We bought a kent ro filter - pearl from intech elec, bangalore in july 2015.
When we called them for service, they informed us that we have to contact kent directly.

So we got in touch with kent, and they in turn sent an agency called water solutions. When "water solutions" came for service, they sold us an amc for one year on behalf of kent.

Now water solutions does not respond to our calls, and kent is washing its hands off.

The fact is that water solutions has been sent to us by kent and hence they are responsible for water solutions actions.

Please get kent to honour the amc commitment

    Dear team

    I purchased kent ro on 31st aug 16.

    Within 1.5 year the body of ro membrane has cracked.

    Does kent use such cheap quality plastic which cracks after such a short time. I am shocked!!!

    I was a loyal customer to kent and has recommended this to all my friends. But this faith has been put to question mark.

    I have been regular in having the regular maintenance and changing of filters. Even after incurring so much cost, i am asked to pay rs 2500 for membrane which has cracked for no fault of mine and is due to the poor quality of plastic used.

    Request you to kindly look into this at the earliest.

      Have booked for a demonstration in Oct 17..after which a a sms was sent saying Mr. Vijeth kumar will be visiting us from Kent office... The person came and suggested a filter that we had to buy after testing the water.. Advance of 6000 was paid.. And later in Dec we again paid the balance amount of 13000 as he said that until we paid the full amount Kent wouldn't supply the filter... After the payment we were repeatedly told the filter was not in stocks... When we enquired again and again we were told that the person left the Kent agency and has cheated us.. Now we have paid the while amount and haven't got the filter.. Calling the Kent helpline and mailing them also proved useless... Nite sure if Kent is a trustable company after this experience... Kindly suggest a solution to get our filter for which we have paid the full amount to a person sent by Kent Co who turned out to be a cheat...

          IMPORTANT NOTE :
          During every service visit, the technician leaves some or the other part loose or mishandles the equipment due to which I have to bear the losses of the damage caused by his incompetence. I have spent tens of thousands thus far in the span of 7 months.
          I have made the complaint to the customer care about the attitude and the way of working of their technicians, although I get the assurance from them, that my problem will be solved in 24-48 hours satisfactorily but that never happens and, still I am getting the problems again and again and every time their technician comes and replaces some or the other part.

          The technician team always insists me to be available at their own convenient time, else they ask me to cancel the complaint. Due to this attitude of their's I had to miss my office many a times.

          I understand that every mechanical/electrical device needs maintenance and KENT is not an exception. But this should be once or maximum twice in a year. There are so many issues in a span of past 7 months and even after spending so much money I feel NEITHER the KENT product is good NOR the TECHNICIANS who come to repair are competent enough. Forget about the inconvenience caused due to non availability of drinking water because the complaint never gets resolved in 48 hours as claimed by them. What is the use of purchasing a branded product like KENT

          It is my sincere request to you that
          1. This time my problem gets resolved by some competent person so that it doesn't occurs again soon.
          2. Considering the fact that I have suffered so much financial losses along with the mental harassment and inconvenience due to your incompetent staff or faulty parts, I should not be charged this time again for another damage.

              We purchased a kent ro sr no kr[protected] from
              Shree balaji water solution, bhiwadi, phone no [protected]/[protected] on 05/02/2017 vide bill no 5405 dt 05/02/2017 rupees 16500/- with warranty of 1 year this ro not working satisfactorily it stopped providing water frequently on 27/01/2018 they changed kent filter set and charged rs. 1500/- less than a year time and on 10/02/2018 it stopped releasing waste water this ro system is either not original or has a manufacturing fault so we want to get is changed wef

                      This is really pathetic to waste time on such poor customer service of kent. The auro purifier had stopped working some days ago. The person came and changed the us membrane and charged rs 600 (My mother in law was unaware of the warranty). When called the customer service about the return as the us membrane has 1 year warranty, the area manager lady talked so badly and refused to return the charges. Further she added that the warranty will anyways be expiring in next month. What kind of service is this. I ll recommend all the buyers that do not go for kent in any case. Request to return the charges asap.

                        Kent customer executive nagaraju ([protected]) promised to address our issue with kent ro grand plus since 15 feb to 9 mar. He has been promising for dates and never showed up. He has misguided us for about 20 days.

                        On 9 mar we raised a request[protected] and got our issue fixed in next 24 hours.

                        Lesson learnt is to not trust any representatives verbal confirmations.

                        I wanted to bring this up to make sure it doesn't repeat to anyone else. Please do the needful to help nagaraju understand to have customers guided properly.

                        I have Kent Maxx UV + UF purifier. I found a insect in my storage tank.
                        How is it possible for an insect to enter the closed tank. It was not expected from Kent.

                          no response has been received from last 5 days and each time i cl on customer care they assure me that a service engineer will be visiting today but no one has shown till date.

                            My machine (Kr[protected]) one month old one, out of one month worked only 10 days after that machine is dead called customer care almost 6 times there is no response at all after some days service engg came and change the smps with (Used smps from other house). Again i called customer care i informed this incident after that customer care people (Really they are trying catch area manager or acting behind the call i don't know) to catch the area manager and regional manager dhamodharan, but still now no one called back. Issue still persist

                              Hi sir/madam,

                              This is shubhanshu pandey. I bought a kent water purifier in july 2017. Till now many times we have to call customer service to repair it. It is almost new machine and i think it is defective one as i don't understand how can a new machine needs this much of repairing. Since this is in warranty, we called customer support many times. They usually come and and don't fix the actual problem. They said that the part which needs repairing is very costly and the machine is in warranty. So it seems like they are not fixing the actual problem and waiting when the warranty will end then they can charge us money. I don't understand what we can do in that type of situation that's why i am writing this complaint. When i bought this product i had trust on kent. I hope this trust will be forever and kent will take action on this.

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                I am one the existing costumer of kent ro since 2014 with reference no of kr[protected]. For the last one month my purifier water comes on slowly and your representative visits our come and informs that it has been blocked nad rectification charges he is asking rs.4000.
                                Please note that i purchased purifier around cost of rs.17000 but the maintenance charges is around rs.4000 is extremely high.
                                Hence i kindly request to please look in to the matter and rectify my kent ro at the earliest.

                                    Ro is not working, the motor is not running properly. We bought it just 5 months back but we have fixed it only a month back, not even it completely works for 31 days now it got repaired and some fault occurred. The motor is not working it just vibrates and stops the water is getting out through outlet a drop by drop. We tried to clear those problems through local repairing people but it didn't get rectified. Kr[protected]. It creates more inconvenience to us so please repair all over the fault as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have concern with kent ro purifier i am using, it suddenly stopped working and when i asked technician from ro to come and check he has reported main filter is not working and told for the replacement costing some where inr 5500 approx since it cant be fixed. But here the concern is how do a customer get to know if some thing is critical and we need a service.

                                      Why we have alarm in the machine which will not be raised as an when it should?

                                      I am not willing to take a penalty of 5.5k rs when i dont find any fault as an user.

                                      Please refer the below copied conversation and complaints i had already mailed but yet there is no solution.

                                      Currently he took service charge of rs 300 for making a temporary fix could be dangerous if filter is not doing its job properly.

                                      Please take action here and do the needful.

                                        Hi, this chintamani wagh, dear sir or madame,

                                        I recently purchased your product (Mc s/r kr[protected]) through a local retailer and i was very upset to find that it did not work as expect. I have been a very loyal customer of your company for a number of years and this is certainly not the quality that i have come to expect from you.

                                        Under normal circumstances, i would simply return this item to the store, but i was told that this is not an option, since the item had already been used. Well, of course the item had already been used, as there would be no other way for me to learn that it was defective!

                                        This product not work properly every 2 _3 days water not coming properly.
                                        And every time i was call on your call centre, and your person come and not solve my problem properly and his tell me this product was default and change the product.
                                        I do not believe that i am asking for much in return for my time and effort, as all i want is my money back or to have this product replaced with one that works properly. I will gladly return the defective item to you, should you send a postage-prepaid box to my house.

                                        I do not feel that i am being unreasonable with my request.
