Replaced the kent ro motorised pump unit and paid rs 3750 including the service charges. After fixing the repair there is immediate leakage from the filter unit. The issue occurred after fixing the pump and the customer care as well as the service person were informed of the same. However it is still not attended. I don’t intend to pay any service charges again for same day failure after replacement of the pump. And the service guy sent through kent customer service mr ganapati sahu instead of getting things fixing is insisting for getting a ro of livepure make. This is thoroughly unprofessional

Not sure whether the RO pump has malfunced or not as there is no visible leakage nor any sound or pressure drop, the pump has stopped working after the alarm has sustained for an hour. Now there is no green LED glow after the tank is filled up. Something has gone wrong after the replacement of the Kent RO pump. The service person lacks proper training and they are into fraud practices. KENT Customer service need to address such issues immediately .

There is none who is bothered for the sub standard service done by Kent’s service personnel. I think such fraud practices need serious attention.
The person who has done the last service and absconded shall fix the things free of cost.

Due to the fraud practices and unprofessional service by Kent service persons I have finally decided to get rid of Kent ro filter and rightly chose another product

    I bought kent grand plus last month, october 2018. But since 3 days the purifier is not switching on. I have been calling customer care twice a day since it happened. But i get only one response saying technician will visit within 24hours but no one turns up. I am again buying bisleri water can after spending 15k on this useless purifier. And it worked hardly for a month. Such a horrible customer service kent has. I never thought this is so worst company. I better had bought zero b, they have far better customer support.

    I had to follow up with customer executive everyday with 3-4 calls. When I told customer executive to transfer call to senior person in charge it got escalated and resolved. So for almost 4 days I didn't get any help. Posting the issue in consumer complaints also helped me get their attention into the issue

    Yes the issue is resolved after 4 days of registering complaint. I had to make daily 3-4 calls to customer care and finally when I forced customer executive to transfer call to senior staff issue got escalated and fixed. But we want better customer service.

      On 7 th Nov 2018, I have bought a KENT WATER PURIFIER MINERAL RO GRAND PLUS from reliance digital, Near Collector Office, Erode-638011, and received the product on the very next day. For installation I called Kent customer care.They informed me that, the installation will be done within 48 hours.But during the time of purchase they told the installation will be done at the time of delivery. It's been over 6 days, I have been following up on customer care everyday, but no one came for installation till today. Nothing short, very pathetic service. I hereby attaching images of the invoice.

        In march 2018, we had called ro clinic for a problem: water was leaking from the kent ro filter. Ro clinic is an authorized kent ro servicer in bengaluru. The technician came and changed prefilter bit for inr 1300 and then ro membrane & fittings, filter bit again for a total of inr 5850. I have receipts for all these.

        Now in oct 2018, the same problem appeared and water was leaking from the filter. The technician came in late oct 2018 and fixed the same. At that time it was fixed. Date: oct 24, 2018. Case id:[protected].

        Today the kent ro started leaking again and all the water leaks out.

        I am concerned that the servicer does not know what the problem is and we are incurring costs to the tune of over inr 7000 so far.

        I want to complain to the head office and see what can be done. I want to change the product to something simpler and preferably not kent as i feel the costs of maintenance is bvery high. Can you help solve this problem?

          Sir,
          Our kent water filter pump replaced by the said service agent rain drop service agent, bommanahalli on 17 sept 2018. Original bill is enclosed for your ready ref please) after one month of installation the pumping problem started again. From that time on wards we were calling the agent for repairing the same. But the agent neither picking up the call nor responding to the call even if he picks up. He always gives a standard reply that within two minutes we will call back you. But they never did it so. Later on we started asking complaint number but they didn't provide it. (All the calls are recorded for further reference in case required.).
          As a consumer we need to resolve the complaint and approached another service person. We don’t know whether he will attend the complaint or not.

          As a reputed company of the country we purchased your product. But the after sale service stands miserably failed and the authorized service agent miserably failed to fulfill his duties.
          In view of the above you are requested to resolve the issue at the earliest and instruct the agent to compensate the mental trauma we were facing for last few months

            For installation of kent prime ro at my new location (Hyderabad), i called kent ro customer care. They sent one representative for installation. That representative sold me amc for 1 year. (Scanned receipt attached for your reference).

            While giving receipt, i asked him why he is not giving kent receipt (In receipt, company name was rk water solutions). He told me that his company is having dealership with kent ro.

            Recently kent prime ro is not working properly, it is still under amc. Even though amc start date and end dates are mentioned clearly in receipt, kent representative refused to do free replacements. He is insisting to take amc again for free replacements of items.

            Kindly take necessary action and resolve the issue immediately.

              We took amc from lucky enterprises, authorised kent services
              Add. Shagun building, shop no. 15, near lekha farms, kiwale pune 412101 on 11 march 2018 for an year.
              Amc explicitly mentioned the parts - all filters and all electronic parts.
              However when the filter stopped working on 9 nov 2018, we called them and the executive after replacing the filters said that the filters are not covered. We showed him the amc but he said that different filters needs to be fitted if it is replaced under amc. I told him we already mentioned that machine is under amc then why he is making random excuses. He left saying that he will come back and take away the filters. This is cheating as while taking amc they mentioned everything and now denying the parts and services

                  The people at zaid enterprise is run by #. I took amc on 3 nov 2018 and complained about water purifier on 2 nov 2018. After person came home after 50 hours, asked for money and abused in case not paying amount.

                  After fixing the problem, leakage is happening for the last 4 days and no one came as of 8 nov 2018.
                  On calling for refund of amount, i am getting # answer and getting abused once again.

                  If no one wants to gives services, better sit at home and not open services organisation.

                    As mentioned in the subject, inlet pipe has been cut its own and make flood in my house. I was not available at my home for last 10 days and during these days this miracle happend with kend ro water purifier. Due to this many house hold items have been spoiled which worth in thousands. Poor quality of kent ro product has proved that dont belive on glittery ads by celebrities. Kent management is responsible for this loss.

                      I have raise a request number [protected] on date 28th november 2018 which was supposed to solve in 24 hours and it was simply closed without solving it. To buy time another request was raised [protected] on 1st november to solve the problem. No body visited by place and when i escalated to senior mr ankur talked with me and without listening me completely he dropped the call. I was speaking in a proper professional behavior whose recording can be listen to verify the same. This was the behavior of mr ankur. Then i again called customer care and talked with senior guy name mr prakash who patiently listen me and had also done tele conferencing with mr satish of bangalore who was going to solve my case on 2 nov 2018. For this again my old request [protected] is closed and and new case was registered with [protected]. A message have also come that mr nanda will come and visit the place. I call mr nandkumar at 12:30 pm on 2nov 2018 as per the number shared to me of nand kumar in mobile. He told he will visit by 3:00 pm today and his 3:00 pm is still not over. May be he forget to told me 3:00 pm of 2020 or some other year he will visit. I called again customer care around 19:26 on 2 nov 2018 somebody pick the call and when i told transfer it to your senior then he transferred the call and after that i waited 41minutes and 46 seconds on the same call so that some senior will come and talk. Finally i ended up call by registering on call back from your side. At least the guy who initially picked the call can say me that seniors were not available or as if he was also waiting that clock should turn to 20:00 so that office hour is off.

                      Summarize the mail

                      1) i am suffering from worst service of yours from 28 nov 2018 knowing drinking water is how much important for human life. I have a kid of 6 years and other an infant just 1+ years.

                      2) its been week my problem is not resolved and new ticket is created everytime to buy time.

                      3) this is my condition after calling to kent service centre number many times, talking to there three esclation department senior member and writing and sending more than 3 times mail on [protected]@kentrosystems.com

                        I have been calling kent for 10 days now. For a uv chamber leakage problem. There was a technician who visited me with a used chamber, twice, which leaked after fitment. Upon complaining, the technician abused me for not agreeing to take up the leaking chamber and paying the service charge.. They r trying to close the case without a resolution.

                          Subject: amc renewal
                          It was discussed regarding complaints against kent ro m/c amc in details before and after AMC start as on dated 30.10.2018, after that you have extended my AMC for 8 to 10 days from 2.11.2018 and promised me to pick up the amc cheque on 04.11.2018. But as explained you the past experience the same thing (as last year, your technician has changed the electric panel having cost app. Rs 1000 paid by me and he has confused me when I questioned him that if I have checked the same panel from another technician then he replied that it will work but not in your ro m/c) has been happened at 4AM on 03.11.2018 the ro has started the weep voice and stopped the water supply. So, you are requested to send the senior technician (not the area technician because he has set up the weep timer and refused to do the service during AMC period as discussed) for free service.

                            We called a person from Kent to fix some issues in our Kent RO. And he changed all the products such as motor, Chalks, and SMP and they all are bogus and fake. I know we should check it before but my we trusted them, the biggest mistake we did here. Like how this co is working I am unable to understand! The worst service I have ever experience!

                                It's been over 40 days I have been every day following up on customs care and email and also spoke to the final manager Mr deepak Nakwa over 40 days I have not working va time cleaner at my place and no one is helping me resolve the issue it's the most disgusting customer care and after sales I have ever see this people are cheats 40 days every single day of followup and no results

                                That's a reply I have been getting every day on ur FB page and email and call center but no solution just fake commitments it dose not take 40 days for any issue to be resolved it's the example of most disgusting service ur company is a cheat and that's the fact I am going to take this in consumer court for the harassment u guys have done me over 40 days

                                  I had registered a complaint with kent customer care that my kent ro system was giving out unpalatable water. Their technician replaced a set of filters as well as the membrane and charged me rs. 4050. After completing the repair the quality of the water as checked and confirmed by the kent technician was still very poor and beyond acceptable standards, but he told me that quality will automatically improve after using the machine for three day. But still after more than seven days the taste of the water is awful and tds value is much beyond the acceptable standards. The kent customer care is not solving the problem. So after spending rs. 4050 and changing complete kit as demanded by kent technician, i am forced to drink unhealthy water for more than a week. Now today the machine has suddenly stopped giving out water. It shows that shoddy work is done by kent technician and large amounts of money is being charged from customers in the name of repair and still no result is achieved. Customer is losing money and suffering enormously as he has no drinking water inspite of purchasing kent ro machine for around 15000 and then spending 4050 for repairs. Very very disappointed.

                                  I am also facing the same problem.. My machine is just 10 months old and I faced this problem for 5 times.. Even now the taste is very bad and waiting for the technician..surprisingly the technician himself told Kent is not capable for TDS levels of 1700..he suggested to purchase local product and Kent is of no use and money waste thing.. I said the same to Customer Care and as per their commitment area service manager supposed to visit my home and this happened a month ago and still am waiting for him.. How stupid I am that still believing in them..

                                    I had purchased an kent grant plus ro on 30th april, 2018. I had made an complaint of tank leakage card via kent app on 19th october. Case id[protected]
                                    Service man demand bribe for check the product, while i had denied to pay, my complaint was closed.
                                    On today after replacing new tank, service man demand satisfaction code. While on denied to provide, service man try to create pressure on me.
                                    After that new tank was open from kent ro and left the home.

                                    I have raise a request number [protected] on date 28th November 2018 which was supposed to solve in 24 hours and it was simply closed without solving it. To buy time another request was raised [protected] on 1st November to solve the problem .No body visited by place and when i escalated to senior Mr Ankur talked with me and without listening me completely he dropped the call.I was speaking in a proper professional behavior whose recording can be listen to verify the same.This was the behavior of MR Ankur. Then i again called customer care and talked with senior guy name Mr Prakash who patiently listen me and had also done tele conferencing with Mr Satish of Bangalore who was going to solve my case on 2 Nov 2018. For this again my old request [protected] is closed and and new case was registered with [protected]. A message have also come that Mr Nanda will come and visit the place.I call MR NANDKUMAR at 12:30 pm on 2Nov 2018 as per the number shared to me of Nand kumar in mobile . He told he will visit by 3:00 pm today and his 3:00 pm is still not over .may be he forget to told me 3:00 Pm of 2020 or some other year he will visit. I called again customer care around 19:26 on 2 Nov 2018 somebody pick the call and when i told transfer it to your senior then he transferred the call and after that i waited 41minutes and 46 seconds on the same call so that some senior will come and talk. Finally i ended up call by registering on call back from your side . At least the guy who initially picked the call can say me that seniors were not available or as if he was also waiting that clock should turn to 20:00 so that office hour is off .

                                    Summarize the mail

                                    1) I am suffering from worst service of yours from 28 Nov 2018 knowing DRINKING water is how much important for human life .

                                    2) Its been week my problem is not resolved and new ticket is created everytime to buy time.

                                      kent water purifier - complaint against product and installation (product kent maxx 7l uv+ uf water)

                                      We have purchased kent maxx 7litre (Uv+uf) purifier through flipkart and it was delivered on 12th oct.

                                      On the same day of the product delivery, kent technician visited our home for installation and informed that the purchased purifier will not work at your residence due to low water pressure.

                                      He advised to buy a separate booster pump from kent which would be an additional cost of rs.2500/-.

                                      We have kent ro elite which is under amc. We have recently changed parts in 17th july 2018 invoice no. V[protected].in oct visit of service engineer, he told us that parts need to be changed again. We are not able to understand why membrane need to be changed this much frequently. On enquiry we were told that kent ro does not provide warranty in our area of nehru place. On contacting customer support we were told that warranty of 3 months exist on every product. There is discrepancy in what your customer care tells and what your engineer tells. It’s ridiculous we should change membrane every 3 months. No one is helping us
