This is in continuation to my complaint for replacement of nonfunctional new vaccum cleaner... One of your vendors has picked it up from my home for checking the problem. He called me 10 days back informing that the issue is resolved & he has repaired the brand new vc.
I would like to remind you that the vc had developed snag within 15 days of the purchase and i am demanding replacement of the vc from beginning... “i don’t want the repaired vc, but replacement of the vc” cyclonic vacuum cleaner kt t 3520 through flipkart vide invoice dt 24/09/2017. Machine serial number is 16460719 printed at

I purchased Kent Cyclone Vaccum Cleaner (VC) from Kent since inception the VC is not working and having very low suction quality various complaint are made the tech visited but offered no solution at all and till date it is not working at all. Now the Tech is insisting on payment of Rs 1000 for change of filter despite the fact that the defect in machine is since inception and they never suggested the charge and change of filter during their visit

The VC is sold on miss representation basis by assuring that otherwise filter costs Rs 200 and requires replacement after one year

Feel cheated by company I need replacement of defective machine not the repair as it is under warranty product having problem from first 15 days

Kent RO invoice is S[protected] dt 18/018/2019 (directly billed from KENT RO SYSTEMS LTD) for KENT FORCE CYCLONIC V CLEANER
its pathetic service for vacuum cleaner from Kent.

I asked to deliver me the Mesh of cleaner and service man agreed, but not delivered after two months.

Bad experience.

Do not suggest for Kent Vacuum cleaner.

no service.

    Hi kent (To any of your senior management if they are reading this), i requested for service of my 1.3 year old kent prime machine which has recently exhausted its 1 year warranty.
    The problem: a continuous beep sound after 10 minutes of switching on the machine. That is all. (Fyip, both the sediment and carbon filters were changed recently).
    Technician keerti visited our premises and said we need to change all the filters except ro (Including uv lamp) and changed it at the expense of around 4000 rs during 2 visits. However there was no resolution (Still continuous beep after 10 min). Only during the 4th visit did they realize that the beep was because of a faulty smps and charged another 935 rs to replace the same and then the problem was rectified. Total of around 5000rs.
    My question - since the problem was smps, i am sure all the filters were definetely not faulty, hence any customer would feel bad that he had to spend rs 5000rs in one go for a technicians lack of knowledge. Please advice.

      I don't know what will happen in future but i am struggling even to get the installation done. On given appointment their engineer not came for installation, his mobile no is switched off. When called to kent call centre to know the near by service centre no, they don't have such details. Every time i call their call centre, they just do time pass and nothing else, only 1 answer from their side is to wait, their person will contact but unfortunately that doesn't happen.

        Hello kent - can you please advise what is the full year amc with spares and services, i had a service engineer today from your associate amc and charged rs. 7500/- i am bit surprised as this amount is huge and i want someone from company clarify? Can you please advise if this is correct as i suspect there is some cheating happening with the local dealers. Here is the enclosed receipt.

        Looks like the full year AMC with spares and Service is Rs. 6500/- which is hard to believe but it is truth.. Every year we have to shell out min 5000 to 6000 on filters, the reality of having Purifiers... nothing comes free of cost -:)

          Hi kent team,

          Your technician has come for the fix today, 28/12/2017, he is asking rs 5500.00 for the filter fix.
          Why we should be paying 5.5k each year to maintain your ro kit.

          How come it is failed within 1.5 years?
          There was a visit of your technician on 30th january, why he hasn't updated if anything is alarming.

          Your system should alarm us rather failing directly.
          Why anybody should pay 5.5k every year for a product costing 17k, it doesn't make sense.

          If you say it is our negligence than i would say it is your system mistake:

          * first thing: your system should alarm much before any critical warning, it did not alarm.
          * what your technician minimum checks when he is asked for a check.

          Currently, he took service charge of rs 300 for making a temporary fix could be dangerous if the filter is not doing its job properly.

          Please take action here and do the needful.

            I called for repair service to care 10 days ago for which a local service person was alloted. I received his contact. But he is avoiding and is not coming for repairing.

            Such irresponsible persons are there for kent service. Very poor service.
            Regrets for being a kent customer.

            ALready I have given my contacts. If genuinely my issue is to be solved, you should penalise such irresponsible persons like susheel chatterjee with you.
            A lot of my worthy time is wasted calling such irresponsible persons for repair work.

              Today's on 26.12.2017 my machine is not working, yesterday attender has come & said there are issue in adopter but past three month before the same issue solved by the same person (Attender), & now we are facing the same problem. He charge attendance/ maintenance fee rs 300 & after every three months adopter rs 1500 i. E total maintenance for year rs 6000 + 1200 = 7200 /- is only for adopter & changers. Kent purifier service is worst.

              I got my kent ro transfered from gurgaon. My parents had bought it and the product is well under warranty. I didnt get the warranty card along. FOr servicing why do they need a warranty cad when the product is under warranty.

                I had requested for servicing of my kent ro prime on 16th dec'17, complaint no. Is[protected]. It was not attended yet by any service engineer in 48 hours after lot of follow up. I received sms saying the above complaint is cancelled. When i spoke to customer care i was not answered rather a new complaint no.[protected] was generated.

                The above new complaint no.[protected] was also not attended again by any service engineer within 48 hours after lot of follow up. One service engineer "name: mr. Shivanand, mobile no. : [protected]" was deputed to attend the complaint however he refused to attend the complaint. This complaint has been cancelled too.

                There is kent ro service center in jajpur keonjahr road, odisha, from where i purchased. Its seller name and mobile no. Is badal & [protected] / [protected] / [protected] respectively. There is no response to my call / complaint.

                Another phone i contacted for the servicing [protected], the generated complaint number was 19729. This was too not resolved.

                Total ten days (16 to 25 dec'17) is already past, yet no service engineer attended the complaint.

                Its really height of the checking patience of customer. How bold the kent's service engineer are that they can refused without helping/attending the complaint, without caring customer pain. I have never see such a poorest service in life. It indicates the company "kent" is not at all bother their customer that in what pain the customer is. Its horrible, disaster service (Following contact numbers were contacted [protected], [protected]).

                Yesterday, Kent service engineer visited my address and sorted out the issues of my Kent ( complaint number was[protected]. Now Kent is running well. Thanks for quick response after posting above complaint in this forum. However Kent management should improve system of sorting out customer complaints. So that such situation should not arise with other customer. Thanks once again for the fast response.

                  I have taken AMC on 22.7.17 invoice no. AM-1309 . But whenever I lodge the complain on help line no. [protected]/[protected]. They say this invoice no. Is not available. That means I have been cheated by technician of Kent RO. Recently I have lodged the complain on 16.12.17, 19.12.17and twice at 21.12.17 but not yet service people came to visit. Complain no. A-1712012.
                  And even I sent the recipt of AMC on whatsapp of customer care representative. AMC done by technician sandeep his mobile number [protected].

                    This complain is against the ro dealer livesafe solutions. I think you are ruinning your reputation by giving them ro dealership as they are not fit for these kind of services you must cancel there dealership, otherwise i am sending a legal notice to the company of not providing service once they have taken rs.6000 cash on the name of amc.
                    Since diwali i am calling them regularly on call centre number the lady who is sitting there does not know anything how to talk and how to take the complain once she hears the word amc the voice goes down and then there is no response to the call. I called up the owner of livesafe solutions mr. Gaurav at least four five times he always assured me that the technician will be there for sure, but now it's almost from diwali to new year but no sign of technician. (October to december)

                    I am unable to understand how do you give your dealerships to such kind of agencies and once given you don't even check what the hell they are doing.
                    If this complaint is not met and not answered then the consequences will be beared by all.

                    Thank you for responding to my complain, your said technian as he says I am from Kent direct came to check the condition of the RO after seeing he gives me a bill of 4500 if I go with the services .which I did not agree to after that Kent officials Mr ajay rana ( GENUINE OR NOT DONT KNOW)gives me a deal that we will give you 10 percent discount on your services, Now Is this a support Kent team is providing me against that fraud LIVESAFE SOLUTIONS, or should I take it as a bribe which you are offering me to just be quite as said by Mr.ajay ki maam kuch nahin honeh waala bahut logon ne try kar liya.kisi ke 8000 gaye toh kisi ke 7000.
                    So this means you all know about this racket is run by LIVESAFE SOLUTIONS and you people rather taking a stand with all those victims you are offering discounts ..Great !!!

                    But I am not one of them why will I pay, when I have already paid my hard earned money of amount 6000 for services .
                    Please keep your discount with you, If Kent team really want to be a support then cancel that person's dealership or at least Kent team can put pressure on him to give services .

                      I am dev jain my resindent in saharanpur (Uttar pradesh) i purchase a kent ro purifier before 10 years nd using it somtime any problem is seen in my purifier i fixed it with the help of kent techniqtion now recetly 6 months ago my kent purifier want many services so i contact yur kent authorised dealer luxmi sons address (4, shopia market, court road, saharanpur) nd they satisfy me they solve all my problems of my purifier and fixed it sooo they said that they change alll the parts of machine) pre filter, all main filter, ultravoilet rays part in the machine and also adding mineral kit in my machine) nd they prepare a bill of rs 7700 now i paid a payment preapare a billl and said that company give a gurantee of 3 months in main filter then i am satisfying that nd using my machine in normall way now after 1 month my machine create a problem then i call luxmi sons so they dont fixed in correct way and said that normally machine give some problem then i am ohk nd using it normally now in 2 months my machine creates many problem nd they cannot correct my machine in right way nd show greedinees and charge money of fixing it
                      Now since threee days my machine again create problem hardly now i am irritated nd call luxmi sons yur authorised dealer then they again said their filters are damaged nd but i fixed it nd these line said by luxmi sons many timess then i said that filters are in gurantee plz chnge it other wise filters are out of gurantee but they give me excuses and excuses thenn whem i face many prblmes nd think that luxmi sons fauds me so i share my problem wid you soooo

                        Myself ramphool bairwa (Mob. Nos [protected]/[protected]) residing at flat no. C-135, customs residential complex, 179, shantiplly, kasba, kolkata-700107. I have renewed amc of my kent ro under receipt no. Acspl/serv/17-18 on 22.11.2017 through axis consumer services pvt ltd, kolkata. Expiry date of the amc is 22.11.2018. My kent ro has not been working since 04.12.2017. I registered my complaint to the axis consumer services pvt ltd, kolkata on landline no.[protected] on 05.12.2017. I also contacted several times over phone to many contact nos. Of the employees of axis consumer services pvt ltd viz, [protected], [protected], [protected] for the same. But, every time when i contacted them, they told me to wait for two days. The same thing was repeated by them (Axis consumer services pvt ltd) after every two days (That they will solve the problem within 2 days). Every time when i contacted to axis consumer services pvt ltd, they told me that why are you getting so worried, mr. Prasanjeet roy has arranged alternate water for you. But it is not the fact. They neither arranged alternate option of drinking water for me nor visited my home to check the status of ro. I also registered my complaint to the kent ro care on no. [protected] on 14.12.2017 but no response received till date. Till date i have spent more than rs. 2940/- for purchasing the fresh drinking water from market. I am very much frustrated/depressed & feeling to be cheated. Please do the needful urgently.

                          We called for service within 5 months of installation which has 4 free services. The filtered water flow was blocked and it was only dripping slowly.

                          The service engineer, rana g refused to change the ro membrane and also broke down our machine, now it's not even switching on!

                          Can you please resolve this asap.

                            Dear kent team,
                            This is to apprise you that we have logged a complaint for my kent ro as on date of 16th dec 2017 for not working issue then your engineer visited for the service and he said that ro membrane and some ther parts are damaged and need to be replace, however i said engineer that said parts have been already changed 2months before and it is ok then he said issue is with pump motor and he will replace the same within amc but if we agree to change membrane as well, then i said when my membrane is ok then why i need to change,
                            After that engineer directly denied to change the pump motor and he left the ro in open position and siad ki "motor jab ayega tab change hoga" and he closed my request with fix the issue again i called to toll free no and logged a new complaint for the pump.
                            However i never expected such behaviour from kent engineer, kindly replace my ro pump on urgent basis as we are taking bisleri water bottle from last two days to paid extra amount.

                              Hi team,

                              I had purchased an kent maxx uv+uf water purifier with serial number.
                              Kr[protected] on 11th nov 2017; from reliance digital phoenix mall, vimannagar, pune - 411014.

                              It got installed in couple of days. But before one months time it got faulty twice in first incident the relay was faulty and second time technician told that motor got faulty and he has replaced it.

                              I am very much afraid and dis-pointed with these faults. How come a new product get faulty twice withing first month? And what is the guarantee it will work for longer time? I do not want to keep repairing the faulty product again and again. This is definitely not an normal case that the filter gets faulty twice in first month.

                              So i want this product to be replaced immediately; as there must be something wrong with the filter which is causing repeated faults. And i will be in big trouble if it continues after warranty period expires.

                              Please look into this on priority and get this resolved or i will need to escalate this to higher management within kent. And dont ask to me to contact to reliance only because i have purchased the product from them. Even though i have purchased this from reliance but this is a kent product.

                                I recently a purchased KENT maxx purifier & I Have phased problem within 4 month, also service was not good, I raised complaint from in last 15 days about 3 times for the same issues, still problem has not resolved.

                                  We just purchased kent water purifier and after service person install and went it stopped working. We tried calling kent support center but no service engineer came and we have to purchase filter water from market. I will say kent don't have any service so there no question of giving any rating.

                                  Please don't purchase kent whatever may be the case.

                                    I fixed my kent water purifier just before 6 months in may'17 (Unfortunately soon after i bought it couldn't use it as i had to travel away for few months). So my warranty petiod was over. Just because it was unused, i was asked to replace with new uv, so etc etc which costed me over 5000. Now, i called customer care yesterday for a leak from uv filter. They came to add s duct tape and billed rs.400. This morning the kent completely stopped working. I tried reaching the same guy who dropped by yesterday. But no response. Customer care as well has poor response. I would not suggest kent yo anyone.

                                    It's been 4 days and none attended my complaint. I have a baby and 6yr old boy. I would have dialled all the numbers given by cust care and from the service bill. They just ignore my calls all time. Even if they attend accidentally, they would promise to send someone at the earliest. None attended yet. They are talking rude too. I'm going through a tramatic experience with Kent service. I'm planning to file a suit against them if it's not sorted at the earliest.

                                    On 13th Dec a guy turned up and was checking for over 2.5hrs (11am-1:30pm). He promised tgat if he changed adaptor for another rs.850, it would start working perfect. After changing that too the kent stood still without any luck to work. I wonder is it so complicated to fix a water purifier. It was in perfect working conditions. These half baked brains did something wrong which ended up in complete disaster. He said he will return to fix it after lunch. It's over 2 days and none turned up nor responding to my calls.

                                      It's hectic to call every month your service engineer... Your product is not working well. The product name is : kent mineral ro (Uf + tds control)
                                      The problem with this product is it is going very slow in filtering process... Drop by drop water is draining out of it and also the taste of water is not good... It's like i am drinking direct tap water. No mineral water taste is there.
                                      We are calling your service providers but they are not sending anyone... We are waiting for last 2 weeks.

                                        I purchased Ken RO 1year back. After one year my machine water leaking after stopping the switch. I complained to RO Customer care on 2nd Dec 2017. The service engineer came and repaired (SOP) changed. Immediately the new problem raised. At the same time we are told but the engineer told this sound is normal. Next day I called to customer care and informed 3rd Dec. On that day not came again I called to customer care on 4th Dec. On that day service engineer came. Service engineer told me I can't explain problem deeply. My question is why the service engine came. From 2nd Dec 2017 onwards my RO sound is increased at what water taking time. New problem created. Old problem resolved new problem created. This is the service of RO Kent.
