I was a happy customer of ‘kent ro grand’ (Unit serial #[protected] since 2008 and turned loyal to kent while i enjoyed this model till 2015. My loyalty was not without result, i did not had any major problem requiring replacement of major parts like ro membrane or motor failure till as late as 2014.
To reward kent with loyalty, i went ahead and bought ’kent supreme’ (Unit serial #[protected]) on 4th of november 2015 with a lot of hope and expected delight in the hope that kent has matured as a company and its product portfolio. However, much to my dismay i got worse results and my hope shattered like nine pins. When i purchased this new model, i got iron remover installed as per the advice of your maintenance staff, however, my joy was short-lived and only after 3-4 months, i started getting headaches every alternate week. The kent technicians have come more than 6 times to solve various problems like the bursting of membrane, damaging of filter and motor etc. The vital parts got damaged in a span of less than six months and i wonder what would happen once warranty period is over. Additionally, time passes now in days/weeks with kent supreme while it used to pass in years with old model - kent ro grand. It has been 10 months that i have got kent supreme installed and kent service engineer has already visited 9 times

I would want a replacement of this unit as soon as possible to relieve myself from the agony i am going through. Hope to hear from you soon to reinstate the respect i had for kent.

Kapil from Kent spoke and told me that he had already forwarded my Complaint to Respected Department and someone from that department would get touch with me. However, 10 days have already passed and no one has contacted me. It seems that they are waiting for warranty to be over and absolve themselves from this faulty product.

    I take service frenchasie of this company. Service center code BPSF00526 AARTI ELECTRICALS ANKLESHWAR Whiteout information this company block my crm & change my pin code maping area. I send numbers of complaints regarding this but no one help me to resolve problem.

    I send part 2 part Material to head office in 28 August till date no return Material received. & Not received my service commission also.
    I also send numbers of mail to Mr. Digitsh Naik, Mahadev vaidhy, but they are not reply my SINGAL mail.

    I have only last option regarding this matter take legal action regarding company if my problem not solve in 7 days.

    Authorised service dealer is not bothered about complaint, does not pick calls or never attend complaints.

      I bought a Kent Autosoft water softener 2 yrs back. The softner stopped working a year back. After loads of effort an engineer came who said tge beeds need to be replaced, which are not in stock n will b available soon. He has been avoiding for one full year, n now tge whole machine is blocked and we are not getting a drop of water, while they cant find a person to even repair it despite numerous desperate calls. Why do they sell a product when they cant service it. And its a damn expensive one. Customer service is a joke.

        My name is varsha gangil, i had complain to customer care of damage membrane but nothing happen. I am so disappoint after buying this kent prime, service is very poor, i had complain so many time but no one come here to resolve my problem, i have complain number[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].           I have purchased brand new Kent water purifier from pooja Electronics & telecom, K R Puram, Bangalore, on Friday evening 26thAug2016, sales executive confirm that with in 24hrs purifier get installed but till today installation not done, given reason is server down...even after registration of installation request, installer calling on 7:30pm and tomorrow we will cm for installation so just I asked for the coming time response was very bad as well he told before coming I will call and come, I requested him to come after 5pm so that by that time I will cm back from the office, just he told ur request is going to cancel and again u need to rise request for installation, as a customer I have waiting from 4days he cannot accept my request ...this kind of worst service I never ever expect from KENT first impression itself very worst thinking to return back immediately.

            Dear,

            On december 25, 2015 i bought kent ro from a dealer with following details :
            Iteam code :kent supreme mineral ro
            Serial no : kr [protected]
            Dealer address : pai international, a s rao nagar, hyderabad
            Invoice no : asrn 4641

            We are facing problem of water leakage from upper side of the body. The leakage is not negligible and frequently coming. Somtimes whole system gets shutdown and not getting power up also.

            We got the product repaired around 6-7 times during first 7 months due to same issue and technician replaced most of the major parts during these 6-7 visits.
            Still issue is the same and 2 days back system got repaired and now today onward it is not working again.

            As product is is warranty i want the replacement from kent ro as product i got is having some basic defect and kent repair team also invested almost same product cost in repair works.


            As per my observation the product has some manufacturing defect which is not repairable.
            However till warranty lasts the product will be repaired, after that i am not ready to pay for the repair cost.


            Hence i need a replacement or any positive solution from kent.

            We have given complaints several times and they have not fixed it so far and they closed the service request without even addressing . They promise the customer with so many things and free service they won't even attend. Plz help us.

              I have raised a request for buying a amc on 26th aug 2016, since then i have called 4 times customer service center - no technician visit till date - but my request is closed - no one is responsible to answer who closed the call and why - now after 72 hour - one more request is opened

              Kent is not interested in serving machine i feel and service level is pathetic - i tried asking area manager contact - no information from customer care -

                The components used in Kent RO is pathetic. I have brought Kent prime in Nov 2014 worth 18000 and have sent more than 12000 in its maintainance in less than 1.5 years.. I have got the membrane changed 2 times in less than 9 months. I am highly disgusted with the product and going to buy some other company's products RO and going to negatively publisize this every where. Very very put down product. The company should be questioned and audited on the product quality and filters.

                  Inspite of an annual maintenance contract with their service provider - Suraksha Water Services and calling them more than 6 times everyday, service provider has not attended to our complaint. This is a regular affair with this service provider, he will promise to send the service engineer and to resolve the issue, but the engineer would never turn up.

                    My Kent RO has frequent defective after expiry of one year warranty. My RO guarantee period has been expired in NOV 2015. In March 2016, after defective Kent replaced RO Mabrane and Filter and some other parts which cost me Rs.4500/ approx. Now, machine has again defective. Some of my friends also getting same frequent defective. We have observed that the parts installed on defective must have some problems.                       Kent wonder water purifier was bought on 6 jun 2016 at a price of rs 16, 000/-
                      Mr jebaraj from global innovatives, annanagar west installed the equipment on the same day but found that the red/green indicator lights was not working. On opening it was seen not connected and the light connected.
                      Taste of water was not satisfactory after a month on complaint, technician mr manikandan cleaned the tank and advised to keep it off during hot hours to increase the life of filters. Within the month of tecnician visit, we saw the deterioration in the quality of water on 17 aug 16 complaint was registered as water smelling badly. Mr sudhakar tecnician attended. Told him that probably pre carbon filter is defective. Hechecked and said that the filter was ok which was not accepted by me. He also cleaned the tank and wanted me to report if problem continued. I agin made complaint after a day for my earlier smelly water. Same tecnician came but this time he changed the precarbon filter and assured quality tank water was to be drained twice before use. Same problem with more smell and bad taste was seen again within a week. Complaint was made on 25 aug 10 and no is[protected]
                      Technician is yet to attend.
                      Frequent problem within a short period has drastically affected my cofidence on the quality of product and wishy washy attendance of defects.in my opinion the product is to be changed or taken back with refund of money paid on 6-6 16 product tin no is-[protected]; cst no -1055192/6-7-11.
                      Mr manikandam accepted that water was having bad smell. He changed some settings in tds filter but the smell continued and taste was not good.
                      Carbon filters which is supposed to take off smell have to be changed.
                      Technician is not able to identify the actual cause.
                      As such the company should change the equipment or take it back with refund of rs 16, 000/- money paid for the product

                      i reitrate that kent wonder is not fully designed to eradicate smell. Adding a post carbon filter may solvebut on payment This remark is made by Co service executive who changed the pre carbon filter. With no surety of pure water with the present product, I strongly emphasis that money paid should be refunded immediately.Mr Rahul from ur office from mumbai had informed me of Co decision to refund Since he wanted particulars of my debit card SBI withh OTP, which was found perplexing and odd, i had to take corrective measures. Mr Rahul alleged Director Returns insisted that card to card trransferwas kent Policy.validity of this is to be responded immediately lest i will be forced to lodge a cheating complaint with POLICE Against Mr Rahul and the Company

                        Service center technician do not install the machine properly. They don't set up the machine and on top of it do not understand the customer's problem. The company is so well known but the service provided by the Dehradun people is getting the name of the company in shame. Dehradun technician working for Kent RO Perl water purifier are not satisfying their job which is offensive. The machine was taken on 22nd of August bt the service person came two days later that too for just merely 15 minutes as he was in a hurry. My machine no. is KR[protected]. He placed the machine in a place where our earlier RO was placed. Inspite of telling him to install the machine in our desired location he did not bother to obey and did what he felt like. He installed it shabbily and on telling him that the purifier signal is not working he bluffed mom at home saying that the light would get onn itself as there is some fluctuation thought there is no fluctuation at all. He ran out of the house without clearing the doubts of the consumer giving excuse that he has to go back to his office which is a complete nusence. Till now the service person from dun is not answering call and we have called up several times to the customer care providers and they say that the problem is raised to the service person which would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. Think, calling customer care people every day and every day they say problem is raised which would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. Like this if we wait for their 24- 48 hours then it would be a big trouble as their hours would never complete like this way.

                          We are facing problem of water leakage from upper side of the body. The leakage is not neglible.

                          We got the product repaired three times under warranty; dated :

                          As per my observation the product has some manufacturing defect which is not repairable. However till warranty lasts the product will be reapired, after that I am not ready to pay for the reapir cost.

                          All this is causing unnecessary inconvenience.

                          I would appreciate immediate action on the issues highlighted. Holding a good name in the market, I believe my product will be repalced to the earliest.

                            Hi,

                            The Kent RO water purifier that I am using for past 11 months started giving some problem. During the month of May 16, one of the filters got burst and water started leaking from it which got serviced after following up with Kent for 10 days (though Kent claims to service within 24 hours) and again on July 6th it started creating some noise and immediately i raised a service request which was never attended to after so much of follow up with Kent customer care. I lodged another service request with Kent on 23rd of Aug 16 which again I had to follow up to bring the service person to home. He came and said that Pump is gone and have to be replaced but then I have to pay for it. I said I had raised a complaint on 6th July which was well within my warranty and that was closed without attending to it and hence Kent should be replacing the pump free of cost to me. The service guy denied my request and said I have to 2400 for the pump.

                            I would request Kent to replace the pump free of cost as my earlier service request has not been resolved (which I had raised for the same issue).

                              Registered first service request on 6th of aug and received one call, said to visit one specific time as we are working. But no one turned up. Rather calling on their own time. I kept calling (More than 10 times) customer care and registered my complaint... So on 20th one person named shiva came but he did not even had any tool which is required to have and i even doubt if visited person is from kent technician or not because i received another call asking for what is the issue.. Which is security issue as well... Since the person who came did not have any tools, said he would come next day morning but no one turned up.in between i get message saying issue has been resolved and service is excellent which is suppose to give by me but it's updated by technician itself and if i complaint to customer care no action has been taken.

                              I have been requesting costumer care everyday but no proper action has been taken and i can only see complete negligence over here.. Kent customer care doe not even track the complaint if issue has been resolved or not.

                              If i get a chance to rate the service it would be in negative say -10... Worst expericnce ever had.. I never recommend anyone to kent product as service and customer care is very very poor/worst.

                                I baught a kent supeme which is your top model in ro, but after a month in this started problems some time it block some time taste problem some time damage the parts.
                                Mean every week we facing the same problem i rais a complaint on weekly basis. We are facing too much problem.
                                Please solve my problem and give me a machine which is suitable for me according to my area water.
                                Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  Poor service from kent ro company

                                  I called kent ro customer care to do regular service on 17th aug 2016. Complaint number - [protected].

                                  The technician came and did the service. After service, the water started overflowing.

                                  I called kent customer care and logged another complaint on 21st aug 2016.
                                  Complaint no[protected].

                                  The technician came and informed me that value has to be replaced and charged me rs 235.

                                  As soon as the technician left, the problem started happening again.

                                  I called the technician but he denied to come. I asked for senior member phone that also he denied to provide.

                                  I have called kent support and logged the complaint again.

                                  I am frusturated with respone from kent and not sure how to get proper care of ro.

                                    The complaint was lodged on 16th Aug with complaint no.[protected] since then I have been following up with top to the bottom to rectify the same.

                                    The last SMPS was replaced on 21st July 16 vide voucher No. 303396 & within the 24 days SMPS got corrupted again . It shows the kind of equipment being used by the KENT.

                                    However, as per the company policy the equipment carries the 3 months warranty but I am failed to understand why it has been delayed to rectify the same.

                                    I was pained to learn that the quality and services was not up to the mark as assured and definitely not as per the KENT standard.

                                    Please note that the above issues were raised personally twice with Mr. Ajay & your receptionist who have never bothered to resolve the issue.

                                    Would request to please provide the email id of Dr. Mahesh Gupta- Chairman so that I can express him my mental agony & harassment which I have gone thru with the entire KENT Service Team.

                                      Complaint no. [protected] dated 14 aug is not yet resolved. Multiple times called helpdesk, they also connected to area manager and there was commitment from area manager to resolve the issue in 2 days but now they are avoiding to come saying that the machine is in warranty and ro filter has leak. Javed one of the support person came and saw the issue and went back saying ro issue and it is in warranty so need to wait. After multiple follow-up i realize the complaint was cancelled as it was overdue sla.
                                      Last month also i raised complaint the person came after 2 weeks and told ro issue but he do not have spare parts so did something and said wait for 1 week it will automatically resolved he has done some setting change.

                                      Need permanent resolution machine is in warranty and kent is avoiding faulty ro spare from last 2 months.

                                      Got phone from Kent Office, they listen to all my details and apologies for the delay and told they will assign Sr technician. The reason for closing the complaint was that my phone was reachable which is completely wrong I guess to meet SLA they have closed the complaint. I have missed call alert facility activated on my phone :)
                                      I have been daily chasing following people :
                                      1). 17 Aug : service person - Javed -[protected] - he told the machine is in warrenty and RO needs to be changed, for warranty cases someone else will come and replace.
                                      2). 20, 21, 22 Aug : Bablu - [protected] - he clearly told me he will come when he is free do not call again
                                      3). 18, 19, 20, 22 Aug : area manager : Shailendra singh - [protected]
                                      4). 22 Aug : Dealer for my area : Rahul Sing [protected]

                                      I requested for Nodal officer mail id but she confirmed that she will resolve the complaint ASAP.

                                      I got sms :
                                      at 11:26 am today that Mr Ishtiyak - [protected] will contact you.
                                      at 12:43 got another SMS that Mr DK Singh - [protected] will contact you.
                                      at 02:30 pm D K Singh called and informed that he will come and attend complaint after 2-3 days.

                                      I am completely frustrated now need solution for my problem. I went with the best brand in market as my parents have medical issues and I wanted to have best water purifier but service team of Kent has made sure to create more trouble for us by not resolving complaint from last 2 months. SLA to resolve complaint is 12 to 24 hrs.

                                      Can you please provide nodal officer mail id, it seems only solution to resolve the complaint.

                                      Finally on 24 Aug 3:30 pm Kent service person has come and replaced leaking RO filter but due to leakage the led was gone which shows water level. The Service person did not replace the LED .

                                      Issue partially resolved atleast I am getting purified water but if the service person would have fix the LED issue would have been complete solution.It would have taken few mins to fix the LED issue.

                                      I would like to inform you that RO which is replaced is not working, I have tested the water c0ming from filter had TDS 230 ideally it should be between 40 to 70 TDS.

                                      I had call Rahul Sing mob [protected] on 27 Aug 8:57 am and he agreed that there could be issue with RO and he will send someone to FIX RO & LED issue by Saturday 3 Sep.

                                      Kent team please see the trail it is really frustrating the customer service we are getting from brand like KENT. No issues with the product it is really excellent RO product and that is the reason I am chasing you to get it fix.
                                      Please chase the area manager and get my issue fixes ASAP. Also the service person need to show the TDS of water coming from Filter is between 40 to 70. they carry a device which shows the correct TDS, it was set to 50 at the time of installation.

                                      This is not acceptable, check the timeframe and no. of commitment given to solve the request.

                                      Please share the Nodal officer details. My issue only Nodal officer can resolve.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I made the biggest mistake of my life when i purchased kent ro supreme from sukhmani water world in bhatinda (Punjab) dated 9th may 2013 and spent inr 17k on this useless machine

                                        Since i have purchased this machine, after the initial warranty period, the machine has consistently given us trouble in terms of breaking down/defective functioning and very poor after sales service

                                        Till date i have spent inr inr 13, 970 on this machine within three years of purchase on this defective piece. I have got all the bills safe with me as an evidence of the same

                                        Added to it, the service is too very poor and pathetic at bangalore. Here at banagalore, it has broken down four times within three months from may 16 to august 16

                                        This has been a nightmare experience and i would not certainly recommend kent ro to anybody

                                        I request you to replace this useless machine and give me a new one as replacement
