[Resolved] Kent RO — RO filters and membrane all worn out within 12 months. | |||||
Dear concern, I sharad chandak, had purchased Kent RO last december. I was promised free service in 6 months but nobody showed up despite regular followup from my end. Now, immediately as 12 months have been completed, a repair technician shows up and comes up with the folllwing problems: 1. All 5 filters have worn out. All of them need to be replaced. Estimated expense: Rs. 2, 000/- 2. Membrane filter has worn out. Needs to be changed immediately. Estimated expense: Rs. 2, 500/- If above are not done entire machine will be rendered useless as situation is very critical. Kent RO consumer care says: none of my former requests have been registered in their system, hence they cannot help me in this issue. I dont want to go to consumer court as iam a salaried class person who is already running short on leaves but i want my justice. Suggest action. Sharad chandak +91-[protected]. Machine no. Same happened with me as soon as my 12 months got over i received a call to get the service done for RO and in service engineer changed 2 filters and charged me rs 800/- . just after service the membrane stopped working and now they have charged another rs2500/- . i regret the day i bought kent product . Really disgusted with the service provided by kent team, i will make sure no one in my circle even buy a kent product again .
