Hello

Yesterday i ordered a dips bucket from kfc north country mall, kharar.. I want to about kfc for false advertising.. They showed that customer will receive dips bucket in a jar like structure but i got it in box.. And picture was that chicken pieces were full in jar but we get it in box which was half...

My check number was 1962.

I want compensation of rs.15000 for false advertising..

On 2nd of November, i try to order 2 burgers from KFC App, the payment went through successfully and the but the order did not get through, this happened for three time.2 times from my axis bank account and one time from ICICI bank.each transaction is for Rs.331.38.i complaint to the bank but they say it was a successful transaction.

    I went to KFC at Eldeco mall, Faridabad, Haryana, today.
    Rude behaviour by Sunny Ahuja who was working there. They were selling ice cream sandwich on the double rates than MRP.
    MRP was inr25 and they have deducted 50rs each. We bought 2. Then we returned it because the bill they have given, the taxes details were not justified. Sunny Ahuja has challenged me to raise complaint.
    When I was clicking a picture of that bill he snatched the bill from my hand and said sorry sarcastically.
    Being a customer I didn't find any respected behaviour from Sunny Ahuja towards his customer.
    We have cancelled the order but rather than giving the cancellation recieptreciept, he started challenging like you can do whatever you want but we won't give you any cancellation or any bill.
    I was a first time visitor to KFC And I felt disrespected and cheated by SUNNY AHUJA and KFC, eldeco mall, sector 12fariidabad, Haryana

      Order was placed at 1.39 pm and same has not been delivered after one and half hours and status on website is food delivered at 2.24 pm.

      Additionally on callimg the restaurant for enquiry the customer executive named sunil placed the call on hold and djsconnected the call ln further calling we were inti ated the food will take 30 to 45 more time and delivery boy has left.

        I ordered 8 pieces hot & crispy only leg & breast and one portion hot wings. My order no. was 7513 ordered on 18th November at 7.25 pm. I had ordered home delivery in Mumbai. Nearest outlet is on linking road, Mumbai.
        All who ate the chicken last night have loose motions and severe upset stomachs. Looking back at what was given to us the hot & crispy chicken had been re-fried and was not golden colour but brown/ grey.
        This is not the first time the kids have got an upset stomach eating product from the Linking Road outlet.
        This is a serious issue and has corrected immediately.
        KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Poisoning issue is serious and it should be brought to the notice of Food Safety Dept. for effective regulatory action. Customer Service Rating shows 1%.

            Most humbly and respectfully i beg to state that my billing has been made twice as i order for once for a sum of rs.709.00 on 13th nov.2016 at kfc counter in gopalan arcade mall, arcade mall, mysore road, rr nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560039. kindly make this correction as i will have further fear in making online payment in your kfc counter in future as i will lost your trust in further time. i hope for your further forward positive response in this. i have already waited for 24 hours to make this up but no further correction has been made.

              Yesterday I have claimed KFC Wednesday offer via kfconline and choose Pay On delivery (Pickup in counter) at KFC Cochin-Gold souk. And I gave them my Paytm number "[protected]" I gave them OTP received after that I got a message
              "You have made a payment of Rs. 482.00 at Yum Restaurants for Order Id 1457D161122. Contact paytm.com/care for any issues."

              But they told me payment was not sucess . So I gave them my ATM card and paid the bill 2nd time. Before giving card I told him, "I have received order ID Why I have to pay 2 time" he told me, "Paytm will refund your amount" So I agreed to pay by card.
              Then I contact paytm they told me payment was successful from our end contact merchant. I lost Rs:482 from Paytm and I want Refund..

              Same happened with me. Made payment through paytm but they are telling order has not been registered. They sre even denying yo give refund. Can you please tell me how to get the refund? Even shared the screenshot of the payment done with kfc.

                My money was deducted for an order placed today using paytm but the order got cancelled and the money was deducted from paytm side and was received by kfc.
                Can you give me a timeline when will that be returned back?
                Money deducted for the order is rs 232.44 and the paytm cash txn id — [protected]
                And pizza hut order #1358159 which is written in psytm transaction detail. Please reply asap with a deadline

                  I am vamshidhar reddy. i have ordered kfc meal on[protected]saturday) food not delivered to my home. and i paid (1294 rs/-) through debit card money has been deduced from my account. and while ordering it shown me a server error. still the money will not refunded to my account. we called to kfc customer care they will not responded to my complaint we went to kfc food center they asked me to submit a complaint in online. so kindly make not of my complaint thank you

                    I placed and online order with KFC on 13th november, 2016. An amount of 304 was debited from my account but order wasn't placed successfully. KFC does not answer the customer care helpline. I provided my phone number as well as email id but they have made no communication from their side either.
                    Their web page is irresponsive, i have mailed them there as well.
                    Now there is now way for me to get in contact with them.

                      I ordered online on Kfc.co.in on 10/11/2016 at around 7pm and payment done online with paytm. My amount deducted from my paytm wallet but there is no confirmation message or call.Even 33994444 no. not working. If online order to be taken then make proper infrastructure, not waste time and money of customers. Any helpline no. or contact no. not given on this site kfc.co.in

                        I am a regular customer of this anna nagar branch kfc. With an offer @rs.299/- bucket i purchased today, the person at the cash counter mr. Yakesh.K asked me to pay rs.405/- with a tax in excess over the value of rs. 299/- . When i asked him how it could be 106/- tax for this value. He was shouting at me saying this is the amount fixed for this value and asking his assistant to cancel my order after quarreling with me . I hate their attitude an wanted to give a complaint.

                          On 26th OCT, I tried paying on the KFC mobile app and at the payment screen it returned with a host not reachable error and 2 times my money got debited and the order did not get processed. Later I paid through the website.

                          2 payments of INR 512.13 was debited from my mobikwik wallet. Whic has not been credited till now. Have send mail twice to KFC no reply till now.

                          Hoping to get my money refunded at the earliest.

                          I ordered KFC Chicken Zinger Meal and paid the bill of Rs232 through SBI online payment.
                          Then my amount is debited from my account but i am not able to place order and now Kfc website is showing that there are no orders in my account and my money is not yet refunded. Please check once and refund my amount...as soon as possible ...

                          My account was debited with the amount of ₹232 through SBI online payment. But KFC website redirected me to a page which showed no orders in my account, my order was never confirmed but amount was debited.
                          I am hoping to get refund soon.

                                Today i visited kfc, janpath after a very long time. And was not at all satisfied by the services provided to me.. First of all at the counter they didnt even tender exact change, took a sum of rs 110 above the total bill.. Secondy i had ordered crispy chicken, which is the basic menu of kfc and it took them more than 25 minutes to place my order... Thirdly after receiving the order after such a long wait the food which was placed was cold as ice not properly cooked and was stinking... Never expected kfc to provide such services. Yours faithfully. (Regular customer)

                                    I had ordered a hot and crispy bucket for home delivery on 26 Oct 2016. The order was never confirmed by the local management. When I called back, they were not confirming a proper order and were completely oblivious of my requirements. They reordered it and said it would take 10-15 min to dispatch as they were "short handed". I waited for 30 min but I started having hunger cramps and my friends were getting restless. When I tried contacting back, no one picked the the call. So I went to the restaurant itself and found 4 bikes already standing (contradictory to what the manager told that they were short handed and all bikes were out for delivery). It was frustrating experience. I would like you to change the whole management and also warn the franchise manager to not repeat this kind of blunder I the future. It was a humiliating experience as my friends were waiting desperately at my residence to have their dinner.

                                      I placed the order on 26.10.2016 through kfc mobile app, the order amount was inr 490.86.
                                      I tried to make an online payment twice and i received server error both times.

                                      But when i checked my bank transaction i found that charges were debit from my account twice.

                                      I raised a complaint to kfc customer case over phone on same day.
                                      They told that they will call me by this or that time, but they neither called not refund my balance..

                                        On 23 October I visited KFC in New Market Kolkata, and was greeted by Offer "2 Hot & Crispy for 99 with picture of a chicken leg piece and yet another piece". I ordered for 2 of this and got all breast pieces - when I asked for leg pieces as per offer pictures, I was told that options are not available. In fact I had to pay additional INR 120 for getting leg pieces. When I asked for the Store Manager and explained to him my point, he did not listen. Then I asked for the Complaint Register, I was given Visitors Book, saying that this is what is available. Overall the attitude was of "I do not care" nature.

                                        This amounts to cheating and deficiency in service, especially the non-availability of a complaint book.
