Hello kfc,
Last friday, 12th aug, i ordered some items from online where it was clearly stated that "your order has been successfully placed". It was a paid order and i have my bank statement clearly stating the deduction for kfc online.
After placing the order, i waited for 30-45 mins but still no sms or no e-mail came in. Then i dialed in the number of the store stated in the attachment and they clearly said that they did not received any order from the mobile no. And there are no order with no. # 1917847.
Since i has no option, i again placed a phone order to the same store and that got delivered in due time.
I have not received any further communication after that. Please process the refund of rs 821 to the same mode of payment asap.
Also, kindly check your website why this has happened and these things are really pathetic. If you cant take online order, you should not accept any payment as well or you should give a pop up to the customers.
I want a quick and favorable reply.
