Dear sir,

I am facing problem last 3 month, I taken service franchise in Jan 2015 service franchise name Aarti electricals & code BPSF 00526,

B4 start online system, I self installed machine own my self efforts in all district.
from January 15 to Aug 15, I installed more than 50 machine & service more than 150in warranty machine, in particular time my payment is due,

Number's Of time I recall ASM, RESIONAL manager (digis nayak) but still payment & glow sign board is due & his answer also,

In the month of August 2016 Mr mahadev vaidhya & mr.bhomik change my pin code area & close my CRM - & Marge it to Durga enterprises Ankleshwar ( sales Branch) without notice ...

here I send mail to Mr . K.taneja, digish nayak, mahadev, & bhavnik.
But still I do not get help & answer from any1 person.

Here I requesting to u kindly get open my crm & send my p2p material which I send it HO, (b4 crm close) - & my April 16 to Aug 16 commission & dues.

I have also AMC but, I suffer stomach infection.
Bunch of ants are always found inside alive in the water tank of kent RO purifier. How many times ever we clean the tank, ants keep coming!
I hv bought Kent RO pearl in november. Since then twice it has happened that water has stopped filtering out completely. It's a bad quality product. I need proper answer to what is wrong and replacement if needed.

    We had got our Kent RO serviced two days before Diwali 2016...that is on 28th Oct 2016. Some parts of Kent were also replaced and the total bill was around Rs3600 which was paid in cash by us then and there.

    Since the Kent was giving problems I had raised a complaint at the customer care number [protected] which usually a woman answers. She said she will send a Kent Dealer Mr Rohit to take a look. Mr Rohit came and did the needful. But when we asked him for the bill he refused that Kent does not give bills anymore (which seemed weird to us) and that it is Kent policy now to email the bill to the customer. Since Oct 28th, 2016 till date I have made numerous phone calls at the customer care where the same lady keeps assuring me that I will get the bill. She keeps coming up with excuses that due to holidays or weekends or the person who was assigned this job is unwell etc it is being delayed.

    My question is when we paid 3600 why are we not getting the bill. Tomorrow if the part that was replaced in Oct gets damaged during warranty period what proof do we have that it was repaired in the first place? Also as a customer it is our right to get the receipt for what we paid for.

      Pleaese refer my Request No[protected] and earlier requests. your service centre has neither been able to identify nor rectify the problem. In addition they ahve massively mishandled the system leading permanent overflow of water, leakage from storage tank and non functional UV system since the repairs carried out on 26 November 16.
      Subsequent visits by service personnels has not yielded any results, May I request you to kindly look into the issue and get my RO system repaired without any further delay.

      Despite, reoeated request to repair the RO in a proper manner the service person not only cheated by changing working parts but also has mishandled the machine leading to recurring faults sinxe 25 Nov 16.

        On 12.10.2016, we signed an Annual Maintenance contract for our KENT Grand plus water filter, with AIRAN INTERNATIONAL (46, B.B.Ganguly St, 2nd. Floor, No-9, Kolkata - 700012).

        We faced a power unit problem on 28th. Nov 2016 and registered a support call immediately. They sent their Service Engineer on 30th. at around 3:30 pm Nov 2016, replaced the power unit, and asked for Rs. 935.00.

        My mother gave him the said amount and asked for the bill, but the service engineer replied, he got only Rs. 835.00 and not Rs. 935.00, from my mother. Despite of several confirmation he refused it. Then my mother asked him to stand up as throughout the conversation, he was sitting on a chair. While he stood up she found that he was sitting on Rs. 100.00. The amount is quite small to be theft of, but the person is reasonably questionable. We do not stay at home, when these people come for these kind of service, and always try to cheat on old people.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am using Kent Ace Mineral RO.
          SN : KR[protected]

          The product stopped working and I raised a compleint on 28-Nov-2016
          [protected]. The technician who visited, did not had required skills and was not able to troubleshoot properly, after long hours of efforts, he replaced UV Lamp. But was not able to assemble the product thereafter. After trying for almost one hour he was able to close the box, but still left some parts outside. When I enquired about those, he said those are not necessary.

          He took 300Rs as service charges and 470 as the part (UV Lamp) cost, total 770 Rs, and left the place.

          After this he left, and the device stopped working again, and as a feedback I informed the Kent feedback department about the same, they assured to re-open the complaint. However that did not happen, when I called again in 29-Nov-2016 to followup about the issue, the service team said that, they cannot reopen the old ticket and raised a new request[protected], and assured that some senior technician will visit my house.

          Thereafter I got the SMS with the details of the same old person, and the person did not visit my place and the team CLOSED THE COMPLAINT EVEN WITHOUT VISIT.

          I one serious thing that I came to know, from the customer service department was that, as per their records I had paid 300Rs and not 770 rs.
          Also, I cannot see my payment details in the KENT RO mobile APP, it still shows invoice value is blank, although I had paid 770 RS.

          I could not go to office for these two days because of this issue
          My KENT RO is still not working, request you to help me resolve this issue.

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          The engineer made visit to my place, yesterday (29-Nov) and as suspected the the new UV Lamp which was replaced by earlier engineer was faulty. However, the engineer did not had new spare part, and as an interim measure he replaced the faulty UV lamp with some old lamp which he had brought, and promised to replace it with the new one ASAP, however, when I contacted him today, he still does not have original new Lamp with him.

          Request you to provide the new spare part, to him so that he can replace the old one with the new one.

            Hi, i was buy kent ace+ 7 l ro + uf water purifier from flipkart.com on 19 oct 2016. Then flipkart delivered that product on 3rd nov 2016. After that i need installation of that water purifier since 4th nov 2016. Please help me as this product is not used from 1 month and i got mails and message daily regarding installation of purifier but no one visited or come for installation. Please help

              We have brought kent in March. When they came for installation, they did fit a small tube. So water did over flow and full house was in water. this is just 3 months after buying. Now after that motor and filters went bad. So me and my husband fell sick. We called for service. Every guy whom comes for service asks money!! After we foughtsayign we have 1 year warranty, he just repaired motor and left. Till now no one has come to replace filters. If we call customer care, they send some guys number and he will never show up. If we asks how much charge they take to change filters, they say 2000!! we paid 16k for kent. now every 3 months we need to spend 2k!! worst kent service and product. If i had time, i would have filed a law suit against you guys. twice we fell sick because of drinking this water. If you cant provide proper service and follow up, why do u say you will give service? dont just advertise, follow accordingly. Why your service men keep asking us money even though we are in warranty period? Dont you guys talk them some sense? just collecting money everytime selling horrible products wont make u any good. If you spend such money on ur children, even they wont be doing any good. Remember. Earn with loyalty. Horrible people and service EVER

                I purchased Kent RO model PRINCE from dealer in our City M/s Landmark, 167-D, Bombay bazar, Meerut, U.P. Mobile no. [protected].
                Purchase invoice no. 1368 book no. 28, dated 15/09/2015.

                We called your engineer three times in the warranty period. After warranty period your RO needs engineers after every 10 days. I spent Rs. 2000/-on parts with in one month of warranty expire. Now today your RO is again not working.

                RO water is needed every tine in the house. Please suggest me what I should do.
                1, I should throw this Ro in dust bin?
                2, I should go to consumer court to complaint under IPC section 420 for selling third grade product on high prices, I think this is cheating?

                3, I should buy one more Ro of any good company as stand by?
                4, I should have good stock of bottles water as bisley etc.
                5, I should drink tap water, or die some serious illness caused to water?

                Please Suggest some solution.

                  Hi,

                  I have been using company named expert services for more than a year now for amc purposes for a kent super+ ro+uf water purifier. Recently their services are highly unsatisfactory, the issues either haven't been solved or new issues are showing up. The motor they replaced for a damaged one, is loud and cranky and seems to have a mind of its own, starting and stopping when it pleases. These issues were brought to their notice last time, but the service they provided last month didn't solve the issues. They promised to replace the motor next day, i am still waiting on their promises. It is really frustrating to call each and every week for the same issues that should have been solved long ago.

                  I hope some one will take notice of my complaint and take appropriate measure.

                  On my service call a technician was sent to address the issue of power by Om Enterprises on 25th Oct 2016.I requested the technician to check if the related part was in order since my machine was under warranty period.
                  On 15th Nov 2016, my machine stopped functioning and I asked to pay Rs. 3000.

                    Hi, I had raised a request last week regarding kent RO service and re-installation, they said within 24 or 48 hrs it will be done, but it's been 6 days, nobody turned up. Customer service guys called me and said they will come in half an hour/1 hour, but they never turned up and made me wait for long hours. it happened thrice. What the hell is wrong with these people. You guys are simply wasting time. Request number[protected]. This is definitely not done, I don't have drinking water in my house since more than a week. Please take urgent action

                    During the Warranty Period, we had to take service 2 times, Change one of the part for which we had to give money. Now after Warranty period, again problem is coming for which he almost charges one-third amount (some parts also changed). One and half year, 3 times prodcut

                      We have purchased Kent purifier (Kent RO grand plus ) this year January from
                      Vivek’ Electronic store, OMR, Chennai. But very sorry to say that we
                      are not at all satisfied with the performance of Kent device as well
                      as the services provided. Just after 6 months o[censored]se, it stopped
                      working. We called the customer service and they asked to change both
                      the filters. Not sure how both the filters can be damaged so quickly
                      within first few months of purchase. Though, we had 1 year warranty we
                      were told that we have to pay for the filters and only service charge
                      will be waived for the first year. We agreed to it and fixed the
                      filters. Just after another 2 months, it again stopped working. We
                      called customer care and they told technician will come after 24-48
                      hours. But that time standard was not followed and we had to do
                      multiple calls to get the technician that cause lot o[censored]nnecessary
                      problems for us. We have also asked several times the technicians to
                      bring the external filter/candle, but they never brought. Always we
                      heard that it’s not in stock. Anyway, after few days after change of
                      initial technician, another person came and they told its problem with
                      membrane and membrane was replaced. After that it worked exactly for 1
                      day and then there was complete shut down of the purifier. After that
                      as usual we called the customer care, but no one appeared for 3 days
                      and that why I am writing this complain today. As I write this, the
                      device is still Dead with no technician attending to
                      it. After telling multiple times that we don’t have enough drinking
                      water, Kent does not seem to care about it. We are completely
                      dissatisfied with Kent and would never recommend anyone to use as we
                      don’t want others to face similar problem. Since it is still under
                      1year warranty, we are expecting a complete refund or complete
                      replacement of the device. Hope somebody looks into it with high
                      priority as we are talking about Drinking water here and hope it gets
                      the due attention. Thanks!

                          The AMC that Kent is offering does not include the AMC for candle and membrane, the vital parts of the machine, therefore, the AMC offered for parts is of no use. It appears that AMC being offered is only a money making mechanism and not a facility for customers. The other companies say Godrej offers AMC covering all parts of machines (appliances) sold by them. Eureka Forbes also covers these parts in AMC. Customers will be happy to bear a little more cost of these parts if a compact AMC is designed and offered. Kent (the Comapny) should do something like this. If I get a offer from Kent before 27th Nov.2016, I will take AMC or else I am planning to dispose off Kent RO and go for other Company's products.

                            Dear Kent Team,

                            Even after knowing that there is a high amount of calcium at site ground water you are luring and misinforming the customer base at Hoshangabad and thus convincing them on false information that this RO equipment of yours will perform.

                            It is hardly three years o[censored]sage and we have started witnessing the issues which are not technically repairable from RO Dealers.

                            Issues Observed -

                            1. Performance failure of membrane/filters before their life. ( i.e. 1 year)
                            2. Pump failure due to jammed filter.
                            3. No maintenance or follow-up calls for frequent health check-up of the equipment from the dealer.
                            4. No TDS re-calibration visit from dealer.
                            5. No inbuilt alarm for filter change/motor malfunction.

                            Cost of filter replacement - INR 1000/-
                            Cost of pump replacement ( no repair possible!) - INR 4000/-

                            Despite a known replacement cost of a filter on yearly frequency, replacement cost of pump ( 4000 INR) is not at all acceptable to me!
                            The call to replace the filter was made to dealer on time (28/10) but reported on site very late ( 13 days) due to which now my RO is non-functional and the technician says pump can not be repaired but replaced only which will cost INR 4000/-.

                            Expectations -

                            1. Since the filter change request was not attended on time, replacement of failed pump to a fresh pump should be done on free of cost basis.
                            2. Annual maintenance scheme should be launched to allow a technician to do a health check-up of the equipment at least thrice a year.
                            3.Post sales maintenance, item cost should be brought down to a reasonable level.
                            4.Stop promoting your products where they have a technical limitations to fight with issues like water hardness, calcium contents, sand, impurities and the products are prone to choke and subsequently fail to operate.
                            5. incorporate an alarming system to inform about filter change/motor malfunction.

                            Anticipating a quick acknowledgement and support on this!

                            Its been 4 days since I raised my concern and still the matter is not resolved.
                            Yesterday, I had a visit of your technician name - Mr. Deepak and he has gone through the issue.

                            Now after diagnosis, he admits that the not just the pump but carbon as well as sediment unit is also failed.

                            This is really a grave situation, where a change of membrane unit on yearly basis was notified to the customer but no instruction were given for carbon & sediments unit and now looks like the whole unit is under a total break down!

                            This is a case of careless and injudicious approach towards post-sales customer support!

                            Now I am in a situation where I reinstate my grievance to KENT RO to provide a free of cost replacement for pump, carbon unit and sediment unit without further delaying the matter.

                            As agreed earlier as well, I am ready to pay for the membrane replacement cost which was anyways there in my yearly expense plan, but above that KENT RO has to bear all the expenses.

                            Look forward to hear from you & expecting a speedy resolution!

                              We have purchase Kent RO- Pearl in Gurgaon on 7.11.16. Installation happen only after our continuous followup only by 09.11.16.
                              This machine ran for two day and thereafter not working from 11.11.16.

                              We complained Kent via email and calling customer care.
                              They are only assuring us to fix this everyday. Till now no one has approached us.

                              Pathetic service. Nobody turned up or called..do not recommend anybody to purchase Kent.

                                I have bought the Kent Supreme Water purifier through Amazon on 14th Oct'15 and got installed on 18th Oct'15.

                                1. In the last 1 year there were various complaints in this machine regarding the Filter functionality and your service personnel came & rectified
                                2. On 16th Oct'16 we have seen water leakage from top of Filter, since we are leaving to our native place - Kanyakumari for Diwali festival we could not complain about this and we have switched-off the machine and left to our native place.
                                3. We have returned back on Monday - 07th November evening and made complaint about this issue to Kent service center on Tuesday 08th Morning ( Complaint Ref[protected]
                                4. Kent service executive given shocking information that RO Filter to be replaced which will cost Rs 2800/= since the machine is out of warranty
                                5. Even though we have explained the problem of leaking during the warranty period he is refused to repair the machine.
                                6. We have paid Rs 16, 500 with such high cost beleiving in Kent's quality and bought the machine.
                                7. If the RO Filter to be replaced, why no alarm or indicator is turning on ?
                                8. We suspect very serious problem in the machine and this machine may be refurbmished one.
                                9. Now we are under huge shock since we have to spend another Rs 5000/= including the UV filters within 1 year..!!!

                                Further to my mail dtd 10th November, please find below mail to Kent on 11th November :

                                1. I have made complaint again today to your service center to actually see the conditions of the damaged RO filter and take photo of the same.
                                2. Service technicians from "Inteck Electronics, Banaglore " visited my home this afternoon.
                                3. The RO Membrane which was damaged has no visible cracks to take photos and looks like it's clearly the water leakage is due to some "hair line cracks" near the inlet and it's leaking and the service technician also agreed to the same. This clearly shows very poor raw material used for the Filter.
                                4. When I argued with Inteck Electronics -Alphesh about this he started using very bad languages and started shouting at me .
                                5. When I am telling that, I am talking to Chandra Kanth & Balaji about this issue he says they do not know about them and he said he will not listen to any one in HO.
                                6. The service technician - Shashidhar of Inteck Electronics came today, do not have any Kent ID card and nor the visiting card
                                7. When I am trying to take photo of their Bill book, the technician trying to push me out and started threatening me and even he thrown the Kent machine top cover in the house.
                                8. Another big issue I have noticed that, Inteck Electronics service book does not contain any Service Tax Registration Number
                                9. This means Inteck Electronics not apying Service Tax at all...
                                10. When I have asked about this, the technician told me to complaint to Narendra Modi about this.
                                11. The technician removed the replaced Filter from my machine which was working for 2 hours and started cleaning and packing to make it as new one.

                                I AM IN TOTAL SHOCK ABOUT ALL THIS HAPPENED TODAY

                                Please confirm :

                                1. Whether I can complain to Mr. Narendra Modi, our honorable PM about this mischief by your Franchise with the support of Kent, very famous company in India in Water purifiers
                                2. Can report to local ST department about this ?
                                3. Can I report to nearby Police Station about the misbehaving of your Franchise technician in my home ?
                                4. Can I report to Press about all the above ?
                                5. Can I complain to Consumer Court about this cheating of Kent ?

                                    I have bought Kent RO last year in Sep'15 & & found that with in a year its seal broke. Thogh the same was in warranty agency removed the same free of cost in Aug-16. Now the chok of the filter has damaged. Only a year & 1month has passed after i purchased the product & i have to spend again some Rs.1300/- to got the same repaired. This kindly of product is totall not accepatble & very bad on the part of Kent that they are providing such low quality porduct to the consumer.

                                      I am having a kent pearl ro purchased around two years back.

                                      6th-feb -16 : it's ro membrane including other filters were changed
                                      Edimentation filters were changed after this membrane change..
                                      11th-jul-16 : it's carbon and sedimentation filter was changed
                                      24th-sep-16 : a complaint was raised as my machine had noise and vibration, engineer visited and he said that machine is old that's the reason you hear noise and vibration and adjusted a piece of cloth between the part making noise and filter's body to reduce the noise and vibration.
                                      1st-oct 16 : the noise and vibration suddenly increase and i again raised a complaint, then an engineer came and fixed the actual issue, so the engineer who came on 24th sep couldn't diagnose the problem
                                      2nd-nov-16 : my ro again stopped working, i raised a complained and engineer diagnosed that the membrane was broken because of water pressure in your area and mentioned that i need to pay for it as membrane's warranty is just three months only..
                                      Meanwhile i called up customer care twice and each time my call was disconnected by them without completing the conversation and there was no call back from their side..
                                      6th-nov-16 : i spoke to customer care and informed him of the problem and pointed out that there is a nozzle to increase/decrease water pressure in ro inlet and it's adjusted by engineer only at each instance when service is done then how it is the fault of engineer who inadvertently increased the water pressure, so company should bear it's cost, the customer care connected me to mr. yadav, asm of my area who started giving a different reason and when i protested he mimicked me and disconnected the call. when i raised it to customer care supervisor he informed that he cannot do anything beyond this point.

                                      I am shocked by such unprofessional attitude of the kent ro asm of sushant lok gurgaon area.

                                      I humbly request you to please get my yearly amc amount refunded as i am not getting the services against my amc.

                                        Please be noted that my RO is not working since 1 nov 2016 and I have register d many complaints on customer care no. And till now no response and service from your side .

                                        Also be noted this RO I purchased 10 months ago and since then there has been many issues and complaints for this product approx 10 to 12 times it has been repaired .

                                        I am highly dissatisfied with the product and service from your agents also I requested many times that this product needs to be replaced as it has been giving lot of problems full machinery needs to be changed .
                                        Because of all this satisfaction and poor response from your team I have been forced to approach consumer court for justice against this defective product being sold by Kent company.

                                        Hope company would not like to spoil their image in social media and in court and will response and take some positive action .
