Really frustrated with kent service. My machine "kent supreme" stopped on june 9th.

1st complaint - june 9:

Logged complained "[protected]", the technician arrived, verified that the power is not getting supplied and unplugged/plugged back the power cable from adapter to mother board. He suggested for replacement and we said to do that which costs rs.150/-, but he denied saying that no stock. Asked us to raise complaint after few days if the machine stops working.

2nd complaint - june 16:
Logged "[protected]" on june16th as my machine stopped working. This time executive visited and said the same thing to replace power supply cable. However he doesn't have stock. He asked to raise after 4-5 days.

3rd complaint - june 22:

Logged "[protected]" on june 22nd, the complaint has been raised. Got call from service center when explained the problem, he said no stock and cancelled the request on june 24th.

4th complaint - july 1:
Logged "[protected]" on july 4th, the complaint has been raised. Got call from service center when explained the problem, he said he will come, the executive said that he forgot stock and promised to visit next day but hasn't instead closed the ticket.

5th complaint - july 6:
Logged "[protected]" on july 6th, had to have heated discussion with customer care where he quoted that the visit will be charged, but i argued this is long standing problem not resolved by your company because of your problem and finally he agreed saying that no service charge needed this time and promised me to resolve the issue earliest. However got call from service center saying that no stock again.

Its been almost 1 month now and if the company can't service a customer why are you selling product and taking premium service charge of rs.300/-. This is really stupid and crazy. Who is responsible for all the effort and tension created within my home for arranging water supply from outside and the payment went through my pocket for last one month for about rs. 2000/-.

Your sla is to resolve issue in 24-48 hours. You haven't met it.

        I brought new machine on feb-2016 which has 1 year warranty it worked ok for first 1 year but after that it started creating an issues.
        In 3 months after the warranty one by one part is getting damaged and the engineer asked me to change that part as we are not going to repair the same you must have to fit the new one.
        First they asked me to change the electric kit as it was not resetting the beep. After few days machine created an issue again i called the engineer he asked me to change the uv tube. That again i changed it. Now third time machine is down and when i called the engineer he asked me to change the motor pump as they are not repairing the parts. What i think is that they intentionally doing something in machine which will create damage in next 2 months and they can continue there business like this only. For these 3 servicing they charged me 350/- per visit and part cost extra. They are straight forward cheating the customer and we as customer know this but dont have any option as we dont want to play with our health and we must want the purifier to in working condition all time.

          We had purchased a Kent RO for our office at Gangtok, Sikkim. Within one year of purchase the company provides outcomes free servicing of the machine. We registered a complaint for free servicing of the machine with Kent helpline service request no.[protected] on 19.06.17, SR No.[protected] on 04.07.17. But the complaints were cancelled automatically. On calling the representative told that we have to give him travelling charges of Rs.500/- to them for attending the servicing. As we had not agreed for any payment as free servicing is offered by company the representative did not att3nd the call.

          I had received a reply from Kent on 12 th July 2017 as follows:-

          Dear Customer, Greetings! Your request[protected] could not be serviced and has been CANCELLED. For any query or help, call us at [protected]. KENT

          It can be seen from above that no action has been taken on my complaint and it has been closed very casually. Moreover, Kent call center called me and told me that we have to pay travelling amount to the service engineer. As he would be traveling from Siliguri, when I told that it is not my problem that Kent has no service centre at Dillon as Gangtok is the capital city, the complaint has been closed very casually the next day.

          Please arrange for servicing of the machine as it is over 15 days now.

            We purchased a new peace ro uv for rs. 15500 in april 2016. Local engineer came for service of my ro and ask me to change candle set as ro is installed one year back. He installed new pump set for rs. 2700 plus 300 service charge on 26.06.2017.
            Before that in december 2016 we did.a.servicing for air lock in purifier
            Now that person is telling me to take a 6500 MC for whole year as any time RO or UV will stop workingor do a 2000 rs MC for any electronic circuit failure or device get currupted. This is something really not acceptable.
            For a machine worth 15000 why should we pay 6500 per year for maintenance.
            We are very disappointed by kent product
            We will not recommend it to any other people.

              Despite my 20 calls on [protected] for last 5 days, nobody has visited to my home for reinstallation of kent ro. This is very unfortunate. Poor costomer service. I was told that no technician is available. If company is not able to serve then what is the purpose of so much marketing & selling.

                These guys are cheats! I subscribed for AMC with them. When I had a problem with my filter, their technician came and told there is a problem with the filter and the filter needs to be changed. Once I told them we had the AMC, the technician called up his manager and then the technician tells us that there is no problem with the filter and that he will reset the alarm!
                After questioned more the technician there was a problem with the filter but nothing can be done as his manager has asked not to change the filter. The agency stopped picking up the call after that. These guys are Cheats! Don't sign up for AMC with them.

                AMC is a technique used by MNC s to extract money in the name of maintenance servicing. Unless the consumer is alert and question them . he will be taken for a ride. Customer Service Rating is 34 % is average only
                Srinivas aqua service is cheat and rude. When called for service they threaten to come and thrash. They are very rude and discourteous. They take money in the name of AMC, once get money, no service.

                  Sir,
                  This is second time I am complaining because no one is listing to me on cutomer care no.
                  I called Kent for Servicing of my Kent Peral model. It was not dispensing water from outlet. One Mr. Dharmender came (MB:[protected]) on 22nd of May which was a voting day of MCD election. After 15 days same problem occured. I contacted Kent & they replied that it is over 15 days so you have to register complaint again & have to pay 300 Rs again then I complaint to Consumer court. After that some senior person called me and assured me that service charges 300rs will not be charged if it is same problem. After that Mr. Ramesh came (MB:[protected]) & he told me that previous Engineer has not done service properly he again took 1 hr to clean again those two filters with lot of dust in it. At that time by mistake one of the part LPS(Lower Pressure Switch) was damaged by him. he told me that it was already damaged. I said ok please change it at that time that part was not available to him he told me that it will work without LPS and if problem persist then I will arrange this switch later. Suddenly my machine is vibrating because of that switch I contacted him to replace that LPS switch now he told me that I have left the job so you have to register complaint again & have to pay 300rs again.

                  So my concern is that first he damaged my part and then the part was not available at the time of his visit . My request is to you sir please provide me the LPS switch without charging again 300Rs service charges because it was not my fault if your engineer don't have parts with them . .

                    why for a customer requesting a service request and the company is often cancelling?. is it a response from a top company to behave with its customer.I have complained for service request 3 times as of now, but they are cancelling my request again and again, what a kind of response to a customer given by the company,
                    the MD of my pin code 600054 dealer Mr. Dakshnamurthy is speaking vulgar words that he will not come to check my machine as i did not pay a sediment filter cost of Rs.500 last time, at the time of demo, only he told the machine has 1 year warranty, it is his fault on demo that he failed to inform me only 6 months warranty for 2 of the filters in the machine, and now he is cancelling my request on service. please help me out in this case, such a dealer like this is making the company's name and logo to suppress like anything

                      Hi we purchased Kent water purifier just 3 months back. Today we noticed whitesh particules in water. We called service guy and he said fungus has formed in the tank.. we have 3 year old child and we were shocked to see such a poor performance by Kent.. so the service guy asked to fill the tank and empty it once and he said it should be fine.. but I did 3 times wasted liters and liters and still the same..

                        As i have have bought kent to grand + in lucknow after one year all the parts of machine gets changed. We have spent about 8000 rupees within six months on my kent ro machine. Now i have have done amc of my kent ro machine. But now also after taking amc my machine stops working yesterday. But the technician is telling that motor of my kent ro machine is not working properly. And the technician is telling that your motor will not changed under amc scheme but they are telling that moter can be repaired

                          We purchased a new peace ro uv for rs. 17500 in april 2016. Local engineer came for service of my ro and ask me to change candle set as ro is installed one year back. He installed candle set for rs. 1450 on 18.05.2017. After that ro stops working and i have lodged complaint then local engineer came to my house and installed membrane for rs. 2800/- on 10.06.2017. After working for 7 days then ro stops working. Then i again lodge the complaint theb again local engineer came and replace uv lamp for rs. 1450. Till now 3 engineers came to our house but the problem was not solved. If a consumer gets this much problem why the middle or higher management does not concentrating on this issue. We are filing a case against the company in the consumer court with 5days. Please refund all my money which is looted by your local engineer.

                            Pathetic service by kent customer care and service engineer name mr. Vasu from dynamic ro services bangalore.
                            Speciality about dynamic ro services is they want to make money.
                            My ro was just 1 year old and hardly used, still service engineer gave excuses to change the filters to make money.
                            He also said to change the membrane in order to make more money, when i said no, he did something in ro and it started giving problems within a week.
                            When i call customer care, they take no responsibility. They don't know anything about ro. They are just sitting there to make service request and each service request involves 500rs.

                              I have been trying to get a service done for my kent ro machine since last one month. My machine is in contract but still kent service team is unable to do the service. I have tried to escalate through there customer helpline as well as through chat and email but no resolution. They do not have trained customer care representative and are unable to respond to my service request. When i ask for escalation, they simply put my phone on hold for hours.
                              Have lost faith in this company and will not recommend kent to anyone.

                                My Kent prime RO 9 lit. Water filter Purchase 1 jun 2016 but many time not filter water properly, this problem again & again complain raise your care center & Kent service provider but not resolve my problem and cancal my complain without response & very poor service, Again I feel fool and your not serious my complain, I am not satisfied your Kent service and i feel my big mistake purchase your Kent Prime RO 9 lit. I anyone not suggest this product.

                                  I have bought a kent ro uv purifier for 11, 000 two years back, since then i spend 600 rupees every 2 - 3 months on its filter and some inner part. Everytime we change those parts, water flows perfect for some days and later on starts giving problem. I live near by airport area where water quality is good and water flow is 24*7, still this kent purifier cant handle less stress here. I could have bought some other purifier then kent purifier. I seriously regret kent a lot.

                                    My request no. Is:[protected]. On 16th june, 2017 there was an issue in my kent ro so, i raised a request. On 17th, a technician came and changed all parts n i paid rs.6700 for it. Next day again an issue arosed and again a technician came on 18th n charged rs.300 for something which earlier technician didnt check. Again same issue as on 18th occured and on 21st june though this time, i didnt pay but the technician again changed a part which earlier technician forgot to do. So, after paying rs.7000, problem still prevail. I called customer care & again requested for some better professionals and i also called pearl infotech (As i requested to provide some other service provider but im stuck with them as there is no other who caters to kent requests in my area) and complained but the lady didnt respond properly and while i was still on call n asked about when she would send a senior technician, i believe she disconnected the call. A good after-sale service speaks volumne about a brand and must be taken seriously. Really pathetic attitude and service by kent call centre and pearl infotech, bengaluru. If this problem doesnt resolve, ill will share it with your senior most personnels.

                                      I have purchased kent ro superb yesterday, am very unhappy with the product and the services provided, after getting my product i kept on calling service boy to visit and install my product which kept on getting delayed eventually late evening he came, however very irresponsive on questions. Once installed machine was displaying high impurities on asking him, i did not get any response also strangely they do not connect the machine to the tap, you have to arrange for a plumber yourself or pay them 450 to get it done. Strange, how is machine going to work incase it does not get connected to the tap, since i was using aqua guard earlier they just connected it to the same line and avoided doing efforts. Since i refused to sign that installation is complete i got a call next day from another person who kept on arguing that you have to get it done yourself. Am very disappointed with kent on the very first day, the kind of services i got on buying the most expensive option available... Now machine cant work till i arrange for a plumber on my own secondly faulty machine which is not even producing clear water. First person who came in was lal [protected] and second who never turned up is neeraj [protected]

                                        Within 2.5 years of purchase today i saw machine is not working, there is proper water supply and electricity. Called call centre understand that i will be charged and others things extra. Is this so poor product failed in 2.5 years.

                                        It's very surprising to ask them about, nothing is covered still to charge a couple at rs.2000/- that men's it is very clear that they have fitted substandard parts. I am not going to pay, i will go to consumer court.
