The complaint was lodged vide reference no.[protected] on july 16, 2018 since the water from the outlet was only coming drop-by-drop. Technician came and replaced several parts and i was charged rs. 6, 500/-. It was observed in the evening on the same day that though both green and red lights are glowing, water was not coming. The same was reported to the technician but he told that he will be on leave from tomorrow hence can not come and advised to lodge complaint. This problem is not continuous but sometimes the machine is working alright. Since then, i lodge complaint and technician comes but they don't check anything since at that point of time, the machine works.
Necessary action to rectify the problem with thorough check-up of the reason may please be made. To my belief, there may be some loose connection which may be rectified.
I am afraid that it may be a refined tactics of cheating customer.
