The ro system was serviced on 27th feb, 2017 by kent rep and the membrane was replaced for which i paid rs 2500/-. During the assembly, the frt was wrongly put in reverse direction by mistake or by ignorance by their rep. I brought it to the notice of kent rep that the filtration rate has drastically gone down after servicing and very little water is coming out the drain pipe. But i was told that this is a good sign and i should not worry. It was surprising that the filtration time which was earlier 30-40 minutes, had increased to 3-4 hours and after a few weeks the water pump started giving abnormal knocking sound. The system stopped working-tripped electrically (Must be due to protection of overload or fuse blown off or whatever) and machine went off on 24th june and could not be switched on. Kent service rep was called. Some electrical parts were replaced by kent rep and it was then observed during the investigations that the frt (Flow restricting tube) was assembled wrongly during the servicing done on 27th feb, resulting into all these problems. The membrane was found totally blocked (Not choked) and was replaced again by kent rep, costing me an avoidable rs 2500 again. I am pretty sure that the membrane was damaged due to the wrong assembly of frt and operation of system in this condition for 3 1/2 months.
I am surprised, rather shocked, that despite so many complaints, kent team is not addressing the problem of poor service quality by their rep resulting into extra burden of rs 2500/- on me and trying to divert the attention towards warranty issue.
The old membrane is available with me and it can be checked for the type of damage.

    I got my kent pearl serviced in last month. I asked for full service and i am charged nearly 6000 /- for that.

    After one month, beep sound is coming. It beeps for some time and goes off. When i called for customer care, they are saying that i need to pay for 300\-
    For checking it and additional costs if any will be charged extra.

    I have done for full servicing and paid almost half of the product cost. Should i pay again for your poor service?

      Dear sir
      Service complaint for machine kr[protected]
      We have registered 4 complaints for service of above machine under following complain numbers

      3. [protected]
      4. [protected]
      All were cancelled without any explanation being shared to us and in the process it has already been 1 month.
      Today we started following your call centre strictly but still they have been not clearly able to solve our problem. Our area pin code is 737101.
      As per service contract machine is servicable in this are but they are asking for transportation charge that also after denying service for more than a month. Kindly help

      Please refer to the trailing mail. As a consumer since past one half months I have mailing, writing in your facebook page
      getting false commitments from your call centre, but my machine is not serviced as of yet. Still awaiting you response on my mail.
      As a common man I am being subject lot of communications from your call centre(spoke to senior department rita, mahima) however explaining
      everything to each person has become a vicious circle and it is really difficult to understand why action is not being taken. Also no one is able
      to share a satisfactory explanation. Does this attitude help your this image in your website

        We have kent water purifier system and from last 4 months we are facing frequent issues. Your technicians are not able to identify the issue and change the parts. (Paid for the parts). It's corrected only for few day. We are paying service charges for the same complaint repeatedly.

        Technician pappan came 4-5 times and last time he got other technician to help him but still we are again facing the same issue.

        Are they being told to correct the fault temprorily??

        Now again we are facing the same issue. Registered the complaint today and again we will be charged. we could have got new ro with the amount being paid as service charges.

        15days given for the same complaint is very less when your machine doesn't work well and the kind of staff you have.

          Yesterday i had called in customer care service and requested for a service. At that time i was told that my complain has been registered and service will be provided within 24 to 27 hrs. But to my surprise today when i dint got any response and called the customer care service i got very bad response that "madam we r not committed to do it on sunday". I asked that guy which type of commitment..? He answered in a very cadual way that technicians may not b available. So my question is does this company has any ethics. It should b intimated to me beforehand that on sunday we cant get any service.. Its very harassing to b treated as if they r showing mercy by giving us service. My whole day is a wastage waiting... But there is not a single call from the company side.

          Yesterday i.e on 2.09.17 copmplain has been registered for deinstallaion of Kent RO and reinstallation in another room.altough i was told to get service within 24 to 27 hrs..till now it's 5.10pm on 3.09.17 I had neither got any call from the service provider nor got any call.its so disgusting.

            The taste of the water of our ro filter was good but after the servicing of it the taste of the water is not up to the mark and now we understand that it has been done intentionally by the person who came for servicing named gagan and he is not answering our calls. He was only insisting us to take the annual maintenance contract. This type of work is such a shame for the company.

              Dear team,

              Kent ro is very valuable and reputed brand in industries, therefore my whole family (Brother, parents, sister and two more relatives) later we have taken amcs also, even earlier m/s has been functioning fine. However, it is my painful duty to inform you that once m/c started malfunction in 5 month back and service engineer visited for set it right.in last 5 month, 10 time m/c was out of order and 4 time service engineer visited and only after ½ hour it was again get out of order.

              Two day before yesterday also it got out of order and once engineer visited it started functioning and later 1/2 hour it shown dysfunction,. Yesterday also he visited and told my parents need some more equipment to make it functional and committed to come today. We have been calling customer service but no response.

              Please loot into this as my old parents live in varanasi and myself in delhi. I am writing such mail when i got fed up with service engineer services. What id meaning to take kent ro and taking amc also.

              Hope kent would respond to my problem..

                Very disappointed with the service and behaviour of the representative. Really disheartened with the product as well. how to call the service people around 10-20 times so far.
                We beleive the product itself was faulty or we were sold a defected piece. Never will refer anyone to buy this product...

                  Sir, i purchase kent superb on 18th august 2017, at 7 pm, just one day the product worked properly, after second day its not working, complained to all related person or customer cares, kent service engineers came two times, but fail to restart, hence i requesting to arrange replacement of the product. On 24th i chatting with mr kaushal, one of the customer care executive, he is ensure me about the matter, but till nobody try to solve about the same. Already contacted seller via service engineer, because in the invoice no contact information of the seller available, they are simply told that after selling a product all responsibility of company, hence in the invoice only customer care number is available. Hence i unable to contact with seller directly, i requesting again to arrange replacement of the product. Otherwise i go to social media about the this faulty product selling by you, the smart purifier ever even not working 2 days properly after purchase.                   The kent superb RO water purifier is a worst purifier of the the world ever. Because i purchase the product from a distributor 18 august 2017, after installation the product problem start, The display of the product failed to display within 2 days. After asking for replacement, the company arranged, I want to thanks to the Company for the replacement. but the new product given by the company also having another problem, the TDS meter of the product unable to maintain an uniform TDS label in the filtered water. the technicians visiting regularly but unable to rectify. I shocked, The Kent superb the world 1st smart water purifier fail to prove the status of the product. I am very very unsatisfied with this product, Hence I requesting for the permanent solution as soon as possible.                     My water filter kent perl is giving frequent trouble. Since yesterday (27.08.2017) it is faulty. No service engineer visited till now even after several request, though the filter is under 3 years amc.
                    I observed, the service engineers are not very efficient and technically sound. Initially after installation, the filter was working fine, but after one year, after first servicing, it started giving trouble. All the led lamps top of the filter are not glowing, some times water leaking, some times pump not working etc etc. Every time i have to request local call centre and they take their own sweet time (2 to 3days) to send the service engineer. Service engineer used to take the faulty part and replace it after repairing the same after one week or so.

                    I did a great mistake by purchasing kent ro. Earlier i had aqua-guard water filter (Without ro) and i never experience this type of frequent trouble of the machine. Their after sale service was also very prompt and service engineer is also very efficient.

                    I request m/s kent to look into customer satisfaction and try to provide good service for the interest of both kent and customer or other wise i have to lodge complain to consumer forum.

                        Hi, i had bought a kent ro grand last year from a registered dealer of kent for ₹16000, kr[protected]. The machine needed regular service which it got, but, in the past 2-3 months, it has broken down more than 12-14 times. The parts inside are defective, the machine keeps failing every 1-2 days and takes kent 3-4 days to fix the the machine, many a times we had to complain multiple times to get the machine working, only to get broken the very next day. The machine has not been working for 1 or 2 weeks now and all kent does is apologise. I feel cheated and bullied by a powerful company that kent is, please look into it.

                          Hi,

                          I had filed a complaint two days ago about a big leak in my kent ro water purifier. I was told that a technician will be sent within 24 hours. When the technician did not show up after 24 hours, i called customer serive again through which i received nagesh's contact no (: [protected]). I called nagesh twice, he said he will not be able to do the service and hung up the call. I called again this evening and was told that nagesh has fixed the leak hence the system shows as the request is complete.

                            Service provider came and said they rectified the problem but then again new problems arose again and again. We are really disturbed and annoyed with multiple problems which persist even after servicing.
                            It's really bad on your part.
                            I tried uploading video of the purifier with water leakage within the upper transparent half... But it failed. How many times do i have to do sericin... This is third time withinwithin a month. I have a small baby at home too. Looks dangerous thing to consume. It's just a year since purchase but servicing was 6-7 times so far... That too dissatisfying. Guess kent is losing its trust and earning bad reputation in the market. I will post it on social media as well i guess.

                              Today your mechanic mr. Deepak has attend my complaint dated :21st august 2017and was not able to change two filters in two hours and also caused damge to our electric connection and microtek inverter of our house due wrong attachment of wires in the purifier. He also not fitted the filters properly that there is no use of the button that was fitted in it. Ro is working offline now. Thus, i want the compensate of the money or get it correct as it was earlier. Complaint was registered by dr. Madhur saxena.

                                Dear sir,

                                We have purchased kent ro grand plus filter on 22nd june 2017 from bathinda and same is yet to be installed.

                                Original invoice has been misplaced from me. I have requested the company to install the water purifier and they can take any undertaking if they want from me in lieu of original invoice. Even i had told them to do the installation on chargeable basis if they cannot do it free of cost and but they are not providing any service.

                                They can check the details basis serial no of the machine that product is original or not.

                                Request if you can instruct the company to do the installation of the water purifier.

                                I have had a very bad experience with Kent service people. They are just irresponsible people. They do not turn up for the assigned request and simply mark the case as solved in 48 Hours. They might even cheat by saying Address Not found. Customer not contactable and so on.

                                I had to escalate the matter to higher authorities and then in my case they started looking into it.
                                I wasted several weeks in follow up and lots of frustration to face.

                                I do not recommend Kent products ever.

                                It's my pleasure to bring to your notice about my worst experience with your product Kent Pearl KR[protected] bought about 10 months ago.

                                Yesterday I have raised a complaint on the machine which broke down. via reference number [protected]. one technician had come and checked the machine and he told me that the ten months old machine has wiring problem!!! When speak to your service provider in Marathahalli Bangalore they are claiming that wiring kit supply from Kent has stopped from few months and there are thousands of machines awaiting wiring kit supply and mine is one such machine and I need to wait for a week or so or till Kent provides the wiring kit! Mr CEO I do not understand what ever is that bloody KIT and I am nothing to do with it. I just want it right away. If your organisation if left any kind of ethics and you the Board has got any kind of responsibility please do it today by EOD. I know this email may reach anyone in the top of Kent but I am hopeful of getting my service asap.

                                  I am woring indian coast guard under the home ministry of defence situated at frazerganj at west bengal. We are holding 01 no of kent ro plant in our station. We are taking amc from authorised service centre of aquatake service centre, 298, vidyasagar sarani, kolkata-700150 (Ph: [protected], [protected]). We are taking amc for this kent ro plant. Now, ro is non-ops from last 25 days. We are informed to the firm daily. Firm attended the problem in after 26 days, but they are working casually. After one day the same condition is coming in ro plant. Now, we are continuously purchasing the drinking water from outside. Firm attended the problem after 26 days, they are temporarily solved this problem. Now, ro is fully non-ops. Pls, solve this problem, because unit strength is 25 men.

                                    Recently i have been transferred to mumbai from bhopal. The first day we called kent ro franchise to install the machine. They came right away and insisted to take the amc. I should say, forced us. When we denied the technician made some excuse and left the house promising to come in 1/2 an hour. It's been 7 days we are calling them. Every time we call them they say they will be sending someone at most by evening but no one comes. The franchise manager mr ravindra pawar is been completely rude to us. I hope kent will do something about it.

                                    I have purchased a KENT RO Last week. Installation of Device was not properly done by installation engineer. After a week device Hanged from the wall. I have requested for re installation but they are demanding Rs 300.
                                    Why should I pay for such a short duration? It is fault of installation engineer. He should come and installed device properly.

                                      I have seen small cockroaches in drinking water.complained to kent and they registered our complaint with request I'd [protected].customer representative came and he just cleaned cockroaches eggs with a cloth and went.we cannot drink water just like that.Please either replace machine or refund my amount.

                                        Very disappointed with the service and behaviour of the representative. Really disheartened with the product as well. Its been just 8 months we purchased a new RO and how to call the service people around 10-20 times so far.
                                        We beleive the product itself was faulty or we were sold a defected piece. Never will refer anyone to buy this product.
