This complain is with respect to a major fraud being carried out by your customer service partners in lucknow.
I has booked the below service request as filter change alarm was beeping on my ro:

Around 10:30, i received call from kent ro that a technician will be assigned to our complaint and he will visit soon.
After this, around 30 minutes later, a technician (Mahendra pratap singh from regitech aqua pvt. Ltd.) visited our place and informed that 4 filters needed to be changed and it would cost total rs. 3600. We went ahead and everything was done in around 1 hour.
Same day, in the evening, i again received a call that a technician pavan had been assigned to my request. I informed them that the job had already been done.
Now, the next day on[protected], pavan actually visited at our place and informed us that the person who visited yesterday was a fraud and has installed fake parts in the ro.
Ridiculously, he left and cancelled the service request stating that "the customer denied to pay" (As per customer care).
This is a clearly complete fraud which is being carried out by service providers as complaint data is being leaked and fake technicians are visiting even before original technician is assigned to the request.
As a customer, this is completely unacceptable as it puts my family's health (Impure water) and security (Unauthorised people visiting) at risk. Therefore, i demand immediate actions as per below:
1. Official technician should visit immediately and replace all fake parts with original parts. We will only pay the difference in fare from the original receipt (Attached with the email). The original request must be re-opened.
2. A reason must be provided as to why a random person was allowed to visit a registered customer's home and why was the data leaked. What if he was a criminal? Will kent ro be liable?
In addition to above i have been following up and demanding action via all channels like phone, email, social media like facebook and twitter, but nothing is being done about the demands.
Kent RO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Dhawal Keswani Adding the bill provided by the technician who installed fake parts.
Hello,
TODAY THE SAME THING REPEATED AGAIN!! Even after so much communication. First I get confirmation from KENT that person will come and you be at home at 7pm. Then I only call make call and he says another half an hour. Then I keep calling and there is no picking up my call on other side.
How I got the confirmation today:
1. I got email from KENT saying my complaint number is[protected]. Some one will call me. 2pm today.
2. The service person calls me.
a. I ask his name, he is reluctant to tell his name.
b. Again he asks can I come now only. Assuming we will be ready at next instant.
c. I ask him what happened yesterday, he cuts the phone.
d. I call back there is no pick up.
3. Then I call KENT customer care “+[protected]”. This number they sent me in mail.
a. I explain them above scene.
b. They confirm that today service will happen.
c. They assure that today 7pm or later service will happen.
d. I request the call me 7pm onwards and check that the person visits to my place. They agree.
4. Then I got the call from service person.
a. I told him 7 pm onwards you can come. He agrees.
b. I also tell him the issue (which I told yesterday also), that due to overflow he has to get float switch ready.
Same story repeats today:
1. Evening 7 pm I call service person[protected].
a. I ask him when he is coming. He says I will call you.
b. I ask approximate time? He says half an hour.
2. I email KENT at 7:45pm explaining same, they do not get back.
3. I call the same person at 8pm and then at 8:30 pm. He does NOT pick up the call!!
4. I report to KENT over e-mail. They do not get back!
You have confirmed today that you repeatedly do negligence and harass your customers.
I am assuming above is intentional as even after so much communication same thing is repeating.
Also even after so many mails and complaint, there was NOT a single call from KENT to me checking the status. Even after my request today to call back and check.
In my opinion:
1. You are NOT honoring your commitment of resolving issue in 48 hours.
2. Repeatedly doing negligence as explained above.
3. You are NOT honoring law and order system as you are repeating same harassment to customer again and again, even if the case is filed with consumer court of govt India.
4. You are signaling to people of India, in general, through this forum, that you can easily breach your commitment to customer. You can be easily negligent to customer and do NOT care for his harassment due to behavior on your part.
I WANT TO REQUEST LEGAL ASSISTANCE FROM CONSUMER FORUM TO FILE THIS CASE AND TAKE IT TO JUSTICE!

PS: I am sending voice recordings of calls over other mail ID, in reply to yesterday's mails.
1. Total INR 2650/- . INR 250 for float sensor, INR 350 for service charges, rest for all filters except RO membrane.
2. The TDS control of this product is not automatic you many consumers perceive it as per advertisement. There is internal valve which needs to be adjusted with screw driver. There is creep in TDS of water after adjustment. When the service person did it it was near 100 (for input TDS of 200) and he said it will settle later. He did not have time to wait for it. The 3rd day the TDS is around 18 for input TDS of 190. If you do not have TDS meter, you will feel water is tasting so good but you will be dangerously consuming low TDS water. These thing s are unfortunately so tough to fix in India!
Anyways I needed to update that service part they did, fixed and overflow issue and went.
