I bought kent maxx (Kr[protected]) uv + uf water purifier in april 2016. After 2 to 3 months of installation the machine started giving problems and i had to request for service to kent service centre, bilaspur for 5 to 6 times during the first year of purchase itself.

When i discussed the issue of machine having some manufacturing defect with the service guy he told me that the issues are very trivial and there is nothing to worry. I also tried approaching and elaborating the service engineer over phone who is looking after whole chattisgarh area last year.
But, to my dismay he told me that call log of all my complaints have not been maintained online by the service centre, bilaspur. Hence, it is not conclusive that the machine is having some manufacturing defect and assured that he will look into the issue personally and get the machine
Checked/rectified.

Subsequently, after expiry of the warranty period also the machine continued to malfunction every second month. But, now i lodge my complaints through
Centralized ivrs system/kent service app. The service guy who visited for repair/service suggested to me change the filters which i did on trust basis. Then he also suggested me to change the electronic ballast which may be causing the problem. I also changed the ballast on 5th february 2018. But again in 1st week of april 2018 my machine started giving beep/alarm. Now again from last one week there is leakage problem (Only after 15 days of last service) in my machine. Which i discussed with the service guy over telephone. He suggested me to lodge the complaint online. Which i did on 26th april 2018 through app (Case no. [protected]). But till date no one from service centre has came to resolve the issue for last two days and my machine is continuously leaking which may lead to permanent damage to the machine.

Yesterday evening after coming from office i came to know that no one has visited for service/repair even after lodging of complaint and assigning of service guy by the system. I got infuriated and called the service guy whose mobile no. Was messaged to me by kent. He told that i should talk to service centre owner as he is an employee
Only. I called the service centre owner also and he told that he will send someone on sunday i. E. Today (29th april 2018), to which i protested that how can they take the customer service so lightly in this competitive water purifier business. As i was highly frustrated by the turn of events, i also told him that i am no more interested in service and using kent purifier.

To height of my surprise the complaint lodged by me have been closed by service centre today and it is reflecting as closed in the app. I don't know how a service focused company (Which kent claims through it's advertisements) can afford to be so arrogant in this competitive market and survive. From my experience with kent machine and kent service i can very well say that kent is not at all customer focused and all it cares about to frequently change the spares of machine to increase it's revenue.

I have taken a very serious note of all these events and now due to my dissatisfaction, i have decided not to use kent water purifiers/products anymore in future. If required, i will also approach the consumer court
As last resort for my hard earned money.

    We got kent water purified installed in bengaluru house. The installation guy convinced us to pay extra rs 6000 to take amc plan. He told that he will send the receipt by evening. Next week we found leakage inside the kent which has increased in next few weeks. After continuous follow up, neither they send us receipt nor they are sending anyone to check. Trying to get in touch with customer care now and will file police complaint for fraud if required.

      Worst service. After we got kent auro we had multiple services and no one asked for paper as i was showing them warranty on kent app. Suddenly one day the technician refused to service and said he wants papers. I called customer service and they confirmed that my machine is under warranty. Even then my machine was not serviced.

      Also before that the technician misguided that warranty is valid for 11 months 15 days and i have to pay rs 4000 for filters. If i did not decide to call customer service at that pt, he would have charged me rs. 4000 for filters!!

      Now due to all these issues, my machine has moved out of warranty. Ridiculous service, why do you even have app if your technician does not believe the app and do not service.

        Hi kent,

        Being a reputed company, hiring a such stupid service engineer is it worth..??

        This is the 3rd time i raised complaint against my device. Kent ro superb. Every time coming doing some temporary fix and charging 300 per visit..

        Only for money is he creating such kind of prbm. Changed. Today again i raised a service request on my device it says high impurities in water.

        Please contact me if you need in detail abt the prbm.

          I have purchased kent ro plant on feb 2017.
          Within one year i had problems twice. On nov 2017, it did not work.
          They asked me to change all filters. I spent rs 1800.
          Again on this april 9th, it did not work. They asked us to change the filter.
          I spent rs 1300.

          With in 17 days of the service, the tank is over flowing.
          Service person demand money for service (With in 17 days) and also says it could be sensor or motor problem.

          What at horrible product and service. Can some one help?

            I am mrs jhumur sen kar complain in kent ro service center of my kent ro machine on 20th april 2018 complain no [protected]. Otp genarated at 10 a. M on 20th april 2018. Same day mr. Debasish, mob no-[protected] contact me want otp whithout attain complain. But whithout service i deny. To give him otp. Next day my. Complain has been submitted for cancellation without my concern at 2.25 p. M. Then immediately i contact kent service center and told them whitout my concern how my complain submited for cancellalatio this totally froudulent work who done this. Then customer service apologies and they confirm me some tecnical person come to my house wthin 24 hours at 2.42 p. M. But nobody come last two days to solve my problem. But today 24th april 2018 at 12.41 p. M one message one message come in my registered mobile no my case is resolved. Pl give me feedback. Whitout doing any service, whitout send any technician, only telephonic conversion my case [protected] is resolved how it possible, this is totaly froudulent activity. My machine is now deactivate condition within one year warranty period if it is not ok within 24 hrs i complain to consumer durable arganisation and social media also. Your organisationnot giving me one year warranty free service how it possible 4 year free service. I am the member of consumrr durable complain asociation after this sicial media also know the reality. Thanks — [protected].

                I have logged a call for repair of Kent Maxx, the technician from Kent came and gave me an AMC saying I will change all filters including external filter and took Rs. 3000 saying that now there is shortage of spares from company side in 2-3 days I will come again and replace the same, now month have been passed the technician had not came and he took 3000 Rs. After giving a call to customer care, they are also not knowing the person who they have send to repair... Customer care said that in coming 24 Hrs. your issue will be resolved but now 48 Hrs. has been passed no one has responded from kent..

                  I have you kent ro grand product but dated 29 april 2018 i have raised call for service and engineer mr. Kiran pal come change the uv lamp and other parts and charged the rs.4700 but till the date we are facing problem and from last one week we are continuously calling to engineer mr. Kiran pal but he is not bothering about the same. And these kind of person is representing the bad picture of company due to casual approch kindly look into issue and resolve on priority basis because we are facing lot mental harassment on the same.

                  My kent ro filter was installed in march 2018 after my relocation. water is leaking from the external filter inlet and outlet points. the problem existed since its installation. wastage of each drop of water is a national crime. hence to be rectified at the earliest. kent must live upto its advt, not that always take service charges

                    Fyi. The engineer came with out tool (Shoe spanner) to fix the unit. Since we had the sme at home gave it. On goin back engineer has taken the same along with him.

                    Called the engineer mr. Yasar more than 5 times to return the tool. Till now not returned kindly do the needful.

                    Hi,

                    This is regarding kent superstar installation done on 16-04-18. My registered number is [protected].

                    I am not at all satisfied with your installation. Engineer has fixed the same too near to wash basin hence we cant use the basin. There was plenty of space available for fixing above it. Pfa.

                    Also the inlet hose is cut and given back which now made the unit to move up due to short inlet hose length.

                    Kindly realign engineer with inlet hose to refix same.

                      I requested to install the new kent ro machine at my house in district ballia uttar pradesh pin 277204. I contacted my times to customer care. They told me tat ro machine has been installed on 13 apr 2018 but i am so sorry to say that it has not been installed till today 24 apr 2018. Today (22 apr 2018) i spoken to muskan (Customer care) at 1108 hrs. Today again the same thinks has been told by customer care person that :sir you have to wait for 12 to 24 hrs it will be installed"

                      Now i want to know that if you are unable to install the machine then how can you give service or repair.
                      Lastly i request you again if you are not able to provide service or repair then tell me how to return the kent ro machine.

                        We purchased RO purifier some years back...We didn't had a good service experience Kent RO AMC Service. Still this time a technician suggested & convinced us to buy AMC Services work Rs 2000.
                        We told him that earlier we suffered after taking AMC, no one listens as frequently as normal service calls now. But he said the scenario has changed now you'll not get any complaints from our side.

                        It has been more than 72 hours now, nobody even bothered to check the status of my complaints after so many attempts.

                        Shame on the companies manager & care takers...this is height of irresponsibility...

                          Please note that we had purchased mineral water ro of kent brand from bhiwadi on dated 26.03.2017.
                          In the month of march, we have made several follow ups for getting the service under warrenty, but dealer did not delute any service engineering, now he is replying that the warrenty has been over.

                          This is not a good practice to handling the customers because one unsatisfy customer will aware more hundred customers.

                          We request you to extend my warrenty for the same.

                            I have call kent ro for servicing of my kent maxx ro and after the visit the technician told us to change the filter charing rs. 1300/- and changed it, but in the evening my ro overflow system stops working and i had registered the complaint for the same but god knows how the very next, the ro's overflow system automatically started working in evening, but at night ro stopped working, then i had filed the compliant, the technician visited and said its some part named choke wire has been burned and need to replace costing rs. 930/-.
                            Now tell me, my ro is working perfectly before servicing and after the technician visited and changed my filter, this problem occured and the customer service officer was telling me to pay the part cost. This is the technician fault who made this fault. Now i want my part to be replaced free of cost. As this is happened because of the technician's fault, as he drop the water on the wire while servicing the filter and told us to not to worry as it will vapourise after sometime.
                            Kindly resolve this issue asap.

                              The water collection tank over 2-3 weeks gets algae (Green color scum) at the bottom. I contacted an authorized kent service agent and they sent a technician who replaced all the internal parts (Ro membrane, carbon filter etc) and said no issues from now on (At a significant cost). However, the problem has not gone away... I still get green algae at the bottom of the tank in 2-3 weeks. I have to keep cleaning it.

                                Shocked, shocked.. Shocked. How cockroaches can come from water tank of kent grand +???. We had registered complaint 15 days before only as i had seen small small cockroaches moving inside visible from glass. Than the service engineer came and told that he has cleaned the filter, however told that this is a common problem in this model as through loopes cockroaches enter and offerd no solution for same, but assured that cockroaches cannot enter the tank. But today, i had seen small small cockroches and their parts coming out of tank outlet. I was shocked as how could it happen as we had been drinking same water on daily basis, now our family health is on stake. We feel cheated. I just want my entire money back from the company so that we can but any good brand from market as now i cannot rely on this company. We had purchased from lotus showroom, raipur.

                                  I called kent ro customer care number in the month of sept'17 for rectifying some problem in my kent grand ro system.

                                  Engineer visited in lieu of my complaint, rectified the system on 10th sept'17 and convinced undersigned to enter into an amc for next 01 year vide invoice number 4674 dt[protected] for amount inr 6, 000/-

                                  The services committed under the amc agreement were.

                                  A) mandatory free quarterly service visits - 04
                                  B) menbrane/ motor/pump/ electrical parts/ filters covered for replacement under amc.
                                  C) free visits for any breakdown.

                                  Thereafter below mentioned two complaints were logged with livesafe h2o solutions for leakage problem at the contact numbers mentioned in the amc invoice ([protected]/ [protected]/[protected]

                                  A) r1501006 dt 15-10-17
                                  B) r4011010 dt 05-11-17

                                  Thereafter n number of follow-ups were made, but no one visited for rectifying the problem till date.

                                  In vain when i contacted kent ro customer care, they claimed that as on date livsafe h2o solutions is not there distributor. I am shocked that after charging inr 6000/- neither kent nor the so called service partner livesafe is taking ownership of the services committed.

                                  Its almost 07 months from the date we entered into amc and till date no one from livesafe has visited for the falult rectification/ scheduled quarterly preventive maintenance visits.

                                  Even kent ro systems is also not taking ownership for the services for which they have been paid inr 6, 000/- in advance.

                                    Kent purifier has this good habit of cheating customers in the name of service, they themselves call through their partners for service and force us to take their service. I accepted thier service call under pressure and faced cheating. They asked to pay 7000 for amc which again i was not interested and in pretext of service they caused a repair on already working kent to stop working completely. On calling they are not receiving my complaint. Please do the needful.

                                    The algae gets deposited in water tank of Kent RO installed at my home. Even servicing of RO couldn't help. It can cause health issues.

                                    The algae starts getting.deposited in a 2-3 days of cleaning the water tank. There seems to be no solution to this.

                                      Have had the worst service from kent ro.. Replaced membrane and motor and charged me rs 5200 including 300 service charge on 11 april 2018 but water purifier is still not working which was reported immediately within an hour. Both customer service and technician said they will be there asap but never showed up. Third day without drinking water. The technician and customer service dodge calls and never call back.                                       Have received a callback from KENT RO.. It turns out that I have been dealing with APEX service centre who have fraudulently been posing as a KENT RO service centre. It is not even an authorised dealer.

                                        In my ro was serviced by kent authorized service engineer before 1.5 months. He replace all filter and charge me rs. 4985 and said for 3 months warranty. Filters were not installed properly during service. Now with in two months ro is producing loud noise of vibration among filter. Now when i am calling customer care they wants rs 300 more for see this issue which was created by them only. Attached the complain number and charges text message from kent ro.
