Dear sir,
From the vary first day the purifier has problem if leakage and i had complain so many times and now your engineer is replacing the sensor with old and used sensor part, i want the replacement of my purifier as it has manufacturing defect. I am attaching herewith the snap and video of your old sensor which the engineer brings. If i dont get the resolution as soon as possible i will go to the consumer court. I hope you will understand my irritation.

Kon bola aapko ki complain resolve ho gya hai. Abhi tak aapka koi bhi technician nhi aaya hai . Or aap bol rhe hai complain resolve ho gya hai. Verry disappointing. Still lekage problem exist.

    Very bad service from kent service providers, need to call 20times to attend a single complaint... Even after service machine gives trouble atleast 10 times in a month, surprisingly the engineers say this is how the machine works. And they are very reluctsntvto attend, every time they attend the complaint we need to pay their services charges, i am spending more then 3000 $ every month for service providers which is more than machine cost. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

      I bought my kent ro last year in december. They had promised one year maintenance free with the product. It’s been 11 months now and i have not received any servicing of the ro inspite logging a service request on the given phone nos. And the website. The team is extremely un-professional to talk with. Please connect me to the senior officials asap so that i can understand what is the working methodology of this “very reputed” company.

        I have shifted my residence and placed an installation request on october 23, 2017 afternoon. It is now october 25, 2017 evening and there is still no technician that has visited. On calling the customer care number; i was told that it is festive season and we are short of technicians. Like seriously?? Is kent some local supermarket that does not have manpower during festivals. Is this the service that is promised??

            We purchased 11031 kent vegetable cleaner, invoice no. V[protected] dated 24.7.17reg. Office h-35, south ex., part-1, new delhi.
            It starts malfunctioning and complaint was lunched on 10.10.17 and complaint no. Id dl[protected].
            Attended on 13.10.2017 call voucher no. 054149, service center no. [protected].
            After inspection they taken to their work shop and returned in the evening without rectification. They informed that spare part to be changed and it will take at least one week.
            Why the company is marketing under quality product which cannot work for three months. Moreover company lethargic attitude towards services of product which is being sell by the company related to health. Person taken three days to attend the complaint and asked further a weeks’ time.
            We will not accept any replacement of part for new product. It has to be replaced or return our may with interest immediately.

                Hi kent team,

                I have purchased kent 9 prime ro+uv on 22nd jan 2017 through snapdeal. I have registered a complaint regarding my water purifier. Request no.[protected] as the purifier was unable to purify water. The technician visited on 20th october and identified the problem with the carbon filter and said that it would cost rs.1000. I asked him the reason for the issue and he said that water quality or the pressure of water. I came to my senses and asked him what else could be the reason the issue. He reluctantly said that it happens and needs to be replaced. I told him that i am unsatisfied with his reason and i would contact kent customer service.

                I contacted kent customer service and explained her the entire issue, she at a point told me in a rude tone “sir if you want to replace them replace or else don’t”. I explained my concern again then she transferred/escalated the call, i was on hold for more than 8 minutes and then requested for call back which didn’t happen. Again, after few hours i called kent customer service again this time they said that they would send a senior technician and i specifically stressed that i would need a proper reason why the issue occurred and then only i would replace the filter. To my surprise my request was cancelled without any reason, i tried calling kent customer again, but they were closed.

                Now below are my points which doesn’t make any sense why the filters stopped functioning:

                Under kent maintenance manual it clearly states that the filter needs to be changed for every 12 months (Same being mentioned on the filters) but the service that these filters provide is less than that.
                The purifier uses only drinkable municipal water for its entire purification process.
                The pressure is fine as the technician who installed it, cleared it at that time.
                On the same date my friend purchased same purifier but there is no problem whereas they use hard water.


                Experience with kent technicians:

                Today on 20th october when i repeatedly asked the technician about the reason for carbon filter going bad he then stared giving many unreliable reason as “the people who use purifier in ground floor get better life than the people at first floor”. And when he came to know that the filter warranty he changed his tone and directly quoted price for changing.

                A technician also visited me few months back and i asked him to check my machine for any problem, he said that the machine has no problems (When he came to know that it being the 6th month). He just hammered the carbon filter and said that its working fine, when i discussed the same with my colleagues and friends who use kent they said that the technicians won’t identify any problem till 6 months are completed. Once 6 months are completed they start telling all the problems.

                I purchased kent knowing as the brand has better reach and many people have been using. Also, i have purchased knowing that other brands would provide me a better deal.

                My request is that you change the filters which has been causing problems at the earliest so that the trust and a good name on the after sales service is restored.

                I hope you would take this complaint as a mirror image to your after sales service and resolve it at the earliest.

                I strongly feel that Kent Filters have inherent faults and problems that the company has also not really uncovered completely. See my reviews on Kent Filters on this site itself. When my filter started leaking they could not identify the problem and blamed that since my house is on 3rd floor and building has 7 floors the pressure is high to sustain! That's ridiculous, does it mean that those living on lower floors should not buy this filter!! Then advertise it so that only people living on say top floors should purchase the filter and Kent is then fooling all those who live on lower floors by selling them faulty products!!
                I have clearly stated in my complaint that the problem is with carbon and sediment filter. How come you have resolved RO filter . I cleared the same thing on the call that was made to me.

                Please clarify.

                  Hi sir, this is to bring you in notice that these kent ro systems have no morale and obligation for the customer. They are looting people, they dont have control on their faulty fraud franchise system which simply loot customers. This is my second time when my machine has stopped working two days back (12th oct 17) only i replaced ro memberane with one of their franchise and now it stopped working, the worst part is these guys are not ready to come to address the issue, please take action on these. I n last 6 months i have spent more than 7k on the machine and mental pressure. I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.

                    Just four days post installation water inlet problem is happening.Technician are nor ready to provide service within 48 hours.They will give you a random call on working day and ask you to leave office and come.They wont adjust timing talk rudely and auto cancel the request.You have to pay 19 k and die starving from water. Rude professional low quality kent ro and its technician.Please don't buy anything from these cheaters.I am posting number of that rude technician ph([protected]).
                    Please take action and improve both quality of your product and professional behaviour.They should be banned from selling these junk products in market.Chroma store should stop tie up with these crap cheaters.

                          I wanted to register complaint regarding the service provided for my recent complaint (Request number - [protected])

                          I have purchased last month kent wonder purifier approx 16thousand. Till purchasing date its not working properly yet. I have registered complain many time.
                          It created problem various times and today, we are again facing the same issue of water not coming. Its not happening 1st time. It has happened multiple time in one month
                          As per your engineer i have installed extra pre-filter with kent wonder and i had paid 700 for this pre - filter. But issue not resolve till now.

                          I am very upset with the quality of products you are providing. This is not what i expected from a big brand like kent.

                          I am extreme unhappy with this repeated problem and want the kent management to replace the entire unit itself as i am sure the problem lies in other complements leading to such repeated failures.

                            I, a kumar, have filed a complaint about my kent ro not working in september 2017. My complain number is 134514. After my complain, a mechanic named kiranpal visited my home on 5th sep. He told me that i hae to change ro membrane and a lot of other component. For that i paid rs 4735 and visiting charge 300. After changing components, ro started leaking water but the mechanic assured me that after 2 to 4 hours, it will stop leaking. So, being a naive i believed him. But ro did not stop leaking and its upper body totally filled with it. And, once again it stopped working. I called kiranpal again and he told me to file complain once again. I dont know what the hell happened but you people should take it seriously as i have installed ro to get pirified water not for complaining again and again... And the mechanic came once again and he changed the tube for rs 450 and visiting charge... But once again my ro is not working... If you people are so irresponsible then i have no way... I will go to consumer court.

                              I brought kent ro on 8th oct 2017.
                              As per the amazon instruction i called customer care on 8th oct 2017 and got the request number for instillation[protected] having saying that installation will be done in 48 hours.
                              Day 1 (9th oct 2017) - no update.

                              Day 2 (10th oct 2017) - i called the kent customer care again and explain the product and 1:38 pm i got sms that service engg assign to (Name - mr rammurthy, ph - [protected]). I called that person and he is replaying me that he is calling me from morning and i am not picking the call. The fact is that i did not receive any call from him. After that he told me he is coming in one hour. Even after 7 pm he was not picking the call.

                              Day 3 - i called customer care again. Some body called the area manager and told me that it will be done today.
                              I called the same person again but the person is telling i can not come today i am not leave.

                              I dont know what to do now. Kent ro is there my home from past 4days.

                                Unfortunately i don't have storage for water and totally dependent on ro i am using and after putting request on customer care technician not even assigned after 24 hours
                                What should i do when i get response from customer care ". Sir please wait 24 hours not completed from the time your request"
                                This response i am getting till the end of 24. Hour and now they are saying please wait your request had been forwarded to senior management

                                  I am shifting house and requested for deinstallation of kent ro. I called service agent allotted through sms and he replied that he is out of station and some other person will attend. However the same day night, complaint got cancelled saying customer could not be contacted. I reregistered my complaint and called customer service at least 6 to 7 times and after all non-sense like "sorry", "escalation" finally after 4 days i got an sms saying "your complaint has been resolved". Very good service kent. Such irresponsible and lying #!

                                    I had purchased a kent water purifier about 9 months back and they said that it has one year warranty. Now the water is not getting filtered when the technician came home he said that it is going to be charged as the filters cost rs. 1400 add these filters have only six months warranty. This is ridiculous i was a customer of aquaguard filter for more than 10years and wanted to check with kent as the sales person recommended now i regret for the decision i took.

                                      I have launched the complaint in the warranty we feel that water taste is not good and purifier was not working properly but they said it is good as our neighbours are also said at that time water taste is not good but they denied and they said it is working properly and after 2 days it stops working and again he visit to check the machine and said that filter needs to be changed and they charged me for the same and took the service charge and filer charge 1300 rs.

                                      "warranty me prduct tha to bola ki sahi hai taste and 2 din baad bolte hai ki filter kharab hai change krna hai qki warranty khatam ho gyi thi"

                                      This is the way that they are following to cheat the customer.

                                      Please check this case and help us to find the resolution.
