I bought a Kent Pearl RO water purifier on[protected] from SURAKSHA WATER (#3/2, 1st Floor, Bellandur Gate, Ambalipura, Sarjapur Main Road, Next to Drops, Bangalore-560102, www.surakshawaterpurifiers.com) after using it for 2 months it stopped working with continuous beep sound, I have lodged a complain to same dealer and they sent a technician immediately, after checking he told me the Controller is not working, So he replaced with a new one (11W UV BALLAST WITH AFC & PUMP CONTROL) and took the old one, when I asked for the receipt he said, since it is under warranty we will not charge anything so we will not provide any receipt for the same. I called the above-mentioned agencies and asked for the receipt they said we will provide it. However, they never come back. Even I have tried to reach the Area service manager, However, everybody told me like they don't know contact details. Sent a mail to [protected]@kent.co.in for seeking the contact details, However no response. I am just wondering if they want to isolate Area service manager from customers then why they have any such position? Today (25/03/2017) I lodged a complaint about Regular servicing and one guy from DYNAMIC RO SERVICERS came and when he opened the purifier he told me that the controller is DUPLICATE, after explaining him full story he took a picture and told me he will make a complaint about the same, though I am not sure if really he is going to do so. Today also I have called the SURAKSHA WATER and informed them about this, However, they said they will get back to me but no callback. Please help me in this situation and how I can get an original controller and how KENT is authorising these kinds of dealers.

Thanks for the reply, Today one Technician came and checked the TDS level and adjusted it. However when I explained him everything and asked for replacement of Controller then he called his manager and said we can't replace it with a genuine one.
Please take the duplicate one and give me a genuine controller.

    I purchased a kent ro water purifier about three years back from army canteen.

    Few days back, the filter etc. Of the system were changed by a technician of the company on our request and the required amount was paid to him. Till that time it was working properly.

    Recently the system started giving trouble. A complaint was lodged vide complaint number[protected] and company’s technician mr. Pradeep visited us on 9th february, 2017 and checked it. It was found that the motor had developed water leakage problem.

    The technician advised us to replace the motor with a new one whereas we think that the problem of water leakage could have been repaired easily by putting in a proper gasket or sealant or whatever but their theory of “not repairable” can not at all be digested. But since the technician did not agree for repairs we had no alternative and finally the motor was replaced after charging rs.2700/- from us.

    Kent ro company is actually fitting such kind of defective motors in the ro systems intentionally and they have probably given standing instructions to their service providers to replace the motors in case of any problem and not repair. The clear motive is to make money.

    Electric motor is a very simple machine and is used in so many areas like submersible pumps, fans and so on and we all know that these motors are working years and years without any problem. However, even if there happens any problem, then it is easily repaired

    I have lodged a complaint with the kent ro company in this regard but the company has not done anything to resolve my complaint.

      I have Kent RO purchased around 12 month completed and till not a single service received from Kent service center 1 engineer is came before some days and checked my machine and informed me mostly items got faulty so need to change with in Rs.6000 and if I am taking AMC it's done in only 3500 Rs. My complaint is this product I received faulty or its got faulty due to not a single service provide by you r team or this machine wait for 1 yr after that's is got faulty I am not satisfied with that please support.

        We have purchased a Kent RO Water Purifiier worth Rs-7500/- last week but after its installation we found that it is same as Tap water.We have asked customer care very next day and escalated this case to CEO Mr.Mahesh Gupta then a Technician visited and informed us that "THIS PPRODUCT IS NOT SUITABLE AS WATER OF YOUR AREA IS NOT GOOD" .So, he suggested us to exchange this product with our high value RO purifier.So, we told that ok we do not have issues in that and we will pay the diifference amount.It has been seven days almost but we have not received any call/mail from Kent. we have escalated this matter through twitter, facebook but not getting any revert till date.

        So, would request to Intervene and help us to resolve this issue.

          Service person from Unique service centre Ranchi came for regular servicing and next day found that sb motor is not working. I dont know how these people make fool of the public and on asking the service centre they are saying to get the filter ok from the local market then what are they for.only to cheat public. Indecent work & behaviour.Kindly arrange to repair my sb motor and strict instructuion not to misbehave with the customers and if possible to discontinue their service agency license for a short term so that they wud think twice if such instance happened.             I bought this purifier last year, for regular service, i called up the executive twice, every time technician came and checked the purity level of water and said its ok. Last week the inlet point of filter broke, the technician came and said that filters are completly jammed coz' these filters are not cleaned for last 12 months which resulted obstruction in flow of water and it broke. All it hapened because technicians did not cleaned the filters . I have to pay rs.4000 for replacment of filters.
            If these technicians do not know their job. Why do u hire them?
            are we suppose to tell them, what to do for servicing of the product??

            pathetic experience of ro service and their technicians!!!

              My kent ro system gave a filter alarm issue. The service guy came and replaced the filter and collected ~7000 rs. Within 2 days it stopped working after repeated calls to the engineer. He came and said that the motor is broken and i had to pay ~4000 rs for replacing the same. Then within 2 days it stopped working. Even after repeated calls to the engineer and his agency manager nobody comes to look.

                Kent policy is simple: Make more money in parts and services than on the product. Make money till the customer realizes that he has paid 2 times the product cost in 2 years on replacements of parts and services. I bought a Kent water purifier with every possible function and have two times the cost of the product in 2 years. Great going KENT.

                  Thier is lot of option in the narket but I want to know you about your ridiculous service i ever had in my life, i have requested for ro activation through face book, got call from kent they said you will shortly received call from near by office.
                  I have received call for water testing executive but no one revert me back is this way you are handling your new attach customers not good. So change my mind for another.
                  Please take some restrict action or dont make fool of customers through facebook by making fake promotion.

                    I purchased Kent RO in Nov. 2016 from Snapdeal. IN my machine i didn't get the warranty card and that without warranty card they installed the kent RO at my house . After 3 months i faced some issue in my kent RO. When i am complaining about this issue to service center they directly told me that without warranty card your kent RO is out of warranty . I Dont know why they said out of warranty even I have Invoice of my Kent RO but they directly refuse me to give the warranty

                    I purchased my KENT RO in oct 2016 and right now when i lodge the complaint in kent RO Customer care and KENT RO Customer care forwarad the complain and dealer Said we cant give you warranty because in his system my machine serial number is already stole (This type of comment has shown in dealer Complain ). I dont know in 5 months of purchasing how my warranty finished . why this type of problems are coming and still you are not resolving my complain.

                      This is with regard with the Complaint no[ID: 1487403]. The same issue has arise again after approx months time. Again the Kent Customer care people and the Local dealer are charging for the service and the part that needs to be changed. I called the Kent customer care also and they also said that service charge is there for every visit come what may. We have spent almost 25 thousand on this machine from the day of the purchase. Sir Please look into the issue this company is just making fool of people

                        Sir/Madam,
                        This is with regard to 5 year service contract of Kent RO Systems Ltd from Aquair Service Point, address: Saba Complex, Shop No. 603, near Khurram Nagar, Police Chowki, Picnic Spot Road, Ring Road, Lucknow valid from 27/03/2015 to 26/03/2020.
                        I had purchased Kent Water Purifier (Grand +) (batch[protected] from Sadana Electronics, address: 4/295, Vivek Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow on 10/03/2010 vide Invoice no. 73/1266.
                        Initially for the first 5 years, AMC were duly made and acknowledged with Rs[protected]/- annual charges with change of sediment and carbon membrane. The service managers would constantly remind for change of filter and membrane every 11th month and last year, that is, on 27/03/2015 on trust of the company and authorised distributor we undertook a contract for 5 years with a guarantee of regular visit and free replacement of filter and membrane on annual basis.
                        On 25/03/2016, a complaint was lodged for annual replacement of the parts; vide complaint no. [protected] attended by customer care (Mr Ashutosh). On 26/03/2016, a service technician visited but the filter and membrane he brought for change were open and not in a sealed pack. This does not guarantee the authenticity of new product and is against customer satisfaction. I did not agree to get the parts changed and asked the technician to get sealed pack the next day. The same day, the RO stopped working. Even after regular calls & multiple reminders no person took care of the matter.
                        Today, 28/03/2016, a service technician (Shyam Singh) finally visited and repaired the same but he refused to change the membrane saying that membrane isn’t change on an annual basis. Until the 5 year contract was undertaken the membrane was changed regularly on annual basis. But now with the 5 year service contract, the quality of services has changed.
                        This is highly unacceptable on part of the company, spoiling the credibility of Kent. With such an inappropriate behaviour and unsatisfactory service, I would have to replace Kent Water Purifier with Purifier of another company and would recommend the same to others too.

                        Even today 10.03.2017 w/o visiting the service center refused to replace the membrane

                          We had taken AMC for our kent on 28/10/16. We paid Rs 6000/- for this AMC. Now we have issue in kent RO. Trying to reach Raindrops service on the contact numbers provided on their receipt. Out of 4 numbers () 2 does not have incoming call facility. One mobile is switched off, one number () is working but nobody is picking up. This is happening for last 3-4 days. So we are not able to reach them for any kind of services.
                          We had same issue 20 days back. We are able to reach them and lodged a complaint to repair RO, they promised to repair but they didn’t attended the same for more than 10 days and they didn’t pick up our calls post that. So we got it repaired by some other person.
                          Basically, they collected money from us in the name of AMC and vanishing after that.

                          Should not recommend Kent to anyone, as their after sales esp after AMC is very poor/pathetic.

                              I got an amc for my kent on 27th feb 2017 and i was promised my kent will be repaired within 2 days and its been 10 days the company has not sent anyone to repair it. Whenever i call in to ask about the matter the company refuses to provide any services.if the company is unable to provide its services then i would like to get a refund of my money that i paid for the amc as it seems company is no more interested to keep there customers.please look into the matter and do the necessary.                                 I am using Kent RO since 14 month, From the last few days, we are observing the quality of water is poor i.e. taste less and there was a slight leakage from the purifier. I registered complaint at customer care[protected], Service Engineer visited at home stopped the leakage and did service of RO but taste of water didn't change, the TDS he checked came out 180.

                                Service Engineer- Hari Mangal [protected] informed me that it needs to change the filter to rectify the issue and left stating he needs to acquire the filter from the agency and will return again next day, He then closed the request without fixing the issue.

                                I complained the same to customer care, they had no option to take complaint/action against such negligence and opened a new ticket[protected] which till now has not been even assigned.
                                Though all the filters and Membrane were changed Jan-17 and with that AMC was purchased. So how it soon went to faulty again. it means the Service Engineer who had changed all these items last time, that items may be duplicate.
                                In both the scenarios either the AMC or the filter warranty should cover the damage.

                                so, would request to consider this complaint on urgent basis and resolve the problem.

                                I just got a call from Kent, it seems they hve nothing to say apart if the call has been resolved now.
                                Why you are even investing such a system where after logging 2 calls and chasing you over the emails still you can't track the issues online.
                                Also there is no answer if why my first call was cancelled without resolving it. What is the action that has been taken?

                                  I am using Kent RO since 11 month, I was happy with the purified quality of drinking water but from the last few days, we are observing the quality of water is poor i.e. taste less. I registered complaint at customer care, Service Engineer visited at home and did service of RO but taste of water didn't change, means still taste is bad. Service Engineer was saying that it needs to change the some of filter that make it good taste.
                                  Though all the filters and Memorine were changed Nov-16, so how it soon went to faulty again. it means the Service Engineer who had changed all these items last time, that items may be duplicate.

                                  so, would request to consider this complaint on urgent basis and resolve the problem.

                                    I have purchased a kent pearl ro unit from m/s sas system and maintenance
                                    Alem, tamilnadu on 02/07/2015. Periodical service has been undertaken by the service centre.
                                    My k. R. No. Kr[protected]
                                    On 29/06/2016, uv lamp has been replaced at the cost of rs.470/-
                                    Today on 28/02/2017, an kent diaphragmpump dp 100 has been replaced at the cost of rs.2400/- by the service centre. I thought your company is installing good quality of pump. Now only i came to know the period of capacity is 1.5 years i. E after completion of warrenty period of one year.
                                    I have been informed due to leakage of water in the ro system and entered in the pump (Motor). Hence not working
                                    I also inform you that, i have already referred more than 5 friends to purchase the above ro system.
                                    Hence, i request you to refund the amount incurred at the earliest

                                      In this 2 .5 yrs i have spent nearly 30, 000 for service and part replacement alone. They give 3 months warranty for parts and exactly after 3rd month the parts will get collapsed and need to replace after paying a heavy amount. Very poor parts quality and service. They will send the local agents for service and their role is just to replace the parts on our cost.

                                      After my complaint on Jan 30th 2016, i have sent official mails 8 times with reminders and calling customer care but the company is not responding not even with a single mail. They show their arrogance and unprofessional way of treating customers after sale.

                                        I have purchased Kent Pearl Ro directly from Kent .
                                        Purchasing date 25th Feb 2017.
                                        But technician came for installation wearing KENT logo labeled dress .But actually he came from AISHWARYA SOLAR TECHNOLOGIES, 7th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560082

                                        at the time of installation i have requested him to install with Kent pre filter and anti scalant which are not included with Kent Pearl RO purifier as i was also aware and it will be charged extra.

                                        I have issued the check as payment mode .

                                        Technician charged me rupees 2690/- for Kent pre filter and anti scalant.
                                        I trusted that they are right people.

                                        but later i came to know that i was charged with too extra cost .i also verified with customer care for price details. But by that time check amount has been deducted from my bank account .

                                        Kent Ro/ Aishwarya solar technologies : Requesting you to take your products back and refund the amount rupees 2690/-

Naveen from Aishwarya solar technologies coodinated very gently on complaint. He accepted on my request to return the product. He issued check towards repayment the amount. But question still not answered why i was charge more price by the technician. Here i can clearly convey one message, Dont buy any extra fittings directly from technician who comes to Kent RO installation. Before to buy, please call to Kent sales manager / executive and check the price . Thanks guys for helping me . Issue resolved. Closing the ticket

                                        Hello Kent RO Customer Care,

                                        Is really Aishwarya Solar Technologies is authorized service center, I was also affected by their service.
                                        my problem statement is as below:
                                        Technician visited (due to water scarcity at my home, water will be available in morning and evening which i missed to update).

                                        Technician informed us to change the motor inspite of fixing the leak from UV Flow filament.

                                        Please update the authorized service centers in your website for public reference.
