I bought a ice cream sandwich from KFC outlet in jayanagara 4th block on 10 Sept 2016 Saturday, i was charged 50 rs per piece but the mrp is just 25. the prices of all the ice creams which they are selling is above the mrp. the brand which they are selling is of cream bell. please take necessary action. i have uploaded the picture of receipt and the icecream carton.
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Fries not provide in Wednesday day offer meal.Take 599+ taxes.Very bad experience with KFC

    I had KFC Chicken in the Indira Nagar Branch near the Metro Station at 10:00 PM on a 16 August 2016.
    After a few bites I noticed the chicken that I was having had feathers in it and I had already consumed a few.
    When spoken to the manager, he replies rudely 'THIS IS NOT HIS RESPONSIBILITY’

    I have a picture taken of the chicken at the franchise with feathers being clearly visible.

    I demand the concerned authorities to get in touch with me within the next 3 days else, the picture also with the statement of my college who were with me at the time of incident will be on all social media platforms and newspaper in town. This may not affect the goodwill and customer footfall fro KFC but this will bring into light th kind of chicken KFC is serving us.

    Extremely shocking behavior by a kfc staff member at the KFC, ulubari, Guwahati outlet.
    The order was placed at 11:19AM and handed at 11:54 AM. We had a train to catch and just at 11:45AM she (Luxmi) tells us it'll take another 10 mins while the other staff are walking around, taking pictures and least concerned.

      Sir i hv orderd a food online on kfc the amount of rs 556 has been debited from my account on 31/08/2016 and still i didn't get any refund till now kindly help me out regarding this complaint n also i hv complained on kfc but they didn't respond any thing so sir i want my money refund back as soon as possible so sir kindly help me out regarding this complaint

        Wednesday 31st july kfc sent message on my mobile 37% on 12 pc bonelessstrips [protected]@300, order now call[protected]. I ordered and and i waited for i hr for the delivery but it was not delivered inspite of ensurance that the order will be delivered within 10 minutes.Shame on this company . Cheating people and sending false messages and not delivering the order

          Feel very sorry to inform that yesterday I ordered 3 KFC items through online using my credit card.Required money has deducted but no msg came to me.
          When I called nearby store they said that they have not received any order from my number. I have also checked with my credit card division and found money has approved from KFC end.Called customer and they also have no update.sent mail but did not received any reply

          Almost 9 days y not refund y
          When we order KFC food for home delivery the container charges it's too high, we need to pay tax amt as well packing charges, , packing charges they have to arrange distance wise within 3 to 5 also we need to pay 30 RS even it's too far also we need to lay 30 RS it's not fare. Please reduce the packing charges amount 30 RS to 5 to 10 rs.
          Today i ordered large chicken pop corn & 4 leg piece hot n crispy at village Ramgarh Nr. Kohara Chandigarh road Distt. Ludhiana. There i place a order to Mr. Uttamdeep & he promise me to handover the order with in 5 mins. but in actual he took 28 mins. n speak rudely to me. My order no. is 9570 Dt:2/9/16 at 17:02. Total billed amount is Rs 538/-

            I have placed the order by 9.30 PM tonight (31/08/2016), not deliver for 2 hours after following up 5 times with KFC Bangalore ( Central) as well KFC Bannerghata road branch.

            I had conversation with call center manager as well manager of KFC bannerghata road ( Sangram), he always told me 10 minutes and 10 minutes but 10 mints never over.

            Just take action against them find out where is the mistake happen.

            YOU GUYS ARE LOOSING YOUR BRAND VALUES.

            Finally i forced to had dinner at 12.00 PM, almost mid night.

              Hey guys... I want to file a Complaint against your employee in BATHINDA Punjab... I ordered a feyri grilled chicken (8 pieces) which they told me would take 20 mints but even after 40 mints there was no sign of the order and when I enquired, this guy named NEERAJ whoes language was absurd told me to have only 4 pieces. His language was really bad. I REALLY DON'T EXPECT THIS FROM KFC nd I really want you to take strict action against him.

                I am hariprasad, from mumbai. I ordered one kfc duo bucket and paid money (Rs 266.63) through online on 21 aug 2016 (Order no:[protected]. Due to unavailability of the door delivery service, the order was cancelled by kfc team, and the same was conveyed through a call. But i haven't received refund till today. Kindly, go through the issue and resolve the same.

                  Ordered for one rice meal box and one zinger burger meal box, but delivered without dessert for both the boxes. I made online order as well online payment too. Date of order - August 28 2016 at 8.45 pm.
                  I had to to call twice because delivery was not made within the scheduled time i.e. 9.48 pm. The delivery boy handed over the parcel carry bag and after short hesitation handed over two cans of pepsi, but did not deliver the desserts as billed. I placed the order through online zomato to kfc saltlake sector 4 outlet.

                    This was the first time i have visited kfc with my family for a take away order both veg and non-veg on 22nd august 2016.
                    We sat there until i was called the order was packed and ready. I did ask them if all the items were packed and they said yes to it.
                    Major part of the order was non-veg and the veg part of the order was for my mother who is a non-vegetarian.
                    When we reached home and my family opened the packaging wei found that a part of non-veg order was missing and all the veg part of the order was missing.
                    This is really disappointing. I had to go to the market and had a veg food order packed from a local restaurant.

                    I tried calling customer care but they told me that this branch of kfc is not under there support and the contact no. On bill and internet for that particular branch was not working.

                    Please let me know that why should i again visit kfc and ever in my life even like or suggest anyone for your restaurant.
                    Is there any way kfc is going to refund the amount of the order not provided by them?

                    Here are the details of my order and i have also attached the snapshot of the bill which contains the missing items.

                      I've ordered online via my debit card successfully but the store locator called & said that they can't delIver at my address. So i need to know the procedure to claim my refund. I called the same no back but they said that they will send the money back in 7 working days. I did not get any further positive response from their side. My refund claim is for Rs. 348

                        I had ordered for some Mingles Bucket on 23 August at 20:16 pm from KFC Nerul branch in Navi Mumbai, and i happened to get hairy chicken pieces for which i have attached the image as well, its such a shame that such a big brand being so careless. i am very sure that no action will taken against this other than the manager offering for a replacement.

                        Most of the time i went to kfc to eat food in preet vihar, but in this kfc. they are taking vat 2 times in one bill. when is asked about this. so they told me that if you order the beverage the vat is double.
                        Worst service of dwarka sec 4 Delhi after place online order It's more than 3 hours for waiting they guys haven't complete a order. they call me we want another 45 minutes after 90 minutes when they deliverd order was not completed. After two hours I don't receive a pending order.shameful & very bad service of KFC.

                            I am gurpreet kaur from chandigarh, india. on 17.08.2016 i went to kfc zirakpur to have my meal. i have ordered one krusher lime soda which costs rs 25 but counter person asked me to pay rs 40 after checking bill, i find that they added 30.25 percent vat on that on asking about it, they replied that on beverages vat is 30.25 % in punjab but according to my knowledge it is not. i am attaching copy of bill for your kind reference.

                            Hi Gurpreet,

                            I have also faced the same thing, I bought my meal from Mohali yesterday and I was surprised with 2 types of vat included in the bill. As per my curiosity, I searched internet for vat rates and I got all answers to my doubts.

                            There r different type of Vat taxes imposed by Punjab govt. under which on eatables they charge [protected]@14.30% and for beverages the Vat [protected]@30.25%.

                            Nutshell, KFC is just doing their job, the increased vat on beverages is imposed by Punjab govt.

                              I take order of chizza and chick strips at 20:17 and take order at home and eat so called order that was poor in quality. I tell everyone to not go KFC to take snacks from KFC and also share post on social sites .

                                Hello kfc,

                                Last friday, 12th aug, i ordered some items from online where it was clearly stated that "your order has been successfully placed". It was a paid order and i have my bank statement clearly stating the deduction for kfc online.
                                After placing the order, i waited for 30-45 mins but still no sms or no e-mail came in. Then i dialed in the number of the store stated in the attachment and they clearly said that they did not received any order from the mobile no. And there are no order with no. # 1917847.
                                Since i has no option, i again placed a phone order to the same store and that got delivered in due time.
                                I have not received any further communication after that. Please process the refund of rs 821 to the same mode of payment asap.
                                Also, kindly check your website why this has happened and these things are really pathetic. If you cant take online order, you should not accept any payment as well or you should give a pop up to the customers.
                                I want a quick and favorable reply.

                                  I have ordered the crispy veg burger but they have given me non veg burger and i am pure vegetarian. I had a bite and it was a the worst experience of my life to have non veg due to the mistake of the some individual on your store.

                                  I am highly disappointed and that was my last visit at kfc, from now onwards i will not visit any kfc outlet also i will suggest my near ones to not go on kfc because you people are a big cheater. U played with the values of the customer. It is a negligence at your store and i will regret my decision to buy products from your outlet

                                    I bought grilled chicken from kfc at shalimar indira nagar lucknow . It was full of blood and oil . The staff tried to manage by saying its marinate. He was very rude and disrespectful. There was no manager in the store. I think KFC is getting deteriorated .. Poor service extremely pathetic brand

                                    Ordered chicken sipcy grilled at shalimar indiranagar lucknow store .chicken was full of bood and oil . The person said its red marinate. He was not ready to accept it and was trying to manage it. There was no manager.. KFC is pathetic staff dont even listen ... Food is bad quality. Poor service. Hopeless brand . Planning to go to consmer forum.

                                      I have placed an order from cannaught place delhi on 15 august 2016 at 9 10 pm i didnt recived the order, again i placed a query and they re placed the order at 10 10 pm and still not delivered till 11pm. T i queried for the order and they said they have no data. This is happening to me for the second time in one week. This is so pathetic thing and gonna write a wrriten complaint for sure.

                                        I visited kfc outlet at phoenix mall yesterday i.e. on 14 aug 16. the kind of behaviour and services rendered was extremely bad. i have the following complaints.
                                        1. i was made to wait for billing and the person continued to talk to his fellow. despite asking him to take my order, he continued to talk and behaved rudely.
                                        2. i was asked to bring in change and was told to leave if i dont have change. i finally had to make payment through card.
                                        3. the burgers served were cold. i had to request them to atleast serve hot burgers.
                                        4. when i asked for water for my kid, i was told that i should carry water from home.
                                        i think my bill number is 29656. chk 9178 dated 14 aug 16 time 04:47 pm
                                        if this is the kind of behaviour i get then i dont think i should be visiting kfc ever again.
