Wrong online advance payment of rs.5000/- made to kseb, kidangoor section made on 06.04.2018. Transaction no.[protected], kseb online receipt no.[protected]. This transaction was meant to kseb sreekariyam section to my consumer no.[protected], but due to typographical error went to kseb kidangoor section. Lot of email requests, phone requests, customer care phone and emails, emails to kseb kidangoor, emails to kseb palai division, etc. Took place during the past 2 months without any fruitful results. Refund requests with whole vouchers, requests, document proofs, lodged to kidangoor kseb repeatedly, who sent these papers to kseb palai division for their action... Reminded over a period of time... But without any results. Kindly help and arrange to refund this amount online to my sbi sb account.[protected] or by crossed cheque addressed to pv subramaniam, karthika, vnra 79, vikas nagar, chekkalamukku, sreekariyam po, trivandrum 695017...
