This is regarding the Request ID[protected].We have raised a complaint for the Kent purifier that the Filter is not working.There is no water flowing from the filter.The incident happened on 27th Jan 2017
Your Kent technician had come called Mr. Sibaram -[protected].As per the investigation by your technician the spare parts has been installed in the kent purifier are damaged one, which we have repaired by one of your team member just few months back.

Last year in the month of June we have raised a request for the filter issue.During the repair few parts has been replaced for which we paid as well.But this time your techinician refused to repair because the spare parts installed last time are damaged one for which we paid full amount.The person who has done the repair is Arun Sabat

This is highly disappointing service from the Kent.How can you cheat your customers like this.You are installing damaged products and taking the amount from the customer.

Attaching the money receipt previously paid by me.Kindly look into this issue on priority and take serious action against this.As we do not have drinking water.

Hope you will understand and take necessary action.

I believe something fishy is going on as the complaint submitted by me on June 2016 is no where recorded.There is no service request registered for this.The service man came to my house is extremely rude and indecent.Simply cheating the customers by giving highly poor service.On the name of brand KENT they are just cheating the customers with duplicate and Fake products.

    I have purchased a KENT Grand water purificer. the warrenty period is not expried till now. but 4 times problem has been come. the servicing person are comming in late. they are not checking properly that again and again problem is coming after they have gone. the kent machine is giving a headche to me as on problem always.
    in the kent grand machine the green light is not showing. and the machine is not working. it must be electrical problem.

    Kent aro provide worst services .. there service agents are never on time . I bought kent aro recently and twice there occured a problem and the service providers dont respond on tym ... its a suggestion for everyone not to buy there products ... there quality of products have gone down and very bad service

      Dear Sir

      This is to bring to your attention the wrong service and AMC provided to us by Kushagra Water Solutions, E-55 Mulipara Scheme, Jaipur

      I have bought Water RO no. HR-[protected] on 11th December 2015 from Kushagra Associates, Mulipara, Jaipur . It was installed the next day by their representative

      The first service call came from centralised Kent helpline around 6th May'16 ( 5 months after installation) for free service . The service person was sent and he came and changed the candle and told us the candle has to be relaced in three months. This is late. No charges were taken from us. The next day there was a leakage on the bottomside on water filteration. We called the serviceperson directly on his mobile phone and he came and fixed it and indicted no problem

      Again we got a call from centralised Kent RO helpline around 5/6th Jan'17 for annual service. The person was sent on 8th Jan'17 and he changed the candle/filter and he readjusted the machine fitting on the wall.

      He also told us we could take AMC. When we indicated it is expensive and what is covered, he indicated everything is covered and showed us parts in the machine how much they were costing if we did not take AMC( SAHIL #[protected]). We asked him are you from Kent RO, he said we are authorised franchisees.

      We took the AMC on 8th Jan '17 from Kushagra Water solutions on faith. Next day the water started leaking again (exactly same place and similiar problem as on 6th May'16)

      On registering the service complain again with centralised helpline no and engineer cam on 18th Jan'17 and told us the leakge was due to pump damage. We told him we have taken the AMC, and were told this is only covered to 50% cost (Rs. 1500/-). When we we told him this is not what was communicated, he said no the charges have to be borne by you, we have written on the AMC paper.

      On calling the service centre helpline number again on 19th/20th Jan we were told Kent RO charges only 2000/- for AMC and all mechaanical and electrical parts are covered and includes the pump also. They told us the Service Manager of Kent RO will call you and your matter will be sorted out. NO REVERT TILL YET

      I have been using Eureka Forbes for last 20 years and never ever have we faced any such situation. I was completely inclined towards Eureka Forbes RO but because of Kent RO brand being more visible took this risk.
      WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS ENTIRE INCIDENT

      1. WHEN AMC IS BEING DONE THROUGH CENTRALISED HELPLINE PERSON SENT, THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT KNOW THIS IS KENT RO COMPANY OR FRANCHISEE. THERE IS FAITH THAT KENT HAS SENT THE PERSON.
      2. HOW CAN A FRANCHISEE DOUBLE CHARGE CUSTOMERS FOR AN AMC WHICH COMPANY GIVES AT 2000/- AND NOT COMMUNICATE THE SAME
      3. HOW CAN A FRANCHISEE PERSON COMMUNICATE SOMETHING FALSE AND GET AN AMC DONE AND MENTION SOMETHING ELSE IN WRITING. ARE WE TO BELIEVE THAT HE IS LYING AND DOUBLE CHECK THE PAPER
      4. HOW CAN A FRANCHISEE DOUBLE CHARGE AND NOT GIVE ANY MORE VALUE ADD SERVICE
      5. HOW CAN COMPANY AMC COVER ALL MECHANICAL ENAD ELECTRICAL PART
      6. WHY DOES FRANCHISEE BILL NOT HAVE "AUTHORISED SERVICE FRANCHISEE OF KENT RO" PRINTED
      7. HOW CAN PUMP GO WRONG IMMEDIATELY NEXT DAY AFTER SERVICE (IN ONE YEAR WHEN THE AVERAGE LIFE OF PUMP IS 2-2.5 YRS AS COMMUNICATED BY HELPLINE)
      8. HOW CAN THE PUMP GO WRONG NEXT DAY WHEN THE SERVICE ENGINEER SERVICED AND WENT.

        Sir,
        i had got my Ro filter changed with your service companyGood mineral Ro Bangalore ([protected]) on 2/05/2014 (bill invoice no 14999) . on calling for a regular service i was told that ro filter needs to be changed and it was dated 2011on the filter wheras it was changed in 2014 My earlier filter lasted for almost 5 years and this needs replacement in 2 years itself. I am aware that warranty period of Ro filter is 1 year, but they had put the expired warranty filter which lasted for such a short period.
        kindly look into the matter and ask them to replace it as soon as possible

            I have Purchased Kent RO Water purifier (Model - Super Satr) on 07/04/16. However, I was facing problem of machine noise in first 15 days. i have called company person to check the problem. He resolved the issue, again same problem occurred in just 10 day-15 days. from purchasing machine to till date I am facing same problem of machine (making noise and stop working) . I have complained frequently about the purifier but I did not get proper response or proper solution of my problem.

Request Number:[protected], I given compliant on 12/01/2017 then alloted sarvana, Ph:[protected], sarvana told that machine i will not do, then one more person alloted Naveen, Ph:[protected] then he is visted then he told i am unable to this mission i will send one more person, then alloted Basavanna, Ph:[protected], we called this guy was telling i will not do, you will give compliant any one no problem. again i called customer care then alloted Shashi, Ph:[protected], (16/01/2017)i called shashi but Sashi was not available then that agency people given one executive number, Ramu, Ph:[protected] . i called 3 times he was not lifted phone. today (17/01/17) again i called customer care, now they are telling you will wait one more day.
              Ex:if we complained in Airtel immediately that company alloted one exceutive, that exceutive immediately called and he ask address then immediately he will come and resolve the problem, once resolved the problem then from registered mobile he will call to airtel company then says problem was rectified in the presence of customer. Observation: Service is worst, Machine also worst. proper mechanism is not there. This type of worst service i never seen in my life. Note:My advice to all customers dont go for kent in the market lot of good service providers are there.
              17/01/2017 you are alloted one more person Mr.Thirupathi, Ph:[protected], i called this guy, he is telling this is not my area i will not come,
              First you are failure allotting the query's, who is the capable to do this work then only you will allot query again they are not calling us we only to do call. this is not good.
              I waited four days any body not attended that why yesterday onwords i am posting compliant in consumer compliants and face book.
              If you are not take immediate action i will destroy your business via consumer compliants, face book, whatsapp and twitter.

                After multiple complaints also no technical bother to come and repair the Kent, after calling to the Technician he is not picking up the call, disconnects the phone, His behavior is very bad. In every call to customer care, they are telling issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but their 24 hours never comes.

                For the filter they are charging a lot but Pathetic service. If it is in warranty they do not care .

                    I bought a Kent RO pearl purchased on 11-jan-2017.I gave an installation request no.[protected] assigned to Mr.Subbiah-[protected].I called him 4 or 5 times to our home but he didnot respect my words.At last, he came on 16-jan-2017 to our home.He done half of the work only and said that the remaining work can be done by the plumber.The problem is in the installation only.All the water is leaking out.The service was very worst.The service man is also very worst.please solve this problem

                    The worst service ever i have been complaining from past 10 days the customer care executive keeps on saying the technician is on they way and still there is no sign of a service we had a yearly contract of 4000 but still no sound of a help .

                      I own a kent maxx water purifier with uv and uf. I have raised a service request today 15th of jan as the water flow from filter got slow and narrow and takes around one hour to fill the storage tank. The service scheduling was excellent within 4 hours time the kent expert attended us on our doorstep for service.. The problem started from there, he opened the purifier and started telling to replacing all most all the major items like 2 filter...

                      I had brought one kent water purifier on October 2016 from Flipkart. Since the day it has been installed there is some problem or the other in the machine. At first instance, few parts were missing from new machine and in a weeks time few more parts stopped functioning. IN span of last 3 months, the technician has come around 12-15 times to repair the machine.

                      I have been sold a defective product and when I complained to Kent they said they cannot replace my machine. PURE INTENTION TO HARASS CUSTOMER AND MAKE MONEY POST WARRANTY period.

                      I was using kent since last 8 years but never such problem happened to that machine.

                        Really Pathetic service have called twice but no engineer has bothered to call or come to repair the filter. Out family is without water from last 3 days. Just chatting with online kent water exec and she updated i have cancelled the request. How can some one cancel the request without me asking them to do it. Really customer service sucks, you guys take liberal amount of money while buying kent filters?? what happens to the service its so third class quality. Now preeti is again raising the request that means wait for 3 days more without water. Also the request number for call center was[protected]. Second time when i called i didnt get any sms post call and that lady cancelled my request dont know why???

                          I observed algae deposition in my Kent purifier in July 2016. Called Customer care. The person changed the filter and said it would be fine. Later again i observed algae deposition and the person suggested to change the membrane which is changed in 21st November 2016. Again in December i observed algae in the water tank which i cleaned myself. Now again i see Algae deposition. Even the attendant is not sure why the problem is occurs. Every time we paid for the service charges. Could you please let me know how pure is the water which we are actually drinking. The customer should not be charged if the problem is observed in few days after changing both filter and membrane. Please look into it on urgent basis.

                            I am very sorry to say that the services i am getting from this company is pathetic. I purchased a new kent machine (Water purifier) 2-3 months back and suddenly it is not working from 31st dec16. I made a call lock 1st jan2017 and still no person came to solve the problem. I called by some person who confirm me that with in 24hrs one technician will be there. As the person not come i called him back but no response.

                              I have bought Kent RO last year in Sep'15 & & found that with in a year its seal broke. Thogh the same was in warranty agency removed the same free of cost in Aug-16. Now the chok of the filter has damaged. Only a year & 1month has passed after i purchased the product & i have to spend again some Rs.1300/- to got the same repaired. This kindly of product is totall not accepatble & very bad on the part of Kent that they are providing such low quality porduct to the consumer

                              I have bought Kent RO last year in january 2016 and installed on january 12. During 1 servicing service engineer broke the filter and Now the chok of the filter has damaged.after 5 months another engineer broke the outer fiber cover This kind of is totally not accepatble & very bad on the part of Kent that they are providing such low service to the consumers.

                                I bought this Kent ace in December of last year and committed a big mistake. I have been a loyal customer of Kent for the past more than 10 years now. My machine was perfectly working and despite the fact that ur own dealer suggested me not to buy Kent (This is what u have earned) I bought Kent Ace . It was a defective product which worked fine only for 2 and a half months and in the month of April, it gave me numerous problems numerous times. I got in touch with ur company person Abhishek Pandey, who has been bluffing me since May first week that my product will be replaced. He has approvals for the same. He is only waiting for a dealer to do billing of Kent ace. He even mentioned that he has stopped doing business with the dealer who I bought the machine from as that dealer is not replacing my machine.
                                I have following Mr. Abhishek Incapable Pandey since then for my product. Numerous calls, numerous mails, numerous what's app-which I will send u a copy of also, still no closure. May, June, July, Aug is gone and Pandey Ji is waiting for Kent ace billing.

                                My question is that I had a perfect machine. I bought Kent ace becoz I never have faced any problem from Kent in the past 10 years. The machine starts giving me trouble in April. It is opened and parts replaced 6 times in a month-I have all complaint numbers also. Now I say that this was a defective product and u have to replace it irrespective of the fact whether it is working fine or not today.
                                After 4 months, Mr Pandey tells me that if it is working fine then we would need a valid reason for replacement.

                                So my suggestion is that now onwards u guys start selling defective pieces to customers. When the customer realises that the product is defective (after use) and asks for replacement, u replace the parts of the product assuring the customer that the replacement is on the way. Then keep bluffing him for 2-3 months and then one fine day ask- we need a valid reason. Do u have one?

                                I also spoke with Mohit Sharma on who then assured me of an action in a day or two but all in vain. As expected no one turned up.
                                Then someone visited and did something in the machine. Again it started working.
                                Then in June July Aug after lot of troubles, I decided to get it changed as it hasn't been working since the day I have bought it. Now in Aug on 24th I file a complaint one more time and get in touch with Asm of noida region Rawat. He assures me that he wud send the best engineer and then there wud never arise a concern.
                                Rajesh comes and tells me that the machine is absolutely fine and it wud work properly.
                                Again it works properly for about a month or so and again starts creating troubles
                                Please see as to how many complaints I have filed in the past 1 year.
                                Nov goes the same way
                                December starts the same way
                                I have been in touch with Rawat-Asm and no one is listening
                                The machine is defective and I need a replacement for the same
                                Now Rawat isn't responding to my calls no revert
                                The machine has completely stopped working because on 22nd December it's wiring also blew.
                                Rajesh -Kent guy is a proof to it
                                Since then I have been buying bottles of water for survival
                                My mother in law has undergone a surgery, I have 3 little kids at home. But no one bothers
                                Even if we ask the contact of any senior, they do not share and don't handle any complaint themselves
                                Please someone guide me as to what shld I do

                                Kent RO is not working properly, I have complained to the distributor many times but the service is unsatisfactory. The waterflow is very less, it takes two hours to fill a pot .Please send any expert to treat the machine.

                                    A kent r. O. Was purchased on 01.09.2016. Since then it has been repaired six times (after so many follow ups) so far in three months time.                                       for your kind information i purchased kent prime (tc) mineral r.O. As on dated 20/05/2016 vide invoice no:- s[protected] with serial no:- kr[protected] but the r.O. Is not working properly from the date of purchase to till now i complaint many times to customer care that r.O. Is not working no water output then the company send engineers to check it than they clean it each time but after some days the problem is same, at last the engineer said me that to install pre- cleaner in my r.O. Than i said to him that my water comes from municipal supply from an overhead tank than why i install the pre-cleaner whereas the kent ro company recommendation is that no pre filter installation is required if water comes from municipal overhead tank which proof in written by the kent in hand, so now i am very depressed with the kent r.O.
                                      So i request you please take necessary action for the same as soon as possible.
