Hi,

I would like to give a complaint on the technician by name david and his mobile number is [protected], please find the below complaint details:

• david was the person who installed the product and he gave his number as well and my parents don’t know anything and contacted him for the service so instead he educate them to contact customer care he started addressing the issues
• and collecting money from parents, it happened around 3 times.
• i have called the customer care number yesterday “[protected]” and explain on this issue completely after wards i was promised that i will get a call back but till today no call or complaint raised on this,
• i have made a call again today to customer care and came to know nothing was registered after i spent my money and time around one hour, this is really unacceptable,
• now i want serious action to be taken on that technician who is cheating my parents. Product is under warranty.

    Don't buy kent supreme or for that matter any kent filters. I bought it for approx. 17000 2+ years back and till now i have spent more than 15000 for its maintenance. They are looting people they make it in such a way that part by part will start having issues and they will mint money on amc, service etc. Don't expect any help from their customer support as well. When i called them complained about the dealer who provided service to me, they said they cant help as i didn't take service from kent directly, i said kent only suggested the dealer for service, he said he cant help and i have to pay a service charge then only he can send a technician. I said my issue in not about the technician but overall quality, he didn't bother and said he cant help.

      Bought in july 2016. Highly pathetic service provided by shah agencies in dombivili area. Receptionist has no knowledge of anything. Owner dosn't know the way to speak. Registered complaint on 1.10.2016, technician visited on 01.10.2016 and cleaned the filter, the the same problem recurred again on 8th. Complained on 9th again. On 10th service centre lady told that person will visit today. Technician said coming in an hour, but nobody came. Called the service centre ascwell as technician several times, nobody picked call. On 11th nobody came. On 12th also technician came in the evening after almost 20-25 calls but the service was provided temporarily. Customer care people kept us on hold for almost 30 mins and then disconnected the line. Amc extended on 01.04.2016 but not yet updated in the system. Shah agencies saying payment not done and no updates yet. Called almost 20 times, nobody lifting calls. We are bearing water can charges of 100 rs. Everyday since past6 days.

        Hello sir,

        I called New Guru Battery (located in Phase 1 mohali - Plot 47, Punjab), and this lady sent a technician Umesh who asked me for wasted filter parts and told me that he will replace these parts in some Kent RO which would be in guarantee period.
        This is how your technician provides service for guaranteed period of KENT RO's ??????

        Very disappointing for such a big brand.

        They are just fooling people, i dont know how they are given authority to trade in the market.

          I have a Kent RO which has 1 year warranty and it's under warranty currently and due to certain reasons it stops filtering water. And for this issue I have registered a complaint on Dec 9, 2016 and I continuously call the call center that please send the service man and they always said today your problem will be solved and today is 12 DEC and my problem still not resolved.

          My product is registered under Rajender Singh and my registered number is [protected].

          So I don't know what to do because whenever I call them they said we are sending your request on urgent basis but no one comes to check my product.

          This is a really worst experience. How will we drink water without filtering the water? Please advice.

            Have already submitted seven complaints on line. Latest updateas on 12 oct 2016
            Technicians of global innovatives failed to identify the cause of the complaint
            As such chennai sales head mr. Suresh and service mager mr. Balasubramaniam requested md mr. Kuldeep pandita of riya impex pvt ltd authourised service provider of kent to address the problem.
            Firstly two samples of water, one from the tap and the other from the ro. Iodine was added to both and kept for 48 hours both turned black. He said that if the sample from ro turns black, problem is with the equipment not capable of giving pure water. He placed compressed carbon at the outlet of purifier removing the storage tank. Smell reduced considerablybut the taste was differant. Watched for ten days. Waste water started smelling bad. This proved conclusively that kent wonder is not suitable and cannot produce pure water.
            After detailed discussions, sediment filter was kept outside and pot carbon filter was put inside after sensitising. Water is not smelling and the taste slightly improved agian water samples have kept. The output is being watched for a week.. Led bulbs have gone u/s for the fourth time. A report is being sent to service manager with his recommendation
            He was categorical that the product has to be replaced with a better one having pre, post carbon, ro+ u f= sediments outside
            Though messages come as having forwarded to kent team, there is not even single response. No customer can accept such indifferant attitude of the company. Mr mahesh gupta cmd should intervene to replace the purifier
            Found totally unsuitable with in four months of purchase.

              My kent RO is not delivering filtered water. I had complaint on customer care on 09 Oct at around 1200 hrs with complaint no[protected]. And again reminded on 10 Oct at 1530 hrs that no one has responded to service complaint. I was told complaint would be addressed within 24-48 hrs. Even after lapse of 48 hrs and 8 hrs extra, no one has even cared to call, neither customer care has taken any action for addressing my complaint.
              It shows poor, careless attitude of the Kent Company and should how careless are they towards customer satisfaction.
              I want immediate reply to this complaint. Else I would raise the level in other forum on internet, FB, whatsapp and other s.

                Hi,

                As a customer, I am appalled by the kind of after sales service provided by your authorized dealer - Sai Services.
                As shown in the attachment, my AMC form number is 4582.

                On 6th Oct 2016, I had registered a complaint with Sai Services contact person - Mr. Prakash. Screenshot of message attached for reference. He assured me that the same would be addressed on the 7th of October.
                On 7th Oct, after repeated follow up with Mr. Prakash, he said due to "unavoidable circumstances", his person could not get in touch and would definitely come on 8th.
                On 8th, I was assured that the service guys will come around 4 pm. We waited the entire day and no one shows up.
                Frustrated, I registered a complaint with Kent directly around 8 pm (in the toll free number[protected]. The complaint number[protected]. I received an SMS that Mr. Vipul is assigned and will contact us soon. This never happened
                On 9th, after a couple more follow ups, a service guy came to check the issue. He opened the machine, struggled for 30 mins and later informed us that he did not have the necessary spares and thus went back, promising to return by today (10th Oct) at 11 am.
                We waited for the entire day today.. no one came. On checking with Sai Services, they informed me they were unable to send technician today.
                I explained my dire need and urged them to send the technician today which was agreed upon but as usual no one showed up. I asked to speak to the Manager but was denied the same.

                Will the issue ever get addressed?

                I am already spending on 20 Litres of mineral water per day for 5 days today and there is no resolution of the complaint. What stands out more is the complete apathy shown to the customer in times of dire need. I have decided not to purchase any KENT product in the future and would surely advise all my friends and corporate partners the same given the nature of service Kent provides and the kind of authorized dealers it chooses to associate with.

                  I have purchased R O water purifer on 30/3 /2014 from Reliance digital store Moggipair (Chennai).After d 3rd month d problem starts initially the service people did come and did d need full from than every part has been changed and wen the first yrs of warranty was to get over it was asked to go for an AMC for 2yrs, I went for it than my problem increased with RO as well as Reliance service and staff with no response from them I went personally with d machine to their service station and to consumer court . They did d repair but after a month again d same routine of calls and NO reposenes starts .Now d present situation is The Reliance Digital Store staff says u r not in our System ie they deny having purchased The RO and AMC of 2yrs .from them inspite of me having all documents . And registering d complaints to their Toll free No .Once again I will be going to d consumer court .

                    We are using a kent water purifier since 2014 december, which had issue with the tap connector in january 2015 which was not dealt properly by the service guy who broke it instead o fixing it. I had to call up the area manager and raise a complaint but the area manager was not bothered at all. Again on 2/10/2016 the machine stopped working and did not start all of a sudden. I had to call the service center and to book a service for the same on 3/10/2016, the service guy sravan came to my place on the same day and informed that the filter needs to be replaced and since the filter has gone bad it causing some issue to the transformer inside the machine due to which we need to replace the adapter which did not make sense but still i agreed to what he said since i wanted the machine to work so that we can use the machine. He replaced both the parts and charged us 2285 rs and left. The next day it stopped working again, i called the service center and they sent a different technician this time who said that choke needs to be replaced which will cost 935 rs.

                    The technicians do not know how to resolve the issue since they are not aware of the product proper that they are hired to service.

                    This is not at all a good product and the service is pathetic even after you pay and get them replaced for the parts which they themselves say has gone bad.

                    Not sure if here is a responsible person in this company who can take care of this issues. Please give proper training to the technician before you send them to field.

                        I am using kent grand+ since april 2015 and its been 1 year now it never worked properly for even 2 months in continuity. The locality i am living in is having tds of around 200 so this issue is also opted out.

                        Now i am coming to the problems, when it was newly installed just after few days it stopped working and i called service center they sent one executive and he checked the ro. First he mentioned one part is damaged and need to be replaced then i said its not even 30 days but how a part is damaged then he was just making excuses that tds is high and all but in the end some part i don't remember now was changed.

                        After 2-3 months one filter again choked and i spent again to get it corrected,
                        Now it again stopped working and giving a whistle while turned on. When service guy came and told me that membrane is faulty and electric circuit is also not working so need to replace both and told me around 4200 rupee will be charged.in one year i would end spending around 7 thousands just for servicing and all for a kent grand + model which is their very premium one.

                        My colleagues have installed aquaguard and other locally assembled ro they are working perfectly fine with no issues.

                        It is very frustrating to use kent products thats why i am opting for another ro of some another company. But one thing for sure i will not use kent.

                          Service people don't know what is the issue

                          Hi

                          I own a Kent Excel . Here are my concerns

                          1. Water was not getting purified so called the technician came and left without informing anything... Then we contacted the authorized service center. He said need to replace sediment filter, act carbon filter and carbon filter for which he charged ₹4300.

                          2 . After a month again some issue with the filter then asked the service center to checked. They said that a separate filter has to be installed for which he charged me ₹2500.

                          3. Again I had a problem with the water filter. They said the problem is with the water tank. Separate water tank was installed and charged ₹2050

                          I still have problem with water filter and they are asking us change the UV filter and UV chamber for which they are asking me to pay ₹4000+++

                          If there were so many problems in the filter they could have told us in the beginning so that I would have purchased new one.

                          But the problem is not that your authorized service center or the technician are incompetent in identifying the problem. They were not sure wat was causing the trouble. They just kept changing the parts and charging. They are still not sure what is causing the problem.

                          I called the service phone number on the other day. Spoke to Rashi and even before I started speaking to her I was transferred 3 times. She promised that the area manager would call in 2 hours.. I'm still waiting for that 2 hours.

                          I want my water filter to work.

                              We purchased Kent RO purifier last year and since the time of installation it got faulty many times. Even we purchased and replaced membrane as per service agent's advice. But still it is getting once in a week. Now we want to replace complete machine as we observed there is some manufacturing problem with the machine. we are fed up of calling customer care again and again. Sometimes they are not providing us services due to Sunday or holiday which creates a big problem for us. Being 2-3 days without water facility is very difficult and we have to arrange drinking water from outside sources even after spending a huge amount of money on purchasing Kent RO. We want a suitable replacement. we also have current year AMC of the product.

                              I have registered my complaint number [protected] dated 21/092016. Kent Provide me, Et Jaspreet, [protected] for kent perl service. Mr Jaspreet is a fraud person, every day he said, i am coming within 2 hours, but till date that person has not visited my home. He is harshing me from last 10 days. i will never recommend anybody for kent purchase.

                                My kent ro is not woking from 26 sep.
                                I have raised complaint on 27 sep on kent customer care no and they told me that with in 48 hr your your problem would be resolved.

                                again i have called on 30 sep that no any technical person visited at my place then they have raised the same ticket on urgent basis and assured me that technical person would visit on same day.

                                on same day 30 sep on technical guy visited at my place and told me that one part ro is not woking and need replacement as my product is in warranty period so you don't need to pay anything for that except courier chargers (this is sort of bribe that he is asking for because i have asked @ customer care and they said that there is no any clause for courier charges )

                                I have agreed to pay him as my family is suffering from drinking water crisis.
                                but at next step he is using a used part for replacement and when i argue him he said "karana h to karo" and i decline to for the replacement

                                when i ask the same to customer care they again told me that with 48 hr your problem would be resolved

                                now i don't know who to get it resolved, Kent have pathetic dealer that serving request on kent behalf

                                their dealer @ bhiwadi is Shree Balaji Water Solutions, Bhiwadi

                                If my problem is not got resolved today itself i will post this on their facebook page

                                I purchased Kent RO grand +. The reject water % is almost 300%. This is national waste of water. Mr. Gupta the owner is IIT alumni and should not sell such product

                                Kindly take back the product and keep money also.

                                  First, when kent worker came after our complaint of leakage he fixed it up but a day after another problem popped up because of his negligence, he broke the sensor of the ro. Soon after that another worker came and fixed that issue of the overflow of water. Again now i am having some problem with my kent ro.

                                  Both of the worker has charged us some high amount but still my kent ro is not working. This type of negligence and poor quality of your worker is simply not acceptable. I want my kent ro to be fixed as soon as possible with a better working force.

                                  Installed kent ro supreme on 04/06/2016.three days back started leaking from one of the part mounted on top. Immediately stopped it complained by calling service no., they said will attend with in 24 hrs, repeated calls to the local service centers is frustating as they are not coming and giving false assurance.

                                    I had purchase kent ro while i was posted at delhi. Now i had posted to ahmednagar (Maharashtra). I had endorsed an complaint regarding servicing of kent ro during jun 2016 since my kent ro needed servicing and water started stinking. Since jun 2016 i am continuously trying to contact kent service centre. So many times i had got updated my current address and mobile nos with kent service centre. Expended hundreds of rupees to get changed my details. Every time they had confirmed me that the address and phone numbers have been updated. But, every time when i call back them to know about my complaint status, the persons at service centre says the details not been updated, the process repeats every time.

                                    Till date neither i have got my particulars changed nor any representative visited me for servicing my plant. We are using the same stink water since last 3-4 months and my every family member have started fell sick due to the impure water.

                                    But, inspite of my repeated efforts no one visited to my place till date. Inspite of my repeated efforts and repeated requests, customer care register the complaint and inspite of transfering call to kent service centre ahmednagar, the task been getting hand over to delhi representative. He calls me from delhi on my number and the task get lapsed due to i want servicing at ahmednagar.

                                    I am so upset n disturbed the way kent service centre treating with me.

                                      I have grand plus machine. I have taken amc. My registered mobile is [protected] i have been chasing for my complain which was initially made on 26th sept 2016. One engineer visited my house and did something in machine. He asked us to start the machine after two hours. We started the machine after two hours but it was not giving any water. I again complained your service station on 27 th sept 2016. Since then no one has been visited yet no one even called us recently.

                                      Whenever, i talked to your people, i receive the same reply that complain has been registered and your complained will be attended within 24 hours. I don't know from where i should count 24 hours. Couple of time i have spoken to your supervisor as well. Again i called and got same answer, wait for 24 hours. I am puzzled whom to contact in this regard. Is really disgusting to mention that we are fed up of the services. It is really shocking that such a big company which is boosting about its product and service has such poor service. I feel very helpless.

                                        Dear sir/ madam,
                                        I have purchase a water filter from kent on 13.06.15 and the warranted period of the m/c was upto 13.06.2016. Once in dec 2015 we called their service person as the machine was making noise. That time there service person told me that there are lot of duplicate and inferior part in iron filter and gave us an estimate of rs. 5000.00 for yearly maintenance charge. We denied and complain to kent office and next week that same person came and repaired the m/c.

                                        There was no free service all through the year until on 17th sep i received a call from their authorised service center that they want to do free service. Today the service person came to my house for free service and demanding rs. 1400.00 for spare part change. I am suppose to get free replacement of spare parts during warantee period and the service person came after covering warantee period and demanding spare cost. I thin that this is a pure cheating case and i will pursue through consumer forum now.
