I have lot of trust on kent purifiers earlier day by day i am losing that confident on kent service.
In one year i spend almost rs 10000/- for servicing alone… last oct-2017, kent company sent zaid enterprise technician come and charged me rs 4000/- + service charges and told me that next 1 year no need to look on the purified and in case any problems they will take care…. Again on 7-feb, within in 4 months kent purifier started leaking water from ro … i called zaid enterprises as per their guarantee on product for one year.. 8-feb evening technician came and said that ro part is problem need to change again and this time again they charged rs 3800/- bill attached … please go through where as kent ro with 100gpd we get in market only for rs 2000/-… same day on 8-feb night again it started leaking …. I called up soni (Zaid enterprise call operator) and my. Ajay the technician from zaid… he said he will be visiting my home by 10am in the morning. 9-feb i called more than 20 times to ajay and 10 times to zaid enterprise on[protected] no response i called on[protected] after 3 times. Finally soni picked up the call and said she will sent her technician again… i skipped my office for this # and finally he reached at my home 5pm and mr. Ajay and soni were fighting at my home instead for repairing the kent…. He did temporary fix and left home. 10-feb morning completely kent stopped working …. I called around 20 times to zaid enterprise number and including landline no response from them.. I called kent service number 91-[protected] and try to give complaint on zaid enterprise but no luck…. Interstingly every time zaid enteprises technician charges 200/- visiting charges and tells if we haven't give that cost zaid enterprises (Soni) will reduce visitng chages from technician salary which is not good thing.
If anyone seeing this complaint please let me know kent higher management email id or contact number. I am not understanding after these many complaints also why kent not taking serious action on zaid enterprises team. Here is the new complaint request number which i raised again with kent[protected].
Are this kent and zaid enterprises team are partners in looting customers money… here is my contact number [protected] …

Ok... I got call from Someone Claiming that he is from Kent and says he will send another Vendor to fix the issue.
Zaid Enterprise person came last Friday and fixed the problem...
I want to understand Who is really Vendors working for Kent...

    After the assurance of executive from your company, i have covered my ro under your amc scheme on 27.01.2018 under invoice number 8001. Due to the negligence of the executive some fault was unattended by him and i requested the customer care more than ten times to fix the problem which is their duty as per amc, but a deaf ear has been turned to my request. I advice all the customers of kent not to accept the services of the said company under amc. They purely cheat the people and no attention is given to the problems of the people under amc services.

      Kent maxx - water purifier with detachable storage tank and double purification o[censored]v+uf

      Waste product..
      Every 4 months we need to replace the filter, battery etc. Also every time these accessories cost, you will be hear different from service engineer, and from their customer office..

      Every service visit they will make some problem in equipment and so we need to again pay money.
      It will be better to donate money in template instead of giving to this company.

      My suggestion, donot go for this company water purifiers.

        I have already informed kent regarding the delivery of a defective product. I have posted a complaint in this forum a few days back for the same. But there is no proper response from kent in spite of multiple emails. I have bought this water purifier since we had health issues due to water problems. I have shelled out 17000 for this purifier, but its of no use as it is a defective product. Kent has to understand the seriousness of the customer problems and reason for buying ro water purifiers.

          I had purchased your water purifier product 4-5 months back. It is not working from past 2-3 weeks, your technician has visited twice and a third visit was supposed to happen yesterday but no one showed up. Is there someone who understands this??? The customer support people definitely don't understand when i call them. I want the product to be checked and repaired thoroughly. This is the reference number[protected]. I am very disappointed with your service. You guys either resolve my issue or take your product back.

          This is the 3rd time the storage tank got cracked.
          Every time this servicing team is taking more than 15 days to replace the same & not resolving the actual issue of installation.
          When I have raised the complaint this time they are cancelling the request without resolving the issue

            This problem we persist every time. When ever we raise any service request and your customer representative ask about visit time we clearly mention them to send the representative by 11:30 am as after that no one is there. At my place but every time the representative comes in the afternoon and tell us to come at home which is not possible for us. And when we request him to come in the time he bluntly says no and tell us that i will not come and i can come only at his time and the manner he speaks is also very arrogant. I think kent employees such type of people. And also he don't know how to speak to a lady. Earlier also i have complained about this and i was given assured that such type of incident will not happen, but all in vain. Now he has closed the case also without completing our request. His name is sunil and his number is [protected]. Hope you really care for your customer and will take action this.

            Today I got a call from Sunil and he started to ask me why I raised the complain in a harsh and loud voice above all he handed over the phone to his superior who also spoke very rudely saying why I raised the complaint saying that they were sending there representative today. But I said that the complaint was raised on Monday and not today which I said to read properly and react. He also said that you tell my company name and he will raise a behavioral related complain there. Now I feel that raising a complaint is not possible for us a s such type of threatening we are getting .I expected the manager will solve this but he also reacted very badly.

            Now what happened is that after raising my complaint I got a call on Wednesday from a lady saying that she will be sending the engineer but I said do not send as no body will be there please if you are sending then send in the morning and on Saturday as we are not there. But on Thursday morning that is today morning I got a call from a engineer sir can I come I mentioned the above thing and said please come on Saturday. he agreed. Again around 10 am I got again call asking that sir if I have said the engineer to come on Saturday for which I said yes and the person took his engineer on conceal and confirmed and said to him that without fail please visit on Saturday by 11 am and we all agreed .
            And again at 11 30 I got a call from sunil and all above incident happened.

            So just want to know is it not right for raise a complaint or we have to first get confirmation from the person with whom we had complain and raise. And I thing that whenever such things happen the Manger is the person who sort this politely but here its all opposite.

            Now really we are worried and expect a proper response and solution for this

            Please take this matter seriously and resolve

            Adding to the earlier mail I not a person to raise complaint for fun . We really raise complaint when we face such issue. I am also a responsible person and I am very much aware when to raise complaint and when not.

              I have taken amc plan for kent ro water purifier. I raised a request to change the external filter. Got call from srinivava service that they are sending guy to change it. I waited whole day cancelling all my personal work.in the evening when i contacted, the guy threatened me to come and thrash me and family. This is very pathetic experience and now i have no faith and satisfaction in it. I will never opt for this. You shouldn't talk to customers like this.

                Our purifier is not working and we compalint in kent ro, then a service executive came and we purchased amc on his suggestion. He had changed few parts and taken 6500 rs. As amc charge.
                From that day, after 24 to 36 hours it stopped working, every time any engineer came and do something, but it never work more than 1 day.
                If this is the service after amc charges then how can someone trust on big brand like kent. We can never recommend kent to any one.

                  Trusting the brand and service and i made the payment for amc, but now when i am facing problem with the machine, i have made several calls to the store, but no one is responsive to my problem.
                  I am sorry to say i wont be referring aquasoft to any of my friends, family.

                    Please do not buy kent ro purifier, very worst customer service. I paid 17000rs and bought kent pearl, during installation service person found water is leaking inside the machine due to broken connectors. Without informing us service person trying to change the part with duplicate piece and when i asked for the replacement with area manager he is saying all products will come with minor defects and service person will rectify it and replacement is not possible.

                    Later he asked me to talk with service person/manager as he is only sales manager. Service manager is again saying only sales manager is having authority to replace but he clearly saying company won't replace. So they are selling defective product and customers are fools to spend 17000rs to buy and live with defective products.

                      I have bought kent ro on 28/11/2016.in seven months filter is choked paid rs1000/-. Paid for amc rs 1500/-on 27/11/2017. Now again the ro stopped working on 20/1/2018 their service engineer now wants to replace three parts for 3750/-. I have written mail to the company and their is no response. As confirmed by their service engineer their is recurring cost of rs 7000/- every year on a product bought by us for rs 16, 800/-. The membrane warranty is only for 3 months. Beware kent ro is duping normal consumer with substandard product. The is no response from the company with regards to repeated complaints.

                      This is in reference to the above mentioned complaint . The Kent has as good as re affirmed my complaint by not resolving the issue. The average cost of the Kent Ro purchased a year back is for Rs 16800/-. The yearly expense that a consumer have to do is as follows:-
                      Filters- Rs1000/- ( avg life 6 months to 8 months).
                      Membrane- Rs 2500/- (company warranty 3 months) (Avg life 10 to 12 Months)
                      carbon filter-Rs 500/- (Avg life 10 to 12 Months)
                      sediment- Rs 500/- (Avg Life 10 to 12 Months)
                      Frt - Rs 250/- (avg life 10to 12 months)
                      Amc-Rs 2000/- According to new Rates.
                      Total-Rs 6750/- is the average cost that a consumer have to pay . The company kent has made such sub standard product that you have to pay this amount if you have to use the Kent Ro.
                      Sincere request all new buyers to confirm this in writing from Kent RO the annual cost on maintaining the machine. I fell stuck with the machine after buying such a second grade product from a so called A rated Company.

                        With great dissappointment after using kento ro for more than 4 years, i would like to lodge compalint against amc plan of rs4650/- which i bought on 10 feb 2017 and expires on 09 feb 2018. But before expiry of amc plan, your team refused to replace candles of kent ro not for the single time against the terms and conditions of the plan.

                          Bought the product in december 2016 forrs 25000. Two days back machine started leaking. I lodged complaint with customer care. They responded by message that service engineer mr rakesh will attend to complaint. But he sent one sandeep who said membrane filter and motor both are blown out. Cost of repair6000+
                          My submission is why i should pay for manufacturing defects. Product is as told by company their top model so not supposed to last notfor 13onths only. Even service person damaged the touch screen. Request everyone not to purchase kent ro water purifier.

                            I am using kent pearl for the past 4 years. Yesterday the system emitted a long beep whenever started and stopped working. We called the kent service centre and technician visited and advised change of all filters. We agreed and he charged 5500/- for changing all the filters. After changing the filters, the water flow has reduced and is coming at a very slow pace and is taking 12 hours to fill a tank. We called the technician again and he visited today and claimed that the motor is faulty. When pointed out that before changing the filter the water flow was fine and the problem occurred only after changing the filter, he does not have any proper answer and says that motor has to be changed now.

                            Can you please resolve this asap

                              Purchased kent ro for domestic use in maharashtra last year. Coming on transfer to byculla ro was not working hence made complaint to company company sends technician of m/s aakar associates of labaugh, attended on 19.12.17 and replaced choke wire kitt and taken charges of rs.1585 (Including rs 300/- service charge)., still ro not wkg properly. On 22.12.17 replaced water sensor, taken rs 295 charges. On complaining about taste of water attended on 19.01.18 and replaced two parts sediment and carbon taken rs.1300/- (Including 300/- service charges) and assured that after 2 days taste will be ok. When complained that test of water is still bad, attended on 24.1.18 and asked for 2700/- for replacing membrane to improve the taste. This surprising that after taking rs.3180/-he did not improve the taste of water and again asking to change some part costing 2700/- failed to inform me about parts to be replaced otherwise i woud have purchased new one instead spending 5800/- on od one. Even after spending rs. 3180/- i am drinking bad water of kent ro. Is it justified? I am having receipts of 3180/- can i get the justice.

                                I am using kent grand ro from last four years, having service issue every time. Today also i having the same problem my kent ro not working from last four days i called local service centre at [protected] on 21/01/2018, they said it will be done same day, but till today 24/01/2018 after calling from morning 9:00 to till now 4:00 pm they are saying just coming.
                                As this appliance is related to water which is very essential but having this type of service, next time i will not prefer kent ro nor i will suggest any one to get.
                                Most worst service i ever experienced.

                                  Our ro is under amc.in the month of sept end 2017 on our complaint kent ro representative attended the complaint. On his advice we changed the filters costing rs 4000/ only. But even after change of filters, ro did not perform well and complaints on poor performance went of piling and each time representative came but with no solution. When the guarantee of filters were aboiut to expire we requested to replace these filters but they did no agree.. On our complaint to area manager did not give us any relief. Yesterday another person came and asked for change of filter. So after guarantee period they are now recommending the filter change. If you check the figures, from sept till now there are 8-9 complaints but without any solution. The waste water is coming out continuously even when ro is not on. Cut off of ro not working. Pl take strict action and rectify our ro

                                    We r very sorry to say that we have a purifyer like kent in our home. All the comlpain got no result even after we r under the 1 year maintenance with the company. They don't have the spare parts to make replacement with new one. This is one of the hopeless situation now we r under the company. So i reqest to take matter seceriously os we have take alternative step to find our sulution.

                                      After replacement of all filters of kent purifier, water test was not achieved as before replacement dt.17/10/2017, may be filters are not correct.

                                      On 13th'Dec.2017 Chock of my Kent Water Purifiers Sl no.KR[protected] has been replaced with new one.After replacement I am facing problem of off-on-off-on every minutes after 15 minutes to switch on. After 13th'Dec, 2017 I have made complains four times but complains have closed without any visit of engineer/technician. Case ID [protected]/30/12/2017, [protected]/28/12/2017, [protected]/26/12/2017, [protected]/20/12/2017
                                      Me and my family is suffering due to hopeless services. And due to this I am purchasing mineral water and it is cost to me, after keeping kent water purifier and paying Rs.6555.00 on service within two months.

                                        I have purchased kent purifier in sep_16. At the time of installation it is clearly told that 2 free service visit will happened during warranty period but no one visited till date. Now machine giving bip alarm. I called service man but he asking for service charges. Why i should pay service charges??? I want two free visit which is not happened in past.
                                        Very poor service i m getting from kent. I am really unsatisfied with service support

                                        I have complained ur Kent ro company about 15 days ago ur company person visited our place and change the bottle after 2 days my ro is not working at all ur company person visited again and said that bottles will be changed again so I m not satisfied with the service
