Filter changed by your engineer on 10/10/16 (Service visit), but no bill had given to us and replaced ro filter is also old one it is manufactured on june 14. Due to this filter my solenoid valve is malfunctioned. Now again engineer came to check and tell change the filter in 9 month.

Please give the solution for this complaint and i want strict action against service engineer those who visit on 10/10/16.

    Last January one Kent service person called Ravi came from agency Water World, Bommanahalli, Bangalore and we gave for AMC and after that if we call the agency they say they will come and no body will come. Nat even able to have service. Got the money and absconded. Very bad service. Thought of buying Aqua guard. Please do the needful and help us

        This complain is with respect to a major fraud being carried out by your customer service partners in lucknow.

        I has booked the below service request as filter change alarm was beeping on my ro:

        Date & time:[protected], around 9:50 am
        Address: *, lucknow

        Around 10:30, i received call from kent ro that a technician will be assigned to our complaint and he will visit soon.

        After this, around 30 minutes later, a technician (Mahendra pratap singh from regitech aqua pvt. Ltd.) visited our place and informed that 4 filters needed to be changed and it would cost total rs. 3600. We went ahead and everything was done in around 1 hour.

        Same day, in the evening, i again received a call that a technician pavan had been assigned to my request. I informed them that the job had already been done.

        Now, the next day on[protected], pavan actually visited at our place and informed us that the person who visited yesterday was a fraud and has installed fake parts in the ro.

        Ridiculously, he left and cancelled the service request stating that "the customer denied to pay" (As per customer care).

        This is a clearly complete fraud which is being carried out by service providers as complaint data is being leaked and fake technicians are visiting even before original technician is assigned to the request.

        As a customer, this is completely unacceptable as it puts my family's health (Impure water) and security (Unauthorised people visiting) at risk. Therefore, i demand immediate actions as per below:

        1. Official technician should visit immediately and replace all fake parts with original parts. We will only pay the difference in fare from the original receipt (Attached with the email). The original request must be re-opened.
        2. A reason must be provided as to why a random person was allowed to visit a registered customer's home and why was the data leaked. What if he was a criminal? Will kent ro be liable?

        In addition to above i have been following up and demanding action via all channels like phone, email, social media like facebook and twitter, but nothing is being done about the demands.

          Hi Team,

          Since 5 days the worst Kent water filter is not working, it's being 1month the stupid technician has replaced 4 filters and took 2300 and now he comes up and say you need to pay for service and need to pay for the part where it's being only an Year old I spending more money on this worst brand I want my money back and u guys take your product.

          I called up customer care they misguided me saying u don't need to pay and 3 people hung saying I will get my senior, I am not sure what kind service is provided Iam really fed up no more further discussions, plz refund the amount of the product.

            I was purchase kent grand plus model dated on 19/05/2017, as per the TAT within 48 hours Installation is complete but still not a single response from ur side and when i call to customer care they said due to no response on call we close ur request.
            But the fact is that nobudy can call me related to that and i never shut my phone at any cost due to my work profession. So don't lie with us solve my issue today on urgent basis otherwise will raise the complant on consumer forum.

              I brought and installed a Kent water purifier couple years ago, I nicely covered and disconnected the machine and left to U.S. I came back a year after and used for 2 months and the machine started leaking. I called and a service technician came. He told me the filter need to be changed and he also told me just using for 2 months, the filter is so bad and asked me to buy filters in bulk and he will come and change every 2 months. I paid Rs 300 for service and approximately Rs 900 for few filters. I wanted to buy AMC, I was told it was already a year and two months they do not give AMC and I Should just buy extra filters and keep it and he will change it. I was in and out of country. Now I am back, it is leaking again. I called Kent., I was told both pump and RO is gone and I have to pay Rs 7500 for the product. I have to pay Rs 2000 for a year warranty. I called the service center, she was not helpful. I have to pay cash. They do not accept card or check. I am extremely disappointed with both service and product. I do not recommend this product to any will and will lodge complaints with consumer protection bureaus and post on line so that others aware of Kent's poor products and services.

                My registered mobile no. Is [protected] and [protected]. I purchased one ro kent manufactured by m/s ro kent in july 2016 from vijay sales model town delhi vide bill dt. 26.6.2016 for rs.15400/-. Details already mailef to the company. Product is still under warranty.
                Since installation it has not been working properly. I made variours calls. Water flow has been very low and thete is some gap in the machine lid and water tank. Engineers were sent by ro kent various times. They cleaned it and said now it is ok. Regarding gap they used to say that there is manufacturing defect in this particar model.
                So in this way they used to pass the time and tried to passify me. They also used to say that gradually with the passage of time flow of purified water will increase.
                Now on 17.4.2017 i complained. Ro kents representative came and again clened filter and said it is ok. But again i observed pressure of purified water was very low. I again complained through emails, letters and telephonic calls. Yesterday on 23.5.2017 your ro kent representative. Came to my house in my absence and without any prior information/phone. He told the child that filters will have to be changed and pay rs.1000/-. He did not even open the ro system.

                I am surprised that since installation i have been complaining for low water flow. Now i am being asked to pay. Why earlier these filters were not changed. I therefore request that matter be investigated and my ro system be replacef it repaired free of cost immediately. Meantime i have been purchasi my wayer bottles from market. Who wil l beat cost. Product is uner warra tee. Thanks

                  I bought my Kent RO which is still under warranty. Suddenly water stopped getting filtered. When I made complaint in Kent RO customer service, they confirmed that my product was under warranty and I will not require to pay any charge.
                  But when the servicing guy arrived he kept stressing on seeing the warranty card and said that he will require the warranty card or invoice for changing the effected parts else we have to pay Rs 3500. He also mentioned that even though customer service centre has details, he comes from servicing and dont have the same details of the purchase.

                  Wonder how within warranty period parts gets effected and when the information is available with customer service they don't share with Service Centres.

                  Seems like they are banking on customers not keeping the warranty card to extract money from them. Pathetic service.

                    I have purchased Kent Grand Plus 8-Litre Mineral RO+UV Water Purifier (KR[protected]) installed on 9th Jan 2017 my machine is in warranty. There is leakage in transparent cover and purified water level indicator.I put service request case id [protected] which is closed but leakage is not repaired. You service engineer has visited and mentioned that leakage is not covered in warranty. He mentioned that senior Kent engineer will call us shorly.their is no call from senior engineer.I put another service request case id [protected] .Again I register a complain no technician visited and issue is closed without providing any solution.leakage still exist.Machine is in warranty .From 13 may till today I called every day to customer care .It was told that my service request will be taken on priority basis.Service is not provided .I need a call back or email for my issue from Kent. But not email received. Worst Service provider.

                      I requested for repairing of the water purifier as it is leaking from inside and we are unable to use it lest the unit gets damaged. My complaint no is[protected]. I lodged the complaint on 15 May 2017. Your staff told me that one Mr Sandip. He didnt turn up even after 3 days. On 21 May I was informed that it was assigned to Mr Pandurang. After that i was informed that the complaint could not be serviced and they are cancelling the complaint.

                      I bought Kent Grand Plus water purifier 1.5 year back. I am getting too many repairs. Every time i come they take 350Rs. Recently in last 6 months i had to call service technician 5 times which is not good for a new product. Not at all happy with the product.

                        This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. No response from the agents who are assigned and the customer care folks keep saying no issue with that.

                        Is this how any organization is supposed to deal with the customer requests?

                        I'm sure the customer base is vastly declining and these kinda of responses are not going to help.

                          We have been using Kent Water Filter since 2 years or little more.
                          Till it's warranty period, there was negligible problem in it.
                          But immediately after the warranty period problem started in this product. They started to blame the quality of water, electricity and each time they come for servicing, they started changing parts.
                          Problem occurs in every 2/3 days, they come, fix and get the hell out.
                          I found it as the worst product I ever used.

                              I i am an owner of kent water filter.I bought it on may 2015 and i was told 4 free filter changing.
                              3 times your team changed the filter without any problem.
                              Today i got a call from "najma" thats what she told her name,
                              she was like threatening me saying that i must take warrenty otherwise she will not be responsible for any complaint that comes to the filer, and all 4 free services is been done.
                              If only i take warrenty then only she will sent service person.
                              I am a satisfied cusomer and like that people make very bad impression on your company.

                                Extremely disappointing service. I had raised a complaint which they couldn't close within stipulated Time. So they closed it and opened a new one. Now they are saying that they will come within stipulated time. Why in the first place did you close my first complaint. I think it's a team of cheats and liars.

                                  I have kent pearl model which is now out of warrenty.
                                  Few months ago it was cockroach problem & it was solved by providing upper lid for free of cost six months back i changed all filters & other part worth 5000rs. Last month there was water outlet problem. Engr. Came & checked all the parts & found every thing is fine he just clean one filter & problem has been solved. But after 17 days same problem occur. Sir i want to know how it can happened. This is serious issue please see to it urgently

                                    Getting extremely foul smell (Some sort of decomposed mass) from the purified water that was coming out of my machine, i booked a complaint (No. [protected] dated 12/05/17) with your national service no. [protected].

                                    One technician, who initially installed the machine inspected the machine, cleaned with dry cloth, cleaned my iron filter that was purchased extra and told that, nothing can enter the water reservoir at any cost. The previous night, i drained the whole reservoir and refilled it with the machine on before this visit of the technician and therefore, the foul smell was almost not there.

                                    The very next days, on 13th may night/14th may morning, while i was collecting purified water from the machine, i noticed dead insects (Specially small cockroaches) in the water.

                                    Immediately, i booked another complaint on 14th may (No.[protected] and today, the same technician visited and opened the reservoir.

                                    To his and to utter surprise of my wife, the water was full of dead insects.

                                    My request to you is that, kindly look into this event seriously and arrange for replacement of my machine, because, it seems, there must have been some sort of opening through which cockroaches could enter the drum and got dead!!!

                                    I have been using other machines, but this incident has never happened.

                                    Please try to visualize, how panicky we must be in drinking such contaminated water and that too, coming out of a machine which is probably the highest acclaimed and sold across households in the country.

                                    I look forward to your immediately responding to my problems and addressing the burning issues with the machine. No one can stop cockroaches from their movement. But, if it can enter the reservoir of the ro machine, it is really painful and risky to possess.

                                      Sir/madam, this is to inform that kent agency in Thirumulaivoil Chennai and its Owner Mr. Dhakshinamoorthy is performing their service worst, it describes as if kent is a non valid company... I have installed kent supreme in my home by the above agency in respect when i asked a demo to the kent company, the agency didn't provide any valid information about the machine, they themself told me that only kent supreme suits my water with above 800 TDS despite lower cost machines available for a middle class family. just 9 months over, and i complained to the company in its toll free number a huge number of times complaining my water taste is worst., within this stipulated time, 3 filters have been changed. At the time of demo and installation, the agency mentioned that the machine has one year warranty, but now they are asking Rs. 500 for replacement of a sediment filter without any prior intimation about only 6 months warranty for 2 such filters. What kind of business is this, and merely the company is responsible for these kind of imperfect agencies making customers feel disguised and sad. Please take necessary steps to avoid these kind of problems from agencies in the mirror of the company. Thank you.

                                        Why u misleading people for free installation, as i called to your service center they told me if you open your packed box, then service charge will apply, plz tell me why i can not open my purchased things to check is this is same inside box as i purchased as so many fraud and broken items may be inside box. Why not kent stop misleading type this above if bloody does not want give ur service properly. Nonsense thing happened
