I have placed an order on last Wednesday 13th December for Hot and Crispy bucket using my mobile number [protected] and Address: JG2 144 2nd Floor Vikaspuri 110018.
Unfortunately as I completed order I received msg from KFC stated due to some technical issue order couldn’t placed and amount will be refunded. Now when in called KFC customer care and been told there there is no such order tracked using my mobile number.
So i called Airtel payment bank and they Transaction successful and also shared transaction id as shown in screen shots i shared for both KFC and Airtel.
Please help and get the amount refunded

KFC has only sent me Text message stating that refund will be made to my back account in 7 business days, but have heard nothing yet from Them. Yesterday when I called them to check and KFC advised that they can't find any transition using my mobile number
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have placed an order through mobile app by doing wallet transaction it got success and my money got deducted but i didnt get any confirmation of the order
