Yesterday i ordered kfc at 2000 hrs, got my dispatch message at 2020 hrs. i received my order at 2300 hrs, no clue what took so long to deliver as the kfc store (south city mall) and the delivery address is 5mins walking distance. tried to call kfc store, south city mall but wasn't able to get through (15 times to be exact). called customer care to check the delivery status and explained him my problem, the guy told me that he will arrange a call back from the kfc store, but that never happened, i also requested the guy to send the card machine as i wasn't carrying sufficient cash with me, the customer care executive assured me that the card machine will be sent to me. finally when the delivery came, the delivery guy wasn't carrying the card machine, as he wasn't having any clue what i was talking about. after lot of argument with the delivery guy i somehow managed to pay the amount.
I am very disappointed with the services of kfc as the food delivered to us wasn't even hot.

    I placed the order on 1st oct through kfc mobile app, the order amount was inr 608.82.
    I tried to make an online payment twice and i received server error both times.

    Finally i completed my order with cod option and made the cash payment to delivery person.

    But when i checked my bank transaction i found that charges were debit from my account twice.

    I raised a complaint to kfc customer case over phone on same day.
    I was told to send an email with following reference details which got rejected at the time of online payment.

    I have booked the Home delivery order for 10pcs Hot & Cripes bucket on[protected]Wednesday) at 06.45 pm in my mobile KFC App. I have make the payment through via my SBI Credit card ending no with xxx 7871. Amount will be debited Rs. 512.13/-in my account but still i didn't get the Order Id. So kindly refund this amount to us.

      I attempted to place an order two times on 9 October 2016. The web page expired, but I have been charged for these orders. I have sufficient proof of the same in the form of: bank initamations as well as rhe fact that these amounts are reflected in my credit card statement.

      I contacted the Gurgaon branch, from where I had ordered. The money has however not been credited back to me. Please look into this.
      KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      KFC is rounding the bill to upper integer even though payment made through credit card. For me, the bill was Rs. 215.5 and I paid 216. I know it looks too small for 1 customer. Imagine the money sent outside India if just one million people are paying this excess. How much money KFC is earning with this? Kindly provide me and all others justice!!!

        Hi i would like to inform you that on dated 25th sept 2016 12:58 PM i have order food online from KFC, the store has canceled order due to the delivery issue, but till the date i haven't received my money back. as per the policy it should credit back within 14 working days but now its more than 20 days, i am keep on calling kfc customer care and store manager but they are not responding properly, i hope this complain will work and my refund will initiate swiftly. kindly pleas look into it as it being like harassment.

          I just want to know how long will it take for a refund to back.

            orderd at kfc 859pm 2 items for home delivery

            my gross amount was 352.94
            round off .06
            BUT THE BILL AMOUNT AFTER ROUND OFF WAS 383 A DIFFRENCE OF 30Rs.
            1. the delivery guy didnt walk with bill but he says bill amount was 383.
            2. we proceed to phone on centralise number the say bill is 353.
            3. the delivery guy then refused to take the 353 saying the bill was 383. and tried to storm in the house to collect the items delivered. we asked him to go get the printed bill then we will pay.
            4. we emailed the problem to the emaill address on the bill but no reply.
            5. today we have call the centralised number and they are saying they cannot find my records.
            It is just maybe a small amount but imagine for customers who have paid and how long this has been haappening no one knows.
            I got msg that my order was placed and ready for dispatch at 8.39pm but my bill printed came at 8.59pm ????
            items was delivered at 9.15pm .
            I expect a reply from kfc

            I took away my order when I reached home I saw that they didn't gave me my rice box there was no rice box in my carrybag.

                On 10.10.2016 at 10.50pm i made an order of 6 chicken zinger burger and 8 pieces hot and crispy chicken bucket. after several attempts to order via phone from 10pm finally they responded at 10.50pm. they assured me of home delivery after 1.5 hour.the bill amount was 1608rs. my guests kept waiting till midnight and there was no sign of kfc.
                this kind of behavior from a food-chain is not at all accepted. this is complete harassment.

                  Me (syed e uddin) & my friend (abrar ahmed) visited kfc stores which is located in abids, hyderabad, india. we ordered a chicken bucket & chicken popcorn rice bowl and what we found in it is that a wired "hair" stuck to chicken with the rice bowl. we immediately asked the store person to check and they did changed the bowl, but later on my friends has all vomiting because of this hair. we did raise a feedback back complaint to kfc customer survey (kfc13835), and got few calls from store managers and regional manager to visit there store to compensate of there mistake. when we visited they gave us a tour of the store and showed us the new change they bought. but they haven't compensated the health issue which has caused to my friend and on top that the regional manager is trying to be rude and says that what ever in possible they did. when such a big error is done, is it not the company responsible to pay the compensation in better way.!!!.
                  Is the kfc company standard so low that they can't afford to pay proper compensation... i would suggest that they mnc's are just making double profit with our country but not giving right service to us...

                    On[protected] i have been to kfc (express avenue), there i faced a worst experience where in i have to wait for more then 25 minutes to buy chicken popcorn & virgin mojito but finally i didn't get the same. there faced a bad behaviour from those service persons. i am not first time visitor to the shop, usually i come thrice in a week. this is how you treat your customers?? even i didn't get the refund from them, see here i am not asking for the money, since i am a known customer to i knw about those people but all won't be the same they will take the problem seriously kindly look into the problem. my contact no : [protected]

                      The chicken pieces (4) served at your rajpur road, restaurant, dehra dun ; yesterday evening were the worst i ever had. They were both over fried and half cooked. The quantum of oil 2 pieces had. I should have had made a video of it. There's no point point having food at kfc; i think you're way behind the street side vendors on rajpur road.
                      I intimated mr. Manoj at the counter; but there were not at all sorry. Utter waste of time, money and of course health. I'm still feeling the oil on my finger tips today morning.

                        I ordered a meal which costed me rs.176 at north country mall kfc on[protected], for which i gave rs.500 note. But the person refused giving me the order just because he didnt have change and then i explained them that its not my mistake i am paying and you can not deny for taking my order at your fault. And when i asked from manager (Mr. Ronit) are you serious you are refusing a customer order just because you dont have change, he rudely denied taking my order and i couldnt eat from kfc then.

                          We have ordered for 5 in one meal box today and according to the menu there should have been 5items and the quantity was expected as the usual order we did from KFC before but the rice bowl quantity was very less compared to the other times and yumfills that was one of the items of 5in1 meal box was not available.. And it is really not acceptable from KFC.. Coz they charged us in complete and delivered less products which is not acceptable at all

                            My order no is 9200 which was placed on 11.30am today(1 oct 2016) itself and the order came after 1hr and 5mins later and in a worst condition ..it was almost licking..Even on insisting your delivery boy was forcing me to take the order even if it was in no condition to eat..This is not the way it should work..So disappointed with your service ...And thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience which i will definitely like to share with my friends...

                              I had order kfc friendship bucket yesterday dated 30/09/2016. It is very disgusting to say the quality of the food is so bad that I had to throw the entire bucket along with the chicken worth Rs 614.00.

                              The fried chicken was too oily and crisp was too salty. The chicken was also not fresh and it seems the staff or the cook is not trained to prepare them.
                              It seems that the left overs was sent to me.

                              It seems the delivery came from Inorbit mall, malad west Mumbai

                              I never had such experience before and will never order food from kfc

                                Our family yesterday visited KFC located at Main Arterial Road, New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata...Store Number AABCD5534AST002 & ordered 5 In 1 Zinger Meal Box and 5-IN-1 Rice Bowl Meal Box...Despite of our order being placed first we were serviced late and also (left over) very small pieces of Chicken Wings were serviced along with low quality Hash Brown in it...When I raised a complaint store staff called up Store Manager but he was not ready to listen to our genuine concern and mentioned that it will take another 8-10minutes for chicken wings to be ready, ...When I asked him that why staff was putting left over stuff when we had paid for it he dint have any answer rather he was rude and told that this is what they can offer at their the best or I have to wait...By the time resolution was given balance food stuff got cold and was not worth spending so much of money...Had a real bad experience and told him that we are regular customers of kFC but this experience was horrible.Invoice Number : [protected]...Staff : Putul and amount spend was Rs 431.39/-...Even rice bowl quality was not unto the mark leaving a overall bad taste end of the day...Never expected such a bad service and pathetic hospitality from KFC Store Manager.Hope to hear from your end since we do expect a positive reply from fast food chain of repute...Regards, Samir ([protected])

                                  Date: 25th sep 2016, 8:35am KFC, bangalore international airport oppo to gate 15. I ordered for veg zinger with cheese which should cost me 155 with all taxes but male representative who was taking order asked 287rs from me and did not give me bill. while getting my order I asked for bill, he was looking here and there and didnt handover bill. I asked twice for bill finally he prepared new bill of 155rs and handover me without any apologies.. Its was like KFC is making fool of its customers. I want you to take some action on my complaint and get back to me asap.. else i will never go to KFC again in my life and suggest to my near and dears to be beware of KFC..

                                  I found a spider (insect) in Veg rice Bowl. Dont know how Poisinous the food i ate is.

                                    I ordered a 5 in a meal box.But they told me it is only done in a range of 2 km and below.I live in Roadpali, Kalamboli. MY house is 4.2 km from there outlet.They say that it is not possible to do the delivery. 5 days before we went to my relatives place there house was 6 km from there KFC outlet.They said that the delivery would be done. Pls look into this matter. I am tired of hearing this.

                                      I have faced a serious service discrepancy from kfc's side and i feel looted with no mercy.
                                      I visited this kfc at 55th milestone in gurgaon to eat something filling but i ended up being looted and helpless.
                                      I ordered 2 veg zinger burgers which are priced at rs. 99 on the menu,
                                      I was asked for single sauce or double sauce at the time of order.
                                      I asked what is this sauce concept over here.. Since i have visited kfc many times in jaipur (Since i reside in jaipur) and there is no such concept in jaipur..
                                      I was forced to choose compulsorily between single or double sauce..
                                      I asked to the staff member hansraj over there, that if i don't choose any sauce then would you hand over me a burger only with patty and veggies..
                                      To my surprise, he said yes..
                                      Moreover, he also said that sauce to be put inside the burger are treated as dips at kfc and are chargeable apart from the burger amount on compulsory basis..
                                      Then, forcefully i had to choose single sauce as i was helpless and hungry at that moment.
                                      Again to my surprise, i was charged rs. 40 for 4 dips to be put inside the burger.
                                      I enquired that why have i been charged 4 dips in 2 burgers..
                                      He (The kfc guy) said that 2 dips are worth rs. 50.. So i am giving you a benefit by charging 4 dips at rs. 40.
                                      Also, since my order was takeaway i was forcefully charged extra rs. 5 for a bad useless plastic bag which i refused to take but was again told that it's compulsory to take a plastic bag in takeaway orders.

                                      So, this was the incident that took place at kfc in gurgaon.
                                      I urge you for a strong compensation or else i will be filing a complaint to the consumer court to stop this looting business.

                                        Hello,

                                        I order food on[protected] from KFC and prepaid by credit card. That order supposed to be delivered at 9:38 PM but I didn't get it. I was calling continuously but all executives cutting calls. The delivery person were telling again and again that he will come in 20 min but he also didn't come.
                                        As consumer I was feeling so annoying and helpless.
                                        I didn't eat anything in dinner just because I was totally relaying at that order for my dinner.
