frequent power cuts

I am a resident of pinarayi panchayath. We the residents are facing frequent power cuts without prior intimation since past one month (Mid april 2018). Mostly i call up the nearby kseb office, they always have some excuse or other. And every time i ask as to when the power would be resumed they always answer that it cant be said.

continuous power failure

In ernakulam district, thoppumpady area cibinuous power failure is now a usual thing on day and night. It affects people - kids and students - very badly especiallly in nights. The very hot and mosquito not allow the people to sleep.
Hence it effects the health of the residents adversely.

Please consider the as a complaint and make steps to avoid the unpredictable and continous power faiure in our area....

not getting 3 phase line connection instead one line only.

We are paying for a 3 phase line connection at my home since april 2004. However till today we have not received any 3 phase line connection, we are getting current only on one line.

frequent power outage

There is frequent power failure at night in perandoor area in ernakulam.. Behind perandoor bhagavathi temple, perandoor bridge road, elamakkara, ernakulam.in this hot season it is so difficult to sleep without fan after hectic work schedule. This has become frequent for nearly one month. Whenever we call the kseb office we won't be able to get connected. Please fix this since we are unable to sleep at night which in turn ruins our work day....

no light on street post

There is no light on the street post in front of my house for months and i complainted about it 2 days ago and i called them again and they were so rude to me and cut the call immediately. I can't even look outside during nights because it's dark and no streetlight. Please replace the streetlight asap... I am customer under kseb punnaikkamugal, kunnapuzha, thirumala.....

I am c k rajan staying in flat no 1a in mughal flats requesting u to do immediate attention for restoring the electricity conne ton in the entire flats as the same has gone from around 7 pm today. Since children's exam going on necy instructions be given to the pullut engineer to restore the same atonce.

power shutdown 2 days

I am living in nilambur, malappuram district, kerala. Here the kseb cut the power supply every day. Today 27 jan 2018 the power gone at 9 am and it will come after 6 pm. When i call nilambur kseb they said that the power will also cut tomorrow morning 9 am to 6 pm. This is very disgustful. We are paying electricity bill but we have to tolerate this kind issues. We fedup with this.in major cities in kerala like kochi the power will not cut....

no street light for the past 6 months

Repeated complaint to the KSEB (Irinjalakuda) and the local panchayat (Padiyoor) has yield no result.

Iam cheated by kseb. My bill amount for this month is 17000. Average bill amount i used to pay was around[protected]. Huge amount came in this months bill. exorbitant charges

In the month of march and april 2016 only we used to 1 ac for 4 hours and the current bill get rises from 800/900 range to 2000. After that months we are very much care to don't use ac and less use of electricity. But bill never came down.

regarding bill payment

Office closed due to hartal. 17/10/17 morning i paid the bill. But when i reached back home they had already taken out the fuse. Without informing. And there were nobody in the house... At night we searched nd got the fuse... I telephoned the office nd the man sitting there telling irresponsibly...
