but they didn't pick up my call.

Is this the service i brought from kent?

Very much disappointed with thier service... we signed AMC form... when ever we call for service they came and used to tell defect in RO membrane need to change and this is chargable.

I do take a name a technician Mr. Subrata very much rudely behaved person...

I booked a service through their app... they came for a service but still they donot have any record...

They are totally fraud... please check with other service prover not to them ever...

    We bought Kent RO Grand Plus in 02 Sept 2017. They sale and forget . No Follow, No warranty Service, No phone call, No customer data they maintained to keep you as buyer for Kent.

    When I reported problem on[protected], A technician came from local dealer and he generated bill of Rs 5500.00 through cash memo, No GST including membrane, all filters etc I purchased it in Rs 13500.00 and paid 35% of repair cost .

    all parts carry warranty of 3 Months ( member - going to hit you very hard ). I asked for AMC then Kent direct have no option to offer AMC as told by their customer care.

    I am happy, i have water purifier of some other make, i lived with it for last 5 years and even no pain to pay AMC charges because person visit us and clean everything .

    Kent is not a product for poor, Lower middle class, Upper middle class, it suits only to those who can afford to pay Rs 5500.00 + GST per year and no coverage offered by KENT.
    Worst service . no service . bhagvan bharose if you buy kent

      We lodged a complaint on 21.09.18 on customer care (Kent RO) Your engineer came on 24.09.18 & found that membrane is faulty. He said that replacement will be made on chargeable basis, however the last membrane had been changed on 27.06.18 i.e. in less than three months your membrane has choked. I called customer care ( Nidhi ) & discuss with area manager (tarun) to provide free of cost replacement. Unfortunately both of them refuses to replace it (giving reason of over consumtion), I asked them can you prove it, then instead of resolving the issue the guy was behaving rudely, you can check through recording. We have AMC at regular intervals of time. I request the authorities to replace it ASAP, otherwise I have to take action over & above.

        Ref request no[protected]. Mr shailendra your mechanic attended. We told him that the water from ro is dirty. The tank was opened — and to our horror, we found the tank with a lot of muck and dirty. Imagine, we were drinking this water for god knows how long. Very disappointed.
        Why did this happen?
        Will it happen again?

        The alarming part is that your mechanic had visited us about a month back to rectify a broken link — and now this.
        We are not sure if the water we have is fit? This state is frightening. Will kent ro — pl take action to assure us that we are drinking good water.

          I have purchased Kent RO grand plus. Since installation it is faulty and it's TDS automatically comes down to 50 from 125 whereas the TDS of raw water increases. The technician named Nawab says he has no idea for this type of defect as he has not dealt with such issues earlier. He also disconnects phone. He is quite rude and arrogant. The dealer is also not responding. When contacted the kent customer care they said they will ensure that a seniors technical will visit but from the last 10 days since I complained no body has visited. Rather a message is coming at least 4-5 times a day that your complaint has been send for cancellation. Plz. Take action and let me know. Plz take immediate action as it is related to quality of water which will effect my whole family.

            I just got a call from [protected] (Kent RO Customer Care) about the service request logged by me. Someone from Kent RO visited my place and did the service on Sunday.

            But today i got a call from above number asking all the details, like who came there, how much money i paid etc. When asked to WhatsUp the bill to them, i said i don't have it, they disconnected the call instantly, without saying any word. I felt so bad and insulated by such behavior. Your representative doesn't know how to put the phone down gracefully?

            When asked repeatedly that i want to talk to her supervisor, she didn't handover the call to her supervisor.

            I have all the recordings with me where she disconnected the call and didn't allow me to talk to her manager.

            Pl educate your Customer care on how to talk to the customers.

              Hi,
              I am disgusted as well as upset at the state of affairs that we, as customers have to go through when it comes to servicing our kent ro.
              We have a kent ro supreme mineral ro. As its servicing was pending, we looked up on google for the customer care number and that’s where the problem started. There are so many links on the first page of google that it’s very easy for anyone to lose their way. Normally, when you google a brand’s customer care number, it’s right there on top, but since kent has not bothered to optimise its online presence, people like us usually fall right in the lap of fraud service centres. We got trapped into one such ploy.
              We have just moved into our new home, we thought of servicing our machine and unfortunately clicked on a self-claimed kent authorised centre and called on [protected]. We also checked out their website that could easily pass of as genuine kent ro website (Link: http://www.kent-ro-service-center.online/)
              The lady on the apex customer care line confirmed that they are kent ro authorized service partner and the technician would reach us within two hours. There will be 300 rs service charges plus parts extra. Upon confirmation, we booked our service request.
              When the technician arrived, we asked whether he is from kent ro. Upon confirmation, we allowed him to work on our filter. The technician measured the tds for both kent and ground water and projected the picture that the tds is too high and that it would not come down unless we change the whole filter and membrane set that would cost us rs 4, 500. He also insisted that no matter what, any membrane over a year old has to be changed. When we didn’t entertain his suggestions, he got furious and didn't do the servicing properly and even refused to clean the tank. It was only we took him to task that he reluctantly agreed to do so.
              We had a really bitter experience. The technician not only just did a bad job but also looked more interested in selling the amc schemes and kept insisting on changing the parts. Finally we decided to change the filters (Both inline carbon & sediment) for which he charged us rs 1500/- this included 300 as his service charge and rs 200 as his visitation charges. Please note, there was no mentioning of extra 200 rs during the customer care call.
              When he left, we noticed apex service centre on far right corner on the receipt that he handed to us. We decided to call on the same number again to fix a follow through visit since we were not satisfied with the technician has done the job correctly and wanted to book a complaint. When we demanded for the complaint no. Apex team lied that we would get it through an sms and disconnected, when we try to call back, they blocked our cell number. So started interacting over whatsapp and requested them to send better technician to confirm whether tds is configured correctly.
              Now, since we were convinced that we have fallen prey to a fraudster, we found out kent ro official helpline which we got after carefully wading through the sea of fraud links, all claiming to be the authorised centres of kent.
              The customer care executive informed us that there is no authorised center listed with them by the name of apex. We were shaken to the core as by this time we were not even sure if the parts the previous technician installed were genuine. So requested them to send the official technician to review the whole thing.
              The official kent technician, after checking our machine, corrected the tds and confirmed that there is no need to change the membrane. When we told him the story he warned us against the fraud centres as he has himself seen so many innocent customers falling prey to these fraudulent companies. The technician also charged us his standard visitation charges, rs 300/-

              So we have spent 1800/- rs for a simple 1300/- work and wasted too much time struggling with apex and kent teams.

                The unit run canteen (Urc) at no. 4 air force selection board, varanasi (Up)-221 002 had purchased ro kent elite ii (Machine no. Kr[protected], hsn code-8421) on 16 mar 2018 from m/s aqua himalaya, shivpur varanasi-221 003. Since its installation, the tds setting is not stable and always producing high tds water. Now, the water supply has also been stopped.in this respect, the urc had registered a complaint on 11 sep 18 vide request id no.[protected]. The technicians from m/s modern services & aqua himalaya, varanasi inspected the machine on 12 sep 18 and both of them went away. Modern services technician explained that it shall be serviced by the vendor who has supplied this machine and the aqua himalaya technician stated that it will be completed by tomorrow. Unfortunately, nobody has turned up till date. On 15 sep 18, the urc has again made a call to your customer care to check the status of our complaint but it was not traced out at your end. Again, your customer care representative has registered a fresh complaint for the same with new case id no. [protected]. Your great attention in this regard is requested.

                  We have issue with filter and after complaining, a technician with no experience have been provided and within 6 months duration we have spent 8000 rs and after he changed filter it sounds odd everytime when we have water from it.

                  We have complained many times to customer carefrom past one month and dont see any action from them.

                    This product was bought in the month of december 2016. The first ro filter was replaced in jan 2017, second one in mar 2017 (No warranty provided). Third replacement (Replacement done under warranty, no bill provided as told by them) happened on june 5th.
                    Again a local sv was kept on 11 of june. This replacement was done by srinivasa service center.
                    Fourth replacement was suggested by the service men who came on 27th of june stating the ro needs to be replaced and it is a local ro. If you can do some investigation and find out a solution let us know..

                      Got a brand new, original kent ro filter replaced by authorized service center guy.

                      But just when the 3 month warranty was about to expire, it started leaking water through a crack in the outer shell of the ro membrane.

                      When we complainted, they said it's just out of warranty period and we will need to replace it again which costs rs 2500.

                      Heights of bad quality products at inflated prices and no care of customer by their customer care.

                      Avoid kent prurifiers unless you want to experience worst possible product and service.

                        I have already disscussed my problem but company gave no response .shamefull for kent.company wants to sell only products but no service .from today will suggest anyone not to buy kent.and jaldi hi ek video upload karunga apne ghar k kent ro ko aag lagate hue ki .isse acha to aquaguard tha kam se kam 4 saal jab tak ro tha hamare saath tha .But kent is looser .

                          Leakage is going soon after installation... Even in repeated complaint service technicians did not repaired it... They suggested for febiquik or tape to combat leakage... Asked otp... Today mr azam ([protected]) for r request[protected], - asked for completion otp by saying that he will replace the storage tank within 15days and cloesd the request without doing any thing from his side... Very bad experience from kent service provider from lucknow. Product is under warranty as installation date is 19march 2018.

                            In a month my kent grand+ ro has started giving hot water and making noise. Taste of water has got worsened day by day. You can stand near the machine due to sound of machine. I registered a complaint and technician came after 2 days and said membrane+frt has got damaged. You can think within a month their system becomes faulty. You can imagine how good they build a system. I'm asking myself was it a good decision to go with kent. I don't think so. They charge ₹2700 for membrane. Pathetic system with dull service.

On first service your service engineer tells that to fit extra purifier filter for secure my kent purifier, then second time service engineer tells that it's duplicate. And tells my purifier filter damaged for that filter, it'd ridiculous experience from kent

                                  This is in context for replacement of my kent maxx water purifier purchased last year. The machine has broken down 11 times over a span of one year and regularly repaired. Still the problem persists but the company is not willing to replace it citing no replacement policy and i have to bear the expenses.in normal circumstances, once or twice the machine can go bad, but in my case it has far exceeded it which proves the manufacturing fault, which the company is not willing to accept. I had been constantly assured that the problem will be solved since the machine was in warranty. Now the machine is out of warranty and the company is demanding charges for repair and spare parts, which is not fair since they are not able to solve the issue for the past one year and their engineers/technicians have failed miserably and not able to solve the problem. Presently the machine is not functional and i am not willing to spend any more on it since there is a manufacturing defect as can be seen from the records. Hence i want my machine to be replaced with a new one as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

                                    We have lodged a complaint on 03/05/2018. Our machine is totally dead with constant alarm sounding. There is a ca patient at our home & thats why we requested a early solution of the problem. But unfortunately that local service centre nc sales & services in kolkata is least bothered to respond. Repeated calls to centre is answered by a phone operator who parrots the same line again and again. Bloody use less organisation. Biggest mistake to buy a product of kent.

                                      We asked for replacement of the filters off our kent ro water purifier. The otp was 65527. Though it was assured that the technician will come in 48 hours, no technician has visited here still after 5 days. First the chittoor office contacted me on phone and transfered the case to tirupati office. The tirupati office contacted me on phone and assured to come on 3rd september for sure. Yesterday (4th setember) i called him again to remind. He again assured me to come today, but has not come. Now he is not even picking up the call.

                                      The filters are now so damaged that waterflow has come down and we even do not know how much safe is the water that we are giving to our kids to drink.

                                        I had booked a service request on 04th september, 2018 for my water purifier kent max for normal servicing job. My request no. Was[protected]. The machine was under warranty. The job was originally assigned to one mr. Binay (Cell[protected] via text message from kent. However, one mr. Anil (Cell[protected] from royal service, an authorised service franchisee of kent, had visited my home at 4.30 pm yesterday. Initially we hesitated to allow him as he did not wear kent’s uniform and as such has no proof that kent had sent him for the job. But as he insisted, we somehow allowed him to carry out the job in good faith. He had started servicing job and at 6.30 pm when he finished it off, the machine started leaking water profusely. When we asked him to repair the same as it was not there before he started his job, he expressed his inability to do the same. We instantly called kent for a senior technician. Accordingly, one ms. Moumita chakraborty called us up from the aforesaid service agency and told us that no technician could be sent instantly and we must let her person go and she would arrange someone in due course to complete the servicing. When we argued that her technician had damaged our new machine under warranty badly, she started abusing us over phone, teaching us manners and saying sarcastically that we did not make any big deal by purchasing a machine from kent etc. We ignored these saying we wanted a senior executive today at any cost as water is dripping from the machine constantly and we have no other alternative source of drinking water without this. Then a senior technician, mr. Priyabrata hazra, came and instantly started abusing us saying it was a mistake on his part to visit our home. He even warned me, saying – you can go at any length, complain at any level, but this will not be repaired. Then i told him that i will call police if he continued such howling and shouting and abusing us without taking any action to repair the damaged machine. Seeing we are stubborn, he finally admitted that the junior technician, mr. Anil, had somehow damaged the ccb of my machine and it requires replacement. I told him categorically that i would not allow them to leave unless and until they put my machine under warranty back to its original condition. After much argument and abuse, he finally replaced the same and left my home at around 8.40 pm at night. The entire fiasco created huge stress and tension for my octogenarian father and my wife and i have to call up a doctor yesterday for their treatment subsequently.

                                        Now, vide this mail, i am raising certain issues to kent:

                                        1. Do you really this it is a foul play of replacing genuine machine parts by a local one? If so, who will take the responsibility of the wrong-doing?
                                        2. Do i really commit any crime by purchasing a water purifier from kent? I had been using the same from eureka forbes for last sixteen years and never faced such a problem ;
                                        3. Can you stop sending any technicians from this service agency, royal service in future?
                                        4. Do you send only authorised executive wearing uniform and carrying proper i-card for the safety of your consumer? It is highly unethical and risky to send any person for servicing whose name is not originally proposed by kent, in case of any untoward incident, will kent shoulder the responsibility?
                                        5. Do you really take any action against this vinay and anil and priyabrata and moumita and the agency itself to set precedence? Or, do we really stop using your machine and stop recommending others to use the same?

                                        I have not yet close the service as i am not at all satisfied with the issue and eagerly waiting for your response to my mail before initiating any further action on this issue...
