I'm Parag Deshattiwar, I ordered KFC bucket online, but failure occurred due to unknown reason and money was deducted from my account. Then I called customer service they told it will refunded in 1 week or else they give mail id on which I sended transaction details. But it has been 10 days, money is not refunded. Please help me. I'm attaching picture of mailed transaction details.

      On purchase of 1189 from KFC, Vashi, Orbit Mall, Mumbai, Maharashtra, I was charged twice. I paid via debit card and it was communicated that the payment was not received and thereafter I gave cash. But later I came to know from my bank statement that the amount was already deducted. So in a nutshell on a purchase of 1189, I was charged (2*1189). This is very disappointing and I request you to to take quick action against it.

Finally rec'd order after a delay of 40 mins and the order was delivered in a bad shape...The hot crispy chicken was cold and pack was open.         I ordered for 6+3 fiery grilled chicken and the final cart amt was paid
        through Citi credit card of Rs. 542.25 @ 8.42pm on 6th Jan 2017

        But the order, was not placed and the amount got debited. I spoke to Mr.
        Praveen / Mr. Stephen who confirmed with T.Nagar KFC store that that
        particular order was not placed at all and we will get the amount refunded
        in some days.

        So I had to order again for the same thing again by paying thru CC machine
        brought to my home

        Request to kindly refund the amount debited of Rs. 542.25 back to the
        original payment mode at the earliest.

        As per advice provided thru KFC helpline @ +[protected], I have emailed this to hcc.[protected]@sapphirefoods.in

        Even after several contact I am yet to receive the refund. Now I am completely not able to reach anyone or getting response

          I ordered food from KFC on 10th jan and they rejected saying that they don't delivery here around my area. Then cancelled the order. And told me I will get the refund in 3 working days. I haven't got the refund yet. Please help.

            Made an order/transaction on 6th of Jan, 2017 of amount 1070.05 rs towards "YUM RESTAURANT INDIA P MUMBAI IN" which got deducted from the credit balance but from the billdesk received an error message stating "due to some error the transaction was not successful", and hence, there was no delivery.
            While checking with the bank got confirmed that the merchant has claimed the transaction on 8th of Jan, 2017.
            Please act asap.

              Today(11th Jan 2017) I took a Take Away from KFC at Total Mall(KempFort), Municipal Co Old Airport Road, Blr- 560017 at 08:13 pm. The order was placed for a 6 pc. Hot Wings amount Rs.129.00, but when I opened the packet at home it contained 4 pieces of Hot wings. I paid for 6 pcs but I got only 4 pieces. I tried calling them on the number given in the invoice[protected], but no body picks the call. This is not done, person asking for take away could get cheated like this and no body answers the call at the store also.

              I made a order on 18dec16 where while eating veg strips i got a small steel and when I called the outlet they will call back and there was no response from them till now . I have photos also which I clicked that time .please take a strict action

                This morning i order for pickup of 10pc hot n crispy chicken through online and my amount debited in my paytm wallet but order wasn't successful the customer care doesn't answering at all they are putting on hold dor a while... There were no toll free nos amount get deduxted doe this call. I confirmed the same with the corresponding outlet they said order wasn't successful they didn't receive anything I contacted paytm they are saying in their end amount was successful contact kfc. I kerpon trying you but un answerable. Kindly initiate my refund. They don't have official mail id tooo pooor website maintanance

                    In the month of October i visited one of Pune's KFC Outlet based in Aundh. My overall experience was nice but later on i realised that my bill amount was 190 that was confirmed by the cashier but he charged me 190.36 which i feel that kfc is cheating the customer's. The same time i went to the cashier and asked him that'' why without my knowledge you charged me .36 Extra''.

                    He sincerely apologised for the issue by saying that its a technical issue & he promised me that the needful will be done. i had the word with Mr.Kiran that time & we exchanged some emails too.

                    he assured me that in next couple of days this technical issue will be solved

                    After around 2 months when i went back again to the same outlet, I found that again i was charged .36 Paise extra on my bill & Cashier replied like a Muppet that this happened because of some technical issue & promised that needful will be done.

                    after that i checked the bills of other customers too whichever customer made the payment through card they were being charged extra & after demonetization 80% of transaction are done through the card so i can imagine on what a huge scale kfc is collecting the money from customers without paying taxes to government it's just no one checks their bills seriously & nobody focuses on the small amount in paise

                    I tried contacting kfc by submitting their feedback form but there was no response i sent the mail to kfc.[protected]@sapphirefoods.in still there was no response even i posted the issue on official facebook page of kfc again no response

                      I place an order online from KFC (supposed to receive the same from Bannerghetta Road outlet, Bangalore). I place the order at 09:00 PM and continue waiting till 10:00 PM for the same. Since there has been no call regarding the address confirmation, I call them back on their help line to receive a status stating "the order got cancelled because o[censored]nforeseen technical/ server issues". The payment which has already been deducted will get refunded within 8-15 days. Now to make things straight, there has been no notification regarding the cancellation of the order and the payment will get refunded after quite some time. The worst part is the helpline executives are fed with excuses like "server issue" and nobody including the store manager "Rajesh" are ready to take up responsibility for this petty issue. Being a leading food chain, the least one can expect from KFC is some sane person taking up responsibility for their action. Am not placing orders from them ever again!

                        I am a big fan of KFC and i am writing this mail to you with huge disappointment .due to bad quality of chicken i am complaining..i have ordered smokey grilled chicken on friday evening and when i tasted it it was not at all fresh..i made complaint to kfc manager Mr.Amit and as per him we can consume kfc food in dine in and can not take it away at home as it will not be fresh after 15 min..
                        I am amazed to listen this as i am a regular customer of kfc and i used to have this most of the time at my home and i have never faced any problem.He has told ne that you stay in chatterpur so we cn not provide you delivery there and that is why our chicken was nt fresh that time when u consumed it.after approx.15 min.What a lame excuse it was.Later on he told ne that i am ready to give fresh order to you but you have to come to our store..Another pain fir cust like me.i had to leave all my work just to pick up the kfc order again because my chicken was not fresh..and it was my mistake to order it frrom kfc.Kindly look into this matter as this kind of lame excuses after doing mitakes and treat cust like a big fool will not be accepted.

                          I have visited kfc which is in noida yesterday and chicken popcorn rice bowl i found the hair in chicken popcorn which really pathetic plus with this the french fries were totally cold & not crisp. If i do not get the appologies mail within 24hrs i will take this matter to consumer court which will be really painful.

                            On 8/12/2016, I'd dined in the Bandra branch of KFC. The bill was of Rs.667 and due to some network issue my card had been swiped twice. I received a message from my bank that informed me that Rs.667 had been debited twice. I spoke to the manager there and she told me to wait for 24 hours and said that my money will be credited back into my account. I live in Mira road and travelling to Bandra just becomes a hassle. I've been trying to contact several times but everything is in vain. I just want my money returned asap.

                              On 31/12/2016, we had placed below order and Mr.Laxman had come to deliver it at my residence.The payment was done by Mashreq debit card but Laxman told the payment was not made due to signal problem.
                              Then I made the payment again from Canara Bank debit card which was accepted.After he left, I got confirmation of the first payment. So the payment is made twice.Please see attached proof of payment made .
                              Kindly arrange to refund back the amount which is charged twice. ( Rs .745 )

                                Ordered some food from KFC, hi-tech city Hyderabad shilparamam branch. I have given my payment through online, I waited for 2 hours. I didn't get my food and they are saying my mobile is not reachable. I was continually taking with KFC branch people. I don't why my mobile is getting unreachable to the delivery boy he is lying on this. Order no.[protected]. I need my money back..and Need to take action on this incident I have wasted my 2 hours of time for this delivery.

                                  I had placed an order with KFC from my laptop on 9th Dec 2016 by visiting KFC website and made an online payment of Rs 269 against transaction ID [protected] (Transaction Date Dec 9, 2016 16:03:35) by choosing Paytm wallet as the payment option on KFC website. However, after the payment got deducted from my paytm wallet, KFC website showed that something went wrong and the transaction was not successful. But an amount of Rs 269 had already been deducted from my Paytm wallet. When I contacted KFC, they told me that they have not received the payment and it will be refunded within 7 to 21 days to my Paytm wallet. I had already brought this to your notice on the very same day but did not receive any response at all. Please expedite the refund of Rs 269 to my paytm wallet as soon as possible.

                                    Hello, on 31st jan 2016 i had ordered a zinger meal box and one medium chicken popcorn .I did the payment through my sbi debit card . At first he said that the card was not responding so he tried it the second time, i entered my pin code twice. I received two msg saying that the amount was . When i checked my balance it was deducted twice . I would like my money to be refunded soon. Thankyou.

                                      On 2nd December 2016 i ordered food worth Rs478 and paid the bill by my atm card
                                      The order was not carried but the money was deducted twice from my account making it Rs 956
                                      I have called and mailed several times but still i have not yet recieved any kind of refund message from them
                                      lately they are not even picking up my phone not even replying to my messages
                                      i am frustrated and in need of money and there is no word from them
                                      Attached with this message is my reciept claiming that money was deducted from my account

                                        I ordered food from kfc online on 1/12/16 twice, but didn't received the order. After waiting for 1 hours, when I contacted customer care after 1 hours they said they will refund the amount (249+249 = 498). It has been 1 month now. But I haven't received the refund yet.Its my hard earned money I can't just let it go just because they have some problem in the system with online orders.
