I had purchased an kent grant plus ro on 30th april, 2018. I had made an complaint of tank leakage card via kent app on 19th october. Case id[protected]
Service man demand bribe for check the product, while i had denied to pay, my complaint was closed.
On today after replacing new tank, service man demand satisfaction code. While on denied to provide, service man try to create pressure on me.
After that new tank was open from kent ro and left the home.
