My Kent RO Grand Plus sl no. KR[protected] was purchased on line from Amazon.in. As per information on Amazon's website, the installation has to be done free of charge by Kent. But the service center at Bangalore is refusing to do the free installation saying that the company is not paying them for the same.

I need to resolve the issue immediately so that the unit is put in use.

    I have recently purchase grand plus through online shopping from flipkart .

    But after several complains no one comes for the installation.

    It is already 4th day after kent ro grand plus delivery.

    i have spoken several time to customer care but all of them were made false promises only. No one attending the issue.

    please make some arrangements for the installation at my place.

      I been chasing for my complain which was initially made on Sunday the 18 th and no one has been visited yet no one even called us recently.

      Everyday I am talking to you people and they are saying that complain has been registered. Couple of time I have spoken to your supervisor as well
      Today they closed complained without any visit.
      Again I called and got same answer, wait for 24 hours.

      Do not really know what I need to do really getting very frustrated.

        I have taken amc from waterworld (kent service provider in bangalore). our water purifier was not working for more than two week. i called them many times but service provider did not respond and i had to repair water purifier from third party. it costed me ~4000 which should have covered by amc.

          Hi sir, i purchase kent ro pearl in west tambaram gm enterprises, that agency rate compare other dealer 1000 more, but they tell our company is kent ro service agency we take 1 year as more service and follow it, after 1 year we changle 1000 worth filter only, but i got problem may 2016 to complaint kent customer care in warranty service enginer comes i complaint is very slow process, but he dont check is normal speed i[censored] need change filter but not need i[censored] change u dont have any improvement, so we laeave it he closed complaints
          after 1 month i got problem again not in gurantee i compaint he dont make seriously, i ask more time today 20.09.2016 come and open filter get over dust so blast others totally charged 4500 approximately...
          i can use minieral water per month 150 rs, annualy 1800 but this is toomuch of cost i am totally shocked and argued in kent customer care they talk senior officer but only english or hindi, i am not flexible that language so he say to move and collect anyone person talk senior officer...but they can sale always all language but now service complaint argue they given only 2 language fraud statement and fraud kent ro

            They are biggest fraud. For past three year i have renewed my AMC timely and every six months they are replacing Candles at extra cost apart from AMC telling rest other things are covered in AMC. Now today their is problem in machine and memberane needs to be replaced @rs 2750 and not covered in AMC. In return they only give AMC fee receipt and no detailed terms and conditions ie what covered. The man behind this being Mr Sandeep Sharma [protected]. Who has totally taken U Turn on amc. Please help and others do not buy this cheap product or any product of Kent RO

              Hello,
              I have brought Kent RO System of Serial No. KR[protected] on 12th-Mar-16.
              I faced some issue in water test level so called to customer care on 5th-Sep-16 for service. The Request No. is[protected]. Service engineer visited and found TDS was increases but he told to observe one week more after that filter needs to be changed but he did not visit again. Once again I called customer care on 17th-Sep-16, the request No. is[protected]. Engineer visited and test water TDS, he found increased in TDS, so he recommend for filter change. I told him to change the filter but he said that it will be changeable of Rs.1000/, I asked why then he told because of 6-month date expired. I discuss him that it is in continuation of previous complaint which was not resolved yet, but he refused to do so and also the area manager also refused to resolve the issue.
              Please consider this issue as urgent basis and make it resolved shortly as I am facing problem in water purity.

                Recently I got RO and other cylinders replaced for my Kent Grand water filter. However; within one month, cylynder / some parts inside started leaking badly and the filter stopped working.
                Inspire of calling the local customer care repeatedly, no one came to replace. Its been 2 months now. I am fade up and don't know whom to contact..

                  I bought one KENT RO+UV water purifier (KR[protected] and installed on 16th July 2015, so my warranty was till 15th July 2016. Initially I was very happy with the product and was satisfied with 1st and 2nd service as well. When I asked for last service before warranty expired one person did the servicing which was not satisfying as, he was only trying me convince to replace filter, his name is Tanmoy (Das) mobile number is [protected].

                  It was ok, I understand he was more interest in selling products but today I got to know, one of the FRT is missing while servicing done by him. I understand this is happens in last servicing because after last servicing in July I am facing this issue of filling container with slow water .

                  Today I pay rupees 6000 to Parimal Ghosh from SUN SERVICES, because he told this slow water filling only because of 3 filters, but after changing all three, issue remain same and then he catch the issue with FRT missing.It was not required to change the filer I believe as the TDS was around 60 .

                  I request you to do a investigation and find out either it was done intentionally or it was a mistake. Any way I suffer as a Kent customer and unnecessarily I paid 6000/- .

                  Cost of parts are very high and not durable at all. Servicing is very poor. I don't recommend this products to any one. I want my Kent purifier to be repaired free of charge and not going to spend a single pie.

                  Your deeply regret has no value for me because I paid the money unnecessarily ... because the problem was not with the filter...problem within the FRT missing which was done by one of KENT service man.I will never forgot this.

                  This is not acceptable.Now I do the service in my own hand...I don't have any faith left for Kent any more.

                  Servicing of my Kent purifier was done on 2.8.16. I paid Rs.2500/- for parts change & service charge of 350. Now again water is not coming. When I lodged complain they are charging again. I was told they will check for free for 6 months. If this is the case, I complain that this is not at all good if I have to spend 2500 once in 2 months.

                    Dear Sir,
                    It is pity that since last four days my problem is not solved and the KENT Water Purifier is not working rather all the parts are damaged including the connectors and LED lights of the machine by your Service Engineers and your authorized dealer's(Water World, Jajpur Road) Engineers. I am very much unsatisfied by the product .I have registered the complaint twice vide complaint numbers[protected] and[protected]. The machine serial number of your defunct machine is KR[protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I request your higher ups to take up the matter and had requested vide my e-mail dt.14.09.16 for your higher ups to intervene. It seems that the higher ups of KENT are hiding under couches and are not interested to resolve the customer issues. It is quiet obvious that KENT is interested to sell the below quantity machine and drain good amount of money from the Public and is showing least interest to resolve the issues after sales.I once again request KENT to share the contact details of Higher Ups so that the matter can be taken up to them for their intervention on the subject. We have a birthday celebration at home on 17.09.16 and I am afraid that we have to offer bought out water to the kids in the party.Incase any kids suffer from disease related to polluted water, it will be the sole responsibility of KENT to compensate. More ever I am not going to accept the machine with any flaw, whether it be LED lights or anything. KENT should replace the entire defunct machine free of cost by 16.09.16 since it appears to me that the entire machine has been damaged by the incompetent engineers of KENT and the Authorized Dealer (Water World, Jajpur Road).I am afraid that your Local Dealer will become offensive due to my complaints to KENT.Hence I request KENT to provide me Police Protection immediately. We will be approaching our Lawyers for filing formal consumer complaints and other relevant complaints separately.

                    I once again request KENT to share the contact details of their higher ups and shall be really thankful to receive a call to note down my complaints. Your defunct and poor quality machine is very much under warranty. Incase you are incapable to resolve the issue by tomorrow morning kindly let me know so that your machine can be returned back to your Head Offices at our cost and we can install a new machine of reputed make at our home to suffice our Party's requirement.

                    If at all this e-mail is accessible to the Higher Ups of KENT, please do make me a call in my registered phone number.

                    It is really disgusting to mention that we are fed up of the services being rendered by your after Sales Team. It seems that Kent is full of fake and cheaters and is draining good amount of our money by selling defunct water purifiers to the Indian public.

                    Please refer to my complaint no.[protected] which is not resolved but yet the complaint is closed by the fake Kent team. We even tried with your authorized dealer, M/s. Water World, Jajpur Road, Odisha-755019 but he is unable to resolve the issue. I have again raised a new complaint vide - complaint no[protected]. I am not confident that still my issues will not be resolved. Few parts needs to be changed as per your Service Engineers.The machine is a new one and is under warranty.( Ref Machine Sl.No. - KR[protected] ) .

                    I request you to escalate the issues to the higher level for getting it resolved if at all Kent is interested. I hope that this time Kent will not cheat us and will resolve the issue completely before closing it.

                    I tried to collect the direct contact details of KENT's higher ups but no one is sharing the e-mail ID or phone numbers of higher ups. I need to escalate the matter to the higher ups before We can file a formal customer complaint with the Court of Law ( Consumer's Court ) and other relevant authorities. Also we will see that KENT Water Purifier is black listed from our Company for any future dealings.

                    Kindly get back to me at the earliest and please do not cheat us for paying you our hard earned money. Also please clarify as to how our complaint no.[protected] was closed without resolving the issue????

                      Since this machine is installed we can't even count how many times the Kent technician has come for visit.
                      Reason of technician visit - some time water overflowing from machine, sometime machine stopped purifing water, sometime electronic parts stopped working.
                      Within 6 months there so many complaints but every time technician comes do something or change something then goes back.
                      It seems to be Kent has stopped giving good quality and have started installing duplicate product.
                      Can someone please help us to resolve our matter?
                      Or we should make our mind that Kent has no good service and we need to continue like I mentioned above?

                        I am Anirban Saha. My registered phone number is [protected]. I purchased a kent pearl machine from Marathali kent pearl InfoTech on 6th march 2016. But the system was a faulty system, I started to get problem within a month. within four months I logged several call as sytem was not working. and most of the parts including filter, SMPS, membrane has been replaced by technician. But still no solution. I logged a call again on 11th Sep 2016. But technician has come after 3days Today at my house, he could not resolve the issue and he left and said he has other call. He said he this is a faulty system.
                        I called several times to customer care. They committed that they will send the technician within 1 hr, they are making it on priority request etc. BUT end of the day NO RESULT. NO one has com to my house to solve the problem.
                        Can anyone help me?
                        Where should I escalate to get a help?
                        I have 6 family member at home, how can I survive without drinking water, is this possible for anyone to but 300 rs bislery water from outside when I have a filter? then why I purchased your brand?
                        Within 6 months technician has changed already all the parts of the machine. who will bear the cost once warranty will expire?
                        I believe this is a in build faulty system, I wat it to be replaced or I am giving it free to Kent, they can take it back. Its just like a show piece in my house without any use.

                        Kent does not manufacture anything, they import junk from China and assemble it here and then paste their sticker on everything. My Kent Pearl RO has the same issues and the Kent technicians are the one to suggest "Stay away from Kent products". Our's is a joint family and we also have Forbes AquaGuard and another Philips Purifier which are both over 14 years old but still work without a glitch and only needs changing filters once in a while. Don't fall for Kent, it's a total waste of money and don't listen to Kent Customer Care or Service Center, they are all big time frauds. Buying Kent is showing off your idiocy to the people around you. I've never met guy who hasn't sweared on Kent, owners of Kent products are badly pissed off and Kent is surely to go bankrupt pretty soon.

                          This is the sixth complaint in one month of the bad smell and taste of water. The product was bought on 6/6/16 at a price of Rs 16000/-With in such a short time
                          poor quality of water from RO observed and till today no solution has been found. It is really a wonder that good tap water becomes bad when goes thru RO. Two alleged Kent officials Of name Mr Rahul from Mumbai and Mr Bhattacharya from Noida Informed on 1 sept 16 and 12 sep 16 that money paid will be refunded as the product is choked . Strangely after that call on mobile, they do not respond in spite of so many call from me. No instuctions have been passed to kent office at chennai .Service Manager Mr Balasubramaniam at Anna salai office chennai says he is not aware of even top people at Noida AS both service and sales are vertical org with no lateral matrix. Have never experienced such a poor state of affairs in a branded much publicised company.Customer care has been told to send messages after rectificaton of complaints to rate them on their own --Excellant, very good etc just to dupe the potential customers What a shame and cheating?

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            It is really disgusting to mention that we are fed up of the services being rendered by your after Sales Team. It seems that Kent is full of fake and cheaters and is draining good amount of our money by selling defunct water purifiers to the Indian public.

                            Please refer to my complaint no.[protected] which is not resolved but yet the complaint is closed by the fake Kent team. We even tried with your authorized dealer, M/s. Water World, Jajpur Road, Odisha-755019 but he is unable to resolve the issue. I have again raised a new complaint vide - complaint no[protected]. I am not confident that still my issues will not be resolved. Few parts needs to be changed as per your Service Engineers.The machine is a new one and is under warranty.( Ref Machine Sl.No. - KR[protected] ) .

                            I request you to escalate the issues to the higher level for getting it resolved if at all Kent is interested. I hope that this time Kent will not cheat us and will resolve the issue completely before closing it.

                            I tried to collect the direct contact details of KENT's higher ups but no one is sharing the e-mail ID or phone numbers of higher ups. I need to escalate the matter to the higher ups before We can file a formal customer complaint with the Court of Law ( Consumer's Court ) and other relevant authorities. Also we will see that KENT Water Purifier is black listed from our Company for any future dealings.

                            Kindly get back to me at the earliest and please do not cheat us for paying you our hard earned money. Also please clarify as to how our complaint no.[protected] was closed without resolving the issue????

                            It is pity that since last four days my problem is not solved and the KENT Water Purifier is not working rather all the parts are damaged including the connectors and LED lights of the machine by your Service Engineers and your authorized dealer's(Water World, Jajpur Road) Engineers. I am very much unsatisfied by the product .I have registered the complaint twice vide complaint numbers[protected] and[protected]. The machine serial number of your defunct machine is KR[protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I request your higher ups to take up the matter and had requested vide my e-mail dt.14.09.16 for your higher ups to intervene. It seems that the higher ups of KENT are hiding under couches and are not interested to resolve the customer issues. It is quiet obvious that KENT is interested to sell the below quantity machine and drain good amount of money from the Public and is showing least interest to resolve the issues after sales.I once again request KENT to share the contact details of Higher Ups so that the matter can be taken up to them for their intervention on the subject. We have a birthday celebration at home on 17.09.16 and I am afraid that we have to offer bought out water to the kids in the party.Incase any kids suffer from disease related to polluted water, it will be the sole responsibility of KENT to compensate. More ever I am not going to accept the machine with any flaw, whether it be LED lights or anything. KENT should replace the entire defunct machine free of cost by 16.09.16 since it appears to me that the entire machine has been damaged by the incompetent engineers of KENT and the Authorized Dealer (Water World, Jajpur Road).I am afraid that your Local Dealer will become offensive due to my complaints to KENT.Hence I request KENT to provide me Police Protection immediately. We will be approaching our Lawyers for filing formal consumer complaints and other relevant complaints separately.

                            I once again request KENT to share the contact details of their higher ups and shall be really thankful to receive a call to note down my complaints. Your defunct and poor quality machine is very much under warranty. Incase you are incapable to resolve the issue by tomorrow morning kindly let me know so that your machine can be returned back to your Head Offices at our cost and we can install a new machine of reputed make at our home to suffice our Party's requirement.

                              Had purchased Kent RO Grand plus couple of months back and suddenly from 8th Sept started facing issue when water was not getting stored in machine.

                              Complaint registered with request no[protected] was assured technician visit in 24 hrs.

                              Got messgae with technician details who visited in 24 hrs but could not provide resolution as parts that he was carrying were also faulty.

                              He conformed that other technician will visit next day and provide resolution.

                              Till today no one visited and when called to technician he replied he do not have parts so can not visit.

                              When called to customer care they informed that previous complaint is closed and need to register new complaint which will again take 24 hrs.

                              This is pathetic services how can you close complaint without providing resolution?

                              Spoke with Floor supervisor Vikas also he was Rude and showed no intention of helping and was repeating same scripted things.

                              This is highly un professional from a reputed company.

                              My product is under warranty and I do not want to continue with this product and want complete refund.

                                This is regarding my Kent Maxx. I requested a complaint of my Kent Maxx not working properly.

                                The complaint was attended by Mr. Ranjeet on 10.09.16, when he switched on the system it started working, but there was minor leakage in UV chamber so he proposed to change the chamber. After changing the chamber the system started working but the water flow was very slow, which he said will increase slowly as he had installed the new UV chamber.

                                During course of fitment and trying to increase the flow of water he was disconnecting the pipes and water was falling on the choke which I asked him to take care else the choke might get damage so he asked for a cloth and then he put a cloth on the choke.

                                After he completed the electric power went off so the system was not checked finally. As I was having some work so I with family also left for Delhi and returned yesterday evening.

                                Today (12.09.16) when in the morning we started the system a beep sound was coming from the system. I re-registered the complaint and the new person who attended the complaint said that the choke is damaged and needs replacement.

                                I requested the Service center for correcting it as its service boy fault. They said we cannot do anything with this as this can go wrong at any time and the service boy had not done this intentionally. She (Miss Deepali) said she can help if you take yearly Maintenance membership then she will adjust the entire charge of Service and choke in that, which I refused.

                                Now I need your help in solving the issue. My details along with the Bill I paid on 10.09.16 is attached.

                                    I would like to draw your kind attention towards our problem, I had purchase KENT RO GRAND PLUS from ARVEE SALES, LAJPAT NAGAR NEW DELHI and the same was installed on 19.9.2015. in the period of one year the techniccan has visits two times. First problem was start on July 2016 when suddenly the water was leakage and spread into the floor, kitchen drawer etc. The technician has attend the complaint he said that filter (membrane) has been leaked and it is to be changed and the same was changed by him. on 16.7.2016. Further the problem was again raised on 9.9.2016. we went to the office as usual in the morning and when we came back to the home in the afternoon. I saw that whole my house is full of water. The water is spread into the kitchen, living & dining room, all the bedroom etc. The wire of some electronic instrument was also wet due to again leakage of R.O. All the items from the kitchen drawer was removed from drawer. Our daily use item has also been waste. The complaint was made on customer care and technician visit the home again he said that Both filter has to be changed and the same was replaced by him. Now today i.e 11.9.2016 we were ready to go outside from the hone due to urgent work, Suddenly the problem again started water is again leaking. By the grace of god we are available in the home at this time when the incident occurred third times.

                                    NOW I AM SURE IT IS DEFECTIVE PIECE BECAUSE IT IS GIVING TROUBLE REGULARLY. WE ALSO LIVE IN FEAR THAT WATER CAN BE LEAKED AT ANY TIME IN DAY, EVENING OR NIGHT ETC.WHAT SHOULD WE DO THE COMPANY GIVE THE SUGGESTION. IS IT THE BEST QUALITY OF KENT. WE ARE USING R.O.OF OTHER COMPANY FROM LAST MANY YEAR I.E. ACQUAGUARD BUT SUCH TYPE OF INCIDENT HAS NOT SEEN.

                                    I THINK THAT QUALITY OF KENT R.O. IS VERY MUCH LOW AND THE ADVERTISEMENT WHICH SHOWS ON T.V. NEWSPAPER AND INTERNET ETC. IS JUST LIKE TO MAKE THE PEOPLE FOOL. WE ARE VERY DEPRESSED ABOUT THE QUALITY OF KENT. I CANNOT THINK THAT A LEADING COMPANY MANUFACTURE THE SUCH TYPE OF LOW QUALITY PRODUCT. IT IS ALSO ON QUESTION MARK ON THE QUALITY OF KENT R.O. I THINK THAT THIS ISSUE ALSO TO BE RAISED ON SOCIAL MEDIA HOWEVER THE PEOPLE MAY AWARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF KENT

                                    The company has required some details regarding machine number, contact number, address etc. the same has been provided to them. I am briefing about the latest status are as under:-

                                    The technician has visit again on 11.9.2016 at 3.00 pm and he has replaced one parts, I said that you just wait for 10-15 minutes till the tank is full of water but he said that now it is ok and problem will not repeated again. But Unfortunately the problem is not resolved than I make call him immediately he said the he will come tomorrow (monday). Now today he has visited again at home at 7.00 pm (evening) he said that the part (choke in light green colour) which was replaced on 9.9.2016 is again to be replaced. I make call on the toll free number today in the noon and try to lodge complaint again and request for complaint number, they said that the status of complaint dated 9.9.2016. is not closed as such your new numbert cannot be given till the previous complaint resolved . I AM VERY DEPRESSED ABOUT THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF THE KENT R.O.

                                      This will be fourth complaint within two months purchase at a price of Rs 16, 000/- on 6/6/16. Latest fault is with LED lights going off. Bulbs had become unserviceable. All changeable parts be it Filters Led had become defective in such a short time and had been replaced This will vindicate the poor quality of Product and obviously confidence has hit the rock bottom. In addition call from alleged official of Kent Mumbai confirming the return of money on 1 oct 16 but with no follow up and keeping the cell no[protected] swiched off all the time make the deal moremurky and dubious. With no intimation about the refund, a police complaint is being given to Police Commissioner Chennai.No response shows the cowardice attitude of the company and their fear to face the reality.It is really aSHAME

                                        I am highly disappointed from your service.
                                        I bought Kent wonder plus before couple of days which serial number is KR[protected]. This product installed dated on 11.09.2016 at 12 o clock pm. I have many complain against kent people.
                                        First The service boy come for installation was talked us rudely. His name is Mr. VIPIN and mobile number is [protected]. I asked him, Why the power light of Kent is not working, He told me very rudely, Today is Sunday and I am not responsible to answer any question, This is your problem. Even he did not to fine installation of Kent.
                                        I complain to customer care (CC) about him and about power button today and yesterday also.
                                        There is no response from customer care.
                                        CC told me I forward your complain yesterday, There is no response form cc today also.
                                        As i told you this is new Kent RO, Which we bought from FLIPKART.
                                        Pleases tell me, This is the way to give service to newly added customer in Kent family?
                                        Take necessary action against MR Vipin and solve my power issue or change the KENT wonder plus.
