Not attending complaints properly, complaint was lodged on 21 nov 2017 for servicing and necessary repair work. However, response is very poor and falsely misleading that person/technician is coming. Moreover, telling lies that technician was told by me to come on monday ie 27 nov 2017, when again i contacted them.
It is humbly requested that penalty be issued to the franchise of kent ro - krupasindhu enterprises shop no2, indira apt., mithagar road, mulund east, mumbai 400081

This is to inform you that despite of my constant efforts and follow up on my complaint no... there has been no response from your end. I have enrolled for your AMC for proper maintainence and service of the water purifier.
Hence, i request you to kindly solve the problems in the machine as soon as possible or refund the AMC amount paid by me.
