Dear team,

I had placed an order (Attached in trail mail)
On 20-dec-2017, and amount got deducted twice.
First order which i placed was unsuccessful and the
Second order was successful.

But i did not get refund of my amount. I checked with the bank and they said that both amount have been claimed by merchant. I have take transaction id and authorisation id from the bank also lodged a complaint in the bank.

Please find below transaction details:-

    The guy at cash counter forced me to pay thrice through Paytm on the plea that he has not received amount in his account. still i had to pay cash to settle the bill.
    I was in helpless situation as he neither understand English nor Hindi and on top of that Q was getting longer and restless.
    Kindly help in resolving the issue and get money reverted back to my Paytm account.

      On 31 st Dec 2017 I had ordered from kfc, I made payment through paytm, the money did not reach the shopkeeper, but the amount got deducted from my account.Then again I made payment through my debit card.I paid twice for my order.It's been past 10days my money has not yet been refunded, still how any days should I wait.I thought KFC IS A BIG COMPANY, but it's a pity that they can't maintain its customers properly.

        I ordered half and half bucket from kfc on 7th january and the quality of hot and crispy in that was worst. I couldn't eat even a single piece from it because of bad taste. Very bad oil (Vanaspathi i guess) was used to cook that. Never expected this quality from kfc being an international brand. There is no point on spending so much in your products if you cant give us quality and hygienic food.

          I ordered an 8 pcs kfc bucket for rs 449 plus gst at the toll number [protected] around 9:50 pm on 5th december, 2017 and said that the order be delivered at place at 10:45pm sharp but the driver called me from landline number at 11:02 pm and after not picking up the phone the outlet cancelled my order.
          I called the outlet at the landline number from which i got missed call but the outlet manager toldme that there are 3 rd party riders and the delivery guy didn’t even call me or rang the doorbell of my place and i did not ate food till 1200 am.
          Pathetic service will never order next time from kfc in future

            I had lodged a complaint on 30.12.2017 at this portal. I was assured of speedy redressal. But despite lapse of 6 days nothing has happened. I had complained about my visit to kfc restaurant at gip mall noida. I ha ordered one item for rs. 224/-only. But my account was debited twice for it. Mr. Sumit an employee told me that my amount will be refunded, but i feel cheated at kfc because they have debited my account twice for one item purchased. And they are not refunding the amount despite my previous complaint. Pleade arrange to refund my amount.

              I was at kfc viviana for my complimentary food provided by kfc as a gesture to my previous feedback.

              So the employee parvez shaikh (Name according to my knowledge) who told me about free food was not on duty. So when i call him he told me to ask for on duty employee name krutika (Kanika, i'm not sure about name) to process my order.

              But when i received my order i found my fries were dead cold. So i call him back he told me to give my phone to her and they have conversation in backside.

              Although she replace my fries, i also find her skills not good like she first didn't greet me, while i was talking in english she outsmarted me in hindi as if she felt i am outsider who just came in city which i'm not. So i told her about the same.

              But when i check my phone calling recordings she used rude and foul language about me when she and him have conversation. She called me a"bevda" (A drunkard) and said "he konsa important customer hai fokat ka sahara hai fokat ka khane me life and so on"

              I have send a letter with cd of call records to your head office in malad. I want proper resolution to this complaint otherwise i will move to police and consumer court.

                Dear sir, we had enjoyed a good meal at kfc in piccadilly square mall, sec34 chandigarh on 24-12-17 at about 12:00 pm
                I had paid my bill with my card but it was charged 2 times nd they tell me that it will be refunded as soon as possible and i also trust on them nd did not even check my balance. And today when i was to about pay some other bill at some place with my friends i came to know that it is till yet not refunded and it was highly humilating in front of my friends
                So i request u to take suitable action as soon as possible because already it is about 10 days and money is not refunded

                  I tried to put an order online by paying with my credit card. For which payment was success but order failed. I checked the account statement and amount was deducted. I spoke to kfc customer care and they suggested me to to wait for 7 days until payment get reversed by its own. Today's been more than 7 days but still no clue on this. Can you help me to get my money back?

                    I went to kfc restaurant at gip mallnoida on 24.12.2017. I purchased one item for rs.224/-only. But my account was debited twice for the amount through debit card. I talked to mr. Sumit an employee at the restaurant and as informed by him i gave the following details on the mail id provided by him.

                    Please expedite refund of excess amount debited.

                      I ordered items for amt more than rs.400. Today with coupon code kfcd99 large popcorn for rs.130. I received all items except the large popcorn. When i enquired the store, neither the executive nor the manager responded properly and they asked me to contact 33994444.

                      They said they only get order details from the concerned number and they deliver to the mentioned address.

                      That is true in case of ordering through call. But, i ordered through mobile app and applied the coupon too.

                      Above all, they delivered the items very late more than 30 mins and the items weren't hot as promised.

                      Though being a long standing customer of kfc, i wasn't treated properly and my expectations weren't met at all. I am totally disappointed with your service and feel cheated by not delivering the item ordered and items of low quality.

                        I tried using the kfc app to order a meal. I used the paytm wallet and the payment got deducted, but the order was never taken. When i contacted paytm, they replied that the payment was made. Kfc has a very poor response. Other than taking orders, they don't seem to have an idea of what to do.
                        The transaction was made on 20th of december at 6.16 pm. The wallet transaction id [protected]. I can be contacted on triedevery. [protected]@gmail.com

                          For the order i placed they have not given me bill.

                          The popcorn chicken i have taken is horrible.. It's so hard and not chewable. This is the worst kfc i have ever eaten.

                          Even this site to access is horrible. I'm a huge fan of kfc but this limits..

                          I worked in kfc uk once and ve been fan ever since. But this changed here the one near cmr public school - kammanahalli main road.

                          No manners! No quality of food! Just horrible.

                            I had palced the order in kfc website as a guest on[protected], and made an order in MGR Road, Taramani, Chennai store.

                            The order was placed and amount was debited(INR 375.28) but i didn't received any communication further.

                            Will be grateful if some one look into this and do the needful. I have attached the reference number of the bank account .

                              I have been a regular customer to kfc. But whenever i go to your city center gurgaon outlet something will happen which will definitely disappoint me. Sometimes it's for your poor delivery or poor quality or poor staff service. Sometimes you guys don't give me the proper items which i have ordered. Today i found few plastic pieces in chicken popcorn rice bowl. So can you guys explain me what exactly those pieces were doing there. You guys are simply looting us by saying that you give the best quality. I want my money back. If you can't make your food or service better than pay me for that. You don't have the authority to keep someone's life in danger. Kindly contact with me or refund me.

                                I have placed an order on last Wednesday 13th December for Hot and Crispy bucket using my mobile number [protected] and Address: JG2 144 2nd Floor Vikaspuri 110018.

                                Unfortunately as I completed order I received msg from KFC stated due to some technical issue order couldn’t placed and amount will be refunded. Now when in called KFC customer care and been told there there is no such order tracked using my mobile number.

                                So i called Airtel payment bank and they Transaction successful and also shared transaction id as shown in screen shots i shared for both KFC and Airtel.

                                Please help and get the amount refunded

                                hi Team KFC has only sent me Text message stating that refund will be made to my back account in 7 business days, but have heard nothing yet from Them. Yesterday when I called them to check and KFC advised that they can't find any transition using my mobile number

                                  For unsuccessful transaction amount has been debited from my credit card for INR 459.38. While contacted your customer care at[protected]. She says that no such transaction occurs. I was in the heck of god damn frustration. When will my amount get credited back? I need a responsible reply. Order placing store Salem via KFC online website. Have transaction statement on my Credit Card with KFC name.

                                    Initial answer: will be delayed by 15 min to which i agreed. Earlier deliver time was 12:15 pm
                                    Second answer: on the way. Time 12:50 pm

                                    Final answer: cannot deliver as the location is not within their geographical limits.

                                    Told kfc to initiate refund to which no reply till date

                                      I have ordered 6 hot wings, coke and burger but i didn't get any messages. Payment has been deducted from my account. This is my transaction id number - kfc at kfc txn# lu[protected]. Money hasn't refunded in my account yet. Please tell me what should i do for this. I have sent an email to the kfc but my mail wasn't delivered. I did not get any responses from kfc. Its been a strange that kfc is not responding to any customer. How cheap is this.
