Hi,
this is prakriti
i want to register a complaint regarding installation of kent, it was installed in august 2016
however they supplied sub-standard part while installing, which got damaged merely after 5 months
and now they are charging for that parts
i want to escalate this matter to the highest possible authority of kent
i have already talked to them on number [protected], they have not registered complaint regarding my matter
then talked to the concerned ASM Mr Sujit Dey on [protected]
However he was very imprudent in his behaviour and constantly asked me to pay for that damged socket
I have purchased that part because i was short of water as i had made complaint twice and my water has exhausted
but i want my money to be refunded including the cost of plumbing to install it in the tap.
Kent first supply sub-standard parts then within the warranty period asked for payment of parts
this is injustice and i want this complaint to be heard or i can go ahead with this in consumer court.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased time RO bearing SL no KR [protected] from CSD Kosli. I called the customer care at mobile no. [protected] on 10 Feb 17 around 1630 hrs. The customer care rep said that your RO will be installed in next 48 hrs. On 11 Feb 17 around 1330 hrs I received call from mob no [protected]that u have to purchase one additional filter amounting Rs 900 before installation. I denied to purchase extra filter and requested to install the RO which is available with me. Then I received a call from [protected] he introduced himself as distributor of Kent and said that u have to purchase additional filter otherwise your RO will not be installed. Then I call at customer care no. [protected] around 1600 and the customer care rep promised that ur RO will be installed in next 24 hrs. That did not happen and I again made a call to customer care on 12 Feb 17 around 1600 hrs and customer care replied that your RO will be installed in next 02 hrs. Again same did not happen and i made a call to customer care around 1900 hrs and he said that the status o[censored]r complain is shown that u did not picked up the phone, however, i didnt get any phone call, and confirmd that your RO will be installed on next day i.e. on 13 Feb 17. Again it was not done and I again called then it was confirmed by the engineer that the dealer did not allow him to go for installation as we are not buying the additional filter from their shop. After repeated call I have lodged a complaint with ur customer care, and complain no. is [protected]. I m totally fed up with the kind of service offered by ur customer care as they are unable to get installed my RO from your authorised dealer. And to direct the dealer in correct direction as they are not installing my RO and asking for purchase of additional filter which is just like looting the customer. It has already passed 05 days from initial complaint still my RO is not installed.
Now I rquest you to kindly arrange installation of my RO and strict action against such rude dealer may be taken. Disgraceful Kent.
My Kent RO is continuously giving sound.

    Dear team,

    This is to update that I have haveen using Kent RO water purifier from last decade and the current purifier is second one exchanged earlier model so that I trusted the brand. Now it is very surprising that the product quality from Kent RO is so bad to mention it. Last year I got changed the membrane changed in April 2016 and the pump in October 2016 with an expenditure of more than 6 thousand. The pump was changed because it was not developing sufficient pressure as per Kent RO technician. The pump is designed in such a way that it should last it life at least 10 years. This shows that Kent RO is interested in quality of the products.

    The life of an membrane is limited subject to inlet quality of water. The more hard water the less is life. The first membrane since installation hot exhausted its life in four years but did not have any breakage/crack/wear and tear on the shell of the membrane that ensures the quality. The shell of the membrane id designed with suitable margin of pump shut off pressure.

    The current membrane which is 10 month old got hairline crack on the dish end of the membrane cylinder which should have not happened and is very unusual. This is happening because of poor quality/ improper design of membrane cylinder.Though membrane still can run for another three years but I am forced to changed it because of poor quality product not because of membrane getting exhausted its life.

    Now your warrantee of the product is given for three months so that it can exhaust its life due bad quality of water but this is not the case with me. Here membrane shell is getting failed and is being punished to replace it with another 3k without any fault of mine. I tried to call concerned personnel and wanted to make them aware about. I have totally lost my trust on Kent RO and will never buy the product Kent.

    I explained all this to the customer care but my call was not transferred to the concerned executive so that I wanted to meet the head and make him aware about this. I wanted the head's mobile number his official address but was outrightly denied because of company policy. There was no assurance to replace it replace it with new one but he remained adamant that our technician will come and he will tell us what is problem, though it is already explained.

    Can anybody help me in this? Why should I pay for another membrane without any fault of mine? Kent RO is only interested in making poor quality of the spare parts and make the money.

        I am Kent customer for around 8 years. Livsafe water solutions provide the customer service in my area that is Shalimar garden sahibabad ghaziabad however it has been 4th day with my issue unresolved. They are not at all bothered about their customers giving very bad name to Kent organisation. I would suggest Kent to rethink about their association with livsafe water solution as it take years to establish in market however it take no time to loose reputation and customers. It is competitive world where good customer service is one of the important factor and should be looked in seriously

          Water purifier of Kent RO is pathetic and since last 1 yr every month we have to call the technician and get it repaired and every time they come and charge 300 or above and this time they charged us 4000 rs for changing the part of the purifier. If this is the case we would like to throw this purifier out and get a Simple pure it water purifier which is much much better than this.             The filter worked properly for first 2 years. After that we have issues every 2/3 months. Already spent Rs 5000+ in last 6 months.

              I have been using the Kent Grand RO for over 10 years in Noida. In my experience over this decade I have found the filter and membrane to last at least a year. And never had a scenario where the membrane is so blocked that the filter stops working.

              This is the first time in my experience that the filters & membrane require change within SIX months of replacement and as per your service team the membrane is so choked that the filter will not work unless it is changed. Shocking to see this happen all in SIX months.

              Paying for AMC & changing membrane & filters twice in a year amounts to almost the cost of a new RO, which is ridiculous.

              The filters & membrane seem to be of inferior quality as the water quality remains the same.

              Please investigate and suggest an acceptable solution. We are without a working filter at the moment. Time is of essence.

              Despite speaking with Deepika at the head office many times the resolution offered is absolutely unhelpful. I have complained that the membrane installed by you 6 months ago seems to be faulty due to which it is choked and the filter isn't working. Your service people are still telling me to.pay for a new membrane. When I have already spent 3700 just 6 months ago why shld I pay again for a faulty membrane installed by you. If appropriate action is not taken I will escalate this to Dr. Mahesh Gupta and Mr Varun Gupta. My family is without filtered water for the 3rd day today. Ridiculously bad service!

              Pathetic is the word...top management downwards!
              Looking at the lack of response from your end I have spoken to my lawyer and put forward the following points:

              1. Your employees are claiming that the water quality is so bad that the membrane got blocked- in that case you should have informed us in July while installing the membrane that it will not last even 6 months due to poor quality of supply water.

              2. We are requesting Jaypee for a quality report of the water supplied by them to see if what is claimed by your service people is actually actually fact or just nonsense. Your are requested to provide a report from your side stating that you as Kent confirm that the water supply is as bad as you claim.

              3.If as claimed by your employees this water is so bad that your RO can't function properly please let us know the point of having an RO where the water quality is good. The WHOLE POINT OF INSTALLING THESE MACHINES IS POOR QUALITY OF WATER!!!

              The sixth day and it is you as a company who should be ashamed of yourselves for all the false advertising and poor quality of products.

                My complaint number is [protected] which I registered on 15 January. But still there is no one coming to repair it. I called them but they were reluctant and not picking my phone again I called them and they put my phone to blocklist. Isn't this behaviour is ridiculous. They used today that we will come to you tomorrow but tomorrow hasn't come. Some say that pump is not available and other are saying we will come today or tomorrow. I called them again but they didn't pick my phone so I went to there office they said pump is not available. They kept on saying tomorrow pump will come and day after tomorrow we will come to you. I strongly condemn your service. You service providers are hell ####.now All my relatives and friends are aware of your service and will not buy any products from you. And I will tell all who willing to purchase your products I will tell them this case. I am enclosing my warranty card pic for you are saying that it is out of warranty but it is not .

                  I ordered a Kent 7 Ltr Ace RO UV UF on 13 Dec 15.

                  Since early Jan 17 the RO unit has been leaking as the power is switched ON.

                  I complained on customer care number, the engineer visited after a delay of significat delays. On inspecting he said that the membrane has cracked for no fault of the user and it needs to be replaced which costs around 2500/- Rs which has to be paid by me.

                  It is such an irresponsible behaviour by Kent towards its customers.

                  I request you to kindly raise the issue and kindly sort this problem. Since otherwise I have lost all faith in Kent products and its services. And will subsequently raise this irresponsible behaviour on part of KENT which claims to be number 1 water purifier company on various other consumer platforms.

                    Sir,

                    This is to inform you that your service provider (found out from system) Aqua Find Service, C-17 G.P. Main Vikas Marg, Lakshmi Nagar, Delhi[protected] came and replace choke for KENT water purifier at our directors house at D-1/56, Second Floor, Vasant Vihar on 20.01.2017. He replaced an old choke and insisted for payment of Rs. 2450/- on condition that he will replace it with a new choke the next day i.e.. on 21.01.2017but till now no technician has turned up. This has to be investiaged otherwise bad service and the fradulent actions of the technicians will sopil the reputation of Brand Name not only of KENT but also of service providers.

                    Request to take necessary action and solve the problem in two working days if not i may be compelled to file a complaint in consumers court on behalf of Director (Operation), OVL.

                    A technician named Ashutosh visited our place on 18 September 2017 after I called them service, he offered us AMC for 1 year at INR 3500/- which was paid in cash.
                    He said that next day he will come with parts and do the service.
                    We waited for 2 days, then he said his father was hospitalised so he couldn't come, when I called the company they said they have not received any payment.
                    When he answered the call he denied doing service or refund and dared us to take any action but he won't return the money. He was very rude and unprofessional on call.
                    I been trying to reach him again and again but technician now he is not answering our calls.
                    The staff at the office also denied any help I spoke to Divya and Aarti many times but no help or support was provided instead misbehaved and spoke very rudely on call to me and my wife.
                    Now I need a refund for my payment since I have got my service done through different vendor as no service was provided.
                    I bought water from outside for 5 days for my daily needs and finally got my service done yesterday through a different vendor.
                    I request a urgent refund and action against all the employees mentioned above.
                    Kindly advise a peaceful solution or I'll have to take legal action against Kent and Aqua find service.
                    I am attaching the copy of receipt provided by the technician for your perusal.
                    Looking for a positive response on urgent basis.

                      Installed Kent around 6-7 months back. The product is already facing difficulties, service Centre is not co-operating and insists on changing the filter. The product manual specifies that the Purifier notifies through beeps and light when it is time to change the filter. However, non of that has happened. I want to lodge a complaint against faulty and unethical methods to make consumers spend.

                          I am a Kent customer and my registered no is [protected].
                          3 months ago I registered a complaint(complaint no :[protected] that my Kent RO is not working. Technician utkarsh (emp code- 9718) came to check the issue and changed the inside filters. He took 3, 750 filter charges plus 300 service charges and gave 3 months warranty. The RO stopped working again after the 3 months exact. If we have to change the filter after every 3 months then It's better we can buy a new RO. Didn't know Kent product is that bad. One more thing, I called Kent customer care and asked for filters price. The price they told was almost half of the price that person took.                             Dear Sir,

                            I registered a service request with Kent as per the COMPLAIN NO[protected] and on 25-JAN-2017 for servicing my KENT GRAND RO purchased on APRIL 2012.

                            Technician (S Saha on 25.01.2017 and Mr Kishore on 28.01.2017)came from KENT authorized service center(AXIS CONSUMER SERVICES PVT LTD) and as the filter change alarm was ringing the first technician opened entire machine and started doing experiment with my machine to fix the alerm problem and taking help from Mr. kishore over the phone to sort out the issue and started unplugging the electrical wires and fittings, and forcefully using reset button and there was fire spark and by the process damaged the machine and when he left the machine filter/ reject water is not coming out of the filter though filter was running.

                            I complained over the phone and to Mr. kishore(mob no ([protected]) and asked him to visit on 28.01.2017 and he visited and tried to fix the problem but no result and during his experiment with the RO machine in the process SMPS got damaged now the machine is even not running.I was asked to pay for the damaged parts which was not of my fault but damaged during the experiments done by the above mentioned two technicians.Mr kishore now left with just verbal assurance to fix the machine against money for damaged parts.

                            Now my question is who is responsible for damaging my working machine.
                            1.Why you send novice technician who don't know the work and take help from others over phone and damaged during experiment.
                            2.As per axis consumer my AMC does not cover electrical parts then why overthrown and unplugged the electrical seetings and how smps got damaged since my RO machine working fine previously.

                            Please take responsibility bring my RO back to working condition.

                              This is regarding the Request ID[protected].We have raised a complaint for the Kent purifier that the Filter is not working.There is no water flowing from the filter.The incident happened on 27th Jan 2017
                              Your Kent technician had come called Mr. Sibaram -[protected].As per the investigation by your technician the spare parts has been installed in the kent purifier are damaged one, which we have repaired by one of your team member just few months back.

                              Last year in the month of June we have raised a request for the filter issue.During the repair few parts has been replaced for which we paid as well.But this time your techinician refused to repair because the spare parts installed last time are damaged one for which we paid full amount.The person who has done the repair is Arun Sabat

                              This is highly disappointing service from the Kent.How can you cheat your customers like this.You are installing damaged products and taking the amount from the customer.

                              Attaching the money receipt previously paid by me.Kindly look into this issue on priority and take serious action against this.As we do not have drinking water.

                              Hope you will understand and take necessary action.

                              I believe something fishy is going on as the complaint submitted by me on June 2016 is no where recorded.There is no service request registered for this.The service man came to my house is extremely rude and indecent.Simply cheating the customers by giving highly poor service.On the name of brand KENT they are just cheating the customers with duplicate and Fake products.

                                I have purchased a KENT Grand water purificer. the warrenty period is not expried till now. but 4 times problem has been come. the servicing person are comming in late. they are not checking properly that again and again problem is coming after they have gone. the kent machine is giving a headche to me as on problem always.
                                in the kent grand machine the green light is not showing. and the machine is not working. it must be electrical problem.

                                Kent aro provide worst services .. there service agents are never on time . I bought kent aro recently and twice there occured a problem and the service providers dont respond on tym ... its a suggestion for everyone not to buy there products ... there quality of products have gone down and very bad service

                                  This is to bring to your attention the wrong service and AMC provided to us by Kushagra Water Solutions, E-55 Mulipara Scheme, Jaipur

                                  I have bought Water RO no. HR-[protected] on 11th December 2015 from Kushagra Associates, Mulipara, Jaipur . It was installed the next day by their representative

                                  The first service call came from centralised Kent helpline around 6th May'16 ( 5 months after installation) for free service . The service person was sent and he came and changed the candle and told us the candle has to be relaced in three months. This is late. No charges were taken from us. The next day there was a leakage on the bottomside on water filteration. We called the serviceperson directly on his mobile phone and he came and fixed it and indicted no problem

                                  Again we got a call from centralised Kent RO helpline around 5/6th Jan'17 for annual service. The person was sent on 8th Jan'17 and he changed the candle/filter and he readjusted the machine fitting on the wall.

                                  He also told us we could take AMC. When we indicated it is expensive and what is covered, he indicated everything is covered and showed us parts in the machine how much they were costing if we did not take AMC( SAHIL #[protected]). We asked him are you from Kent RO, he said we are authorised franchisees.

                                  We took the AMC on 8th Jan '17 from Kushagra Water solutions on faith. Next day the water started leaking again (exactly same place and similiar problem as on 6th May'16)

                                  On registering the service complain again with centralised helpline no and engineer cam on 18th Jan'17 and told us the leakge was due to pump damage. We told him we have taken the AMC, and were told this is only covered to 50% cost (Rs. 1500/-). When we we told him this is not what was communicated, he said no the charges have to be borne by you, we have written on the AMC paper.

                                  On calling the service centre helpline number again on 19th/20th Jan we were told Kent RO charges only 2000/- for AMC and all mechaanical and electrical parts are covered and includes the pump also. They told us the Service Manager of Kent RO will call you and your matter will be sorted out. NO REVERT TILL YET

                                  I have been using Eureka Forbes for last 20 years and never ever have we faced any such situation. I was completely inclined towards Eureka Forbes RO but because of Kent RO brand being more visible took this risk.
                                  WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS ENTIRE INCIDENT

                                  1. WHEN AMC IS BEING DONE THROUGH CENTRALISED HELPLINE PERSON SENT, THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT KNOW THIS IS KENT RO COMPANY OR FRANCHISEE. THERE IS FAITH THAT KENT HAS SENT THE PERSON.
                                  2. HOW CAN A FRANCHISEE DOUBLE CHARGE CUSTOMERS FOR AN AMC WHICH COMPANY GIVES AT 2000/- AND NOT COMMUNICATE THE SAME
                                  3. HOW CAN A FRANCHISEE PERSON COMMUNICATE SOMETHING FALSE AND GET AN AMC DONE AND MENTION SOMETHING ELSE IN WRITING. ARE WE TO BELIEVE THAT HE IS LYING AND DOUBLE CHECK THE PAPER
                                  4. HOW CAN A FRANCHISEE DOUBLE CHARGE AND NOT GIVE ANY MORE VALUE ADD SERVICE
                                  5. HOW CAN COMPANY AMC COVER ALL MECHANICAL ENAD ELECTRICAL PART
                                  6. WHY DOES FRANCHISEE BILL NOT HAVE "AUTHORISED SERVICE FRANCHISEE OF KENT RO" PRINTED
                                  7. HOW CAN PUMP GO WRONG IMMEDIATELY NEXT DAY AFTER SERVICE (IN ONE YEAR WHEN THE AVERAGE LIFE OF PUMP IS 2-2.5 YRS AS COMMUNICATED BY HELPLINE)
                                  8. HOW CAN THE PUMP GO WRONG NEXT DAY WHEN THE SERVICE ENGINEER SERVICED AND WENT.

                                    i had got my Ro filter changed with your service companyGood mineral Ro Bangalore ([protected]) on 2/05/2014 (bill invoice no 14999) . on calling for a regular service i was told that ro filter needs to be changed and it was dated 2011on the filter wheras it was changed in 2014 My earlier filter lasted for almost 5 years and this needs replacement in 2 years itself. I am aware that warranty period of Ro filter is 1 year, but they had put the expired warranty filter which lasted for such a short period.
                                    kindly look into the matter and ask them to replace it as soon as possible

                                      I have registered my complaint with Kent service about Malfunctioning of Kent Water purifier on 13th January 2017 and no one has come till date, but they closed the complaint without attebding it. It is completely shown as poor after sales service and need some attention.

                                        I have Purchased Kent RO Water purifier (Model - Super Satr) on 07/04/16. However, I was facing problem of machine noise in first 15 days. i have called company person to check the problem. He resolved the issue, again same problem occurred in just 10 day-15 days. from purchasing machine to till date I am facing same problem of machine (making noise and stop working) . I have complained frequently about the purifier but I did not get proper response or proper solution of my problem.
