    Ordered in KFC and after one hour they called and told that they will not deliver the order. The manage who spoke was so rude and he literally told that they will not deliver the order, do whatever you can do. I said I have paid online but he simple said you have to choose location properly and asked if I know to read and write. Seriously, who the hell is he to ask me such a question? I was new to the city and I didn't know where the restaurant was. i entered my address online and the shop was selected automatically. This Guy called me and not only gave a irresponsible answer but also talked to me in a very humiliating way. This is the way they treat the consumers. I really don't care if I loose that money but respect is something that should be given to everyone. having such manners-less managers really shocked me. How could such a huge chain restaurant have such low esteemed managers? The incident made me loose al the interest I had on KFC. Despite cancelling the order, the way their managers handled the issue was very awkward. Me and my friends will never visit KFC again. I feel that KFC in whole is responsible for this as it is their duty to hire managers with more Sense/Manners and who knows how to respect customers.

      I had ordered at KFC, Branch DLF IT PARK, New town, Kolkata, WB. Order placed on the name:Pujaganguli. Date and time of order: 13the Dec. 2015, 9:23pm. When it was past 45 mins since I ordered, I called and was assured that the delivery guy has reached nearby when. When it was past 1 he. And I called I was told the delivery guy had a problem, it will be delivered in 5mind now. Then it was past 1 he. 15mins, that is almost 11 at night I was furious and called to cancel and I would rather cook now than wait for 5 more mind. THE manager was not even apologetic and said the orders will be cancelled. KFC DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ANYMORE.

        Mojito quantity is very less not even half in the glass. when we asked for that they told they did not added ice. we requested them to add ice they added too much ice still glass is not even full. this is some how charging full money but felt waste to have in KFC. quantity is around a cup of water not more than that and added too much lemon and mint leaves

          On Wednesday, 09/12/2015 I bought 10 pieces of hot and crispy chicken. As it was my wife's birthday I had a take away from KFC restaurant at Baner, Pune. As it was a takeaway they gave me packed hot and crispy packets. When I came home I found out that there were only 9 pieces of hot and crispy. Also the chicken was over fried and was almost burnt. It had no taste at all. This incident has happened to me second time but as I am a big fan of KFC I did not complain the first time. The food yesterday i.e. 9/12/2015 has ruined my day.             This is to inform you that on the 7th of December as I was in the Delhi Airport T 1, I had ordered some french fries and chicken popcorn at KFC. To my horror the chicken was stale and it appeared black in colour. Even the the fries were cold and tasteless. Since I had a flight to catch I could not complain. I hope you look into this matter.

              On 29 november 2015 I made a purchase for INR 138 at KFC RESTAURANTS, KFC MANTRI MALL, BANGALORE and made payment using my debit card. But the amount was deducted twice from my account for the same purchase. The staff there gave me the reason for such deduction was technical error and the amount would be refunded within 24 hours. The amount was not refunded even after 2 days. I now want my money to be refunded at earliest. Bill number: T1234 Inv number: 000302 TID: 4112722

                Today I was really shocked when I saw the chicken leg piece..it was stale and not properly cooked! As I removed the crispy skin of the piece the chicken was in brownish red colour! Taste was also very different! Kfc was one of my favourite but now I don't like kfc anymore and would suggest others also not to eat it!

                  I placed an order for Rs.277+277 with Kalkaji Kfc new delhi on 3rd December 2015. The paymnent was deducted from my bank account but later it redirected to a page where it said order failed. i have tried it two times for the same order i.e 277 X 2=rs.554.My name is arijeet roy, [protected], K-2056 Third floor Chittaranjan park new delhi-110019. Please provide the refund as soon as possible for the amount rs.554 from banks Punjab national bank and Kotak Mahindra bank. Please initiate a refund.

                      I would like to report about a incident that took place yesterday[protected] at KFC indira nagar faizabad raod at around 9;30 pm a lanky fellow in pink t shirt was standing at the counter after placing my order i asked him about the offers and he was extremely rude in answering and said that this is the way he talks if i have any problem i should leave ...i said if that's the thing then go ahead cancel my order he said he can cancel but he wont refund any thing . KFC should take stringent action against him. and reply to me would be appreciated .

                      Hi Mr. Shubro Dutta,

                      I understand your point, KFC don't responds to any complaints made on consumer forums or any other kind of online mediators. It's better lodge a legal case on them through a lawyer. Or you better send a letter to them.

                      Please don't forget to post your experience on facebook, twitter, youtube, etc. At-least people will be aware of that.

                      That's all I can help.

                      Order content was missing in take away, also the didn't put the bill in parcel

                      I ordered 5 in 1 meal box ad take away. When i bring the parcel home, i found that there was only 4 items. One item was missing. Also they ask for bill while packing my order. I thought they will keep this bill in my parcel but they didn't. My home was too far from kfc restaurants so i can't go back there. please help me in this matter.

                        Hi,

                        While returning from Hyd airport, I ordered for 2 Krispy potato rice bowl as part of a take away order but when I opened carry bag on my way to home I found only 1 rice bowl in it. It was already 12 in night and I had already covered half distance to my home.
                        Not sure if the KFC guy did it by mistake or on purpose but I was cheated for my money.
                        KFC should return my money and make sure such incidents should not happen again.

                          We had went to KFC-Crown Mall Faridabad, & ordered for KFC 8 Piece Bucket of Hot & Crispy, But they had bring 7 piece, Later they said they dont have hot & crispy piece & given us 1 piese of hot & grilled & the food was cold & there was foul smell in that food due to which i had bad stomach.

                            Hi, I ordered KFC group meal online and received a confirmation on mail with order id and amount mentioned on that. When i didn't receive the parcel on time and called KFC executives, they refused to deliver that. This is ridiculous and so much inconvenience for a customer who ordered from such a reputed brand. I have attached mail snapshot which i received as a confirmation on my mail id.

                              We placed order at 10.25 from KFC at Trivandrum and we waited for more than 40 minutes to get the food delivered to us... and they were not even ready to apologize on the same issue... they simply told the reason that they forgot... is this what we should expect from a international brand?? they are dealing with the policy LAST IN FIRST OUT as they consider their acquaintances first and other customers should have to wait for hours for their kindness...

                                This complaint is about the food menu. I ordered 2 piece Chicken @ Rs 155/-. Upon checking the packet i found that one was a very small piece and other was a big piece.
                                I inquired about it and was told by the manager Harsha, who claim to be the managing director of KFC India, that how it is and that's the way it is. I asked him as to where is it written, he said there is no need for him to write anything anywhere and he decides what he wants.
                                This conversation turned into a heated argument and i kept on asking him about KFC Head Indias details, he said its him. I asked anybody i can contact he said thats he who decides.
                                I kept on repeatedly asking him about it but he turned abusive and rash and asked me to get out.
                                Before I take it up legal am trying to intimate you guys for a redressal. I want someone to call me at [protected]. I shall give 7 days and the would take it up.

                                  I love KFC products. More than that i loved the softy ice cream which they used to give. Last week i went to buy the softy ice cream and the KFC guys said the machine is under repair. So i waited for a week. Yesterday when again i went to buy, they said the softy will no more be available in the stores. Instead of that they have brought some other varieties of ice creams. I m not saying that these new products are bad, but at least dont stop the softy. I love it soo much.. And they also told me that it is applied in all KFCs in other locations. Please bring it back :(

                                    I ordered chicken rockin and chicken pieces at kharghar glomax KFC at navi Mumbai.they have zero knowledge about their product and they dont have basic etiquettes of speaking decently.it's as if they are doing a favour for customer. Very disappointed

                                      I was working for kfc india (yum)i have resigned from the company on 26/05/13 and i had applied for my PF settlement firts time on 17/10/13 it got rejected and again i have applied it second time on 29/05/14 and i have been tracking my pf for so long days, but still i couldn't able to receive my pf settlement my pf number :13155 Gorgon

                                        This is an extremely disappointed situation that we had to witness today. We had ordered 2 chicken snacker and 2 fiery chicken from KFC, OBEROI MALL, Mumbai around 8pm today. Since we were running late, had asked them to parcel the same.
                                        Trusting that quality and ethics of the company, we did not think of opening the delivery bags to check and just took it as given to us. Once we left from there, and the moment we opened the bags to eat, there was a huge cockroach having his treat on the fiery Chicken.

                                        We immediately threw the packets in the dustbin before the cockroach could take a tour around.

                                        We do not want to put this up on social sites and seek any attention. But this is highly unethical on the part of the outlet to not maintain healthy sanitation guidelines.

                                        Please take some action against it, and inspect the other outlets as well.
