My kent RO is not delivering filtered water. I had complaint on customer care on 09 Oct at around 1200 hrs with complaint no[protected]. And again reminded on 10 Oct at 1530 hrs that no one has responded to service complaint. I was told complaint would be addressed within 24-48 hrs.
