I have launched service request call to attend my kent ro purifier. They have send message and called me for the confirmation. But no one come to attend the purifier. So to follow up i have called the number i have received in message. That person give me confirmation for attending the call. Then suddenly i received message for the cancellation of the service. I don't know why they have canceled my service request.

Hi i am a customer of kent water purifier and so is reason i am suffering from last 6 month.
I still don't have any hope that you will respond so decided next to consumer forum.
My purifier is not working since december and i called your customer care twice and got assurance that your engineer will be visiting which has never happen.
I will not suggest anyone to buy your filter and suffer....

I have requested for a service to check on 13/06/2017 and he has spoiled the machine if contacted to kent on 14th june 2017 the response is not convincible and there is no senior technician nor bothered for a solution. Why these products claim to be a brand? Buy kent grand 1.5 yr back cost rs. 17k. During this period around 6-10 times it is repaired. Kent ro have the service center for this ganga ro service center. I brought this product and it was assured to me that this will be installed with in a time duration of 7 hrs but this water purifier in still not installed.

I am using kent excel for 7 years. 1st three years product was very good. But last 3 years iam spending upward of 10000 per year on replacement parts. The durability of parts supplied is so poor that it requires replacement almost every year including motors.

We purchased kent supreme ro water purifier on 03/02/2017, but from 28/05/2017 on wards the machine is not working for which we had given online complaint. Today one technician came to my house and his behaviour is ridiculous and worst. As being a reputed company this is not the way to serve the customers in a bad and worst.

Filter changed by your engineer on 10/10/16 (Service visit), but no bill had given to us and replaced ro filter is also old one it is manufactured on june 14. Due to this filter my solenoid valve is malfunctioned. Now again engineer came to check and tell change the filter in 9 month.
