I bought my Kent RO which is still under warranty. Suddenly water stopped getting filtered. When I made complaint in Kent RO customer service, they confirmed that my product was under warranty and I will not require to pay any charge.
But when the servicing guy arrived he kept stressing on seeing the warranty card and said that he will require the warranty card or invoice for changing the effected parts else we have to pay Rs 3500. He also mentioned that even though customer service centre has details, he comes from servicing and dont have the same details of the purchase.

Wonder how within warranty period parts gets effected and when the information is available with customer service they don't share with Service Centres.

Seems like they are banking on customers not keeping the warranty card to extract money from them. Pathetic service.

    I have purchased Kent Grand Plus 8-Litre Mineral RO+UV Water Purifier (KR[protected]) installed on 9th Jan 2017 my machine is in warranty. There is leakage in transparent cover and purified water level indicator.I put service request case id [protected] which is closed but leakage is not repaired. You service engineer has visited and mentioned that leakage is not covered in warranty. He mentioned that senior Kent engineer will call us shorly.their is no call from senior engineer.I put another service request case id [protected] .Again I register a complain no technician visited and issue is closed without providing any solution.leakage still exist.Machine is in warranty .From 13 may till today I called every day to customer care .It was told that my service request will be taken on priority basis.Service is not provided .I need a call back or email for my issue from Kent. But not email received. Worst Service provider.

      I requested for repairing of the water purifier as it is leaking from inside and we are unable to use it lest the unit gets damaged. My complaint no is[protected]. I lodged the complaint on 15 May 2017. Your staff told me that one Mr Sandip. He didnt turn up even after 3 days. On 21 May I was informed that it was assigned to Mr Pandurang. After that i was informed that the complaint could not be serviced and they are cancelling the complaint.

      I bought Kent Grand Plus water purifier 1.5 year back. I am getting too many repairs. Every time i come they take 350Rs. Recently in last 6 months i had to call service technician 5 times which is not good for a new product. Not at all happy with the product.

        This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. No response from the agents who are assigned and the customer care folks keep saying no issue with that.

        Is this how any organization is supposed to deal with the customer requests?

        I'm sure the customer base is vastly declining and these kinda of responses are not going to help.

          We have been using Kent Water Filter since 2 years or little more.
          Till it's warranty period, there was negligible problem in it.
          But immediately after the warranty period problem started in this product. They started to blame the quality of water, electricity and each time they come for servicing, they started changing parts.
          Problem occurs in every 2/3 days, they come, fix and get the hell out.
          I found it as the worst product I ever used.

              I i am an owner of kent water filter.I bought it on may 2015 and i was told 4 free filter changing.
              3 times your team changed the filter without any problem.
              Today i got a call from "najma" thats what she told her name,
              she was like threatening me saying that i must take warrenty otherwise she will not be responsible for any complaint that comes to the filer, and all 4 free services is been done.
              If only i take warrenty then only she will sent service person.
              I am a satisfied cusomer and like that people make very bad impression on your company.

                Extremely disappointing service. I had raised a complaint which they couldn't close within stipulated Time. So they closed it and opened a new one.                   I have kent pearl model which is now out of warrenty.
                  Few months ago it was cockroach problem & it was solved by providing upper lid for free of cost six months back i changed all filters & other part worth 5000rs. Last month there was water outlet problem. Engr. Came & checked all the parts & found every thing is fine he just clean one filter & problem has been solved. But after 17 days same problem occur. Sir i want to know how it can happened. This is serious issue please see to it urgently

                    Dear sir / madam,

                    I am writing this mail in utter despair and dismay for my recently purchased kent prime machine with serial no. Kr[protected] (Date of

                    Installation 13/03/17).

                    Getting extremely foul smell (Some sort of decomposed mass) from the purified water that was coming out of my machine, i booked a complaint (No. [protected] dated 12/05/17) with your national service no. [protected].

                    One technician, who initially installed the machine inspected the machine, cleaned with dry cloth, cleaned my iron filter that was purchased extra and told that, nothing can enter the water reservoir at any cost. The previous night, i drained the whole reservoir and refilled it with the machine on before this visit of the technician and therefore, the foul smell was almost not there.

                    The very next days, on 13th may night/14th may morning, while i was collecting purified water from the machine, i noticed dead insects (Specially small cockroaches) in the water.

                    Immediately, i booked another complaint on 14th may (No.[protected] and today, the same technician visited and opened the reservoir.

                    To his and to utter surprise of my wife, the water was full of dead insects.

                    My request to you is that, kindly look into this event seriously and arrange for replacement of my machine, because, it seems, there must have been some sort of opening through which cockroaches could enter the drum and got dead!!!

                    I have been using other machines, but this incident has never happened.

                    Please try to visualize, how panicky we must be in drinking such contaminated water and that too, coming out of a machine which is probably the highest acclaimed and sold across households in the country.

                    I look forward to your immediately responding to my problems and addressing the burning issues with the machine. No one can stop cockroaches from their movement. But, if it can enter the reservoir of the ro machine, it is really painful and risky to possess.

                      Sir/madam, this is to inform that kent agency in Thirumulaivoil Chennai and its Owner Mr. Dhakshinamoorthy is performing their service worst, it describes as if kent is a non valid company... I have installed kent supreme in my home by the above agency in respect when i asked a demo to the kent company, the agency didn't provide any valid information about the machine, they themself told me that only kent supreme suits my water with above 800 TDS despite lower cost machines available for a middle class family. just 9 months over, and i complained to the company in its toll free number a huge number of times complaining my water taste is worst., within this stipulated time, 3 filters have been changed. At the time of demo and installation, the agency mentioned that the machine has one year warranty, but now they are asking Rs. 500 for replacement of a sediment filter without any prior intimation about only 6 months warranty for 2 such filters. What kind of business is this, and merely the company is responsible for these kind of imperfect agencies making customers feel disguised and sad. Please take necessary steps to avoid these kind of problems from agencies in the mirror of the company. Thank you.

                          This Kent Mineral Ro dealer name Rain Drops Services
                          earlier by the name of Good Mineral have been fooling us for the past 5-6 years.

                          They take AMC of 6000/5500 and take us through hell to provide service they take a minimum 10 days to attend.

                          In Feb I called up the kent helpline no and the guy from Rain Drops Services came since my AMC was going to expire on 15/02/17 they gave an AMC for which they charged 5500.

                          Monday (7th may)my carbon filter cracked I called them on the no mentioned on the bill and raised a complaint. Their technician called up and he gave false promises of coming after giving 15-20 calls he didn't turn up by 10th may.

                          I called up the Kent helpline no once again, this time I got an automated response and today a technician from another agency came. He told us he cannot honor the AMC of Good Mineral. He also informed us that Good Mineral is a local company and is also not registered and are not authorized to provide service. Also, we will have to pay for the service. In order to serve the basic need of having water, we decided to get our RO repaired and also ended up paying 7000 for AMC.

                              We purchased your Kent Ro from navy canteen. Initially we were satisfied with the product. For your information I'm continuously taking AMC which shows that no other technician has touched the product. For last few years I'm observing that I've been cheated. On 26th April, the complaint was attended by the technician infornt of me, when I questioned him about the problem he said the problem is with the pump and then he took out the pump from my RO unit and then I saw that the pump was repaired pum. I again questioned your technician and he accepted that it was a repaired pump.
                              My question is that how come a repaired pump was in my RO when iy was never changed.
                              I have enquired with your service centre also and as per their record 26th April, 2017 was the first date the pump was going to be changed then how come the repaired pump was inside the RO before 26th April.
                              I will prove this that how easily they are cheating me and for how long they have been doing this.
                              I also suspect that the membrane which was changed in January is also duplicate so can you help me find out weather it's original or not, otherwise I'll have to find another way to prove this to you and then come to you.
                              I hope you will do the needful and this matter wouldn't get worse.

                              The time which I have wasted in your product and the poor service related to it is not worth it but as you can see I have no other option.
                              Continuing from my last complaint which was about the fraud of Pump in my RO system.
                              Mr Jitender came to check my Kent Ro on 26th April 2017 and I found that the pump inside my RO was not new and original. I immediately asked Jitender whether he changed it or not to which he replied NO. I then asked him if he knew who changed it then he said he did not do it and he doesn't know who did it.
                              After everything,
                              I was waiting for a call from your representative and I got one from your Area Manager Mr. Harjit singh. He told me that my Kent Ro pump was changed by Mr. Jitender on 24th Jan as per the record.

                              Now I want to know what kind of service and management is this when your area manager is saying one thing and your technician is denying it straight away.

                              I've already confirmed from your service center that no pump has been changed in my system according to their record on 24th Jan 2017, today I reconfirmed this with your representative Miss Neha at approximately 15:25.

                              Now you tell me what should do I next? Should I wait for your response or should I take this to consumer court.

                                I had taken Kent RO system in UAE and paying AMC charges every year to Agency who sold me Machine.
                                The agency name is AQUAPURE FZC. mobile +[protected].

                                He has taken 450aed last year in 2016 for AMC effective from 1 Aug 16 for 1 year which is being regularly paid till 2011 but they are not giving any service for last year and saying no guarantees and even filter cartridges are also not replacing. Inspite of many calls which they don't respond and any whatsapp message is also not being responded.

                                  I purchased Kent supreme last year in June, Its not working since past 6 days now. I purchased this from SRI SAI RAM ENTERPRISES, Berhampur, Odisha. I firstly complaint him about the problem he took 2 days and still didn't solved the problem and his behaviour was also not good then I registered the complaint in toll free(Complaint No [protected]) they registered the complaint and I received the call from some service centre but as I have not purchased the kent from there, he said he will send the person tomorrow and I received one message regarding the person assigned to solve my problem but that number is not working. And then I called back to the same service centre from where I got the call then they said they dont know anything call the toll free again and ask and when I called there they said that the system is showing that your complaint is resolved. And no one from the company came and we are facing so much difficulty.

                                    I purchase kent ro 13.08.2016 product in warranty i registered complain in help line [protected] he give me request number[protected] i continuous follow up & request many times with long call humble request but he unable to give me service & he say i am not contactable during the call he give another request number[protected] company unable to give me service .

                                    a lot followup by call in help line for service request but company unable to give service.

                                    this is not matter of service this is issue how to company believe in only sale the product not believe in provide service . cheat to costumer .

                                    i am totally mental harass demoralized please help me.

                                    stop this fraud & sale low quality product if you are unable to solve my problem i will go in court.

                                      I have a kent ro purifier installed some 9 years back. My experience till date is whenever the tank is opened by their technician, we find mud, sand, dirt etc in the tank. This is the purified water that kent delivers!!! Secondly after each servicing the water tank overflows:) either i need to change the suv or the smpms.. Does kent not get enough sales so they need to fulfill their sales figures by such ways!!! Their engineers say they are paid very badly and some end up saying we should call them directly and not register with kent. This shows not only the customers but even their employees too are unsatisfied. I am fed up of long bills required to keep the water purifier on and still giving dirty water. I have video with me showing the dirt inside the tank when it was opened infront of their engineer. This time the call was routed to some new company who were not at all supportive.. They are very rough, not attending to after service issues, mentally harassing.. Companies like them need to be sued till you do not give good quality water and service!!!

                                      Till date no one has contacted.. This is ridiculous!! I thought after looking at the image with such dirty water in the kent water tank, the team would take it seriously and resolve the issue immediately but no one did even try to contact!! Emailed them couple of times!!!

                                        The purifier which we have becomes dysfunctional every 2 months. Due to this we have to buy something or the other costing 500 bucks. It's only been a year and the situation is getting worse. Every time the repair man comes with a lame excuse. Sometimes it says that the carbon filter is not working or the water pressure is too high or something just like that. We had bought this filter just 1 yr back and just after 3 months it started behaving improperly. Some costs were taken care of because it was under the warranty period but the others kept on building up. Every time the repair man would come and make some or the other issue to take up 500 rupees
