I purchased Kent RO in Nov. 2016 from Snapdeal. IN my machine i didn't get the warranty card and that without warranty card they installed the kent RO at my house . After 3 months i faced some issue in my kent RO. When i am complaining about this issue to service center they directly told me that without warranty card your kent RO is out of warranty . I Dont know why they said out of warranty even I have Invoice of my Kent RO but they directly refuse me to give the warranty

I purchased my KENT RO in oct 2016 and right now when i lodge the complaint in kent RO Customer care and KENT RO Customer care forwarad the complain and dealer Said we cant give you warranty because in his system my machine serial number is already stole (This type of comment has shown in dealer Complain ). I dont know in 5 months of purchasing how my warranty finished . why this type of problems are coming and still you are not resolving my complain.

Last 4 days no response got from your side as one of your employee told me to give solution in 48 hours and almost morethan 48 hour passed away
I think your team is not interested to resolve the complain of customer your AIM is only to sell the product nothing else

    This is with regard with the Complaint no[ID: 1487403]. The same issue has arise again after approx months time. Again the Kent Customer care people and the Local dealer are charging for the service and the part that needs to be changed. I called the Kent customer care also and they also said that service charge is there for every visit come what may. We have spent almost 25 thousand on this machine from the day of the purchase. Sir Please look into the issue this company is just making fool of people

      Sir/Madam,
      This is with regard to 5 year service contract of Kent RO Systems Ltd from Aquair Service Point, address: Saba Complex, Shop No. 603, near Khurram Nagar, Police Chowki, Picnic Spot Road, Ring Road, Lucknow valid from 27/03/2015 to 26/03/2020.
      I had purchased Kent Water Purifier (Grand +) (batch[protected] from Sadana Electronics, address: 4/295, Vivek Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow on 10/03/2010 vide Invoice no. 73/1266.
      Initially for the first 5 years, AMC were duly made and acknowledged with Rs[protected]/- annual charges with change of sediment and carbon membrane. The service managers would constantly remind for change of filter and membrane every 11th month and last year, that is, on 27/03/2015 on trust of the company and authorised distributor we undertook a contract for 5 years with a guarantee of regular visit and free replacement of filter and membrane on annual basis.
      On 25/03/2016, a complaint was lodged for annual replacement of the parts; vide complaint no. [protected] attended by customer care (Mr Ashutosh). On 26/03/2016, a service technician visited but the filter and membrane he brought for change were open and not in a sealed pack. This does not guarantee the authenticity of new product and is against customer satisfaction. I did not agree to get the parts changed and asked the technician to get sealed pack the next day. The same day, the RO stopped working. Even after regular calls & multiple reminders no person took care of the matter.
      Today, 28/03/2016, a service technician (Shyam Singh) finally visited and repaired the same but he refused to change the membrane saying that membrane isn’t change on an annual basis. Until the 5 year contract was undertaken the membrane was changed regularly on annual basis. But now with the 5 year service contract, the quality of services has changed.
      This is highly unacceptable on part of the company, spoiling the credibility of Kent. With such an inappropriate behaviour and unsatisfactory service, I would have to replace Kent Water Purifier with Purifier of another company and would recommend the same to others too.

      Even today 10.03.2017 w/o visiting the service center refused to replace the membrane

        We had taken AMC for our kent on 28/10/16. We paid Rs 6000/- for this AMC. Now we have issue in kent RO. Trying to reach Raindrops service on the contact numbers provided on their receipt. Out of 4 numbers () 2 does not have incoming call facility. One mobile is switched off, one number () is working but nobody is picking up. This is happening for last 3-4 days. So we are not able to reach them for any kind of services.
        We had same issue 20 days back. We are able to reach them and lodged a complaint to repair RO, they promised to repair but they didn’t attended the same for more than 10 days and they didn’t pick up our calls post that. So we got it repaired by some other person.
        Basically, they collected money from us in the name of AMC and vanishing after that.

        Should not recommend Kent to anyone, as their after sales esp after AMC is very poor/pathetic.

            I got an amc for my kent on 27th feb 2017 and i was promised my kent will be repaired within 2 days and its been 10 days the company has not sent anyone to repair it. Whenever i call in to ask about the matter the company refuses to provide any services.if the company is unable to provide its services then i would like to get a refund of my money that i paid for the amc as it seems company is no more interested to keep there customers.please look into the matter and do the necessary.               I am using Kent RO since 14 month, From the last few days, we are observing the quality of water is poor i.e. taste less and there was a slight leakage from the purifier. I registered complaint at customer care[protected], Service Engineer visited at home stopped the leakage and did service of RO but taste of water didn't change, the TDS he checked came out 180.

              Service Engineer- Hari Mangal [protected] informed me that it needs to change the filter to rectify the issue and left stating he needs to acquire the filter from the agency and will return again next day, He then closed the request without fixing the issue.

              I complained the same to customer care, they had no option to take complaint/action against such negligence and opened a new ticket[protected] which till now has not been even assigned.
              Though all the filters and Membrane were changed Jan-17 and with that AMC was purchased. So how it soon went to faulty again. it means the Service Engineer who had changed all these items last time, that items may be duplicate.
              In both the scenarios either the AMC or the filter warranty should cover the damage.

              so, would request to consider this complaint on urgent basis and resolve the problem.

              I just got a call from Kent, it seems they hve nothing to say apart if the call has been resolved now.
              Why you are even investing such a system where after logging 2 calls and chasing you over the emails still you can't track the issues online.
              Also there is no answer if why my first call was cancelled without resolving it. What is the action that has been taken?

                I am using Kent RO since 11 month, I was happy with the purified quality of drinking water but from the last few days, we are observing the quality of water is poor i.e. taste less.                   I have purchased a kent pearl ro unit from m/s sas system and maintenance
                  Alem, tamilnadu on 02/07/2015. Periodical service has been undertaken by the service centre.
                  My k. R. No. Kr[protected]
                  On 29/06/2016, uv lamp has been replaced at the cost of rs.470/-
                  Today on 28/02/2017, an kent diaphragmpump dp 100 has been replaced at the cost of rs.2400/- by the service centre. I thought your company is installing good quality of pump. Now only i came to know the period of capacity is 1.5 years i. E after completion of warrenty period of one year.
                  I have been informed due to leakage of water in the ro system and entered in the pump (Motor). Hence not working
                  I also inform you that, i have already referred more than 5 friends to purchase the above ro system.
                  Hence, i request you to refund the amount incurred at the earliest

                    In this 2 .5 yrs i have spent nearly 30, 000 for service and part replacement alone. They give 3 months warranty for parts and exactly after 3rd month the parts will get collapsed and need to replace after paying a heavy amount. Very poor parts quality and service. They will send the local agents for service and their role is just to replace the parts on our cost.

                    After my complaint on Jan 30th 2016, i have sent official mails 8 times with reminders and calling customer care but the company is not responding not even with a single mail. They show their arrogance and unprofessional way of treating customers after sale.

                      I have purchased Kent Pearl Ro directly from Kent .
                      Purchasing date 25th Feb 2017.
                      But technician came for installation wearing KENT logo labeled dress .But actually he came from AISHWARYA SOLAR TECHNOLOGIES, 7th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560082

                      at the time of installation i have requested him to install with Kent pre filter and anti scalant which are not included with Kent Pearl RO purifier as i was also aware and it will be charged extra.

                      I have issued the check as payment mode .

                      Technician charged me rupees 2690/- for Kent pre filter and anti scalant.
                      I trusted that they are right people.

                      but later i came to know that i was charged with too extra cost .i also verified with customer care for price details. But by that time check amount has been deducted from my bank account .

                      Kent Ro/ Aishwarya solar technologies : Requesting you to take your products back and refund the amount rupees 2690/-

Here i can clearly convey one message, Dont buy any extra fittings directly from technician who comes to Kent RO installation.                       Is really Aishwarya Solar Technologies is authorized service center, I was also affected by their service.
                      my problem statement is as below:
                      Technician visited (due to water scarcity at my home, water will be available in morning and evening which i missed to update).

                      Technician informed us to change the motor inspite of fixing the leak from UV Flow filament.

                      Please update the authorized service centers in your website for public reference.

                        The sales executive(Mr. Ravindra sharma, Ph no. [protected]) sold a Kent RO purifier to me in Lotus Boulevard. He took an advance of Rs 2, 000 and also promised a softner.When the installation team came for for installation, I mistakenly paid the entire amount by cheque.After calling in the customer care, they said that the sales guy will help you with the refund.I have been trying to contact the sales executive but even after promising that he will come to return the money and get the softner installed.. he doesnt come or pick up the call/reply to the msgd. Today when i called him from a different number.. he hung up on me.What kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is it?I did not expect such awful service from KENT team.

                        I have raised a request for the re-installation of Kent RO water purifier since Saturday and till now they didn't send any service engineer. Every time I called them they give me an excuse that there is internal problem going on and we will set your request on high priority. But I didn't see any progress on the same.

                          10 minutes after the installation the RO is leaking and flooded my home with water. The Installer didn't want to stop to check the product and now i see that for the same product people are facing same issues after 3 - 6 months which i faced 1st day. I told the comp that i do not want the product as i feel that the complete product line is faulty and they said i should have read reviews :)
                          I will not use this product as i cannot take the risk with this product as i have a wooden flooring at my home and would have to bear higher losses if this happens again.

                            I purchased this product for 16, 200 INR. Expenses incurred on repair already reached 9000 INR within 1 year. This clearly states what I am feeling about this product and really hope that you could relate to my frustration.

                            I was told that this issue was escalated. Its been 4 days already. This machine is in non-working state since 20 days. It is severely impacting us. Can you people bother to hear me ??

                              Sir/Madam,

                              I had placed my complaint with M/s. Ion Exancense (Pvt) Ltd (Aqua Care) about tap fixture issue of my KENT RO Excel on 12/02/2017. The complaint was never raised that day. The complaint was registered only when I followed up the next day i.e 13/02/2017. Until today no one has either bothered to attend to the compliant nor has followed up.

                              Infact they lied that they had attended the complaint on 16/02/2017. When confronted to show evidence of having attended my complaint, Aquacare re-registered the complaint and promised to attend the same immediately. Copy attached herewith is for your perusal.

                              I have been following M/s. Ion Exancense (Pvt) Ltd every three hours. Only false promises have been made. Since 17/02/2017, Mr. Vinod, Team Leader (as told to me) Mob: [protected] is not responding to my phone call. Helpline No. [protected] just picks up my call, takes my ID number and hangs up the call.

                              I request you to kindly
                              1. Check if the insurance offered by M/s. Ion Exancense (Pvt) Ltd is not bogus.

                              2. Check if Ion Exancense (Pvt) Ltd has legitimate business with Kent and is an authorized service provider

                              3. Prioritize my existing compliant

                              4. Let me know why I should not take this matter to the consumer court.

                                I have Kent grand plus machine which is under AMC period. We had asked for the machine servicing in Jan 17 month. One guy visited us on 28th Jan for servicing. When this guy was servicing the machine, we noticed that some cockerages are inside the machines so we advised him to ensure that its cleaned well. But this person was so arrogant that he said us to not to teach him his work. He completed the servicing and went off. After some days we noticed that the machine was not cleaned and fitted well as it still had cockerages inside it. Kent guys are not at all cordial in nature. They are very arrogant and always market other local products saying that its cheaper than kent and provide same quality. Their servicing is also not fast. Even if they assure that service guy will visit in next 24 hours, it really never happenes. Be careful if you are going for kent. They have bad after sales servicing.

                                  Hi,

                                  I was charged for a spart part replaced by the technician. Spare part is SS Ball Valve 3/8 and it's not plastic or electronic circuit. So it should be covered under warranty. Also this iron valve is of substandard quality. Contacted Kent on twitter and email but no response from last 10 days. Horrible service

                                    this is prakriti
                                    i want to register a complaint regarding installation of kent, it was installed in august 2016
                                    however they supplied sub-standard part while installing, which got damaged merely after 5 months
                                    and now they are charging for that parts
                                    i want to escalate this matter to the highest possible authority of kent
                                    i have already talked to them on number [protected], they have not registered complaint regarding my matter
                                    then talked to the concerned ASM Mr Sujit Dey on [protected]
                                    However he was very imprudent in his behaviour and constantly asked me to pay for that damged socket
                                    I have purchased that part because i was short of water as i had made complaint twice and my water has exhausted
                                    but i want my money to be refunded including the cost of plumbing to install it in the tap.
                                    Kent first supply sub-standard parts then within the warranty period asked for payment of parts
                                    this is injustice and i want this complaint to be heard or i can go ahead with this in consumer court.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have purchased time RO bearing SL no KR [protected] from CSD Kosli. I called the customer care at mobile no. [protected] on 10 Feb 17 around 1630 hrs. The customer care rep said that your RO will be installed in next 48 hrs. On 11 Feb 17 around 1330 hrs I received call from mob no [protected]that u have to purchase one additional filter amounting Rs 900 before installation. I denied to purchase extra filter and requested to install the RO which is available with me. Then I received a call from [protected] he introduced himself as distributor of Kent and said that u have to purchase additional filter otherwise your RO will not be installed. Then I call at customer care no. [protected] around 1600 and the customer care rep promised that ur RO will be installed in next 24 hrs. That did not happen and I again made a call to customer care on 12 Feb 17 around 1600 hrs and customer care replied that your RO will be installed in next 02 hrs. Again same did not happen and i made a call to customer care around 1900 hrs and he said that the status o[censored]r complain is shown that u did not picked up the phone, however, i didnt get any phone call, and confirmd that your RO will be installed on next day i.e. on 13 Feb 17. Again it was not done and I again called then it was confirmed by the engineer that the dealer did not allow him to go for installation as we are not buying the additional filter from their shop. After repeated call I have lodged a complaint with ur customer care, and complain no. is [protected]. I m totally fed up with the kind of service offered by ur customer care as they are unable to get installed my RO from your authorised dealer. And to direct the dealer in correct direction as they are not installing my RO and asking for purchase of additional filter which is just like looting the customer. It has already passed 05 days from initial complaint still my RO is not installed.
                                    Now I rquest you to kindly arrange installation of my RO and strict action against such rude dealer may be taken. Disgraceful Kent.

                                      Dear team,

                                      This is to update that I have haveen using Kent RO water purifier from last decade and the current purifier is second one exchanged earlier model so that I trusted the brand. Now it is very surprising that the product quality from Kent RO is so bad to mention it. Last year I got changed the membrane changed in April 2016 and the pump in October 2016 with an expenditure of more than 6 thousand. The pump was changed because it was not developing sufficient pressure as per Kent RO technician. The pump is designed in such a way that it should last it life at least 10 years. This shows that Kent RO is interested in quality of the products.

                                      The life of an membrane is limited subject to inlet quality of water. The more hard water the less is life. The first membrane since installation hot exhausted its life in four years but did not have any breakage/crack/wear and tear on the shell of the membrane that ensures the quality. The shell of the membrane id designed with suitable margin of pump shut off pressure.

                                      The current membrane which is 10 month old got hairline crack on the dish end of the membrane cylinder which should have not happened and is very unusual. This is happening because of poor quality/ improper design of membrane cylinder.Though membrane still can run for another three years but I am forced to changed it because of poor quality product not because of membrane getting exhausted its life.

                                      Now your warrantee of the product is given for three months so that it can exhaust its life due bad quality of water but this is not the case with me. Here membrane shell is getting failed and is being punished to replace it with another 3k without any fault of mine. I tried to call concerned personnel and wanted to make them aware about. I have totally lost my trust on Kent RO and will never buy the product Kent.

                                      I explained all this to the customer care but my call was not transferred to the concerned executive so that I wanted to meet the head and make him aware about this. I wanted the head's mobile number his official address but was outrightly denied because of company policy. There was no assurance to replace it replace it with new one but he remained adamant that our technician will come and he will tell us what is problem, though it is already explained.

                                      Can anybody help me in this? Why should I pay for another membrane without any fault of mine? Kent RO is only interested in making poor quality of the spare parts and make the money.
