Sir,
My self is highly disappointed with kent service center RAEBARELI ( UP ). From last more than 20 days I am requesting to service center raebareli ( UP ) for attending the problem but still NOBODY came to solve my problem. I am seriously thinking destroy this product. Presently I am personally taking feedback from others. Maximum persons are unsatisfied with KENT. I near future my personal advice is to please do not use any kent product. My last experiences with kent service is also not very good with product and services and service cost.

    Its been approximately than 20 days, i have submitted complaint, but i think no one is there in kent screen customer's complaint. I has been a horrible experience with kent. I would never refer any one to buy kent. I have not received my kent vaccum cleaner back. My complain number is [protected].

    This is my last try to get my issue resolved.
    I will wait for few days and then i will filing a case of fraud against each and everyone associated with my complain.

      I have raised a ticket for re-installation of my kent ro water purifier. Kent representative in hyderabad came to my house at ameerpet. He has connected the tap directly to ro parts without haven't connected to existing water prefilter available there. This may cause block of ro parts and charges will be high for rectification. This shows poor workmanship from branded dealers like kent.

        I have purchased this machine by paying around 16000. For the first 8months everything was alright, than one fine day the tank started leaking. I called the customer service and they arranged visit of technician, as per him the tank had to be replaced and since machine is under warranty will be done free of cost. From then on i have made some 50 calls, registered complaint again 3-4 times, but they just close the complaint saying your - compalint couldn't be serviced. Pls for heaven's sake don't buy from this company at all, everything that they are showing is all fraud.

          Have taken new ro last 4 months ago, while selling they given big big word that this is modified one and under guarantee of 2 yrs (Full ro). But now the water tank cracked and while contacted there representative they said that it will be chargeable. Within 4 months the tank cracked don't what will happen in coming days.

          My advice is to all new ro buyers that not to buy this deteriorated quality product. There quality is very poor and they will big big words while selling but after that they will not listen anything. Now they don't want to gain customer now they just want to sell their non performance ro.

            I have purchased kent max (Kr[protected]) on 23.12.17 supply with municipal water. Now it's muddy in water. I came for contact customer care for changing filter. Service man told pay for filter. I refused. Why i pay. First filter they want change free of cost. I have also check water purity of system water and muncipal water. I found same both. I confused i have purchased rs 7500 for this system. Then why it's purchased. Why hemamali ad this type of cheating product. No guarantee no use.

              I am utterly dissappointed with the service that is provided by kent ro agency — s. D services, natun pally, benachity, durgapur-13, west bengal. The service engineers comes and goes along with senior technician and he finally said that we will revert back within 2 days, already 10 days over without any resolution, before this many atimes when ever they came for servicing forcefully suggested to change all the parts which i have spend and changed as per their opinion. So sad still the issue is not resolved and i spent so much everytime they come n advise me to change parts. Just fooling around repeatedly to the customers without able to rectify what exactly the problem is. Now before 10 days senior tech has come and he said due to high voltage plug smps is getting damaged, i wonder how come this kent all of a sudden is not working because of plug voltage, then how come the same kent ro machine has worked for 3 years under the same plug high voltage? Suddenly, they r unable the rectify what the problem exactly n suggesting nonsense phrases with customers. Finally, now they are advising me to get the kent ro exchanged with the new aquafresh g+ series, so finally when nothing they know about the technical part about kent ro, so forcing me to switch to buy a new machine n with exchange... Is this is the overall solution... I am totally fed up with this agency service engineers, every time they come instead of rectifying i spend on exchanging new parts... After that wheb its not working still now to switch to a new machine (Aquafresh). This is going beyond my control, i will not tolerate such nuisance every time, i need this to get resolved soon. Let me know about the higher authority i will get in touch with them.

                On February 2018, I had to buy AMC for KENT RO. so I called KENT RO customer care . They sent one representative wearing KENT ID card. That Representative sold me AMC for two years. while giving receipt, I asked him why he is not giving KENT Receipt(in receipt company name was APEX ) . He told me that his company having tie up with KENT Ro . He also show me all KENT RO price list and Receipts. when 4 months passed, I called KENT RO customer care for servicing, they told me that dont have my AMC record data.

                after that I called KENT RO area manager NCR, MR Gaurav, he told me that such frauds occur frequently, and he was not even bother about that.

                It means his company(KENT RO) employee is selling two company products.

                Water is not coming..alarming
                Unnecessarily service personal changed all the parts to rectify the problem I am facing right now. still problem persist. Service personal dont even know about servicing of ro. they just change different parts to make money.
                Second time complaint close without resolving the issue

                I am using Kent RO since last 5 years without AMC but irrespective of cost problem was resolved in 1st visit.
                First time I take AMC and within 2 months problem came engg visited but was not having accessories and despite of repeated phone calls even after 3 days problem is not resolved, there representative are coming but without spare parts.
                Big fraud on the name of AMC, I am planning to sue him in consumer court.

                  Hi,

                  Kent service is worst. Kent service is service people are cheating people. They don't behave properly. They are the worst service which i have seen.

                  Kent service provider dynamic ro systems and pearl infotech are cheating people.

                  They come to home. The issue is not resolved. It repeated very month, still they bill without resolving the issue.

                  In this area there are lot of people who have faced this issue with these 2 kent service provider.

                  Kent doesn't take feedback of there service which they do. Kent doesn't improve. Worst service practice is followed.

                  There always no action from kent even if there are lot of complaint on there service.

                  When I raise the complaint with Kent, they cancelled the ticket without resolving. The service is worst. I will not recommend any one to use Kent. Kent is not willing to correct the mistake which they do.

                      I have bought and installed a kent pride water purifier on 26/07/2018 vide memo no. M/18/1393 dt 25/07/18. At the time of installation it was found working. The agent of the company left in the afternoon after fitting the filter. I have collected 8 lit. Water as per tank capacity. After 6 hours i have tried to collect water switching on the plug, the machine was dead, not functioning.in the morning i have informed the matter to the agent. The next day on 28/07/18 when i was not at home the company personnel arrived and removed a parts (Power supply). Till date no measures have been taken from the company. I have dialed a number as sent by the company, but no proper co-operation has been noticed. Is this reliable? What is the value of advertisement? If i have to spent an amount more that rs.15500.00 for 6 hours o[censored]se, can i believe this service? Please inform.

                        I am using Kent water purifier and Serial Number is KR[protected] and it is under AMC. It is a horrible experience with Kent service team (Unique Service Center). Service lodged on 19 July 2018, service engineer (Bappa Das) came same day and after checking engineer told me that we need to change the pump inside and they will provide a repairable pump ( For new pump I need to pay Rs. 2400 ) within 2 days but it was not happened and I called them again on 27th July 2018 to fix the issue asap. They came and replace the pump, machine worked for 2 days then again stopped working. I have called again but they simple excusing me that due to rain engineer can't visit.Since then I am struggling to get it repaired.

                        Service Engineer (Bappa Das) behaviour towards customer is really bad. Always try to abuse customer.

                          On 29th july i called the service centre to get the ro serviced. The technician who came and checked said that the ro was working fine, the purity of water was fine. Still he said that the recommended time period of replacing the filter is 12 months. We got the filters replaced for 2800rs. After replacing he said everything was working fine. Right after he left in 15 mins the ro started leaking. We filed a complaint with case number [protected]. Technician came today 31st july at 6:00pm. First he asked us if we had amc, after that he said membrane is broken. And said he will charge 6000rs for it. He was laughing and mocking us. He even told that replacing other filters has caused the membrane filter to fail; and everything or nothing should have been replaced. But it was earlier technician who said that membrane filter is not to be replaced but recommended replacing other 4 filters. I think it is all random and some money minting scheme of kent. We called up the dynamic ro service and told that the technician is making fool o[censored]s. They didn't respond and said are busy and will call later. Nothing has happened and proper functioning is broken because we went for regular servicing

                            This is for your information that on 25/7/28 one Kent Pearl was installed Sl.no. KR[protected] and on 27/7/18 it stopped working. And after lodging a complaint an technician came an answered "electrical gadget anything can happen any time" then how does these poor quality material passes your quality check. Now after replacing the malfunctioning part they said me to call to customer care for an OTP and the customer care said no OTP can be send as because it was done through the dealer. Now the situation is the technician said if no OTP comes I have to pay for the parts!!!. Dear Kent people do you think it's a matter of joke. Either resolve this matter as soon as possible. Otherwise I have option left to complaint to consumer forum because over this 6 days of experience with Kent I can't rely on you for even 1 year of warranty period. take away your machine and refund ba ka my money

                              I have purchased the water filter in the month of march, 2017 and in the last one year, i have changed filters four times which is almost every three months. The water used for purification is water supplied by ghmc and we don't have bore well in our complex. I am not happy with the machine i have purchased and never come across when i used aqua guard water filter for ten years before i switched over to kent. Please revert.

                                I purchased ro machine just 12 months back and till now i have made almost 10 to 15 complaint of the machine, i spent lot of money on the machine and it is almost non-usable. I have been talking to regional manager and area manager also, but nobody seems to fix the problem permanently. Every month either ro filter will get spoiled or sediment filter get spoiled. I am fed-up of following up with the kent. I have no energy left in following up with your service provider. 20 days back your service provider put ro and now again it is spoiled and now they refused to change (Although they mentioned 3 months warranty after ro is changed). What is the point of providing the warranty then?

                                You please either fix the problem permanently or replace the machine totally or give my money back. I am going to file complaint of this harassment in every platform i can, i am just frustated with your service and with your kent ro. I will not recommend ro to anyone unless i get a good service from you. I am so frustated with your service and your ro machine that i can go any extend to spread this information to people not to buy ro anymore. I have suffered alot in past 12 months and i am still suffering. I spent 17000 rs which is not joke. I am running out of patience now and just wish kent understand customer and provide solution.

                                  Replaced by technician but seal of the adapter is not opened in front o[censored]s (Customer).
                                  *when he was asked why it was opened in front o[censored]s
                                  The reply of the technician as well as the service center, ranchi was - we (Customer) are laymen i. E. Not aware about the parts.in other words, we may not have any idea about the parts.
                                  * lastly, the otp was taken by the technician. However, it is written in the message that the otp will be shared with the technician only after satisfactory case closure.
                                  So, please take immediate action to stop all such activities.

                                    I have been using a kent ro machine for the past 2 yrs. The pump-motor joint has started leaking, perhaps its because kent is using plastic parts to cut cost and they wear down pretty soon. The technician was not able to repair the leak, and has asked us to replace the whole pump itself. Now, 1. Why should the pump-motor unit be replaced, if its only a leak problem and not a motor problem. Obviously cost of repl is high rs 2400/- 2. Is a leaking pump too difficult to repair in this day and age where all kinds of leak-proofing compounds (M-seal etc) are available? Why doesnt kent consider changing the design in that case? I am in jind haryana. Can kent ro systems please advise whether indeed the pump should be replaced?.

                                      We are facing lot of issues with the machine. We had to replace Many part with in 7 months. I Think Company Or distributor fraud with me.

                                      I have raised several complaints using customer service but not getting any proper response.

                                      Request you to replace the machine.

                                        I am getting harassed in getting service as everyday i am getting false promises n commitment for the srvice and day in day out share me new formalities through your staff members and off lately your staff has installed unworking machine.

                                        I never had thought the brand name like kent will ever harass their customer and after selling the services showing attitude and rude/unprofessional behavior..

                                        Zero service..taken 10000 annual maintenace charge and despite calling for 5 days, no one has attended to the complaint.. No one is listening to it.. Kent ro and its apex sevice centre are the worst
