I have purchased kent ro perl, water purifier last year and now machine is out of warranty. The day one from expiry of warranty i am requesting for amc, no body is coming forward for amc. Now 1st august onward machine is not working and i am keep on calling to curtomer service number but till date no action has been taken to setright the defect. All the time these fellow will tell technician will visit within 24 hours, but so far no one has...

Because of duplicate parts or used parts our unit is not working inspite of spending thousands of rupees
Three to 4 times the concerned person from authorized service center had come took money and said O K now every thing is ok
twice changed the candles and again the same problem
Now again saying on phone this part is to be changed or replaced.

The ro machine installed at our residence at paschim vihar stopped working on 8 august 2016. It was not dispensing water at all. We are facing frequent breakdown of our kent ro system, (kent grand plus mineral ro, model no:1041), we have a annual maintenance contract for a period from 07/04/2014 to 06/04/2019 with aquqair service point, lucknow.

I got the kent ro water purifier in the year[protected]. Ist year the machine worked fine. After that there is a regular breakdown because of some part or the other. The worst is kent gurantees its product/part just a bare minimum three months and they don't take amcs of the old machine. Every year my kent budget is about 4000 rupees. We are using your product "kent ro - grand plus" since march-2015, and faced a same problem a lot many times, that there is a uv bulb in your system which gets damaged soon repetedly, we complained about the problem and it was replaced 2 to 3 times within warranty period.

But mere replacement of equipment is not only the way-out of the problem, none of them...

It may be noted that the amc which you are sharing with your customers do not show the prices of consumables which is not in line with the language of amc. Under clause (E) of your amc, it states that the prices of consumables are shown as below but due to reasons best known to you the prices have not been included. My kent ro in amc with authorised noida based firm kent maintenance period up to jan 2017. For filter cleaning co. Is asking for rs 300/- per visit. While doing amc they inform us about free maintenance except chargeable part if they change. Now they asking charge for routine cleaning. This is totally violation of amc and attract for filing complain in consumer court.

Hi,
I requested for a service for the water purifier ro system and raised a request via central help desk[protected] and it was assigned to one of the person named nayeem.

I know the service charge is rs300 however nayeem charged rs395 which i find unfair.

Also, i observed that last year i changed my ro purified and paid around rs 3000 + sediment + carbon filter totally rs4000+ and again yesterday...

I have bought the kent grand + mineral ro on 24/09/2014, one year the machine worked well.
After that i am having breakdown every month, the technician comes and attends the problem, next month the problem is different.

The customer service is not bothered to resolve the problem.

Really doubting the quality of the product, may be the life of the product is only one year.
