I have a kent ro purifier installed some 9 years back. My experience till date is whenever the tank is opened by their technician, we find mud, sand, dirt etc in the tank. This is the purified water that kent delivers!!! Secondly after each servicing the water tank overflows:) either i need to change the suv or the smpms.. Does kent not get enough sales so they need to fulfill their sales figures by such ways!!! Their engineers say they are paid very badly and some end up saying we should call them directly and not register with kent. This shows not only the customers but even their employees too are unsatisfied. I am fed up of long bills required to keep the water purifier on and still giving dirty water. I have video with me showing the dirt inside the tank when it was opened infront of their engineer. This time the call was routed to some new company who were not at all supportive.. They are very rough, not attending to after service issues, mentally harassing.. Companies like them need to be sued till you do not give good quality water and service!!!

Till date no one has contacted.. This is ridiculous!! I thought after looking at the image with such dirty water in the kent water tank, the team would take it seriously and resolve the issue immediately but no one did even try to contact!! Emailed them couple of times!!!

    The purifier which we have becomes dysfunctional every 2 months. Due to this we have to buy something or the other costing 500 bucks. It's only been a year and the situation is getting worse. Every time the repair man comes with a lame excuse. Sometimes it says that the carbon filter is not working or the water pressure is too high or something just like that. We had bought this filter just 1 yr back and just after 3 months it started behaving improperly. Some costs were taken care of because it was under the warranty period but the others kept on building up. Every time the repair man would come and make some or the other issue to take up 500 rupees

        This is to express my disappointment regarding the motor change under the warranty, i was promised that the motor will be changed but nothing has been done. When your amc was sold it was promised that the motor will be changed.
        The executive and manager are not receiving the call now,

        Very disappointed with kent service and unprofessional executive and managers.

          I have purchased my KENT RO in August 2015. In a mere time span of less that 2 years it created problem various times. and yesterday also it stopped working.

          When we called ur executive for repair, they asked for Rs 4000 saying that three parts of the machine needs to be repaired.

          I am very upset with the quality of products you are providing. This is not what i expected from a big brand like KENT.

          This is not the case only with me, may of my friend got your product and every one is now regretting their decision. Please dont make fool of your customers.

            First impression is itself very bad from the Kent RO isntallation representative. He had informed to come to install around 12 and didnot turn up till 3.30 pm and after calling we only got rude response.

            Customer satisfaction is not at all given first priority. The representatives are the face of the company so they need to be trained first. I hope the company will give more thought on this.

              I would like to share attention of Kent to investigate and take action against the looting happening with poor consumers. Its just a looting racket.
              Last 2 years I am getting my AMC done with authorised service centre which is the only option left to the consumers. I felt to go ahead with this and expected a transparency.
              Whenever there is a problem engineer visits and suggest parts replacement which is not in service agreement. Initially I never bothered. But last few instances after questioning the service engineer it came out that its a racket.
              Kolkata authorised service centre Axis Consumer Services is actually looting customers. I had done my last AMC on 25/5/2016 by paying 4500 and till date not a single service done on the maintenance part.
              I registered a complaint Vide complaint no-19166 and after 7 days I called and came to know that the engineer came and found my flat locked. I was shocked to hear the story as my flat is always occupied. Again I registered a complaint vide complaint number 20713 which is already 6 days old and no one turned up.
              I have already paid 1290 towards UV change a month back and the same problem happened after 15 days of replacement.
              I am planning to move this to Consumer Forum so that I get the consumer right and action against the culprits.
              Future customers please be careful in selecting Kent as you might land up in same problem which I am suffering

                Bought the kent ro water purifier. Received a number of a guy for the installation. The guy named "putta" kept me waiting.

                He said would come by evening. Then did not come neither picked up the call. Next day he called up saying would come by 10am... Came by 12pm after calling him a number of times. Then he mounted the purifier on wall. That's it. Did not even connect the water inlet tap. Said that this would be done by plumber. He left saying that he would return once the plumber fixes the tap. I had to call a plumber to fix the tap.

                But he never came. Whenever i call he would either not pick the call or say will come after a couple of hours. When he did not pick my call till late eve.. I called from another number. He picked up and said that he does not care if i complain. He will not come, after wasting my entire day behind a kent water purifier.
                Called the customer care guys, they said your installation status shows completed. After explaining the issue they said will take another 24hrs for them to resolve. Means i should waste one more day, without any clue if they would be able to do it.
                I had heard that the kent service is not good. But its worse..

                  I raised my service request for Kent RO on 22 april 2017. Request No:[protected]. As per Kent service, they should resolve within 48hrs.
                  Issues
                  1. Kent Service person called after 48 hrs.
                  2. He called around 10.30 and was planning to come after 1 hr.
                  3. Kent Service person was not ready to come before 11 am (As its too early for him) and after 4 pm (Its too late for him) as per communication with that Service Person.
                  4. Service person closed this request without resolving it by entering fake reason into system.
                  5. I called customer care again on 26 april 2017. Request NO:[protected] and mentioned times before 11 am or after 5 pm. Still Service person called at 1 pm and was telling that he has other task at 5 pm. (Seems like all Kent Service people works from 1 pm to 4 pm only)
                  6. This request still not resolved and getting assigned to different persons.

                  Kent RO service is really worst. One should think twice before buying any product of KENT.

                  Its already one week. Without taking any action on issue, KENT RO team is just forwarding request from one team to other. How many more months/years KENT RO will take to resolve this complain?

                    my kent ro was serviced by the above engineer but and as per his advice some parts was changed.
                    But just after two days, machine started to give some problem and a continuous beep sound is coming.

                    We contacted to this enginner several times after this and every times he is giving false promise that the same will be repaired within 1 hour, some times within 2 hours, but the matter still unresolved.

                    1. Kindly do the needful and get is repaired immediately.
                    2. Kindly take suitable steps against this engineer.

                      TDS level is also still very high around 125.

                          I have a Kent UV water purifier. The motor pump and other parts were changed in Dec 2106. Now again I have the same issue as it is not working. I did book a complaint on 22.04.2017. After repeated call at Jammu Service centre, no body showed up for its repair. Every time the people at the service centre take it very lightly. My office is dependent on purified water only for drinking purpose. Facing such a hardship...

                            Good Mineral RO claims to be a Kent dealer. They are frauds. I took an AMC from them last year. After that I am never able to reach them. If I call 10 times they would pick my call once. They never turn up to service as promised. I had problems twice after going for AMC. Both the times I got my work done only after calling them repeatedly for weeks together and after bugging them with repeated complaints including direct complaints to Kent. Very very bad service and unprofessional behavior. Never ever buy AMC from them. If you buy, rest assured your money is gone. Cheats!

                            I have tried all your standard options. I only get standard responses. I need to speak to someone at manager level to give my complaint. This is not a usual service request. Please understand. An agent of yours is cheating your customers for a long time and nobody has bothered to take any action against them so far. Your customer support guys are not capable of handling this issue. It requires resolution at different level. So please call me or email me to close this.
                            By purchasing Kent Ro system we have faced lot of problems in getting after sales service from them. Very irresponsible persons and the people who come to provide the service are not technically trained persons.They even dont attend the complaint in time ( You have to remind them again and again up to 5 to 6 days )

                              I am sumit tyagi. I purchased the KENT RO in October 2015 IN LALITPUR UTTAR PRADESH. Ball set was also installed to achieve a better performance. During first year, two or three minor problems came, but I ignored them and got the problems rectified by the kent technician who installed it. In this first year on a regular basis (after one or two moths), we also changed the filter of ball set. But now problems are coming regularly from last six/seven months.
                              You can see the attached photograph with this mail. The supply terminals of the card got short circuited. The RO was not switching on. I informed the service centre. After making me frustrated for more than four/ five days, they attended the problem with the same person who installed the RO in beginning. I asked him about the problem, he said, ” the quality of connection terminals is like this only”.
                              Now on 19/04/2017, one of the filters got burst (it looks so awkward to say burst but it is reality).
                              With due respect, I want to ask “WHY SO MANY PROBLEMS ARE COMING??”
                              ** IN MY HOME TOWN WE ARE HAVING A RO OF AQUA GUARD, THEY PROVIDED SERVICE FOR FIRST ONE YEAR WITHOUT ANY COST, BUT IN KENT’S CASE EVERY TIME I HAD TO CALL THE PERSON AND SPEND MONEY?? THEN WHAT IS USE OF SPENDING MORE MONEY TO BUY KENT PRODUCT JUST TO HAVE FAKE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE??
                              ** KENT IS BIG NAME, PERSONS OPT FOR IT BECAUSE THEY WANT QUALITY AND PEACE OF MIND REGARDING RELIABILITY, BUT IT HAS GIVEN ME A WORST EXPERIENCE.
                              **HAD I MADE A MISTAKE BY BUYING THIS PRODUCT????????

                                Yesterday a Kent service person fitted it. However, he didn't manage to even close the water inlet. As soon as he opened the cork, water started splashing all over kitchen. He tried to fix his nozzle even when there was water with high pressure. Once done he charged me 4500 (filter change + service charge). Soon after he left water started to leak from inlet pipe. I tried calling Kent office and the person who fitted it. Kent said they would send a service person. Next day, a different person attended and informed that inlet pipe is broken. We cannot do anything. My complete kitchen is flooded with water now. I have a 6yr old boy. Never seen such a pathetic service in my life. Now, I'm asked to call a carpenter, plumber to fix it. Such a shame.

                                  Sir/madam,

                                  We have brought kent water purifier on 12/04/2016 under the name [removed](Mob no: [removed]). There was an issue regarding water overflow on 11/04/2017. So we have lodged a complaint. They have sent someone for repair. They came the very next day and replaced a part regarding this. Within a few days on 18/04/17 there was another problem, this time regarding ro filter. They have told that there is a crack in the filter and it has to be replaced. During the first visit service boys haven't mentioned about it. If they would have mentioned at that time itself it would have been covered under warranty (Which is one year from the date of installation). Secondly service boy who came this time mentioned that in summer because of hot water cracks generally occur on plastic parts. They have told that it is better to use water purifier in morning only. No one mentioned this point at the time of installation. Ro filter costs rs. 2.5k. Because of poor service and improper communication with customers it was a loss for us. Please do something for it.

                                    Untill it came to faulty pump replacement, they have come in a time frame of 7days - 1 month to rectify the issue after repeated calls. Now my pump/motor gone faulty, they are telling every day for last one month that technician will come, but technician is disconnecting calls and call center is giving false assurance everyday. I have another 3 months of valid amc.

                                    My kent ro purifier is not working for last one month and have been calling the service center 'water world' from whom amc was done, but no technician is coming for the service. Had registered 5 complaints in last one month through kent customer care but all are in vain.
                                    On 4th july 2016 i called kent customer care to send the authorized person from service center for amc and they sent these water world guys whose service is pathetic. For last one year we are suffering for their service. Please take action against these water word service center.

                                    My RO is out of service for 26days even after paying advance AMC !! Please read below what happened in next 2 days after complain was registered.
                                    18th April Complaint registered after chasing Service center for 24 days.

                                    19th April: On 19th received call from Kent Service Center "Water World" Bangalore (whom I paid 1 year AMC) from the number[protected]caller name: Reshmi) and she promised by afternoon the pump will be replaced and gave technician number (Shiva Kumar:[protected], technician called and promised that he will come within 1 hour. But after repeated followup he did not come.

                                    20th April: Called Water world, Reshmi was telling technician visited my place but I did not receive call !! I called technician, and asked why he has not come. In reply he told he got late and will come today. Whole day I chased both office number and technician, technician was disconnecting calls. My RO is out of service for 26days even after paying advance AMC !!

                                      Once servicing the product, service man made a wrong thread...and when doing second service, service man was unable to open the screw...so service man hitted the product to open the screw...when hitting the base was cracked.
                                      last service:17/3/17
                                      on this date only we came to know the base was broken.we complained about this many times but there is no proper response..the product broken by you must be replaced by you only..

                                        Service tech came for service of Kent RO in Jollygrant Dehradoon at Swami Rama Hospital he didnt did his job properly he not even cleaned the tank and he changed 2 candles and he charged Rs 1400/-.
                                        He changed the part in which there is light 6 months before now again its leaking water from there.
                                        Please take action against the service .
