I have purchased Kent 7L - Ace Mineral RO technology Water Purifier from online store Snapdeal.com and seller of product is Fairdeals, Lubhiana, Punjab for Rs. 14599 Invoice No.S92B5D/15-16/828 on 20.10.2015.

Since then we have been taking Service from Kent Authorized service centers in Hyderabad & every time we have to ask them to visit for Service & after doing the Service they always ask to change...

I have purchased Kent RO - Pearl Model from Dream Electronics, Gandhinagar for Rs. 15700 vide Bill No. 523 on 09.10.2011. Since then we have been taking Service from Mahi Services, Gandhinagar & every time we have to ask them to visit for Service & after doing the Service they always ask to change one or the other parts of the machine. 4-5 months back I've registered a complaint which never got reverted. Got one call with no results.
Serviced my RO in the month of July with most of the parts replaced and now again there is problem and the service guy says that we need to replace the filter. Asking for INR 1200 again to replace the same.

We had got our Kent RO serviced two days before Diwali 2016...that is on 28th Oct 2016. Some parts of Kent were also replaced and the total bill was around Rs3600 which was paid in cash by us then and there.

We have brought kent in March. When they came for installation, they did fit a small tube. So water did over flow and full house was in water. this is just 3 months after buying.
