Sir,
I reside in i p extension, delhi and i have been using your kent supreme ro machine for last two years.initially everything was fine. but recently, (since march'16) i am facing poor service by kent representatives.

13.03.2016: the person visited for re-installation of my device tried to cheat me by claiming that ro membrane is gone, filters are to be changed., installation valves cost 500 extra if you buy from company etc. i can give it in 350 etc. somehow, i managed to escape fro thugs and since, that day i have been extra-cautious towards kent represntative.

14.07.2016: my machine stopped working. again i called customer service number [protected]. they sent a representative who poorly estimated the requirement of spares and as usual included the membrane and filters and choke to be replaced. since i was not present home and my wife was. wary of the past experience (mentioned above), i asked him to just leave the machine and we will take a second opinion. he tooke service charge and left.

29.07.2016: i called at service center. again they sent a guy. my wife was alone. after repeated request, he didnot allow my wife to write customer remarks on the cash receipt. he himself wrote customer remarks in his own handwriting. i blame you for a case of intimidation and forcefully taking money.

The guy is named Satyavir (Engg. Code- 3092). He visited my house on 29.07.2016. He forcefully wrote in Customer's Remarks column. Who gave him write to write on behalf of the customer. My wife was about to write her experience with the service representative and he snatched pen from her to write his own experience in the customer's column. He intentionally did so while my wife asked her repeatedly to let her write customer's experience.

His number as shared by customer care message is Mr. Satyavir ([protected]). He is not picking my call.
If you don't duly attend to my aforementioned grievance, I warn you of grave consequence for the guy who showed his might over my wife.

    After repeated follow-up with your customer service, I am fed up and approaching you as an escalation point of contact. In case, I need to approach any other teams, let me know the email ID's.

    Problem - My Kent Purifier has repeated issue for almost 3-4 months now. I approached your service centers (Sri Harinithi Enterprises and Omkara Enterprises) listed on kent.co.in based on the service centers as per postal codes. Recently I came to know that we should approach through KENT Customer server and raised escalation tickets[protected] and[protected] but still no one turned up to fix the issue for me.

    Hope you are going intervene at the earliest and help me with a resolution on the same.

    Very poor service my ro was not working engineer came and taken Rs. 4050/- and change the membrane still not working i had complained thousands time no body turned up please look upto the matter. very sorry for such a big company

      I own a kent perl model ro purifier.we observed a soft mud like layer is deposited inside the storage tank making us panic about the quality of water we are consuming.Though we asked the dealer to attend the problem, he came and could not explain the reason for that and said he would bring a marketing executive the next week and till this day after a month no one has turned up.Though kent boasts about the customer care nothing in reality is attended after the item is sold.i think they are bothered about their sales and left the customers in air for thier services.

        This is to bring to your kind notice, that i had made a complaint on monday (complaint no.[protected], my registered mobile no. is [protected], but nobody has visited our home for the solution & again on tuesday i make a reminder call to the customer care but again there is no visit from your end, but when i called today to your customer care they said that your complaint has been closed as we have denied for the payment, but the truth is that no body has visited the place till now, and my pre - filter is in warranty, and i want it to be repaired or replaced. your engineer mr sanjeev has supposed to visit but without visiting he has closed the complaint and when i called him he is arguing and miss behaving.

        Please rectify the issue asap.

          This is to bring out a very serious concern I have against Kent. I stay in a gated community in Bangalore and have been using Kent water purifier since October 2014. The registered equipment serial number is KR[protected].

          Please find the following facts to understand the case better:
          1) I am a family of two people and a very small kid. Want to put this forward so that you could understand that my usage is extremely limited.
          2) I needed my first RO filter change after 9 months o[censored]sage in July 2015. I was charged a service fees, despite the instrument being under warranty.
          3) The second RO lasted 8 months and was replaced in march 2016. Along with this several other components had to be changed (sediment, carbon, wiring etc.along with service charges). This costed me Rs. 4, 350. This time, I was told that I wouldn't have any interruption for atleast 1 year.
          4) While I was hoping that I would have an uninterrupted usage, I was shocked to see that the equipment stopped working after exactly 2 months o[censored]sage.The filter was broken and it started leaking. This time, I am told that the new component has some warranty so I get a new RO filter, but was charged a service fees. I don't understand if I was charged a fees the previous time, why was I charged again.
          5) However, I was shocked again to see that the new RO filter stopped working after 1 month and 1 week o[censored]sage. This time, I am told that the parts are out of warranty and I need to pay a hefty amount of Rs. 3, 000 again and get a new RO filter.

          While I understand that the houses have hard water, but that's precisely the reason why I am using a high-end product and have paid so much money to procure the same. Moreover, something that has already survived 8-9 months of hard water is conking off in just a matter of a month or so. If your spare parts do not last for more than 1 month, then I am quite sure that the parts are dubious and sub-standard.

          As a customer, I have raised several complaints 7th of July, 11th of July, 13th of July etc. but the call centre response has been very pathetic. Each time I call up, I have to give the entire case history and the agents are not qualified enough to understand the situation. More-so, the service agent who comes, plainly closes the ticket saying that I am refusing to pay.

          Let me put this straight and sternly. If your devices survived 9 months of hard water, with the same situation, hardness, TDS content and consumption, there is something majorly wrong with either your equipment or the way it has been fitted or the spare parts that they are conking off in just 1 month.

          While I have made several effort to speak to the Bangalore regional manager, all my efforts have turned futile. The call center agents have promised to me that they will arrange a call back, but none of my requests have been paid any heed.

          I would demand that as the repaired part stopped working after 1 month and 1 week o[censored]se, please replace the same without charging me. Moreover if any additional setting needs to be done, please do that same as I have got all installation and services done from the authorized personnel only.

          If Kent is unable to change the filter and stop providing customers substandard parts, I would be forced to take this case to the consumer forum.

            Dear sir/madam,

            With regards to the above subject line kindly register my complaint against dealer sana collections, rp road, secunderabad-500003. Ph #[protected] who is be fooling customers by selling faulty/imperfect spares of kent water filter.
            I have got replaced the below 3 filters on[protected] with an assurance from the dealer that it would give good service atleast for 12 months however within 3 months the unit started giving problem. Approached the dealer thrice till date from 1st july onwards however the dealer is ignoring my requests & instead threatening that i can complain wherever i want. Request your immediate intervention in this regard.
            Parts replaced:-
            1. Kent inline sediment filter code 1635 amt rs. Rs 500
            2. Kent ro membrane code d[protected] rs 2500
            3. Kent carbon filter rs 400

            Now i have been forced to replace the filters from m/s spacenet dth services, secunderabad-11 vide bill # 3876 dt[protected] for an amount totalling rs 3800/-

              I purchased a kent RO Grand+ from sales Emporium, Ultadanga kolkata on 27.8.14
              till january 2016 it work smoothly
              and in feb, 16 when problem occured we call customer care & ur person come tell about AMC of Rs 4700/-, that in that ur machine all nesessary parts will change & it work like a new machine .
              we do the AMC & pay the ekta electronics 4700/- through cheque for AMC.
              for it we didnot receive any money receipt with valid service tax registration.
              then ekta elctronics person replace the parts RO and other item on 24/2/16 & 2/3/16.
              then again & again problem arises and their person come 5 times in these 4 month.
              and at last on 11.7.16 their person sandip & on 16.7.16 their person rajesh come to visit & told that RO is blocked & it has to change .they did not try to wash that RO.
              but when i contact with their office they told that this RO replacement is one time only and now it will occur charge to change.
              i cannot under stand that when in new machine work smoothly for 17-18 months & no problem arise.
              but when we do the AMC and change all parts from ekta electronics machine did not work even a month continuosly every time some problem arises and at the end of 4 month they want charge for RO replacement .
              is it product defect or they supply defected parts and charged AMC and also huge charges for spares.
              this is company policy or that service centre fault.they told that they are authorised service centre.
              this things not happen only with me but also with my neighbour some days ago.
              it spoils only company reputation.


              so i request you to change all parts with geneiue original parts as soon as possible and take appropriate action against that type of service centre.

                I have purchased kent grand+ from authorised dealer m/s lokenath kitchen solution, 3/81 raja s. c mullick road, kolkata - 700032, order no 3241, date 21/04/16, product code kr[protected]. i had to pay rs. 17000/- for this purchase.
                On 07/07/16 it was not working and i made a call your toll free no. engineer came and after service the machine was working.
                Again 22/07/16 it created same problem and 23/07/16 one engineer came from life care appliances, authorised service center. he also cleaned the purifier and it was working only for one day. today 24/07/16 i am facing same problem and i am not getting water from kent grand+.
                You just solve the problem immediately by replacement the defective product or refund my hard money.
                You look after the matter seriously and take necessary action with immediate effect.
                Remember that i bought the product from a good brand name not for harassment.

                  It is the badest service provider of hathras it can not provide us service. When we ask for service he cannot reply yes or no. Clearly he say i am not provide you service.                     I'm hemant tejwani from jaipur (Jagatpura). I purchased a kent ro grand plus on 21/5/16. After the installation the purifier worked just for a month and it started giving problems. Till date we have complained four times for service and we got 3 different service people from kent service centre balveer, sahil, and one other person. Sahil even charged 300 rs. For changing one candle. So ro stopped working on 18th of this month and he came on 20th for resolving my issue but on 21st the ro again started causing problems. Then on 21st i again asked service centre to resolve my issue and they sent someone on 23rd for that and resolved this issue. But yesterday night it again stopped working.

                    I've bought multiple number of bisleri cans and i'm paying for it day by day. So what's the use of this ro if i have to spend on bisleri cans each day?

                    Kent service centre people say that the water contains good amount of fluoride. You should not have puchassed this product. But they all told me this after i used this product for a month. If they would have told me that this product is not good enough for this kind of water while installing it, then i would have returned it.

                    I'm extremely sorry to say this but i'm highly disappointed by the kind of service these guys provide after sales and the kind of product they sell.

                    And even after that no one from the company gives a proper suggestion.

                    My sincere submission and request to is that kindly help in resolving my issue permanently by whatever means is possible, and if this product is not good enough for my area then kindly ask your people to take back this product and refund my money..

                      I have purchased kent super+ machine serial no-kr[protected] invoice no-070205 invoice date[protected] date of installation[protected] for my home. The pump was generating sound after that moter is permanently dead. I lodged complaint and requested for service. It is under warranty period. Already four times the technician came in my home but always told that new motor is not available in my service centre and they not replaced new motor. And when i lodge complaint after 4-5 days will be over then message will come in my mobile your request is resolved but my dead moter is in service centre till now last 28 june 2016. With trust i took kent super+ and i lost faith. So please help me what i do.

                        Dear kent team,

                        I purchased a kent grand today, 23rd of july, 2016 and from day 1, i can see how untrained your service staff is. The installation guy, while installing the piece, opened the unit and cut two wires of the pressure switch and shorted them. This will ensure that the booster pump is always on irrespective of there being inlet water or not, thereby severely reducing the life of the pump.

                        The person lied to me and told me "this is company procedure and he's adjusting the input for both low and high pressure situations and the machine won't work without this." he did not listen to me telling him not to do so.

                        I request a replacement machine immediately without cut wires.

                            My kent ro is giving problem from last 6 months & from the day your service engineer has visited my place at i have lodged so many complains to dealer from where i purchased (kent pearl) but till date my problem still, i am very aggravating due to lack of willingness to fix the complete problem in one go from kent services side. really poor services from your team is giving to your customer.

                            Kent service staff is unco-operative. i face immense discomfort arranging for drinking water from last 6 months due every morning there are insects in water drum.

                            I have completely lost faith in kent as a brand and your services. i am feeling that its my mistake that i purchased kent as compared to other available option in market in cheap rates. its an indicator of customers losing faith in kent due to poor services.

                            I will suggest other to never buy kent ro system.

                              I am your customer and using kent ro since last 8-9 months worst machine you have sold us a defective piece the part get damage regularly and every time we have to call up your customer care and get it replaced (check your records),

                              If new machine is giving regular problem under warranty what will happen once warranty will be expired.

                              Need urgent attention and replacement of machine asap as we are facing problem due to this.

                                Dear sir/madam

                                I ve purchased new kent water purifier from flipkart.

                                My installation for new kent maxx water purifier was scheduled on 18 july, monday nd got text with technician's number. I called him nd asked to come in the evening.
                                After installation the technician (Shyam) told me that part of power supply is faulty as most of the products which u buy online are faulty. As he don't have that part with him, he will come in the next morning with new part as it comes under warranty. Also taken installation card nd my signature as installation is completed.
                                Next morning i called him nd he told me that he will come in the evening.In evening at 5 i called him and he told that he will come after some time. At 6.45 i called him nd he told me that as it is late he will come next morning. I again called him at 7 and asked him to come immediately as at next morning i won't be available at home. He asked me to speak with his manager nd his manager (Manoj) tried to skip my request nd told me that particular part is not available right now but it will available in the morning. When i forced him to come immediately, the technician came at my place at 7.35 nd replaced the part. After long long exercise he managed to turn it on nd left within 2 minutes.
                                After some time i realised that water is not
                                Flowing once the tank gets full nd emptied the bucket. I've tried some techniques nd came to know that the lever of overflow gets stuck once the tank is full but need to manually pull down the lever of automatic overflow gear.
                                I again called the technician nd he confirmed that it might get block due to air blockage nd repeat this process 2 to 3 times. Ive tried for 10 time but the fault has not been rectified. On tuesday night he confirmed that he will come next morning with new part.
                                On wednesday morning i called him nd he told me that as there were lots of calls issued to him, he won't be able to come today but he will come directly on next morning nd don't need to call him.
                                On thursday 21 july i called him at 12, he told me to call your call centre number nd log a new complaint for faulty part. I got frustrated after hearing this but he just disconnected my call.
                                I called customer care to replace my water purifier nd they told me that it will be chargeable service of rs 300. I again called thrice to cancel my request for uninstall nd put new request for service to replace faulty part but as of now it's not been done. I m not able to request anything from ur so called online kent app. Its giving an error everytime.

                                I'm really fed up o[censored]r services within just a week time after receiving delivery o[censored]r faulty device. I will definitely forward this mail to consumer forum nd will put my reviews nd experience in flipkart so that future customers won't buy kent products.

                                  Pfa pics of kent ro model no and algae or fungus formation in water tank. I would like to bring it to notice that kent product does not match the health standards and is unsafe for our health. Service representatives also dont have any answer to the problem as we got all the filters and evrything changed.
                                  Kindly find a solution to our problem.

                                  I found many red ants in water getting from KENT RO water purifier. It is not a complain but a suggestion to improve the machine. Always we should not be 100% sure. keep monitoring daily vicinity of installed purifier. It is the matter of concern.
                                  She asked all the bio-data of the person having AMC, asking details number of times and after five minutes says Kent RO does not need any service during AMC. If it does not need any service / preventing maintenance then why should one take AMC. If to lodge a complaint takes more than 5 minutes it would be better not to deal with AMC.

                                  My Kent RO has also started forming Green Algae at the mouth of water outlet in drinking water tank & on the sides of water tank. Just 20 days age, I changed all the filters & membrane in Kent Peal RO. There was no such issue earlier.

                                  What is this? I bought this product thinking that it will make the drinking water safe; now this incidence has changed my mind set completely.

                                  When I request Kent RO to have a look at the problem, as it was serviced just 20 days back, they are again asking for Service Charge. Useless product & useless service. Why the hell do they need service charge again within the same month & specially when the problem arised after changing the damn filters & membrane.

                                  I will better dump this product of kent, rather then paying them unethical service change.
                                  We are really very much depressed with the Kent product as it does not keep water clean rather it starts forming green algae at the water outlet as well as at the base of tank. We have to clean tank after 10 days regularly for health perspective. We do not know about the problem and when we checked with service representative he also seemed to be clueless.

                                  We bought this product with the hope that we will be benefitted with this but it has become a problem to us.

                                  We have registered the complaints twice with 170804-04329 and 170807-02734. The technician "Prasad" came along with Service Officer name Praveen. Both these are in-experienced and giving excuses and not ready to understand the problem. They said they will send some Technical Manager next working day but none show up and they have closed our complaint "170804-04329". We have opened another ticket 170807-02734. But no action is been taken till now.

                                  We get the green algae formation in the water tank sides and around the water outlet. We regularly change the filters, that does not seem to resolve the issue.

                                    With in one year the following parts were damaged:
                                    1. Choke
                                    2. Ac adapter
                                    3. Limit switch and float system
                                    This is apart from the filter changing.
                                    So bad is this system that i have to keep on paying for the spares. And with 20% repo i am sure that my complaint will go unanswered.
                                    I tried calling the customer care with no result. The person who sold me this piece of junk does not co-operate.

                                      Purchase water purifier worth 16000 thinking that this is the best water purifier. Was completely wrong. Purchased product in dec 2015 last week and for past 8 months we had registered 8 to 9 complaints. Kent technician had replaced complete kit also but problems are repeated every month.

                                      Now the last complaint we were shocked to hear that kent will not replace the kit and we have to pay the kit amount. 2 months back after kent technician suggested to add pre filter, we paid additional 1300 for the pre filter and after that also the complaint had not stopped.

                                      We are calling kent customer service every day only to get response that some senior technician will visit, but in vain. Very bad customer service, only verbatim.

                                      If this is the kind of service we are getting from such a big brand then we should not buy any product from this brand.

                                      Fortunately we had purchased one water purifier from hul, 3 yrs back and we only invested one time for complete kit replacement and its working properly.

                                        This is to inform you that our ro membrane (Part no. Sm5922970) was damaged 3 to 4 days ago.
                                        A complain was registered and the person assigned for this came with a
                                        Local made product that too just the casing of ro membrane though it is
                                        Being told to replace the full membrane as the product is under guarantee.
                                        2 to 3 times the complain has been made but each and every time the same
                                        Local made low standard casing is being brought that too not of the appropriate
                                        Ize.

                                        Even after repeatedly complaining the product being brought is a local made
                                        With no part number. We want a genuine kent part.

                                        Such low standards of spare parts is not expected from such a reputed company's
                                        Ide. I am facing problem from the last 3 to 4 days and now its no more tolerable as
                                        Water is a primary need.

                                        The local service centre incharge sanjay sharma is not ready to listen to the complain
                                        And requirements and is persistently sending low standard local made parts.

                                        I again stress on this part that we want the complete ro membrane to be replaced and a genuine part.

                                        Kindly do the needful action on priority basis to avoid any future comlications including legal aspects.
