Dear sir / madam,
I am writing this mail in utter despair and dismay for my recently purchased kent prime machine with serial no. Kr[protected] (Date of
Installation 13/03/17).
Getting extremely foul smell (Some sort of decomposed mass) from the purified water that was coming out of my machine, i booked a complaint (No. [protected] dated 12/05/17) with your national service no. [protected].
One technician, who initially installed the machine inspected the machine, cleaned with dry cloth, cleaned my iron filter that was purchased extra and told that, nothing can enter the water reservoir at any cost. The previous night, i drained the whole reservoir and refilled it with the machine on before this visit of the technician and therefore, the foul smell was almost not there.
The very next days, on 13th may night/14th may morning, while i was collecting purified water from the machine, i noticed dead insects (Specially small cockroaches) in the water.
Immediately, i booked another complaint on 14th may (No.[protected] and today, the same technician visited and opened the reservoir.
To his and to utter surprise of my wife, the water was full of dead insects.
My request to you is that, kindly look into this event seriously and arrange for replacement of my machine, because, it seems, there must have been some sort of opening through which cockroaches could enter the drum and got dead!!!
I have been using other machines, but this incident has never happened.
Please try to visualize, how panicky we must be in drinking such contaminated water and that too, coming out of a machine which is probably the highest acclaimed and sold across households in the country.
I look forward to your immediately responding to my problems and addressing the burning issues with the machine. No one can stop cockroaches from their movement. But, if it can enter the reservoir of the ro machine, it is really painful and risky to possess.
