Dear Sir/Madam
After replacement of all filters of kent purifier, water test was not achieved as before replacement dt.17/10/2017, may be filters are not correct.
On 13th'Dec.2017 Chock of my Kent Water Purifiers Sl no.KR[protected] has been replaced with new one.After replacement I am facing problem of off-on-off-on every minutes after 15 minutes to switch on. After 13th'Dec, 2017 I have made complains four times but complains have closed without any visit of engineer/technician. Case ID [protected]/30/12/2017, [protected]/28/12/2017, [protected]/26/12/2017, [protected]/20/12/2017
Me and my family is suffering due to hopeless services. And due to this I am purchasing mineral water and it is cost to me, after keeping kent water purifier and paying Rs.6555.00 on service within two months.
