Hi,
As a customer, I am appalled by the kind of after sales service provided by your authorized dealer - Sai Services.
As shown in the attachment, my AMC form number is 4582.
On 6th Oct 2016, I had registered a complaint with Sai Services contact person - Mr. Prakash. Screenshot of message attached for reference. He assured me that the same would be addressed on the 7th of October.
On 7th Oct, after repeated follow up with Mr. Prakash, he said due to "unavoidable circumstances", his person could not get in touch and would definitely come on 8th.
On 8th, I was assured that the service guys will come around 4 pm. We waited the entire day and no one shows up.
Frustrated, I registered a complaint with Kent directly around 8 pm (in the toll free number[protected]. The complaint number[protected]. I received an SMS that Mr. Vipul is assigned and will contact us soon. This never happened
On 9th, after a couple more follow ups, a service guy came to check the issue. He opened the machine, struggled for 30 mins and later informed us that he did not have the necessary spares and thus went back, promising to return by today (10th Oct) at 11 am.
We waited for the entire day today.. no one came. On checking with Sai Services, they informed me they were unable to send technician today.
I explained my dire need and urged them to send the technician today which was agreed upon but as usual no one showed up. I asked to speak to the Manager but was denied the same.
Will the issue ever get addressed?
I am already spending on 20 Litres of mineral water per day for 5 days today and there is no resolution of the complaint. What stands out more is the complete apathy shown to the customer in times of dire need. I have decided not to purchase any KENT product in the future and would surely advise all my friends and corporate partners the same given the nature of service Kent provides and the kind of authorized dealers it chooses to associate with.
