Yesterday took confirmed appointment from [protected] for changing of candles at my residence # 009, MBR Sapphire Apartment, 5th Cross, Bohra Layout, Gottigere, Bengaluru-560083. Accordingly, I took leave today. Since morning, I am following up with [protected]. But still no one visited my residence for changing the same. Continuing from my last complaint which was about the fraud of Pump in my RO system.
Mr Jitender came to check my Kent Ro on 26th April 2017 and I found that the pump inside my RO was not new and original. I immediately asked Jitender whether he changed it or not to which he replied NO. I then asked him if he knew who changed it then he said he did not do it and he doesn't know who did it.
After everything,
I was waiting for a call from your representative and I got one from your Area Manager Mr. Harjit singh. He told me that my Kent Ro pump was changed by Mr. Jitender on 24th Jan as per the record.
Now I want to know what kind of service and management is this when your area manager is saying one thing and your technician is denying it straight away.
I've already confirmed from your service center that no pump has been changed in my system according to their record on 24th Jan 2017, today I reconfirmed this with your representative Miss Neha at approximately 15:25.
Now you tell me what should do I next? Should I wait for your response or should I take this to consumer court.
