Pathetic app, didnt generate order number but charged me for the order.

I have been totally disappointed with you guys.

Your icici bank credit card xxxx7002 has been used for a transaction of inr 411.04 at kfc (April 10, 2018; 18:19:03

Notice this in the email below, this is payment for my 2nd order today. Yes i ordered twice but only once the order was delivered. Second time the order number was bit generated but my credit card was charged. See the email below for details.

Check your finance records and now i am going to uninstall your app, as you clearly cannot handle the app orders properly.

Also, not gonna order again from kfc.

    I placed online order at 9.52 pm on sunday 8th april and received at 11.30 pm . The food was even not warm forget the hot. Every time on calling customer care they used to say : sir within 5 to 10 minutes your order will b deleviered.
    Friends donot beleive on online order on kfc. Very poor service. Actually the time was 11.30 in the night otherwise i wanted to visit the store and teach them a lession.
    KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have cancelled the order and amount was deducted from my account .the manager told me that you will get the refund in 2 days but its 2 weeks I didn't get any refund until now i visited the Bangalore garuda mall outlet my amount was 286 rs

      I visited the kfc outlet at t2 (Arrivals) mumbai chattrapati shivaji international airport along with my friends.. We orderd for meals and also seperately for soft drinks. We found that somthing was wrong with it as it had a bad taste. Same we i formed to the manager mr mohammad zasim at the kfc outlet. To which is disagreed and said that only you are compalining and from morning i have people visiting my outlet and no one complained which was very rude and not acceptable. We have our right to raise out voice and inform what is wrong. Infact he disagreed on the same and gave us a replacement of another soft drink. Even that soft drink had that spoiled bad taste and we refused to take and asked for our money. To our suprise mr mohammad staright declined and said us ifh u wanna have this than have o else we are not gonna give your money back!! Thats the worst customer service i ever experienced.. He said us to have the same spoiled soft drink rather than giving out money back. I mean this is totally unfair where we pay the money and u sell us the spoiled bad taste drinks. Worst ever experience ever and ill make sure i take it much ahead to the food and service department even and tell them that you people are just taking money from poor people and selling them spoiled products. I really dint expect this from a big brand like this.

        On saturday i was ordered (Ref no[protected] kfc at 12:41 pm and they reply your order delivered on 1:10 pm so i wait til 1:30 and i called kfc store myself they told me your address is far away so call to kfc call center so i called there they told me he escalate mail to concern person and he dont do anything regarding order atleast kfc have a service to update to customer their order is canceled or will be late whatever but there was no any reply from kfc till 2:30 pm and then i gain call to call center but they told me your order is canceled so i want to know i orderd this for my guest and they go back with out do lunch from my home its sameless to me so who can responsible for it? If there was any changes kfc should have to update me but i dont get any update... I am waiting for your reply.

          Today i have ordered a supercharger burger meal from mall of india noida outlet and got totally dissappointed by the quality of the bun used and this is not the first time that i have witnessed such substandard food quality issue at this outlet and it happened many times. Once i had given a written complaint also in the customer feedback form because i faced the same issue with the quality of french fries because it was too hard to chew so i complaint and got the replacement immediately after a slight altercation
          Please take action on the same.

            This is to inform you that it's better to shut to your frenchies who don't work in the way which they are suppose to . This is shame that a brand like u just is spending all the money in your commercials instead of your delivery procedure and PR.
            I waited for 2:30 hrs for your delivery and call too many times in hope that I won't sleep starving to death this night, thanks for you so call brand to make me feel great in front of my guest
            My sister waited for the answer after your person put her on a hold for 10 min and disconnected later
            Sorry to say if this is a way it works then you don't have bright future ahead
            Nicely done
            I even got all the screenshots of calls
            If you guys won't take strict action against this then I swear I will

              Hi, i have ordered a deo bucket meal on 4.3.18 in online for rs.737.40 at coimbatore (For order ref no mentioned in subject column). The order was cancelled due to some technical issues and the kfc persons called and we confirmed to cancel the order. He too accepted, but till now i am unable to track about the refund status. I have raised the query in kfc app too. But still now there is no response. Hope atleast i ll get the response because of your support within a reasonable span of time.

                I placed an order via a phone call to[protected] for a tub of 10 pcs of hot and crispy chicken. The order was taken by mr. Mayur and it was an order for take away/ delivery. The outlet ordered at was kfc, sgs mall, pune. I requested them to deliver the parcel outside sgs mall as i was unable to park and collect the parcel. I was assured that this request would be put in for me as i was in a hurry. However, after waiting outside for 15 minutes i called them again and spoke to mr. Yash and was assured that the order would be sent out in 5 minutes. However, it was still not delivered after 40 minutes of waiting and i then requested to speak to the store manager mr. Raju rajput. I was given his mobile number - [protected] and i called him umpteen times. After many attempts he answered my call and on asking about the order status he argued that it was a take away and was extremely rude. He refused to send the parcel out even after repeated requests. I finally had to park and go in the store after being wrongly assured that i would get the parcel. Finally, he refused to answer my calls and completely ignored our request. I had to finally park and go inside and take the parcel. Even while i was inside i requested to speak to the manager mr. Raju rajput but refused to come and meet me. I would request you to take prompt action and give me an intimation regarding the same or i will file a suit with the consumer court of india. Kindly don’t take this as an empty threat as this is not the first time i have had to face such unprofessional behaviour from kfc. However this time things have gone just too far and i will not ignore it.
                I would appreciate quick and prompt action and intimation of the same.

                  I had given an online order from KFC's online portal at 3-45 pm from Salt Lake, Sector-2, Kolkata, India. The order no is 326W001396. At 4-15 I get a confirmation that my order will be delivered by 4-25 pm, At 5-14 I get a call from the store where it had been transferred, that your order will be delivered in 10 minutes. But I had called up at around 4-50 pm at your Kolkata HELPLINE no to cancel the order. REAL ### COORDINATION WE WITNESSED. AS I HAD PAID ONLINE VIA MY AXIS BANK A/C, HOW DO I ENSURE THAT I GET THE AMOUNT OF Rs 651.93 REFUNDED TO MY A/C WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS, OR WHOM DO I HAVE TO ESCALATE

                    I had placed an order with kfc via kfc app and made an online payment of rs. 800 (Approx). Order reference number in kfc app:[protected]. This order was placed to korum mall in thane which was far from my location due to which they discontinued the order in the app. They informed me that the refund process will take around 10-15 days. They have also informed me that my cheque number is 7867.

                    Today it's been almost a month i still haven't received my refund. On calling up call centre they tell me to speak to korum mall kfc and when i call up kfc korum mall they instruct me to speak to call centre. I've spoken to them quite a few times still haven't received my refund after so many follow ups.

                    Really disappointed with this poor customer service.

                      Hi kfc,

                      This shop no. Ms0044, upp grd for, dt mega mall, gurgaon kfc is the worst kfc ever. Twice it has happened in past 6months that my order was not completely delivered & today (In my order number - [protected]) inspite of saying on the phone that we will pay through sodexo meal card then too when delivery boy came he said that he doesn't have that, you pls pay cash.

                      When we argued on that, then he said that he is having machine, but then he was not able to operate that, and finally we paid through credit card.

                      The service of this kfc shop is pathetic and staff working there at the bill counter and packaging counter is so irresponsible. If i will ask that how much rating i will give to kfc staff who takes order on the phone then i will give them 2 out of 10.

                        Respected sir i along with my 4 frineds visted kfc bhucho store near bathinda i when asked the employss that why it is takeing so long in return he stared abusing me and said that he will kill me i approchaed the area manged but he was also unable to solver the problem and in return the whole team stared abusing all k[censored]s then he also added the kfc is place where these things are normal

                          I ordered a cheesy crunch burger here at kfcmohali 3b2 branch. What i get is not a one i ordered. I raised this matter with the store manager. She said that it's a cheesy crunch burger.
                          I hereby attaching the pics of what i get. Please suggest either what it shown on kfc website is wrong or here mohali 3b2 kfc branch is making fool of their customers.

                          I ordered from KFC application on 26th, money was deducted from account but didn’t received the order due to certain error neither i got the money back.

                            Yesterday (28/3/2018) I tried to placed an order in KFC website in the prozone mall branch Coimbatore but unfortunately faced error in payment page and order was not placed but amount got deducted from my account. I have attached screenshot of amount deducted please look into that and kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. I spoke with customer care person and dropped email to hcc.[protected]@sapphirefoods.in.

                              I am coming home from the airport after picking up my son. Thought of picking up a meal for myself, my son and a friend. Got to the porvorim mall, ordered my food thinking that i would leave in time and have food with the friend who is waiting. But for the first time i was to wait in kfc for more than 40 min. And still not get my food. It is pathetic. So called fast food. I have no choice but to complain and really ask for compensation for the torture i have been through.

                                I happened order online in kfc website and when i made payment through tez.. Amount has been deducted but order has not be placed. Kfc denied getting order even when i provided with reference number. I kept calling them and they dint bother to check about the amount atleast once. If its their website glitch its not my problem. The amount is debited from my account and they are not responding to mails and calls.

                                  Centers in lucknow, india... Indira nagar and saharaganj centers not processing of orders n shifting their responsibilities to each other... Each of them regularly call for offers but when we place order they start drama... Before they both hv regularly served us without hassles... We reside in nishatganj, lucknow... We irresponsible and unprofessional approach by kfc outlets

As I have not placed correct delivery location, I have cancelled the order by contacting customer care +[protected]. Till now I have no confirmation mail about cancellation and let me know when the money will be refunded.

                                    I went to kfc at old kempfort, old airport road, bangalore on 11 march 2018 sunday. I have ordered 10 pcs boneless chicken strips, 1 regular french fries and 1 coke of 479 rupees. I made a transaction through phonepe transaction id - c1803111901058008913212 that went successful from my side but it was failing from your server side as per the officials there. So, i made another transaction through my card finally of the same amount. Hence, officials said that your money would be refunded within 5 working days but its been more than 9 days. So, when i can expect the refund from your side.

                                      Very high rates no customer satisfaction during delivery delivery time gets double when oder is placed oder is never reaches on delivery time this is happen to me 2nd tym my oder never on tym.. Make fool of people. The store staff is also very rude.. They give u dispatch msg very early but ur oder is not dispatched at all.. By ordering u have to just wait nd wait.....

                                      Never got the delivery. When i called up the store they said that their had the order as a pickup and not a delivery. They said that they will not deliver even when i said that i have email from kfc as proof that i ordered a home delivery.

                                      After the manager refused outright i asked them to cancel the order, which they said that they will do, but have not done since.

                                      I am thoroughly disgusted with the quality of service that kfc has come down to.
