I ordred a 5in1 zinger meal box today 07/08/16 at k. f. c (devyani international ltd.)
Counter no.12 terminal 1d, domestic airport, new delhi, order no. ([protected]) staff (38636) i told her when i orderd that i want diet coke/pepsi after i got reguler pepsi i said i want diet one she told me, they dont have. if you dont have any pro. why you didn't say before ordered, i spend 261 rupees and its worthless. i left my cold drink there. and i decided i never go kfc again.

    I am a very much fan of KFC Zinger meal, and usually I will be taking up the meal across different KFC stores. Since recently I have been settled up nearby Porur (Chennai). And as I don’t have any option I had started visiting Porur (Chennai) outlet regularly which is the only outlet available nearby my residing place. Starting from the very much of my first experience in that branch doesn’t gone good. On the first time of the visit itself they had taken me up to 30 minutes to deliver a zinger meal order, as it was not a peak time too and there are only a minimal amount of people waiting for their order itself. Likewise I had lot of bitter experience over that branch for various things. As it was the only available KFC outlet nearby my place. As I don’t have any option and I had tolerated everything and taken up the food, Not for the sake of worst staff behaviour just for the KFC taste.

    As it’s going on, yesterday I had been totally frustrated with the services in the outlet.

    Yesterday (06/08/2016) usually I went over Porur (Chennai) outlet around 10:30 PM. While entering the branch I can able to see lots of flies, Insects roaming inside the store. By neglecting that, I placed my regular order of zinger meal and waited for about 45 minutes. The store keeper called me up for delivery and I can see that the order made ready for take away. While it was clearly billed up for dine in and this is not about happening first time for me. It’s about second time.

    As I got frustrated and I called up the floor incharge to cancel up the bill by demanding to return the funds which I had paid. After a long conversation I got my funds back and left the outlet. To show you how the outlet are been maintained. I had taken up few pics of the inside dining area. Please go through the pics. You can able to see lots o[censored]sed plates and cups in the table which is not cleared even after the customer left before long time ago. Also you will find pics of the floor which is not maintained hygienically.
    I am just sharing all of this to you to show up that delivered food in Porur (Chennai) outlet is not worth for the money. Which I had felt yesterday.

      Delay in Delivery

      Ordered 4 chicken zinger burgers and 6 pieces Hot and Crispy bucket from KFC at 17:59 for home delivery from Crown Interiorz Mall, Faridabad, Haryana. Inspite of repeated calls to the store for delay in delivery, received my order exactly 2 hours later, i.e. at 21:59. Although the food was served hot, my patience was tested. I was promised to receive the order within 30 to 40 mins, but it took them 2 hours to deliver my order....

      Dear sir/mam, i've using mobile no. [protected] since last 9years almost. since last 15 days i am getting several calls treating/considering me as a kfc representative, referring address of imt manesar (gurgaon). they are confirmed me that they got this number from google after searching 'kfc imt manesar'.

      It has been creating mental stress to me as well as consuming my time also.
      Please resolve this issue asap.

        I have being visiting kfc many times. But whenever i hope to take a parcel am never satisfied. The stuff the serve in a takeaway pack is disgusting. Recently i bought chizza bites form kfc msm mall, pune, maharashtra. They served those chicken finger strips along with the toppings of chizza. Same has happened with the snacker and chicken rocking too, they put boneless wings pieces into the burger. This thing is disgusting.

          Ordered food at quest mall kfc for an amount of rs. 598/- on 30/07/2016. After 25 mins they said that they will not be able to deliver in next 30 mins. Asked them to cancel my order since it was too late for delivery. They never said the same during delivery that it will take more than an hour.
          Also attitude of the customer care representative was very worse. Seems that they do not know how to behave with the customer.
          Very worst delivery. Worst attitude of the person.

              I tried to order some food online on 23 July 2016 of INR1, 466. On the payment page I selected Credit Card and made the payment, using my Axis Bank Credit Card; payment was done but the order showed an Error. Paid again using my ICICI credit card, again my amount got paid, but another error. I checked my statements just to find that they have received their payments, but they didnt provide me with my order. I want the 2 refunds.

                My order number :8066 kfc thoraipakam chennai.. The kfc delivery boys usually ask to com to the landmark which they tell instead of which we tell. The delivery boy asked to come to main road and he was just n sumother place and aftr many calls he cem with loud voice shouting as he dint find address properly and shouting at customers for not describing the address. Don't kw how to treat customers nvr order from kfc

                  I have ordered two cheeza bites on 23.07.16 at kfc, dt city centre, gurgaon, tin no - [protected] for take away at 7:00 pm.
                  When we reach home and open the box - cheeza bite pieces were in broken condition and even there was not a single full piece of cheeza in any of the box.

                  Being a regular customer of kfc, i was surprised how kfc has started to cheat their customer.

                  We can not check quanitry of product in each and every packing. It seems that kfc is just taking the money and giving leftovers in the take away. As in ncr for a person it will be difficult to come back and argue with them.

                  I will suggest to all that either do not buy cheeza or else check it than and there.

                    Hi,

                    I have order online for kfc paneer zinger burgers and paid through credit card online.. It provide me time to be delivered at 1.36 pm. At 1.32 i recieved a call that paneer zinger is not availble. And we cannot provide you the refund and also not able to provide you paneer zinger. This is totally a fraud case and gundagardi... I want compensation for the same. This is very bad imperssion of the kfc company.. If you cannot have the product then you should mentioned while ordering online...

                      On 20th of july i visited kfc restaurant situated on gt road jalandhar, punjab

                      I ordered on 5in1 meal box and one veg burger and 2 pieces of fiery grill and hot and crispy
                      There ac's were not working well and when i started to eat chicken wat i found that piece of hot&crispy was enriched with yukkk oil.
                      And ac's were not working.
                      And when i complaint about it to the staff they ignored it.
                      And when i asked them for customer feedback form they started laughing.
                      When i was filling the form they were laughing...
                      I found a desi dhaba better than this kfc...

                        I often visit kfc, pheniox mall, lucknow as it is near to my home. But my last few visits have been unplesent.

                        Earlier before this visit i placed an order and then got to know that i can’t make payment through card. Then, i had to cancel my order go to atm to withdraw cash then again come back to kfc which is on 4th floor and place the order again and pay through cash.

                        Now during this visit i had a gift card to pay through and remaining amount through card/cash.
                        I placed the order and then i got to know their internet is not working? So the gift card voucher cannot be applied, i was like what the hell? Everytime i visit this store there had to be some problem waiting for me.

                        Then, i asked the manager mr. Shailendra to make the payment through card and again the card machine is not working?

                        I was so pissed that i left the counter immediately. And decided to file a complaint against this kfc facility and service. Some serious action is need to be taken against this kfc store.

                        A humble request to kfc that please make the card machine working and get and better internet connectivity at this store.

                        Will wait for resolution. Keep me updated so that i can visit store with my voucher again.

                          Hi, i visited kfc store in phoenix mall, pune on 18th july 2016.
                          I it was disaster experience from such world wild great chain.
                          I am big time lover of kfc food and i enjoy it in all over my travelling in india and abroad.
                          But in pune phoenix food court experience in kfc outlet was too bad and shabby. below are few points of that.
                          1. rude, manner less, ill behaved staff
                          2. worst communication towards customers
                          3. they refused to give change as they were running out of it.
                          4. i ordered chizza and 1 chicken zinger. chikan zingar was cold and bread used for it was too bad. chizza taste was worst, i would say it wasn, t kfc food at all. it was like local made some tasteless dish.
                          I had chizza on delhi airport last week it was too much delicious and great so i reapeted same order in pune and that staff ruined it all.
                          5. i requested glass of water as i was thirsty, that staff bluntly refused it to give water. they were showing me to go and drink water in common mall area : (. offering water to customer in india is really appreciable from any one, but this staff was weird. not single person in that outlet is well behaved or decent. they are taking kfc's name and standard down, way down.
                          6. pathetic food and service. if you get really delicious food or great service we can compensate with any one of them, but here in pune both were worst.
                          As kfc's one of the biggest lover and food fan i would appreciate if proper action to taken care with such staff members.
                          So in future we can keep enjoying kfc food with world standards.

                            We have ordered 6 pcs of chicken bucket for take away at KFC pacific mall kausambi ghaziabad, pin 201012and I must say the experience was awful. The oil used was smelling badly and after eating the chicken we could only taste bad oil. They charged us 594 for 6 PCs of chicken and 2 snackers and if this is the product quality which KFC is offering then I would suggest you shut your company. At least serve for what we are paying you. You guys have degraded your product. My wife puked twice after having your chicken. So at least have a quality check on your franchises.

                              Hi I am appalled and surprised about how pathetic a service can be. I wanted to place an order and wanted to know if they deliver in my area. i know there is a KFC Manesar which is located very close to my house about 4 kms. However the number i found from google connected me to a real estate broker in Manesar. so I called[protected] which got me connected to a call centre in Noida, i spoke to Hemant Kumar who could not help me with the number for the store and refused to even help me i wanted to speak to a supervisor and he refused to even connect me to one since all of them are in a meeting. After insisting to be on hold and not disconnecting he connected me to Ravi Kumar Pandey who advised me that he is very sorry but he cannot help me again and then after insisting that he represents KFC he advised that he will call back with the number of the store. I doubt if i will get this callback but i seriously want to highlight that this service is unacceptable. The management should figure out a way to deliver better service to customer and really teach contact centre employees to be helpful rather that arguing and being rude to customers.

                                Hi team,
                                I have ordered 12 pcs chicken which cost me 390 rs. apart from 12 pcs i received only 10 pcs. i talked to customer care regarding this twice and apart from resolving my issue they said i will receive call back from store.
                                I also want to highlight that the size of pieces are too small. the size was not standard.
                                They said soon i will receive the call from the delivery restaurant. but i did not get call from anyone.

                                  The item that I have ordered in kfc cutback store is hot and crispy chicken. But the food served to me was totally cold and it does not have the original taste. When I tried to complain this to the store manager he started abusing me. Even he did not provide me the feedback book. The staff behaved with me in a very rough manner. Request you to kindly look into this.

                                    Ordered item at:8:10 pm ist, received : 9:10 pm ist, order date: 13/07/2016.
                                    Food received post one hour of ordering.
                                    Ordered grilled rice bowl and 12 boneless strips.
                                    Food was not even warm and soggy, looks like order was dispatched much earlier, however the distance from kfc and the delivery location is maximum of 10 mins.
                                    When called kfc for feedback they ensure that i will be receiving the call from manager within 5 mins and its been 11:45 pm. i called three times ans still have no response and resolution. mayur was one of the employee whose name i remembered.

                                    This is totally a unsatisfactory and poor services.

                                    I also order on someday and spoons was not their but i ignores because that was not so much of big issue.

                                    But this time it is totally a bad service.
