Dirty water and ants coming in the tank

Dear sir
My customer no DSN0218856. My RO was serviced in month of April, all filtres were changed .In the month of may when water taste went bad I checked, there was alge in RO Tank . I fail to understand how algee came to tank when the water is getting filtered by 3 filres . Any way I cleaned it . Now again the water taste went bad, when i checked I found ants in the tank .

      Seriously it is bed experience with Kent RO in Gwalior region. I have a doubt related to product use by a company because if product warranty was 1 year. Means they work olny for 1 year. Annual maintenance related to parts in RO is 5000 to 6000₹ which is not affordable by anyone.last year i was change the Kent RO product. Now today one of technician mr. Rajesh prajapati comes and say filter not working and charble aroung 5000rs.How i will pay? Why you people making fool with Name of brand of company. Please clear my issue and shortout my problem as urgent bases otherwise i will take legal action on Kent services provider.

          My filter had been facing issue due to loose wiring within the filter and one day it stopped working with no power. The technician who came started the filter but said that we will need to replace filter, i was bit surprised as my filter were replaced some time back but i still agreed as we need to have filtered water. The technician replaced 1 new filter in front of me and asked me to get a cloth and when i came back he had already installed two more filters, i asked him to put the date and initials on all 3 filters so we know when it was replaced.

          After few days the filter started shaking so i tried to check what was the issue and to my utter shock two filter that he had replaced without my presence were old filters from 2021 and had a faint old date mentioned on it which i believe he wasnt able to rub off. This is how kent technicians cheat their customers, i believe even my old filters were fine and he replaced them just to make money. When company staff are cheating customers like this it is seriously a big questions mark on the way this company works. I am thinking of filing a complaint in the consumer court as i have the date and details clearly mentioned on the filter.

            Have raised request for my Kent Pride RO since water wasn't coming properly. Since water is essential for daily needs, I have requested priority service to the customer support over call. Kent Priority Customer care representative told me that he has sent priority mail to assigned Service center and assured me that my issue will be resolved by evening. I called technician all day, he was just saying I'm coming but never came. I waited till evening then I called technician, he said he's on leave and won't come. I said is it a joke? You guys kept me waiting whole day saying I will come and now you are saying you are on leave. I called Ashmi Enterprises Patna, and asked the status, the owner or the call person said that "yes they have assigned him only knowingly he's on leave coz he stays near by my house.l, so whweno he will get time he will visit my place as per his convenience". I mean what sort of service is this? First you are assigning someone who's on leave. Secondly you have no decency and professionalism to talk. When I requested them to send another guy who's in shift, then they denied and said "why to send someone else, you need to wait, We are note sending anyone else". I have shared details with nodal officers too but haven't got any reply so far. After sales service of Kent is frustrating and ridiculous. They don't train their staff and service center.               I bought an Kent Elegant Electric Glass Kettle on amazon dated 15th Jan 2022.

              Within a month it stopped working. I raised a complaint as the product was promised to have a year warranty. I was given a case Id(service request ID), I visited the service center where my case was registered and I was promised a timely solution within 1 month.
              After a month when I tracked the Case id I was surprised as the case was closed within 3 days mentioning that the product was out of warranty( which was entirely false).
              when I mailed Kent about this they promised to look into the matter and provided me with another case Id(service request ID). it met the same fate. the case was closed in a week claiming the product was out of warranty.
              Then I visited the authorized service center they said Kent service is really pathetic. Company provides no support despite mailing for the required parts. However they said they would try their best to resolve the issue.

              Again a complaint was raised which met the same fate.
              every subsequent mail met the same fate too...futile.

              However I kept in touch with the authorized service center. Paid regular visit to the center, until finally around 5th June when the service agent said "sorry ", Nothing could be done. And they couldn't provide any support as Kent isn't co-operating.

              I even reached them out with Whatsapp. I was assured action but everything in vain.
              it's been 4-5 months now.I believe its a lot of mental harassment and unethical way of selling product.

              I want a product replacement!!! On site.

                I purchased Kent Maxx water filter on kent website on June 6th 2022, I didnt even got a confirmation/any message reagrding my order.
                on June 7th i was continuously reaching out to customer care then they send me order ID but then later again no date / no information regarding my product delivery & installation date.. we have to keep following them up .. its so worst service I have ever seen, again & again they ask us to write an email...its so ridiculous you pay money & we have to keep following them.

                  HI Team,

                  We the reference to my complaint[protected] I raised on 19th may but till not its in open status and my machine is just 1 month old which water smells plastic but no one is giving importance to service also Kent from Kent I discussed with floor manager Nitin but no resolution .

                  Could you please check how escalation matrix they are following by keeping customer to wait more than 20 day due to bad water quality which should fix on immediate effect .

                    @kent I have raised a complaint on 3rd June 2022, but still, no one came to repair our Kent water purifier, I spoke with Balasubramaniam from the Escalation matrix level 2 team in Tamilnadu, but he was not able to help, no signs of help from Kent, still, I am waiting for your service personnel, but they have very pathetic service centre in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, as we have elderly patients and cancel patient it really tough to rely on can water as we have to heat and wait for it cools down to drink the water, the current situation makes me think that i have chosen a wrong Water purifier brand, instead of going for a Local Product, can someone from Kent India advise the service person in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, to repair the machine asap.

                      I got a call from Dr Aqua to do free servicing of my kent RO. I purchased AMC from them. Now again I called them on April 17th to install and they said candles are not working, charged Rs.5200/- + 750/- for changing. It stopped working on May 30th, this time the guy came and said motherboard is not working. This time a Kent professional also came and told us that the candles are fake and the previous guy is not kent authorised! I paid 10, 000 in Amc and 5200 for candles and the whole thing was a scam! Now Dr Aqua is saying no technician works there with this number! He didn’t even give me a bill but pasted a fake qr code sticker on my RO! I want to know how they are getting my number and using Kent’s name to scam us!

                              On transfer to New Delhi, I called up Kent RO service on 27 Apr 22 to visit my residence in Palam to install my Kent RO water purifier. My water purifier was installed by expert technician besides changing membrane. Pre filter and cartridges. I took AMC for 2 years after paying Rupees 10, 500 to the technician and he gave me the invoice. Maxx water RO Solutions located in Pandav Nagar New Delhi is the company name for my AMC contract. No official confirmation received by me in my contact number till date even after contacting the company since last one month. I'm quite worried regarding the reliability of the said company registering my name for AMC and the services which are going to be provided in future. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                I has purchased a Kent ACE LITE 2020 in october 2020
                                to my surprise the machine fell from the wall this noon, on its own.
                                Luckily no one was hurt by God grace.
                                But the machine has broken into parts.
                                One plastic part is still on the wall which shows the parhelic quality as maintained by the company.
                                I want the damage control and replacement at an earliest.

                                  Having no drinking water since last 20 days thanks to the poor service of KENT RO .This is regarding service of our Kent RO .I had received a routine phone call from Kartar service centre Jalandhar on 4thof May 2022 saying that my RO service was due so I told them to send someone across for the service .
                                  On 4 th May service was done and a prefilter was installed as also the tank was changed and also thread candles were changed as is shown on the bill attached .
                                  There was significant smell coming from the water from the day service was done and all the family members were having stomach issues so I called up Kartar service centre again and told them to check for the smell.
                                  Again we were told that the Activated carbon filter needs to be changed which was done on 14 th May 22.
                                  Since the problem of smell was not resolved and Kartar service centre was not responding to our complaints so I called up your toll free number to log in a complaint which was done on 21 st may 22 .

                                  On 22 rd may, finally someone visited and checked the water and since the water was smelling he tried calling his senior but left without doing any service . Now today I am getting a message that the complaint has been closed .

                                  This is unnecessary harassment and we are without potable water since the last 20 days . we have been using bottled water and there is no response from your side .
                                  kindly look into the matter urgently .

                                    I raised a service request[protected] as there was leak observed. The Technician from Water care visited and replaced SV coil and the leakage stopped. But immediately a vibration and Nosie started which was not there earlier Additionally the machines started to restart multiple times automatically. I immediately Communicated the issue to the technician but he visited 2hrs later and said the my SMPS has issues and has to be replaced and I have to pay additionally. When I opposed to pay him he removed the already replaced SV coil and left. I complained to the customer care and inturn the Area manager Naveen did not even listened to my side of the issue he just said that " whatever technician says is the final word and he cannot trust me" and took side of the Franchise.

                                    This is the worst customer service which I have ever witnessed till today.

                                    I need higher authority contact so that I need proper resolution .
