My kent ro is not woking from 26 sep.
I have raised complaint on 27 sep on kent customer care no and they told me that with in 48 hr your your problem would be resolved.

again i have called on 30 sep that no any technical person visited at my place then they have raised the same ticket on urgent basis and assured me that technical person would visit on same day.

on same day 30 sep on technical guy visited...

First, when kent worker came after our complaint of leakage he fixed it up but a day after another problem popped up because of his negligence, he broke the sensor of the ro. Soon after that another worker came and fixed that issue of the overflow of water. Again now i am having some problem with my kent ro.

Both of the worker has charged us some high amount but still my kent ro is not working. This type of negligence and...

I had purchase kent ro while i was posted at delhi. Now i had posted to ahmednagar (Maharashtra). I had endorsed an complaint regarding servicing of kent ro during jun 2016 since my kent ro needed servicing and water started stinking. Since jun 2016 i am continuously trying to contact kent service centre. So many times i had got updated my current address and mobile nos with kent service centre. I have purchase a water filter from kent on 13.06.15 and the warranted period of the m/c was upto 13.06.2016. Once in dec 2015 we called their service person as the machine was making noise. That time there service person told me that there are lot of duplicate and inferior part in iron filter and gave us an estimate of rs. 5000.00 for yearly maintenance charge. My Kent RO Grand Plus sl no. KR[protected] was purchased on line from Amazon.in. As per information on Amazon's website, the installation has to be done free of charge by Kent. But the service center at Bangalore is refusing to do the free installation saying that the company is not paying them for the same.

I need to resolve the issue immediately so that the unit is put in use....

I have recently purchase grand plus through online shopping from flipkart .

But after several complains no one comes for the installation.

It is already 4th day after kent ro grand plus delivery.

i have spoken several time to customer care but all of them were made false promises only. No one attending the issue.

I have taken amc from waterworld (kent service provider in bangalore). our water purifier was not working for more than two week. i called them many times but service provider did not respond and i had to repair water purifier from third party. it costed me ~4000 which should have covered by amc.

They are biggest fraud. For past three year i have renewed my AMC timely and every six months they are replacing Candles at extra cost apart from AMC telling rest other things are covered in AMC. Now today their is problem in machine and memberane needs to be replaced @rs 2750 and not covered in AMC. I have brought Kent RO System of Serial No. KR[protected] on 12th-Mar-16.
I faced some issue in water test level so called to customer care on 5th-Sep-16 for service. The Request No. is[protected]. Service engineer visited and found TDS was increases but he told to observe one week more after that filter needs to be changed but he did not visit again. Recently I got RO and other cylinders replaced for my Kent Grand water filter. However; within one month, cylynder / some parts inside started leaking badly and the filter stopped working.

Initially I was very happy with the product and was satisfied with 1st and 2nd service as well. Since this machine is installed we can't even count how many times the Kent technician has come for visit.
Reason of technician visit - some time water overflowing from machine, sometime machine stopped purifing water, sometime electronic parts stopped working.
Within 6 months there so many complaints but every time technician comes do something or change something...

It is really disgusting to mention that we are fed up of the services being rendered by your after Sales Team. It seems that Kent is full of fake and cheaters and is draining good amount of our money by selling defunct water purifiers to the Indian public.
