I had to make several calls to Kent customer care to buy a water purifier from the regional distributor at my city. Each time I spoke to the customer care, the first thing they would say is that they are sorry.. it was irritating to hear this because the matter of my call would never be addressed efficiently. Finally I abandoned the dealer and bought a purifier through Amazon. Now I am undergoing the same problem for installation. I have called the manufacturer several times so far and requested installation. Each time I call, I am told that someone will come in another 12to 24 hours. So far no one has come to install my water purifier.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    We have purchased a RO 9f kent make in 2016. It costed us approx 13000rs for new RO. Now each year we are spending close to 12k for its maintenance. We have made several calls to kent RO over email and phone but all in vain. There is no reply from kent. Please find below the email which we have forwarded to kent RO.

    Kent RO I have spent more than 12k yearly on kent RO parts which are installed in a year in my RO. It was installed in 2016. If we have to spend 12k yearly on my RO, then why would I install parts on yearly basis if we can buy your same New RO for almost the same price. I am not at all satisfied with the service which you are providing.

    Your company executive Mr naveen sharma who is always coming to handle our query has already signed the letter that we are not satisfied with kent which he will show to your company executives. I am attaching this letter here also.

    Also the parts which you are replacing does not carry replacement warranty of more than 3 months as per your executive mr naveen sharma. Their is no mention of the 3 month warranty also on paper.

    Let me know what action you are taking to sort my problem.

    Sir, kindly take strict action against these type of companies as they don't take their customer complain seriously.

      I have kent ro pearl. The dealer from whom i had purchased the filter called me and told me that the first servicing is due so he is sending a technician for the same. After servicing and changing the filter cartridge the person prepared an amc and told me to sign it. I told him that i don't want any amc then he told me that i have to give him money then. Now my concern is that i hadn't ask for the servicing or the amc, why i have to pay? When i called the customer service representative, they told me that they have nothing to do with their dealers so they can not do anything in this regard. I have to deal with the person myself. Should i complain regarding this to the department of customer affairs?

        We bought a kent pearl in january 2018.

        1) the filter had to be changed twice already and the light indicator on the purifier has stopped working. The warranty for the filter happens to be 6 months. We've been asked to purchase the filter twice now, in matter of a few months. Don't recommend this product at all.
        2) we've had inexperienced, unprofessional technicians assigned to us. Not only did they show up 2 - 3 days late, but they never fixed the problem and never even followed through. Their behavior was rude and generally disrespectful.

        I would discourage anyone from buying this product.

          I have purchased a kent max water purifier on 14th august 2018. Total i have paid 9500for that but after installation i observe smell in water like normal supply water, i have also install a iron guard. Even earlier i have used pure it cost rs 3000 but smell was not there and no iron was found.
          After serving water everybody start complaining about the quality that it like normal supply water. Though kent person told me that sir you will feel no smell only in ro water purifier.
          I ma not satisfied at all with kent water purifier and strongly recommend others not to buy kent purifier.

            Dear sir,

            I had purchased a under the counter advanced ro with kent's patented mineral ro tm technology and an inbuilt tds controller water purifier... From your store in pune, right from the warranty period your staff is supposed to undertake quarterly servicing, but they have just complaint about the under counter product by the company has too much problems,

            It has been 3 years since i purchased the water-purifier. And i must have spent equal amount of money on the repair and service of the product, atleast i have more than 20 service requests receipt and a call record of much more than that on your toll-free number for servicing; your own team people who has been coming for service has to say that the under counter machine has a problem and same has been told us and reported so far.

            Since the water in my locality has high tds value, but your team denys to get the required drinkable water as per norms, after i have mentioned that before i use to get the tds no that was good to drink, they say when machine is new it happens, now these are very weird answers, now they have been asking me to swap the machine to the regular above counter that will help and server my problem, i

            I request you to look into this matter urgently and do the needful.

            If there is a genuine problem with the manufacture of this machine i call upon for a exchange / replacement or

              I have purchased kent ro (Model pearl) on the year 2015. After 2 years (From 2017) every 2-3 months it occurs leakage. Several service engineer visited more than 10 times within 2 years. But still problem not resolved. Every each parts of the system is changed. I am paying good amount in each 2-3 months services. No kent service engineer is able to rectify it permanently. After talking to kent service, they are saying to take amc. Amc is the solution? That means kent product quality is bad.
              Company will replace it as warranty expired or i will dump this product into dustbin?
              Need solution.

              Yesterday Kent service technican has charged rs 4550 for changing filters. But kent customer service has told only 1950. Why there is soo much difference in cost. Better to through the kent water purifiers and go for others

                I logged a complaint regarding improper functioning of kent ro. A representative was send mr. Bhawani shankar sharma ([protected]) who was not ready to give us kent ro parts. He said he will not give kent ro parts as he only uses local company parts but when we objected he started misbehaving and left the place. He was even charging rs750 for that local part which hardly cost around rs200.
                The company should take strict action against these people as they are not treating customers properly.

                  For old machine installation and servicing, mr. Vimal (Mob no: [protected]) was appointed. Before his arrival the machine was working absolutely fine. After the machine was installed, several issue surfaced.
                  The technician told to change the filters and do servicing. I relied on him and did what was told. Adaptor was also changed since as per the technician it got damaged. We changed the filters even though the filter alarm didn't sounded.
                  Even after doing all these fixes, the machine failed to respond and water is not getting filtered as expected. On starting the machine a low beep sound was heard. I called up the technician but he didn't respond. I have spent approx rs 6000 already but with no result and satisfaction.
                  The company should realise that it is the hard earn money that goes out in getting the issues fixed. Customer satisfaction is ignored.

                  Please get the issue resolved asap.

                    I have recently serviced my kent ro purifier from kent service centre on 18th aug 2018.
                    They handed over me attached bill. I have removed names and address just for safety purpose. I have visited kent official site and downloaded price sheet for servicing they take. I have not found amount that was taken from me in that pdf for spare parts and amc contract.

                    Is there any way to get clarification on the amount taken is correct or not? I need to make sure the amount that i gave is what is prescribed by kent officially and i am not cheated by any means.

                    Though i have called authorized service centre, i am not sure if kent is providing this kind of service.

                    Its not resolved yet. we have called customer care also and they said it will be resolved. the parts which were changed do not seem to be original. Motor is giving lot of noise from day one. when we complained dealer they did not do anything. I suspect some local parts they are placing. I need immediate attention of kent in resolving this. we are troubled due to this also water quality is affecting our health. what should be done to get good service even after paying so much ?

                    We have called local distributor many times but they said m/c sound/vibration will be there. I know its there but to what extent it should be. Water taste is also not good.this is serious health issue for us.
                    on 11.08.18 I have serviced my kent RO purifier from kent service agency.They were damage all the parts like filter
                    and pipe line.At first one agent visited my house and did this and after then one agent more came my house and serviced it taking 1.30hrs but they did not resolve my problem.They made a bill of Rs.1190.00 for blaster, filter and service charge and gave 6 months of warranty.But from 2 or 3 days again water is not coming out from the water purifier machine.I was calling them from 3 days but they are not taking my call.Its never happend before with us whenever I have serviced but its1st time.
                    Its my request to you please dont break our trust and look into the matter.

On first service your service engineer tells that to fit extra purifier filter for secure my Kent purifier, then second time service engineer tells that it's duplicate. And tells my purifier filter damaged for that filter, it'd ridiculous experience from Kent

                        Kent service is worst. Kent service is service people are cheating people. They don't behave properly. They are the worst service which i have seen.

                        Kent service provider dynamic ro systems and pearl infotech are cheating people.

                        They come to home. The issue is not resolved. It repeated very month, still they bill without resolving the issue.

                        Kent doesn't take feedback of there service which they do. Kent doesn't improve. Worst service practice is followed.

                          My name is anil joshi. I purchace a kent ro purifier. On 6 months letter servicing time technician says that plz take addtional supporting filter for safety. He install it also. But at the second time servicing another technician says that your filter was dublicate, and it damaged your kent purifier filter pad. And told me to 1000 rs charge for replace it in3 months, how its happend, i think this company liar with consumer, plz dont take any products from kent friends

                            I registered case number[protected] for service of kent ro machine which has not been resolved till now. I called customer care service so many times but they are always say to wait for two hours and my problem still persist. I m facing drinking water problems.                               Company's local service center pushed us to buy annual maintenance contract for water filter. We went for comprehensive amc after paying rs 6000+. Now our filter is down for last 3 days and this requires putting new motor and a couple of filter membrane. Service engineer closed the complaint without addressing issues and now being delayed further services. Not at all happy with company's approach for customer complaint. Really pathetic service. All concerned about amc money and not taking care of concerns.

                                I am using kent super+ from last 4 years. But this year from last 4 months i had taken 3 servicing and again today requested for the service for the same issue.in place of 1 month of service warranty they are giving only 15 days. After seeing this huge amount of complain i am sure they are not going to survive for long. One of the filter is not working and because it is in warranty they had not changed and again the issue is happened. I am not getting the policy of them. No company is taking distance charge but kent is different. Fed up with the name of kent (Cheaters or frauds).

                                I had removed the Kent ro from my house because of there behavior. I don't think so they are going to survive long with this strategy.

                                  I booked a regular service request with keon cc for my grand + purifier on 10th aug 2018 and the next day a technician from dynamic ro servicers visits to inspect. He asks if we have amc and i said no. He then says all filters need to be replaced, i agreed. After some fiddling with the purifier he said motor also not working and needs to be replaced and it will cost 2400. I argued that it was working till yday and he said kent products are not reliable and its better to take amc. Finally he replaced the motor and all filters and handed me a bill for 8k!!!

                                  After he left the water started leaking and i again called kent to send technician. Next day another person from dynamic ro servicers turns up and he says pre-filter needs to be replaced. I scolded him and said i wont pay a penny more than the 8k already paid. He somehow fixed the leak and left.

                                  After just 2 days (14th aug) the purifier has completely stopped working and only beep sound keeps coming. Again reaching kent to send someone who is capable of fixing a simple water purifier.

                                  I am fed up with this dynamic ro servicers service center and looks like there are many complaints again this kent agency. I am going to complain against them in all the needed consumer forums so more people are aware.

                                    I called apex service center for technician to installation and service of my kent ro on 05.08.18, next day mr. Ajay bearing mob. No. [protected] visited at my house to installation and service, he told me that their firm is authorised by kent company and after service i took amc from him. After his visit, i found that ro was not working. Then, i again called mr. Ajay and also lodged complaint in apex service center. After 3 regular visits by techanician mr. Baljit bearing mob. No. [protected], my ro is still not working. It is very disgusting that how kent company can authorise this type of firm for service their products, who has techanicians are unskilled, unefficient in thier work. It seems that kent company is not serious about service once they sold their products. Now, i ask to kent company's managment, whether i can expect that my ro will service properly. If yes, please look in to the matter and provide me relief as soon as possible and also requested to take an action against your authorised service center under intimation to me.                                       Purchased one personnel rice cooker on 13.08.18, through online the sale order no is[protected], dt 13.08.18, the invoice no is s[protected], received the product on 14.08.18, the condition of the product is damaged one the outside cover of the product is damaged, informed to the [protected]@kent.co.in, but no response, hence i request to insist the company to replace the product, it see they are not taking any care while dispatching the product

                                        I purchased kent ro water purifier from csd on 09 sep 2018 & product in in under warranty i complaint to kent care on 27 july about the lickage, technician visited and pass the defected part and directly join the pipe and says that it's ok now... Then i ask him about the defected lickage uv part he reply that this part is not available hence it will not be changed. Then i can't share the otp provided by the company for closure of case. Instead of this the case was closed (Cas no - [protected]) once again i registered the case to kent care ([protected]) after 02 days case closed without visit... I reported this to kent care to snr dept mr prafull after all no response.. Then again i registered the case [protected]/ no response till date.. Please do something
