I am a consumer in the mavungal area, of kanhangad town, kasaragod distrtict. The supply comes from chittari feeder. Every day the supply is disconnected without notice, rather unwarrantedly and wantonly. When we ask for the reason at the sub-station mavungal they are just giving unacceptable reasons rather silly and puerile. The supply is disconnected in the evenings upto late night....

Hi Sir, I would like to make you notice that the executives over KSEB kumbanadu section, Pathanamthitta seems irresponsible. I have a power failure in my electric post and I keep on trying to call over phone and no response. Then I complained on 24x7 support. Even though I didn’t get any immediate action. At least advice them to pick the call and do the initial procedures. This is the reason people are not having any trust over the government...

The lineman illegally charged (Without any receipt) 500 rupees for offing the supply from the post to the house inorder to cut a tree. I tried to give 300 rupees.
