Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using Kent Ace Mineral RO.

The product stopped working and I raised a compleint on 28-Nov-2016
[protected]. The technician who visited, did not had required skills and was not able to troubleshoot properly, after long hours of efforts, he replaced UV Lamp. But was not able to assemble the product thereafter. After trying for almost one hour he was able to close the box, but still left some parts outside. When I enquired about those, he said those are not necessary.
He took 300Rs as service charges and 470 as the part (UV Lamp) cost, total 770 Rs, and left the place.
After this he left, and the device stopped working again, and as a feedback I informed the Kent feedback department about the same, they assured to re-open the complaint. However that did not happen, when I called again in 29-Nov-2016 to followup about the issue, the service team said that, they cannot reopen the old ticket and raised a new request[protected], and assured that some senior technician will visit my house.
Thereafter I got the SMS with the details of the same old person, and the person did not visit my place and the team CLOSED THE COMPLAINT EVEN WITHOUT VISIT.
I one serious thing that I came to know, from the customer service department was that, as per their records I had paid 300Rs and not 770 rs.
Also, I cannot see my payment details in the KENT RO mobile APP, it still shows invoice value is blank, although I had paid 770 RS.
I could not go to office for these two days because of this issue
My KENT RO is still not working, request you to help me resolve this issue.

The engineer made visit to my place, yesterday (29-Nov) and as suspected the the new UV Lamp which was replaced by earlier engineer was faulty. However, the engineer did not had new spare part, and as an interim measure he replaced the faulty UV lamp with some old lamp which he had brought, and promised to replace it with the new one ASAP, however, when I contacted him today, he still does not have original new Lamp with him.
Request you to provide the new spare part, to him so that he can replace the old one with the new one.
