Hi,
I bought a Kent Grand Plus SI Number#KR[protected] with RO UV UF TDS control in July 2016, from Amazon from last 8 months there was so many problems in the purifier,
with in 8 months the following problems started, Taste was not Good, Tap Valve Broken, RO membrane bursted, Cable got burned, Inline Carbon filter bursted, now UF filter Bursted, all the components in the unit are getting bursting/breaking. we are paying money for all the components even the Unit is in Warrenty period.
we are not happy from the day one i bought the RO purifier, we are frustrated with the purifier, the RO is totally failure model, with in 8 months these many failures means it's ridiculous, every time when there is a break down we have to buy the water from outside, which is hectic.
we need the unit to replaced or refund my money, else i have to go and post the same in all social media.
