I bought kent water purifier last year, after barely a year it needed replacement of its filters that cost me ₹3000/-
Therafter its ro exhausted and had to be replaced again had to spend₹3000/-
Now last but not least its only ramining factory part i. E., motor gave up which again cost me ₹ 2700/-
This way only part left unreplaced is its plastic box
Will company take it as gift from me!

      I have purchased a kent ro (Kent superb< kr-[protected] in the month of aug, 2017. During installation service personnel found led are not displaying. On request for replacement, he suggested to make a complain to customer care. Till date customer care not solved the issue. Many times they are stating within 48 hrs, it will be attended.
      As in the first instance it is not working, i demanded for replacement.

      Company did not repair nor replaced till date. We are purchsing bottled drinking water from last 03 months.

      Please protect my consumer right.

        Already i called many of your staff and also registered complaints regarding the alarming sound and the filter change. Each and every day i call many of your staff., but no response. This make me so disappointed, and i decided that never i prefer kent for my relatives or to my friends. Very very bad service. No one is having any responsibility after getting full payment. I fed up with your disgusting service.

          I purchased a kent manual water purifier which required a change of candle agter one year. I booked my complaint in kent thrice and thrice did the executive failed to show up despite booking my complaint.

          I finally had my luck on 11 nov 17 when i received a call from +91 [protected] mahamahim service executive when he called me at 08:30 pm telling me that he is coming for service. I was almost in tears but was unavailabke at home. He said he will come back in morning so i called him up at 09 am on 12 nov 17 to which executive sahab said he will come by 12.

          I am still waiting with a grand welcome when he comes so that i can pay him rs.300 for his service and thank him for taking out some moments from his precious time.

            Every time the kent staff visits, he will be with excuse of part out of stock & assurance to rectify the problem in a week. I find booked complaint to be closed or cancelled without any consent. Follow up or feedback/complaint on phone - one after another - all is in vain.
            My machine was on carbon filter bypass for last 4 months, then uv bypass for last 2 months & worst now is - for last two week pump as well has gone.

              I have raised an issue that my RO is not working properly. Kent sent me there attached service centre executive from Perfect solutions Bhopal and the executive name is Vivek. He told my family that all the parts of my RO needs to be replaced whereas my RO is only 13 months old. He asked my family to change Membrane, carbon filter, sediment filter, some Pp (I don't know the real name). As family was not aware of much things they trusted on this guy and agreed to change. Post repair ING the RO he said the total price for the repair is 4700 Rs. When we asked for a bill. He created a bill with some different high prices which is even not agreed by Kent customer care. They charged 2850 for membrane, whereas the price of membrane is 2500rs 500 each for carbon and sediment filter, 300 for PP, 500 for some tablets who's he said he had put in RO while we have not seen any of this and 250 for service charge. I even tried calling the customer care for complaining about this fraud by perfect solution Bhopal and every time they transferred my call to there superior, however until long hold got no response. I am fed with the service of Perfect solution and going to complaint this thing with Consumer court now.

              How can your team decide whether my complaint has been resolved or not. It is still pending.
              We have been using the kent RO system from the past 1 and half years once the warranty period is over the automatically the system has been designed in such a way that the parts will be out of order. In the last six months we have Replaced 15.06.17 - Big chowk and UV lamp which costs Rs.1700 and 06.07.17 hight process switch it iss cost Rs.450 and 23.11.17 the fuel pump has gone it is costing Rs.2700 and i asked them not to replace even for which Rs.300 has been paid for service charges.

              Earlier to this i was using zero b for years together which was only filters and membrance was replacing and there was not even a single issue with that. After buying kent really the problem as started. They are designing and using such a poor quality materials which will not even lost for more than year. I request really the service charges and spares cost also very high.

              It is not worth to buy any KENT products i say.

                I have brought this equipment ' kent excell + mineral ro' which is said to be one of the premium products of kent ro on 20th october 2015. To our surprise, the machine is such low in terms of quality and efficient working. There is an issue in the product every two months and the main spare parts have to be replaced very often. I have ended up paying more than rs 20, 000 (Approx) till date on the machine.

                Extremely unhappy with the service provided by the kent team at hyderabad and quality of spare parts. I would never recommend any product of kent ro.

                Yes Kent Filters are of substandard quality and so their engineers that come for a visit. I have wasted lots of my precious time getting to fix my Kent Smart Filter. It has a faulty mechanism to close the inlet valve. It leaks many a times. Engineers failed to fix it properly and every few months it leaks. I have given up on Kent and hope that wise Indians won't make a mistake of buying Kent products.

                  Since 2016, the machine is failing frequently.
                  The situation has worsened recently and I need to change parts every month.

                    I own a kent ro pearl.
                    Just after 1 year it parts start failing.
                    I have already replace filter, auto cut etc.

                    Today (6th nov) it stop working suddenly.
                    After raising complain a service engineer came and found out that pump and choke need to replaced.

                    He charged rs 3800 for pump. (Kent ro diaphram dp 100, 24vdc, amps.33, flow - 1.6l/min)
                    I have a pic of pump. I can send if required.

                    When i enquired with kent customer care, they told the price for same pump to be rs 2400. When i confronted service engineer he simply say that rs 2400 pump is without warranty and this rs 3800 come with 6 month warranty.

                    When i call customer care again they were clueless and said to go with what service engineer is saying.

                    Even when i search on internet same model is available for rs 2400.

                    This is a clear case of cheating.
                    Kent is already selling cheap quality filter and making hell lot of money by replacing parts.

                    But atleast overcharging beyond its actual price was not expected.

                    So stop this cheat and refund the extra price charged by the service man.

                    I have not received any communication neither through call or an email .

                    This is ridiculous that without doing anything you guys have closed the complian.

                    Please ask your team to put some sincere effort and resolve and refund the amount.
                    I have have sent an email with all attachment (bill, pics of old and new part etc) for above complain to prove the case at "[protected]@kent.co.in" on 12th Nov.

                    Look into this matter seriously as this is a case of fraud.

                        Very bad service. The service person does not even know the purpose of the pump and say that pump is responsible to separate bad water and simply changes fr to let water out. Frt was changed just in previous service 2 months back. And again why do you have to change fr again. Tds remain same after all service done. So your service persons know only to change frt just to showcase some service is done and go away with a service charge but issue not properly fixed. Why do you have to send persons with no knowledge and just get service charge each time. We faced issues 3 times in 4 months time and paid around 6000 in total. Which costs to other filters available in market. Which is a total loot in the name of service and cheating people. Also places some bad quality product during service.

                          I have purchaged kent superb on 02november, 2017 product packing date also very old after billing i saw a real product before purchaging shopkeeper shown dummy i have deny and ask a new packing product to give delivery he has tell no problem product is ok but after installation more leakege now i am reporting to shopkeeper than he told me some parts are dammaged i will change it but issue is that why i repair for a new product inbuild manufacturing defect i want to exchange new product with current packaging date but shopkeeper denied.. Very poor experiance for me
                          Its more than better i purchaged 2nd hand product like it process my money is totally waste.

                            I purchased kent water purifier two months back and i have faced multiple issues with it. I had to call service technician four time in two months for repair. I am very upset with the product and need a replacement as soon as possible. If you can’t replace the product the then refund the amount and take the water purifier back.                               Hi Team,

                              I had issue with My Kent grand+ RO in the month of June'17 so I called customer care and ask to send executive services. A boy came from "Quick Services" and said need to change carbon filter and other filter. I said ok and paid him 2k(receipt attached). Within 4 days RO stooped working, the same Guy came name Gaurav and said need to change motor head and asked for 1k, I paid receipt attached. Again within 5 days RO stopped working and had call him again. He came and said sir another filter has to change.
                              And was asking for 2.5 k. I asked him to change it. But spoke with CC and denied to pay any charges as per the policy i[censored] encounter the same problem with 15 days you will not have to pay any charges. And my simple request was to check system properly at once and give the estimates for faulty parts so Customer will decide what to do instead of every other day asking for 2-3 thousands.

                              Now again My RO is stopped working and now I have raised 6-7 requests. The same agency "quick services-Pune" closing ticket without any action. And customer care also of no use.
                              Please treat this on priority and do the needful.

                                I had registered the complaint on 30th no’17 vide request no~[protected].

                                Your technician mr. Prempal had visited on 1st nov’17 and after checking i been told that membrane+ 2 electrical parts need to get replaced and would cost to 4050 inclusive of service charge of 300.

                                Pl note that on 6th may’17 the new membrane +2 electrical parts had been replaced with the cost of 4050.

                                Pl look into this matter on top priority assign to your technician and resolve the issue urgently.

                                  On the 01 nov today, i called up the call center and told the girl there to send aperson for servicing since the product is under warranty and was las t serviced in jul 2017.
                                  She refused to entertain my request and told me that nobody can be deputed unless there is a defect in the system installed.
                                  I all the time thought that in noida we have to clean the filter at least once in three months.
                                  I dont understand what is the use of amc if nobody is going to service the kent ro unless ther is a defect
                                  The engineer who visited the house today told me that candle should be changed every month. Now who is going to do it.. Unless there is a defect in the ro.. Contradictions!! Eh!!

                                    I stay in NRI layout Bangalore.In my case the RO Membrane (Installed on 21st July 2017) has stopped working in just about 3 months. The original membrane for me also lasted a long time and its this membrane that I have had an issue with.

                                    I think this membrane had an issue right from the begining as their was an issue with the water ever since it was installed. We made complaints and the service engineers did something (in one case even changing the motor) but the issue persisted. I made a compliant again just a few days back and was shocked when the service engineer told me that the membrane (installed on 21st July itself) is clogged and need to be replaced (just after 3 months) as the warranty is only for 3 months. This leads me to believe that they actually did not fix my issue earlier and were just waiting for 3 months to get over so that they can sell me another membrane.

                                    Brochure on KENT website says that 'RO Membrane should be replaced in 2 years' and in case it is replaced and gets clogged within a year it will be cleaned/repaired/replaced free of cost. Getting the product warranty in writing is our 'RIGHT' as a customer and must be provided and 'KENT' cannot deny us the same.

                                    Last but not the least, for an RO worth Rs[protected] is the annual maintenance cost of Rs.[protected] 'JUSTIFIED' (Rs 2500*4 membranes and Rs. 2500 for AMC).

                                    I honestly thought KENT was a good company (which a company impacting human health should be) but this recent experience has exposed their money making mentality and lack of care for HUMAN LIFE including Children. To make matters worse their people do not even respond to calls, which is very unfortunate. I need the issue to be resolved immediately as drinking water is not there in house.

                                      This complain is to acknowledge you that on 24.10.2017..we rang up to customer care no ..[protected] for changing the filter at the address 18/120 Indira Nagar Lucknow . Same day call from service center lko provides his services and while asking for bill he said the bill will be provided through sms .Today at about 7:57 pm when I rang (my no [protected]) up same coustomer no and told about the incident that took place on 24.10.2017 He acknowledged us that he didn't provide us any service on complain dated 24.10.2017 ..Now I want you to go seriously through this matter and inform us with all the information about my complain dated 24/10/17 and provide the all detail your service centres sended for the services otherwise I will be compelled to take legal actions against you and service centres

                                        Hello kent ro people,

                                        We purchased a kent pristine mineral ro water purifier on 20/10/2016 in the name of vishal gupta. (Serial no. Kr[protected]), since we purchased this ro, it has been repaired thrice and does not function. Please find below attached details of the complaints we filed in span of 2 months:

                                        Comlpaint no. 170915/04278 dated 15/09/2017 which was resolved but problem did not go away
                                        Complaint no. 171008/02655 dated 08/10/2017 which was resolved but problem did not go away

                                        Your mechanic simply made us fool both the time and did not tell us the real issue that its motor has water in it and never fixed it.

                                        We filed the complaint again on 20/10/2017 with complaint no. 171021/06865 which has not been resolved yet but was committed to be resolved within 24 hours. We also got the message that the machine is still under warranty but still the complaint is pending with you.

                                        This is not accepted from such a reputed company. We are not at all satisfied with this product as this is not working properly. We need a replacement for this product as we are tired of this disgusting product. We paid 19 thousand for this ro where other similar products in the market are sold for 5-6 thousand, just because of "kent" brand name and quality.

                                        We have followed up many times with the service center but didn't get any response back.

                                        We never expected this thing from such a reputed company and we are buying water from outside from last few days.

                                        Please replace the product as this is faulty device from the very starting. If you don't fix this problem, i will have to go to consumer court for this.
