I have purachased a kent diaphragm pump from amazon for my customised purifier use, on monday 30 april 2018 (Oder no:[protected] its not working properly now, since i have warranty, i condacted kent service care, but they are saying that can't register my complaint as i'm not using their filter machine. They have mentioned in the advertisement that the product is for any ro pumb.

I had given a call for newlypurchased faulty product replacement complaint. Bludart agency appointed by you took away the product on bahalf of Kents. 15 days lappsed. Till date my product is not received nor traced. Kindly look in matter.

    I submitted a complaint regarding my Kent Grand Plus water filter that I purchased just 2 months ago, as it was not filtering water.I logged the complaint with Universal Pure Water Solutions Kent dealer from whom we purchased it. On second day of logging complaint a technician was sent to check and he reported on analysis that, the RO element was faulty and will have to be replaced with a new one. Since the product is still under warranty it will be replaced free of cost and he said it would be replaced the next day. On the next day we were unable to contact the same technician and another guy was sent instead. This guy just bypassed the filter by removed the ro element and hit it with a chappathi roller stick(We were at office and only aged parents were there at home who were unaware about the details) and simply washed out the blockage and replaced it. On enquiring why the RO element is not replaced with a new one, he simply said that nothing needs to be replaced.Additionally in the process he also broke and damaged the filter box which was not noticed at that time.
    Now the water is simply flowing freely without getting filtered at all, and all we get through the outlet is pipe water as it is.

    Please take stringent action as soon as possible this is like blatantly fooling consumers and cheating them of their money.(Rs.18000/-),

    I'd bought Kent Pearl water purifier a year back from Universal Pure Water Solutions. Last week the mechanic called with great interest saying your yearly service, then he came and replaced the filters then started selling the AMC details. After the replacemente the filter is leaking itself since the purifer cabinet is tightly closed so any leakage which stagnate water inside the purifier and the water vaporize can break the electronic circuit. I've called the mechanic and 'Universal Pure Water Solution' as usual not picking up the call. Also i noticed that he removed the low pressure connection cable and short the cable, so that during low pressure water pump put more efforts to pump gradually breaks it. The idea behind this kind of work is if the low pressure control not working then it will affect the pump and later break itself. So i have to call them for repair because i did not taken the AMC from them as he had persuade me for the AMC during the filter change, but i did not taken. I am not saying do not take AMC.
    Warning:
    But whoever comes for the repair makes sure you take the photo of the water purifier before repair and stay remain with the mechanic till he fit the parts and closely watch what he is doing. To change our attention he'll say, do you have cloth or screw driver which i forgot to bring. i am sure if you do not take AMC he'll create a problem in purifier later we need to depend on them. At last it is not a rocket science inside the purifier. Make sure you watch and stay with them. I'll escalate this matter to Kent let us see what they says, but i'll not let the same mechanic to my home.

      I have purchased kent ro [ superb] last august. From installation display was not working. After 04 month display replaced by company service centre. After replacement of 01 week, it get defective since feb 2018.

      Till date display is not replaced. Due to lack of data information i am not using the water.

          My kent ro stopped working on 24th may 2018 called customer care and next day technician came and said i need to change th adapter, i got it changed from him ro started working, after 2 hours the water started overflowing, note - i did not had this issue before getting service from kent ro technician, my ro had no overflowing issue before, but after getting the adapter changed from techician, new overflow issue started. He came back and said the overflow sensor is damaged and he changed it. Note i paid 935 for adapter earlier that day and 300 for service, after that o again paid 250 for overflow sensor. After a week my ro again stopped working, i called kent and again the technician said the curcuit and the wiring needs to be changed, i got it cha ged and paid 1125 for it. My ro started working again and on d same day evening again my ro stopped working and now i am getting beep sound.
          I am fed up of paying to kent. I have seen a consistant pattern in this that every techician dat comes from kent forces me to buy amc which i refused and the very next day or same day i get new issue. I am pretty sure that people are creating situation for me werin i am forced to by amc. This is a major fraud happenig with me.

            We have purchased an ro system in september. The system has never been giving clean water, each time someone checked and made some changes, it works for a couple of days, then starts giving unclear water. I have made following complaints over past few months.in which for only 3 complaints the representative showed up. Otherwise always a message is received that customer complaint closed, without any service representative even visiting the house.

              I want to escalate this to highest level in the Kent. I don't want response from 1st level customer service.

              I've been using Kent RO water purifier since many years.

              In the month of Feb 2018- i did a service with one of your dealer.

              After the service, he said - go for the AMC. So I paid the AMC money. Till now - he has not given me the AMC papers.
              I told him many times - If you can't issue the papers - give my money back. I've been calling him since feb. Every time he gives one or other lie. Now he stopped answering my calls.

              His name is Maruti. I'm attaching dealer service details.

              I strongly feel - he is cheating customer in the name of Kent.

              I want Kent to take serious action against him and help me to get my money back from him.

              Such people should be punished. Because of such - i'm wasting my time and money.

                Every time i get a problem with my kent ro, i really struggle to get the servicing done. Technicians do not turn up and i keep on chasing them without any luck. The kent customer support team is helpless and may be they do not want to take this matter seriously. As usual,

                  Your service has been worst. This is the worst customer care i had ever seen. I raised request on june2nd (Number:[protected] for ro replacement but you are not doing and just cancelling my request. I purchased ro (Only ro not complete kent) on mar1st for 3500 and it is not working since may 15th but you are not accepting because of i raised request just few hours after warranty period. You are not believing that it is not working since may 15th. If you are thinking that i crossed few hours warranty period how can a person raise request immediately when it is not working. We will wait for at least 2 days.in that case still it comes under warranty period so looking forward resolution from your side.

                    We have raised service request on 31st may through application n requested for technician visit by 10 am as we are not available after that. Till now no one visited nor the service been provided and today i. E 6th june our request is cancelled... We called customer service on 4th june n reraised complaint again technician not visiting n customer care guy informed us that technician had updated the comment stating customer requested to visit at 9am which was never the case... Very poor service and dealer sending der technician is never bothered to check whether service is provided or not and whether technician visited n attended the complaints or not...

                    Request to take action and provide the service on priority and take care of dealers who are mishandling the cases and spoiling the brand of kent.

                        Engineer from aishwarya solar technologies came for service on may 26th and changed all filters and charged around 5200/-. But later when i filled the tank, there was a water leakage from the back of the machine. On 28th, i again contacted the service center and updated the issue. But even after multiple calls to service center and engineer, no one visited for 2 days. They were keep on giving wrong commitments and wasted my time.

                        Finally on 30th engineer visited and he said there is a crack on the tank and i need to replace it. I told its because of your mishandling, so i cant pay it fully. The service center lady-barathi and this engineer made so much fuss and was arguing with me saying its my mistake. I was in office and the engineer at home made so much show that my wife with a 6 months old baby really got scared.

                        I shouted at the lady at service center over phone, but no use and now its left as it is. Not sure who will take care of this and do something responsible.
                        I was keep on asking for some service managers from kent and finally gave a number which again was answered by the same lady at the service center.
                        I have to make sure these people never make these kind of drama to any other customers.

                          Dear Kent Team,

                          We have got our kent machine serviced last on 23//09/17. During that visit your engineer Mr. Mukesh Kumar recommended to change the memberane along with candles which costed us Rs. 3750 and we also took AMC of Rs. 2000 in that visit.

                          Now when your engineer Mr. Ravinder visited us today i.e 29/05/18. He told us to change the same parts again which we got replaced couple of months back and pay 3750 again

                          Is this some kind of joke. We have bought Kent machine thinking it to be no.1 water purifier brand in India and has some ethics in dealing with customer. How can such an expensive part be damaged in a place where MCD water is available and only 2 members of the family are staying. In 8 months I have already paid 6000 and now again kent is asking for 3750 for replacing the parts because they are not included in AMC.

                          I look forward to your kind advice and solution to my problem at the earliest. I have already spoken with Mr. Shailendra who is the so called area sales manager and has only one senior executive in his whole area to handle this issue and cant send another executive to re-check the machine. Customer care manager Mr. Krishna has no interest in taking the customer complaint seriously and also has no solution.

                          I will be forced to file a complaint is consumer forum against Mr. Shailendra and executive Mr. Ravinder for misguiding the customer in order to make money by changing such expensive parts in 8 months which should atleast work for an year.

                            I had purchased a kent ro (M/c s/n: kr[protected]). Within 3 days of purchase of kent ro, the taste of water was converted into bad taste. The complaint was lodged at your centre with complaint no. [protected]. Your technician visited after 2 days of complaint on 22nd may 2018 & he does not understand the problem. Then again some other technician visited on 23rd may 2018. He checked the ro & said the uv rod in the purifier is not ok & not to be replaced. I argued for replacement of whole machine but your executives denied completely. Then i was compelled to get agreed for change of rod. Your technician visited my place & changed the uv rod on 25th may 2018. I have been compelled again to close the complaint as the rod has been changed. Within single day of replacement of rod, again the smell & taste of water has been deteriorated again.
                            Kindly let me know what should i do with this product?
                            Kindly look into my problem & replace the whole product which has quality issue in it.

                              I want to raise complaint for technician ashok kumar he visited my home since my ro was not working he was sent by the company he changed some part which costed around rs 1735 and after 1 day i called him i told him that my part is not working he said he will come but he diddnt after i was not at home for a month so again i called him he said wrong no.                               Not working ro at Telephone Exchange urban Estate Phase-2 patiala. Leakage of water from Ro and the water not purified. Kindly repair it as early as possible.

                                Sir,

                                Pls note that the service provider in mysore karnatak (Mr chethan) has taken my kent pearl filter for repair in dec 2017 and promised to bring back and re-install in jan 18 but never turned up.
                                He never picks up the call and also does not return my filter.
                                I have already spent around 9-10k to replace all filters of this machine.

                                Because his engineer did not place / wall mount the filter properly, it fell and broke. Now again i have to bear the repair charges because of his mistake. He took to get it repaired but never turned up.

                                Kindly resolve this immediately else i have to go to consumer court for this cheating.

                                  Hi, we r frm sarjapur, bangalore. I have purchased kent 2years back. Last few months back ur service provider recommend for amc. We purchased it. After that for complaints thy r not responding properly. Now friday 18th may 2018 i have raised complaint, till now nobody came. Y this kind of irresponsible in service frm kent. I need immediate action on this issue

                                    I had bought kent ro almost 2.5 yrs back with si no kr[protected] & service engg mr kiran kumar _ [protected] (Udupi karnataka) has informed that he had registered my details witk kent.
                                    Last month i had called him for routine service & after service there was a gradual increase of abnormal sound from pump motor & water taste has become horrible
                                    I had informed the service engg again & after inspection he informed that motor got damged & it would cost 3700
                                    How come the motor got damaged after service?
                                    I had contacted customer care & they informed that the my kent is not registered yet.. This is strange & a serious lapse of the process.. Why should i pay for motor damaged which has come after service & before that kent was working fine

                                    I got a call from kent & as i was busy i asked them to call me in the evening...
                                    I have not received any call later & they have closed it
                                    Today kent service engineer visited again..he informed that along with Kent motor SMPS is also damaged...how can both get damaged simultaneously...if that is the case why he didnt inform us during earlier inspection & said only motor is damaged& woul take 10 days for new motor replacement ..I think service engg is taking us for a ride

                                      I had ordered a product from your company and when i am tracking the order the customer care tells me that the product has been delivered but i have not received the product. the product is kent egg boiler. the courier people in siliguri are saying that the product has ben delivered but it has not reached me.

                                        we lodged a complaint regarding Kent Maxx water purifier. there is a problem with its sensor, due to which the water is overflowing. we called the customer care for resolving the issue but they haven't responded. since then we have been purchasing portable water. which has cost us hundreds of rupees, we tried contacting the customer care numerous times but all our efforts went in vain. I hope you look into the matter and do the needful.
