Hi,
I bought kent ro around 6 months ago in agra. The problem is it does not work and gets choked every 2 months because the water supply in my house is from water works which has excessive amount of chlorine. More than 90 % agra gets water from water works.
Kent ro sales guys tell this to their customers only after they buy the machine although they know about this issue.
Today i got my ro serviced and the service guy told me that there is no solution for this problem and even the company knows about it and still sell this ro in agra. I would not suggest anyone to buy kent ro in agra. The sales guy bharath is a cheat who never receives phone after making fake promises about the services of kent.

Thanks for your reply.
The technician from Kent RO visited me and had a look at the RO.
He also accepted this fact that the sales person from Kent RO should have told us that the machine will not work as the amount of chlorine is too much in the water. But may be he needed to reach his sales target, so he hid it from us.
The maximum this technician could do was change the filters and membrane.
But this is not the solution of this problem.
I can not call and get the filters and membrane changed so frequently once the warranty is over.
This is going to cost me a lot. If I knew all this I would have not bought this machine at the first place.
This is simply a case of cheating.
Please refund me my money and take this machine back.

    I have purchased kent RO from authorised dealer but there is some problem with my Ro from begining.

    Then i approached to customer care for repair but the repair boy ask for 550 for repair as electric wire weather customer care told me that no charge within warranty period.

    Dealer name kamal told me that i will call you but he did not call.
    Dealer mobile no.[protected]
    Please solve my prblm otherwise i will pursue the case...

    Everytime i service the machine, something goes faulty and then the guy comes back to fix the machine and charges me extra for some part or the other.
    This seems to be a scam and Kent is fleecing customers with their false investigation.

      I have purchased a kent ro.. Pearl model but it's senser is not working and it's making too much noise. I have complaint to local vendor nd they hve visited but not serviced.. I request to take this on priority to resolve the problem. Your brand name is good but service plays a vital role to maintain the brand image

        Please don't buy kent water purifier, this peoples cheating name on service, 1 year machine warranty 6 months filters warranty, agar 6 months ge andar filters ka problem huva tho filter ko hathodi leke maar maar ke clean karke dethe hei replacement nahi kartha hai. Kyunki 6 months warranty complete hona hai na. 6th months ke baadh me same to same problem ko boltha hai abh warranty katham huva hai aapka sediment filter karab huva hai abhi sediment filter ke saatha aur 4 filter daalna hai nahi tho repair nahi hotha karke boltha hai. Agar warranty ke period me same problem ko hathodi se maar maar ke ready kartha hei warranty katham hone he baadh poore ke poore naya filters daalna hai kyaa. Technician ko filters sale karne ke liye kithna commission dethe ho. Technician bhi chor ke jaise baathe karthe hei. Kya sabhi costumer ke khaan mai phool rakhna aap logonka kaam hei kya? Aur ake draama pre filter compulsory uska 1300 exrta. Agar pre filter ka zarurath hai tho machine ke saath kyu nahi dethe hei? Bhahana karke logonko loot rahe he aap log, consumer court me bhi complaint detha hu. Kent service my foot.

          Hello people I buy kent ro after 1 year it's not working water pump booster not working I spent 15000 on RO system . But such poor quality of spare parts they are using . And now they are asking now 3200rs for changing this motor.

          Please never buy kent ro system such poor quality of spare parts they are using .

            On dated[protected] I contact your costumer care center no.[protected] for purchasing Kent RO and you advised me contact your dealer TELE PURIFIER SYSTEM, Near Ajit Road Chowk, Street No. 20, Ajit Road, Bathinda and I purchased Kent RO Pearl model S.No. KR-[protected] against consideration Rs.17400/- and payment given by Account Payee Cheque No. 000470 dated[protected] by HDFC BANK from your dealer TELE PURIFIER SYSTEM. In the end March 2017, I contact your customer care for first AMC and renewed from 06/04/2017 to 05/04/2018 by cheque 000624 HDFC BANK. On dated[protected] I further contact customer care[protected] for second time AMC and your company engineer came to my house and received Rs.1990/- by Cheque No. 000765 HDFC BANK dated[protected] and renewed my second time AMC for 06/04/2018 to 05/04/2019.
            On dated 25/06/2018 I contact your above mention customer care and request for service of Kent RO. But I am very shocked when your customer care employees told me that there is no AMC in our record. I contact your ASM Vijay Chauhan and he did not help me.               This is a dr. Neha anand from lucknow.
              I am writing this in deep regert that i chose and trusted kent services. It is one of the most pathetic service provider by having novice, non trained technicians who have no clue of their job. Instead of resolving issues in machine they simply ruin it more and ask for money or telling us schemes to cough up money. I am regretting why i baught kent rather i should have gone for some other purifier. Every time technician comes and do something in machine that it stops working and we are not even having a drop of water till they come again. Pathetic services in lucknow.

                I have seen worst service ever from you guys. Kent is a gone case now. My request no is[protected]. It is 1 week now and there is no resolution to this problem. Without any notice and resolving the actual issue how you can close the ticket. My problem is still there as it is and i am buying water from outside for last 1 week. Is this the way you take care of customer services?

                Please refund my amc and pay the water bill that i am spending for last 1 week? I am going to lodge consumer complain now.

                  I submit that, I am Sri A. Sudhakara resident of A.P. Housing Board Colony, Ananthapuram, Sir, I have purchased Kent WP PEARL UV RO from Reliance Retail Limited, Reliance Digital, Subhash Road, Ananthapuramu on[protected] worth Rs.18, 000-00 (Rupees Eighteen thousand). After two days we have received Kent pearl UV RO from the delivery boy. But, after having been done innumerable phone calls to Reliance Digital, after ten days a technician came to our house to install the R.O. But the technician and we observed improper loud noises from the R.O. Then he explained the complaint of the piece of R.O and also taking a video of improper working condition of the motor, he simply packed the R.O. again into the box and left our house for the further instructions from Reliance Digital. We requested Reliance Digital management to replace the complaint piece of R.O with a new one on innumerable phone calls and also by personal meeting in the Reliance Digital shop. But their reckless answer is we replace the motor of the R.O. with another motor and make it repaired.

                  Sir, our request is to replace with a new Kent pearl R.O Piece (or) return the money as early as possible. This our reasonable request. Because after having been expending Rs.18, 000/- we have received a complaint piece. So, it lies their responsibility to give the conditioned piece to the customer make him happy. During this period we are facing so much of mental torture and loosing mental piece by expending 18, 000/-

                  Further I request you sir, for the justice of replacing a conditioned new piece Kent pearl RO in the place of complaint piece as lies my right.

                  Sub:- I am A. Sudhakara, want to take further steps regarding consumer Forum filed case No. As I have not received any kind of response from the kent company as well as from the Reliance Retail Limited, Reliance Digital, Ananthapuramu.

                  I submit that, A. Sudhakara resident of APHB Colony, Ananthapuramu filed a case against Kent and Reliance Digital to replace the complaint piece of RO with a new conditioned piece or to refund the money Rs.18, 000-00 the worth of RO. But after filing the case we have received a mail containing the kent company regrets regarding the inconvenience created by them, to solve the problem in the early course. But still we have n’t received any kind of positive steps from the company.

                  After facing so much harassment and mental torture from[protected] the day we bought the Kent RO piece from the Reliance Digital, Ananthapuramu, after passing 40 days of time by the reckless company I would like to take further steps regarding this issue.

                  So, it lies kent company and also Reliance Digital responsibility for our future steps regarding this issue. It lies our right to get good conditioned piece after paying an amount of Rs.18, 000-00

                    I have a kent ro which i purchased1.5yrs back. I purchased 2 systems at the same. One system has been giving multiple problems month on month basis. Everytime we have to replace the carbon or filter, min 1000 rupees for repair. Today they are quoting complete change of components and price is 4000 for repair. There have been atleast multiple issues from first month of purchase. I have been asking for replacement of this system.
                    I'm fed up of this kent ro system as i feel the instrument is faulty whereas your technical team feels it's due to water quality. But logically the other system is working fine which is installed in the same locality, same water. I earlier had aquaguard for several years and i must say that it was such a robust system without problems. The technicians and customer support people are also very rude. I need some help urgently.

                    - installed KENT water softener has issues, hence raised complaint
                    - no service man sent for fixing the issue
                    - instead a wrong service man is sent that does not deal with water softeners
                    - complain is 3 days overdue
                    - requested for salt refill for the softener, replacement not yet received

                      My kent ro was installed on 18/06/2017 and on 17/06/2018 i noticed some problems and made a complaint no.[protected] on 17/06/2018 and immediately received message from customers care that mr rajiv-[protected] will attend the complaints and mr rajiv visited on the same day and assured that he will repair within a day but he never repaired the ro and on 19/06/2018 i received another message that case no.[protected] closed and otp given is 55721, but till date no one has attended the complaints and ro is not working properly.in view of above i request you to deput your service engineer to attend the complaint, since the matter has badly been delayed.

                        Hi Sir/Madam,

                        I have got the Kent RO Grand(serial no: kr[protected]) installed on 9-June-2018 and on 16th June it got the water leakage issue in the machine due to that it is not working. I have registered the complaint on 18-June-2018 at 9.30 AM whose complaint no is[protected]complaint copy attached) and customer care (Spoke to Puja from the senior department which was my 5th call to senior department) promised to get it resolved within 24 hrs.

                        Now it’s been 3 days and no has come for the service although I made 6-7 calls to the customer care (spoke to the senior department 5 times) on which they made fake promises in every call to get the issue resolved within one hour. Due to that, I can’t able to make alternate arrangements of water as I thought it will get resolved in an hour or day.

                        Now I am hopeless and have to file a complaint on them and will never suggest anyone for Kent.

                        Please take necessary actions on your service team as they cheating customers by making fake promises and giving very bad services in a city like Bangalore? If this is the case in the city like Bangalore then what would be the condition of customers in smaller cities?

                        Please help.

                          Hi mahesh gupta,
                          I have a kent ro under the sink system which i purchased almost 1.5yrs back.
                          The system has been giving multiple problems month on month basis. Everytime the engineer visits & fees of rs.300 is charged. There have been atleast 4-5 visits in the last 8 months.
                          In the latest problem, the pump needs to be replaced at the cost of rs.2700.
                          I'm fed up of this kent ro system as i feel the instrument is faulty whereas your technical team feels it's due to water quality. No other apartments in my building have such severe problem.
                          My request to you is to consider replacing this set or exchange it with a wall system.
                          Please consider this request.

                            Kent, a big company with huge expenditure on marketing should work on improving it's product & it's service. Kent ro is totally pathetic. I had six repeated complaints in 1st year of working.in 2nd year amc done but of no use. Got another problem with it's filter & they are saying rs 3750 for it. No point in investing on such an unreliable product.

                              1) Our Kent RO machine purchased online and installed on dtd:23.09.2017 (warranty) by the local service provider M/s. Anton Enterprises, rep/tech Mr. Ajay.

                              2) Same person from Anton Ent again called our house approx. after 8 month from our purchase date on dtd.07.06.18 and said I am coming for free servicing/ check-up. We let him come. After checking the rep/tech said due to muddy water parts need to change. Four items replace charges Rs.2000. After we thought and then agreed. The rep/tech changed and taken the amount (attached his bill). We observed he had done it very fast and after finish he did not wait Kent water come out. Quickly went away from our house showing some cause. After sometime that Kent starts overflow water from outside. Immediately we call the tech who did not pick-up phone. Again and again we tried, after 30/40 minute he said I reached far away, I could not come now, but definitely come tomorrow. Hence forth tech did not attended our call even that madam (sitting in office) did not attend our call. Then we booked complain at service centre.

                              3) After 3 days new tech come (Pranim & Co) and said one part broken and some duplicate/ other company cartridge fixed inside the purifier. Tech said, It is (your) our mistake that when alarm comes then only you replace / call tech with proper complain. But how we know it any one should teach us. We just believe the tech word.

                              From above, it is observed that this is a group fraud case of Anton Enterprises, one madam sitting at the head office (whom that person called for reference), she also assisted in this case. If authorized service provider gives like this service then customer whom to belief.

                              It is requested to Kent Company should arrest that person/company for taking Rs.2000 illegally cheating to their customer also providing duplicate parts. Now my original Kent gone mess so Kent Co should provide us/me a new set purifier since it is done by Kent persons only.

                              Further to above complain, I would like to say;

                              1) Neither they change the system
                              2) Nor change the correct parts
                              3) Nor return my money back (Rs.2000)
                              4) Nor service provider (SP) punished for hurt the customer
                              by telling lie, without system alarm to change, they
                              (SP) changed the part that to duplicate parts and
                              by taking Rs.2000 that to within 1 year of our purchase
                              which is under warrenty period.

                              DTD:23.09.17 – KENT GRAND PLUS litre 8L RO. Under warranty.

                                Why case is rejected still the issue not fixed. I'm following up the kent customer care for the last 2 weeks and not at all responding good. On friday, i escalated and no response. And on saturday, i escalated for second time and no response. On sunday, when i called, i am told that i will receive call back on monday 10 am but i did not receive it. When i checked the case id:[protected], it is shown as 'rejected'.

                                Why kent customer care is going on worst now. Parts are also not in good condition. When mechanist came on morning, pump working fine for 2 hours and then get repaired and again mechanist came and told that pump needs to be replaced and it charges around 2500. I don't know why it is happening so. Please escalate it to higher level and reopen the case id[protected]

                                  Kent is so unprofessional and pathetic. I made a payment of rs.2000/ for amc for year 2018-19 on 15th may 2018. Today is 18 th june still amc papers hasn't reached me.in between i have called their customer care 5 times. Email them also. Only promises no work in actual front. Last year i had bad experience with their services. I had planned not to continue amc from kent rather opt for a third party. But as the amc was expiring on 18th may, i received about 20 calls from different nos for renewing amc in two days. The executive spoke to me for about 40 minutes convincing me of better services and 5 % cash back if i paid amc charges through paytm. I made payment through paytm. I haven't received 5% cash back nor amc papers. Not even a receipt of the amount that i paid.
                                  For amc renewal, kent guys keeps bothering you even in office hours because profit is their motive and no customer satisfaction. Infact i will say they prefer customer harrassment.

They have mentioned in the advertisement that the product is for any ro pumb.

                                      I had given a call for newlypurchased faulty product replacement complaint. Bludart agency appointed by you took away the product on bahalf of Kents. 15 days lappsed. Till date my product is not received nor traced. Kindly look in matter.

                                        I submitted a complaint regarding my Kent Grand Plus water filter that I purchased just 2 months ago, as it was not filtering water.I logged the complaint with Universal Pure Water Solutions Kent dealer from whom we purchased it. On second day of logging complaint a technician was sent to check and he reported on analysis that, the RO element was faulty and will have to be replaced with a new one. Since the product is still under warranty it will be replaced free of cost and he said it would be replaced the next day. On the next day we were unable to contact the same technician and another guy was sent instead. This guy just bypassed the filter by removed the ro element and hit it with a chappathi roller stick(We were at office and only aged parents were there at home who were unaware about the details) and simply washed out the blockage and replaced it. On enquiring why the RO element is not replaced with a new one, he simply said that nothing needs to be replaced.Additionally in the process he also broke and damaged the filter box which was not noticed at that time.
                                        Now the water is simply flowing freely without getting filtered at all, and all we get through the outlet is pipe water as it is.

                                        Please take stringent action as soon as possible this is like blatantly fooling consumers and cheating them of their money.(Rs.18000/-),

                                        I'd bought Kent Pearl water purifier a year back from Universal Pure Water Solutions. Last week the mechanic called with great interest saying your yearly service, then he came and replaced the filters then started selling the AMC details. After the replacemente the filter is leaking itself since the purifer cabinet is tightly closed so any leakage which stagnate water inside the purifier and the water vaporize can break the electronic circuit. I've called the mechanic and 'Universal Pure Water Solution' as usual not picking up the call. Also i noticed that he removed the low pressure connection cable and short the cable, so that during low pressure water pump put more efforts to pump gradually breaks it. The idea behind this kind of work is if the low pressure control not working then it will affect the pump and later break itself. So i have to call them for repair because i did not taken the AMC from them as he had persuade me for the AMC during the filter change, but i did not taken. I am not saying do not take AMC.
                                        Warning:
                                        But whoever comes for the repair makes sure you take the photo of the water purifier before repair and stay remain with the mechanic till he fit the parts and closely watch what he is doing. To change our attention he'll say, do you have cloth or screw driver which i forgot to bring. i am sure if you do not take AMC he'll create a problem in purifier later we need to depend on them. At last it is not a rocket science inside the purifier. Make sure you watch and stay with them. I'll escalate this matter to Kent let us see what they says, but i'll not let the same mechanic to my home.
