Mera ro machine kharab tha maine complain kiya to company se service man date[protected] aya tha service karke gaya giska tds 160 se adhik bata raha hi eski wajah se pariwar ke kai sadsyoun ki tabiyat kharab ho hai hi. Jisme se meri natin ko dayriya ho gaya hi. Doctor ko dithana pada uski medical report attech hi. Doobara complain karne per 2200 rs. Ki mang ker hare hi jab ki abhi machine waranty me hi. Our kahi bhi warranty paper me nahi likha hi ki service ka ya machine ke parts ke badle jane per charge lagega. Abhi copy attech hi.
Atah shri man ji se niwedan hi ki uchit kayawahi karke 10-15 din me ro ko thik karwayen anytha mujhe cunsumer foram me jane ke liye swatantra hi.

    Still my ro not working. I’m using kent ro prime since nov-2016 and same not in working condition since may-17. Kindly note after installation machine has given frequent problem. We have logged complaint 15-20times via call on this no-[protected] in this period and every time engineer was attended and ensure that the machine fault has rectified but after 10-15 days machine has stopped automatically, before one month engineer has replaced all filters and some other parts on chargeable basis (3350/- approx.) but still machine is not working. I’m following last one & half month but still i’m not seen any improvement. Awaiting for positive response.

      I hv booked demo in kent ro. They said its free of cost nd some1 from kent come to ur house nd gives demo which water purifier suitable for u. After 2-3 days i received a call from their local vendor aryendra ([protected]) that demo is not free.. They want petrol charges.. And my parents give them.. I called to customer care they said we don't charge anything... I said then raised this issue... And refund my amount.. On daily basis i m chasing customer care seems they are not interested in refunding my balance... This is cheating... Everytime i chatted to the customer care they said: "we regret this and request you to please wait you will be contacted soon for the same". I have waited 48 hours no calls no msg no emails i receive regarding this... I just want to buy a water purifier from kent.. Now i m not interested at all. Just want my refund they took my parents.. And that delivery boy gives a false demo to my parents.. Some iron rod put into the boiled waiter.. Water goes brown... That's it... This is not the standard procedure... Now i m not going to buy anything from kent... Please help me...

        We were handed over an old and used kent ro from unilet hsr bangalore store. On complaining about same to kent ro team, they have not taken any action so far from last 2 months and not replying to even emails. They are highly unprofessional and even the parther they work with (Unilet) are poor when it comes to customer complaints. I have raised complaint with consumer court also online, and there also kent is updating wrong status mentioning customer is unreachable everytime.
        Even if you google about kent complaints online, you will find plenty online and all are pending from years. They do not bother to look into the issues.

          Purchased kent grand plus (Ro+uv+uf+bla bla) through paytm. After paying around 15k just for trusted brand, the product quality is very bad.
          Warranty start date was 4jan17. After exactly 6 months, machine started making lot of noise & water stopped filtering. So i raised a service request on 10jul[protected] but after a day or 2, service request got canceled without any reason. Again i raiser another request on 11jul[protected]. After service request, received a message in which it was clearly mentioned that "your machine is under warranty, no service charge will be applicable".
          The second service request was fortunately attended. But, they said that ro filter is damaged & need to replace & all filters will have warranty of 6 months only, so, we need to pay 2500rs for new filter. It was very bad! After spending so much money for branded filter again we need to spend so much money for filter replacement which has warranty of only 6 months & has poor build quality which lasts only for 6months.
          Again received message on 14jul17 that service request has been canceled (Shocked to see this msg because it was attended already! Worst system to update customers)

          Should have gone for other brands. Decided to never ever suggest kent to any of my friends or family.

            I purchased a kent excel ro on 05/4/16.in july 16 its membrane got burst and was replaced by the company without any payment. Amc was done on 7/4/17. Now on 25/7/17 ro started alarming and the purified water stopped kent technician told me that all filters and membrane is to be replaced costing 4500/-. When i resisted he told that still the membrane is to be replaced. I was having no water to drink so i was forced to pay rs 2750/-. The company has set a device in the ro so that after one year the alarm will be raised and the water will stop and the customer will be forced to pay for the filters. It is a case of cheating

              Maine kent pride ro 6 -7 mahine pahle gaya distributer panna lal ji ke yahan se liya tha. Jisme jankari nhi rhne ke karan guarantee paper nhi diya gya.. Infinity r. O kharab hai jb customer care ko phone kehte hain to wo btate hain ki koi record maujud nhi hai. Jabki machine pr no alg hai aur machine ke dibbe pr no. Alg hai. Mujhe lgta hai mere sath cheating ki gyi hai. Mujhe service provide ki jaye wrna mujhe consumer court ka sahara lena padega.

                  I have been using your machine - kent pride mro with serial no. Kr[protected] since five years freely after servicing it regularly as advised. But since one years my machine had stopped working in respect to ejecting filter water which has reduced to ejecting a drop/second despite getting it repaired many times at your service centres in gangtok, collegepara (Siliguri) and sevoke road (Siliguri) which has costed me around 8000/- after getting my complaint registered at you.

                  Now its useless and not viable spending more on this machine anymore as it seems it have lost its cogency.

                  As such, it is requested to kindly arrange for replacement of this machine without any delay in order to save any bad image and review for your brand.

                    I purchased kent gold smart uv filter about 8 months ago. I was a bit surprised to see it's valve mechanism and i felt that it's not durable.

                    My guess was true within 8 months, the filter has started leaking from top. The inlet valve fails to close completely after it's tank is filled. Already the valve has been replaced twice by the service engineer but it did not help.

                    Please avoid buying this filter it's not reliable at all.

                    I purchased kent gold smart ultra filtration water purifier. Within 6 months the inlet valve failed and water started to overflow from all sides.

                    I called customer care and raised a complaint.in two days the request was closed stating address not found. I again raised a new request, two days later a person visited and tried to fix it. Even before it could be tested, he closed the request in the system. Next day i again raised a new request because it did not work. Later i was told that they will order new part and it will take 6 – 7 days. They again closed my request in their system.

                    After 8 days when i called the engineer i was told that the valve has arrived and next day it will be fitted. So it was fitted the next day and i was asked to again raise another request. Sadly the fixing did not help. I again called the engineer and he said that he will come with a pump system to check what the issue is next day. It was friday and i specifically allotted a time slot to him. He did not turn up. When i called he cut my calls, after an hour he finally picked up the phone. What he told me stunned me. He said he does not have the pump and he went for his friday prayers so could not come.

                    Since then he is not picking my calls. He is not interested to solve the problem. He will just mark the request as closed eventually in his system.
                    I respect the religious values of every individual in the country, however if the management of kent has some common sense, following things are a serious concern

                    1. Closing the request wrongly under reasons like address not found
                    2. Closing the request without proper testing
                    3. Asking the customer to keep on raising new requests for the same problem
                    4. Long delays in procurement of the components
                    5. Committing timeslot but not adhering to same and not even communicating back
                    6. No communication from kent or it’s engineers to customers about their whereabouts, estimated time of arrival and estimated time required to fix the issues
                    7. I have been taking causal leaves from my office work to be at home to allow the engineer to visit and fix the issue. I have so far wasted 5 cls
                    8. It’s now over 3 weeks but the issue is not resolved and this is a reflection of very poor professionalism on part of kent.
                    9. I admit my mistake of buying kent product and commit to confirm that i shall never purchase any single kent product ever in my life
                    10. Good luck kent and you need a million times improvement that what you are performing currently. Pathetic, may god help you improve.

                    I called customer care, they told me that the request was open for too long so it's cancelled in the system. three weeks since the problem started, the problem is not resolved but the requests are closed.

                    I requested to talk to superior. They played classic dirty trick played by call center executives. They kept me on hold for over 10 mins and did not connect. I had to finally disconnect the call.

                    I would like to inform all consumers that kent water filter products have an inherent defect in it. See the specifications of this kent gold smart filter. Inlet pressure min 0.3kg/cm2. However it does not talk anything about the maximum pressure in technical terms.

                    My kent gold smart is overflowing, it does not stop after tank is full. I already had a bad after sales service experience. However there are some key observations

                    1. Kent sales now say to go for pressure reducer valve
                    2. Kent engineer says that yours is 11 story building and pressure on your third floor is high
                    3. Kent says that i should reduce the inlet tap rotation to reduce the water flow
                    This raises several concerns
                    1. Does it mean that those living on lower floors should not buy this filter
                    2. Kent product is substandard
                    3. Not enough attention is given to specifications
                    4. If this is the case kent should first arrange for a demo visit and have enough technical expertise and equipment to assess the water pressure
                    5. The product worked perfectly fine for first 7 – 8 months before it started to fail
                    6. Kent does not have any technical explanation for this behavior. They themselves do not know the operating range and limits of their product
                    7. Any specification with a range should have min and max. If only min is specified it’s technically understood that max is irrelevant or theoretically can be any infinite value
                    8. Min 100v to max 240v means that the product can not run if voltage is below 100 or above 240. Min 100v means that product can run on any voltage above 100 and max 240 means any voltage upto 240 is acceptable. Though no one designs like this. Hence there’s always a operating range.
                    9. Please i advice consumers to stay away from kent products. I had a very pathetic experience dealing with this issue, that’s an altogether different story.
                    10. Kent deserves to be pulled into consumer court.

                    The filter was attempted to be fixed by Kent engineer after a lot of follow-up. Sadly within 10 days it has started leaking again from the top. I conclude that Kent Gold Smart has a manufacturing flaw in its Inlet Valve mechanism. It just does not close properly. End of the story.

                    I have completely given up on Kent as a hypocrisy Kent is free to mark this complaint as Resolved. I won't mind and I have absolutely no expectations from a company that has no integrity in the first place.

                      2 times i call for technician and he asking to replace something or other.

                      Its just 7 or 8 months for my water purifier, suddenly your company techinican asking for change in filter.

                      I don"t understand the way you people making money for the sake of replacement of the part.

                        I have logged a complaint for repair of my kent atleast 6 days ago on 13. Th july'17
                        [protected] this is the request number for the complaint.

                        Service provider who have got the request for repairing kent (Wave service - [protected]) have been mentally harassing me...

                        For this complaint the issue was the taste of water was not proper but the person who came to repair broke my tap for that he charged me... He have done nothing for the taste of water.

                        Then after that we have called him next day to do something for the actual issue he haven't picked up the phone the whole day.

                        Then third day i have called him from another number and told him that if he don't come i'll complain in police... Then he came again, but then he did something because of which now ro stopped working at all.

                        Also if i start the ro water gets filled up where the machinery is this is completely pathetic.
                        When i called the manager ([protected]) for the issue the technician have created, to my surprise he told me that the technician (Rinkesh - [protected]) instead have done the favor to me by fixing the tap which technician have broken and for which he have charged me as well.

                        Now i'll have to bear the charges unnecessarily for the issue which was not here altogether (Water filling inside machine). Also i have already paid for the tap change.

                        I do not want service provider is [protected] (Wave service) to come to repair my ro as he have done enough damage to my machine.

                        Also i need reumbersment for the tap for which they have charged me unecesarily and the repair for filling of water also done by kent as that was not the issue for which i have logged complaint.

                        I can bear charges only for the issue if something needs to changed for taste of water.

                        Also i need that strict action shd be taken against wave services ([protected]) for mentally harassing people and unnecesarily overcharging them.

                          We had a problem with our purifier, so we asked for services.
                          We got response from universal water purifiers kent ro service center, they have sent somebody on 8th july to repair it, the very next day on 9th july it again stopped working after alot struggle got somebody to check the purifier from same above mentioned service provider, they told today on 18th of july morning they will be sending somebody but nobody showed up, so i called the person told me he will be running late, i said ok jut come and check the issue, still that guy didn show up.
                          I have been calling him since but no response.

                          So tell me that is how you provide services to your customer!!!
                          That for very basic need we are struggling so much we are still out of water and no clue about the service.

                          No proper point of contact
                          No assurance of resolving the issue
                          Not so customer friendly

                          Quite disappointing even after the changes made with filter still issue occurred twice in same.

                          My kent ro shows algae formation on the bottom of tanks. Technician says this happens water is directly exposed to sunlight while my machine is in shade. We got it cleaned 3 times and all filters changed only 3 months back. We could see it because our tank is transparent. No proper response from kent.

                            Hi kent team

                            Kent grand ro water purifier was installed on 22nd march 2016. Since then we have lodged complain four times and the details are as follows. Each time the technician is coming and asking to replace something or other.
                            • 15/1/2017- kent grand + service, ro filter replace, ro softener, sediment filter and carbon filter (As visible in the bill) were installed with a total cost of rs 34oo/-
                            • 31/3/17-ballket, v/s (As visible in the bill) installed with a total cost of rs 1235/-
                            • 6/5/17- ro membrane, frt, filter, s-c (As visible in the bill) installed with a total cost of rs 3050/-
                            • 16/7/17- technician says ro filter needs to be replaced

                            This time the technician came and told that the filters need to be replaced and he would charge for that though it is inside the warranty period of 3 months and did not replace and left the place. I called up the customer care to raise another request immediately on 16/7 and the customer support guy told that a technician will reach out to me within 12-24 hours. But no one called me. Today again i have raised a request for the replacement and let’s see what is happening.

                            If this is the kind of service kent is providing and the kind of product they are selling which needs repairing every 3 months, then i would call this as a loot nothing else. Within 1.3 years of buying the kent ro, i have already spent around rs.10000/- on parts and i had bought the product for around 21000 rs.

                            So i want to know the resolution for this kind of pathetic experience. You can see from above, how many times i have called your customer care. This time my request id is: [protected]

                            I want a quick response and permanent solution of this problem. Please look into the matter and resolve it asap. Also i want replacement or refund of this product.

Within 1 year of buying the product, i have been forced to change all parts of the Kent RO and almost spent around 10000 Rs on it for a product of 21000 Rs.

                              Dear kent team,

                              This is about one of your product kent ace mineral 7-litre 60-watt ro+uv water purifier.

                              I purchased this product almost year and half ago. Got it installed in march 2016. After installation within 15 days it started malfunctioning (Leakage from all around) your service engineer visited us and fixed this issue by changing membrane / filter and gave me reason as "due to high water pressure this issue occurred and i limited the water pressure and now no problem will occur in future". But from then onward till now i don't know how many times this leakage problem occurred and fixed by your service engineers. (Previously i was taking count of visits but it became so frequent that now i don't even remember how many times my ro is repaired). Every time your service engineers gives us same explanation. "high water pressure".

                              I have two queries now. I am listing it below.

                              1. Is your product (Which costs me rs. 14000 is so crap / cheap that it can not withstand water pressure). Isn't it a very big quality issue of your product??
                              Don't you think this is the most basic thing to be taken care of in water purifier.?

                              2. Is your service engineers are so impotent that they have not yet figured it out the actual reason of such repeated leakage and fix it. Instead they give me same excuse every time of water leakage??

                              Now since i myself is working in a consumer product company so i know very well that how hardware (Product quality) issues should be taken care of.

                              Don't you have any quality assurance team who should have taken care of voc for such repeated issue?

                              Three months ago i got my ro repaired for same reason and paid (Service charge + leakage part charge). Knowing that this issue started just after 15 days of installation.

                              Again within three months same issue occurred and again i will be paying service charge + leakage part charge.

                              So i want to know that what is resolution for my pathetic experience with your product.?

                              I had called your customer care n number of times to listen same thing "sir our service engineers will visit and see the problem & your service engineers always give same excuse of water pressure."

                              I want a quick response and permanent solution of this problem. Please look into the matter and resolve it asap.

                              I want replacement or refund of this product.

                                Yesterday, i have made a complaint regarding some beep was noticed in my kent supreme r. O. System. My request no. Was[protected]. An engineer mr. Devendra had attended the fault. Without any checking or examination, he told me that there may be fault in all filters and adviced to change all filters. I agreed and he changed all filters changed three filter, i. E. Membrane, ic, frt and sendiment filter and charge rs.4550/- for all including service charges of rs. 300.
                                From morning it again starts beeping, if all filters are new then for what this alarm is coming. I have called two, three times to kent ro system service centre but they are not generated complaint no. Nor sent any service engineer till.
                                This is very unfortunate that we are paying so heavily to kent for there services and product cost but the service provided by kent service system is very poor. Mr. Devender was not expert, but, was working on hit and trial basis and this cost to me rs. 4550/-.

                                You are requested to please arrange to rectify the my ro system as early as possible. And also sent one expert engineer who can identify the real trouble.

                                  I was purchased kent ro prime in nov-15 but same is not working since beginning, i was logged 18-20 complaints in last 18month and every time engineer visited and replaced some part but again machine was stopped work after 10-15 days. It was happen repeatedly basis even all filters and some other parts has already replaced on charge in the month of march-17. I was follow up with kent service center on mail since may-17 but still we are waiting for solution. I'm not received any response from kent team since 1st june-17

                                    I am a resident of vaishali, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh
                                    Recently i faced a problem with my kent ro, so i contacted the customer care at 14th july 2017.

                                    They sent a service man who began inspecting the ro
                                    First he told us that the filters were not working. We told him that they were replaced recently. Then he said that the motor was not working, which was working fine. Then he said maybe the membrane was broken.
                                    He told us that he has to replace the parts and the bill will be near 5500/-
                                    Further he recommended for an amc worth 6500/- (Rs 5000/- rate on internet)

                                    We suspected that the person was misleading us and try to replace components which were working fine so we sent him back and called another mechanic to check the ro. He found that both the components motor and membrane were functioning well. He found another small component worth rs 450/- which was not working. Now our ro is functioning properly

                                    How can we trust kent ro service?
                                    Are your service person trained adequately?
                                    Do you instruct them to inflate bills?

                                      During the warranty period, i tried calling kent and there as no one to clean the kent and every time they said that it is ok without opening the machine.

                                      Just a month after warranty was over, i had to incur inr 3000 and the mechanic said that kent has not serviced otherwise it could have been noticed beforehand only. Who should suffer this loss. The duty of the company is to service but u people don't want to service till the time anything goes wrong.

                                      You people just cant sell the product without any after sale service.

                                        Really frustrated with kent service. My machine "kent supreme" stopped on june 9th.

                                        1st complaint - june 9:

                                        Logged complained "[protected]", the technician arrived, verified that the power is not getting supplied and unplugged/plugged back the power cable from adapter to mother board. He suggested for replacement and we said to do that which costs rs.150/-, but he denied saying that no stock. Asked us to raise complaint after few days if the machine stops working.

                                        2nd complaint - june 16:
                                        Logged "[protected]" on june16th as my machine stopped working. This time executive visited and said the same thing to replace power supply cable. However he doesn't have stock. He asked to raise after 4-5 days.

                                        3rd complaint - june 22:

                                        Logged "[protected]" on june 22nd, the complaint has been raised. Got call from service center when explained the problem, he said no stock and cancelled the request on june 24th.

                                        4th complaint - july 1:
                                        Logged "[protected]" on july 4th, the complaint has been raised. Got call from service center when explained the problem, he said he will come, the executive said that he forgot stock and promised to visit next day but hasn't instead closed the ticket.

                                        5th complaint - july 6:
                                        Logged "[protected]" on july 6th, had to have heated discussion with customer care where he quoted that the visit will be charged, but i argued this is long standing problem not resolved by your company because of your problem and finally he agreed saying that no service charge needed this time and promised me to resolve the issue earliest. However got call from service center saying that no stock again.

                                        Its been almost 1 month now and if the company can't service a customer why are you selling product and taking premium service charge of rs.300/-. This is really stupid and crazy. Who is responsible for all the effort and tension created within my home for arranging water supply from outside and the payment went through my pocket for last one month for about rs. 2000/-.

                                        Your sla is to resolve issue in 24-48 hours. You haven't met it.
