I am from the mavungal area in kanhangad, hosdurg taluk, kasargod district. The area comes under the purview of mavungal substation. The supply to my house emanates from chittary feeder. The supply is disconnected in the evenings unwarrantedly and without notice to the consumers putting them to inconvenience at odd hour of the evening and night. Today supply was disnonnected by switching oof the chittari feeder twice at 7.00 p. M. And again at 8.30 p. M under the pretext of load shedding. Where is the need for load shedding that too in the evening and nights. There is no shortage of electricity in kerala as such anywhere and the people of mavungal sunbstation are acting irresponsibly unwarrantedly harassing the consumers. This unwarranted and uninformed supply cut and ruthless harassment of consumers must end forthwith.

    I am a consumer in the mavungal area, of kanhangad town, kasaragod distrtict. The supply comes from chittari feeder. Every day the supply is disconnected without notice, rather unwarrantedly and wantonly. When we ask for the reason at the sub-station mavungal they are just giving unacceptable reasons rather silly and puerile. The supply is disconnected in the evenings upto late night.

    The rogues at the Mavungal substation are unwarrantedly disconnecting supply day in and day out. In the evenings upto late night. Unauthorisedly.

      Sir,
      Kindly refer my letter to kseb pala on the subject : re location of posts erected for installation of transformer dated 14 june 2018 to ex eng. This property belongs to my wife and i hold power of attorney to the same. I had in this connection met ex eng pala kseb in person and i had meetings with er dviya, er asokan, er shaji et al on different occassions and dates, having had to travel to pala excusively for this purpose. I was given to understand that the step down transformer would be re located as per my request. Unfortunately, last week end of september 2018 i got information that kseb pala mounted transformer on the same mast, which i had requested kseb to relocate. However, kseb had not drawn lines to the newly mounted transformer even as on 01 oct 2018. 02 oct wasgandhi jayanthiday. I was constrained to move hon high court kerala in this regard on 03 oct 2018.

      Hon high court kerala, kindly passed an order vide wp (C) no22346/2018 (P) dated 4th october to maitain status quo and not to precipitate matters.

      However, on 10 oct when i travelled to pala, (I am residing at ernakulam) en route, i was given to understand that people were working on the newly erected transformer site. On reaching the site, i saw that the lines are already drawn to the transformer and people had left. On inquiry with the neighbours, i am given to understand that kseb had commenced the work on 08 october ie four days into the operation of hon high court order of 04 oct 2018. This amounts to contempt of hon high court and high handedness on part of those involved in this. It also reveals the motives on part of certain elements in kseb pala, who have vested interests in this matter.

      Kindly intervene and revert to position on issuace of court order. Also alleviate my grievances on the location of this transformer

        We have reconstructed a house boundry wall and an 2 electricity pole is right left side of in our back side of the house. The pole is very near to the wall due to which the electric may flow to the house.
        Also, due to the wires we are not able to build boundry wall. If we build it, it would touch the wire.
        I request the government officials to take this into consideration and take quick action to shift/remove the electricity pole.

            I had tried to make my online payment on 10 september 2018 for the kseb electricity subscription for the amount of rs. 722/-. The funds have been deducted from my account, however, the bill payment has been failed. Post which i had made my payment on 12 september 2018 as it was the payment due date. I would like to have a refund of the failed transaction as soon as possible.

                  Dear sir,
                  I am working in u. A. E. For the last 12 years.
                  I have a property and old house, which has been demolished for construction of a new building at paravila, near to paravila bus stop. It comes under kseb office, pachalloor.
                  Mrs. Sulekha ashokan, deepthi, paravila, pachallor. P. O., thiruvananthapuram has taken electricity connection through my property. I came to know about this recently.
                  This connection is taken with influence from kseb staff or some others, as she got it as free connection. Mrs. Sulekha is the wife of a central government employee of isro. How she will get a free electricity connection even without having a proper building permit? The free electricity connection is illegally provided for mrs. Sulekha. Also, it has been connected through my property without my awareness and permission. I am the only owner for my property and nobody asked for my permission.
                  The connection provided for mrs. Sulekha, is totally illegal.
                  So, i kindly request your good self to do the needful to check and verify the documents and remove the connection from my property. If it is legally provided, kindly give the connection from any other places or from bypass side, which is having proper access to mrs. Sulekha’s property.

                        Past 4 days we were without electricity, finally today it has come but not sure how long it will last .Concerns are as below

                        1.4 days to resolve an issue which is beyond imaginable for a country claiming to be developing.
                        2.Very poor response via phone.
                        3.Extremely bad customer service. Officers says they are fed up of receiving complaints-this is the response given when we went to register a complaint.
                        4.No permanent solution for a problem, no responsible officers/workers.

                        3 days we stayed patient giving time for a resolution to the problem, and when we go on the 4th day to register a complaint what we receive is a very rude behavior. I wouldn't say all the people are such but there are a few, probably more than a few. If they cant handle such pressure situation let them leave. I don't think we are short of resources here.

                        I don't expect any improvement in this situation here...but would like to make our voices heard...there are people who are frustrated with such sort of issues.

                          Hi Sir, I would like to make you notice that the executives over KSEB kumbanadu section, Pathanamthitta seems irresponsible. I have a power failure in my electric post and I keep on trying to call over phone and no response. Then I complained on 24x7 support. Even though I didn’t get any immediate action. At least advice them to pick the call and do the initial procedures. This is the reason people are not having any trust over the government offices. This is a request Sir. Please improve the customer satisfaction by giving proper service. Otherwise Authorities please take action against the executives.

                              Wrong online advance payment of rs.5000/- made to kseb, kidangoor section made on 06.04.2018. Transaction no.[protected], kseb online receipt no.[protected]. This transaction was meant to kseb sreekariyam section to my consumer no.[protected], but due to typographical error went to kseb kidangoor section. Lot of email requests, phone requests, customer care phone and emails, emails to kseb kidangoor, emails to kseb palai division, etc. Took place during the past 2 months without any fruitful results. Refund requests with whole vouchers, requests, document proofs, lodged to kidangoor kseb repeatedly, who sent these papers to kseb palai division for their action... Reminded over a period of time... But without any results.                                 Our company is with ht connection kseb. On 15th june 2018 (Today) we were without power supply after 9 am, waited till 10 am. We tried many times to contact kseb kottarakara east office enquiry regarding this through land phone[protected]. Unfortunately the telephone was not being attended by anybody and we were without any feedback from kseb office. So after 10 clock i contacted the ae kseb kottarakara east in official phone number - [protected] but the reply from the responsible engineer was relectant to the problem ie, the reply from the ae was 'i am in varkala now, am i able to come there and solve your problem of power failure'
                                Sir, such type of irresponsible reply is not accetptable to any customer even though our company holding ht connection.
                                You are requested to do the necessary actions accordingly.

                                our company is with HT connection KSEB. On 15th june 2018 (today) we were without power supply after 9 am, waited till 10 am. We tried many times to contact KSEB Kottarakara east office enquiry regarding this through land phone[protected]. Unfortunately the telephone was not being attended by anybody and we were without any feedback from KSEB office. So after 10 clock I contacted the AE KSEB kottarakara east in official phone number - [protected] but the reply from the responsible engineer was relectant to the problem ie, the reply from the AE was 'I AM IN VARKALA NOW, AM I ABLE TO COME THERE AND SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM OF POWER FAILURE'
                                Sir, such type of irresponsible reply is not accetptable to any customer even though our company holding HT connection.

                                  I am a retired central government employee retired on 31.05.2018 from the last place of posting. I reached kerala with my family to settle down at my house in karunagapally on 08.06.18. As there was a serious problem of termites in the house, an authorised agency was entrusted for termite treatment. When they were carrying out the work by using a 750w drilling machine, an official introducing himself as an employee of kseb came to the house and told that you have to take special permission to use it. Being new to the environment, i may please be enlightened with the information whether usage of drilling machine for petty repair/maintenance work of the house is an offence. Sir here is power cut and it exceed more than 2 hours from the beginning itself am trying to call kseb kakkanad and the phone is engaged.2hrs am trying to report my complaint and the phone is engaged. This is not my first experience. That's why am complainting. I think they are misusing phone / they may remove the resever. Please take attention on this. Its not only my complaint many of them experienced the same. Please take attention thankyou...

                                      I am ansar pk, consumer no[protected]/ bill no[protected]. I have received the bill on 05/06/2018 which is nit showing the current meter reading. I suspect they issued the bill based upon previous bill which i consumed more due to several small functions going on. My current bill is inr 7, 348 including inr 2, 022 deposit amount. Its surprising we are not available most of the days in home and they raised the bill without showing the current meter reading. Please take action upon this matter and i attach the current bill for your reference. I request to take retake the meter reading once again and issue the exact bill against the consumption. We already paid the bill yesterday through online which is to be adjusted in next bill if any problems found.

                                        illegally charged 500 rupees for offing the supply for cutting tree

                                        The lineman illegally charged (Without any receipt) 500 rupees for offing the supply from the post to the house inorder to cut a tree. I tried to give 300 rupees. But he forcefully snatched 500 rupees from me. He is from kseb office 28th mile under main office 'kseb kallambalam'. When i enquired to some people, i got the information that all the officers in that office is of same mentality. They are very rude and they are snatching big amount...
