I have called on this delhi no reg my query on this no [protected] on 08 june 15 04:14 pm and a lady pick up the call and she said this is reception no...i asked her about my problem and she started speaking that we do not register any compaint and when i asked her name she literally speaking rude and her pitch turned high and when gain asked her name as its right of customer to know whom we are talking she refused and disconnected the call...and 5 mins i again called on same above mentioned no. and that lady disconnected the call...is this the way your representative should behave with customers????????

    We are regulars customer of KFC. As mentioned in the zomato menu, we first ordered the KFC veg twister wra, and we were told it is discontinued. So point no 1 : Kindly inform/remove/update the menu everywhere. When ordered the Veg rockin burger, we were served two strips of Veg Strips inside the buns. This is unethical. We have ordered Veg rockin earlier and as mentioned in your website, it is a cripsy patty and not some leftover veg strips that u pack in a bun and serve us. We are very dissapointed with the KFC service.

      Looks like KFC, Rajouri Garden restaurant is making fool of people. I had ordered Chicken Rockin burger along with other items. They made me wait for around 30 min, since Chicken Rockin burger was not ordered frequently (I was given this excuse). Finally when my order was delivered, I checked the chicken Rockin burger. Was shocked and angry to see what was delivered to me. No lettuce, cabbage like that from chicken snacker, single chicken strip cut into half...is this what you say is Chicken Rockin burger? Chicken Rockin burger has 2 strips, lettuce, etc. Looks like they served me Chicken Snacker in a big bun. Good way to loot people, charge Rs 78 (excluding VAT), give what is valued at Rs. 40 in a big burger bun. I was so frustrated, that I decided to cancel my order. Check for the order of Rs. 350 cancelled at 6:18PM on 7-Jun-2015. Is this KFC is maintaining their service. If raw ingredients for Chicken Rockin burger are not available, then cashier should let us know the same. McDonald's is much better, at least they deliver what is ordered. Worst experience at KFC, will not order at this restaurant again. Laws in india are much relaxed, If the same thing had happened in USA, I would have sued KFC; there wud not have been such a situation in first place since customer service in USA is much better.

        My name is Ajithkumar I worked in KFC ( Banglore) as a part timer and my employee I'd is 47540.Because of some reasons I left the job, But I didn't get my latlast month (March) salary.so, I requested to store manager but no proper response for them. So, please provide my last month( March) salary as early as possible. Thanking you sir. Kfc, Marthahalli.

          On 26th May 2015 we visited KFC in Kukatpally around 3-30pm. We ordered for two Chicken Zinger Box Meal and one vanilla mojito and normal mojito. The staff there don't know how make mojito but somehow the made and gave it to us then in the meal there has to be two french fries but they gave us only one and when told dem after long time they bought the other ine which hd flies on them when we told them they were not responding and the on duty Manager was so irresponsible.He don't even know how talk with customers

            I had goen kfc on 4-6-15 at 6 pm evening very bad experience they had no drinks no veg food available no variety in non veg available there was only 2 type of variety available in nonveg this had happen with me in kfc trillium mall amritsar punjab

                Dated 30.05.2015, I visited KFC AT WAVE MALL Jammu along with my family, Firstly aftr long wait we received meal and being terribly dissapointing the complete meal was Rancid. Moreover, when i complained for the same to the concern person there, Instead of giving me a satisfactory response, he started arguing. Being an old and valueable Customer Of KFC, i am extremely sorry to say that I[censored] go on serving such type of meal, Ur Existence would be in Danger for sure.

                  Today I have worst experience in kfc DB City mall bhopal. My son waited for drinking water about half an hour when I told your waiter ZULFICAR he said he busy so they can't. I can't understand this type of aerogenc behaviour for children's. Please do some action for this type of behaviour.

                    Just ordered from KFC Noida sector 63. The person on counter first denied Chicken rice bowl availability and then again gave it. The quality was no where near expectation. We had sent a person to take away from restaurant and had to eat something as we were hungry. that's why did not escalate. But surely its a bad experience and a waste of money.

                      Recently been to KFC Rajouri Garden in City Square mall. The front crew took an order did not offered small coldrink just offered medium or large beverage. Same thing she did with the other people as I was standing there for the same. She filled half of the Pepsi glass with ice even after asking her not to add ice at all. She took another glass filled it half with pepsi. Asked her to fill it completely but she denied said "machine se ek baar me itta hi nikalta hair" called her manager suddenly machine starting working fine. Kindly rectify this issue asap ad I am a regular weekend visitor at that KFC. Or else will file a case of giving misleading information to the consumers and cheating on them. This is illegal. You have to give all the options on each beverage or food item. Cheese not required option is never there in case of snacked burgers they always stick u cheese even when u don't need it.

                        I have complaint of your branch sohna road › ild mall, sohna road, gurgaon : i have order my stuff around 4:45pm today for my love one and they don't have have courtesy to call me that my order is late or they can't deliver that. Savan on phone line commits me that they will deliver within 40 mins am ok with that but after calling him 3 times he said sorry for huge delay i will check and let you know after that he said store manager sandeep will call you withing 2 minutes and neither i receive any call from sandeep nor any order. By 7 pm 2 delivery guys come and said we are waiting here in front of your house since 2 hours. Do you really think we are stupid. Then he said he is our new delivery boy. So what you spoil my occasion.. If he is waiting since 2 hours he should call me i dont think it will take 2 hours to come from sohna road to southcity2 its hardly 3 minutes distance. Even i ask him to provide me order number they said we don't have any order your mobile number is your order number...                           On 21st of may, Howrah railway station KFC...I ordered for a veg burger was billed 160 bugs for a veg burger... Wen u opened the box wat I was given was a non veg chicken burger... I dint even have tym to go n shout on u ppl...I just threw the whole pack in the dustbin... Is this ur service ... Hopeless n horrible...I don't think so I ll ever step inside KFC... KFC is disgusting.

                            i was a grt fan of kfc and i visit weekly, but now a days i go very rarely...the main point is, we have to eat what staff says, nothing will be available, if available also he will say it will take 40 min to cook, which kfc machine in store cooks for 40 min, and after 10 pm he will give only some 2 items...crazy...if you guys want to do something please do now...or people gonna avoid you guys completely... KFC, Trivandrum, Kerala( keshavadasapuram Branch, Near Car Plaza)

                              I am KFC fan, i have eaten in almost all big cities and tasted KFC. But my bitter experience with chnadanagar, branch hyderabad in the last two consecutive visits. Quality is worst of all KFC's in INdia. I sincerely request KFC and rethink and close KFC in chandanagar, it defames KFC with the worst taste. I recommend to qulaity check once with ur specialist, coke(80% water+10% water) Hot ccripsy tastes like some medicines rather than chicken. Veg strip rice bowl no gravy inside and witout salt. courtesy to customers ZERO service speed Zero Dont lose the confidence on KFC cause of this store, remove the store or change the manpower immediately

                                I went to KFC at afternoon of 17/5/15 at 3rd Floor of Ambience mall gurgaon. I ordered some. When I went to receive my order they gave 1 small chicken popcorn instead of ordering medium. I first thought I may have miss ordered so I checked my bill it said 1 medium chicken popcorn. So I clarified to the vendor named Sandeep to give me the correct size. The vendor blatantly claimed that what he gave me was a medium and not small. Completely disagreeing with his statement I demanded him to show with the different size boxes. He shows me 2 small size boxes and said they are different.Although I told him customers are not stupid and if he were me, wanting to pay? He was quite. Finally I asked him to correct the bill so very hardly he brought the corrected bill. This problem frequently occur in KFC. I think its because of improper checking on stocks of packages and mentality in senior leveled staffs is that they can excuse making fool their customers and it doesn't make any difference in such big KFC. I love your products but sometimes feel to give up to go to KFC why get mood off by your staffs by paying. I've attached the photos of medium and small cup brought from another branch and my bill. You are required more training to their senior staffs how to deal with customers and how to check the stocks properly in deep. I hope your improvement in service

                                    I have order 8 PC crispy chicken on 13th of may at 7.51 pm address #17/35 Nanjappa layout 31st main BTM 2nd stage Bangalore and order was confirmed and supposed to reach at 9PM. When I called at delivery contact end, person at the start told that order has been delivered and payment is received, after then he was trying to pretend my mobile is switched off. Even after arguing him a lot and requesting him to confirm the same order again, he bluntly refused order. This was message i received about confirmation Hi, Thank you for ordering KFC Delivery. Your Order No is 8011. For Queries call - +91 [protected] We all waited for more than an hour for order and this is the response we got from your end, seriously losing credibility from your online service.

                                      I had purchased KFC Tub 6 pcs & there was a scheme of 6 pcs frr on the same. Date : 10th May'15. Devyani International Ltd., Shop no. 28 & 124, GF & Ist Floor, DT City Center, Gurgaon, Haryana. ORD. No. : [protected] It was a take away Order & since there was huge rush 'coz of Mother's Day, We could not check what kind of pcs has been put into the Tub. We were shocked to see that there were 6 pcs of Wings, 2 leg Pcs & 4 small Chest pcs. We were zapped why we have been cheated by putting 6 Wings & balance very small pcs ( Not at all the size which KFC gives). We have not liked the way we have been cheated by KFC.                                         Hello Mr. Muktesh Pant (CEO KFC) & KFC People, I wonder how this company is still operating in India. The most unethical and RUDE company is into service industry and humiliating and cheating upon its customers every day. Now let me walk you through to the series of events which clearly depicts that KFC is cheating upon its customers and it runs from top to the entry level of company’s hierarchy. 1. I along with my family visited KFC outlet which is at Phoenix Mall’s food court, Lucknow.I ordered one OMG burger and one soft drink (MIRINDA Orange flavor) for my son. My son kind of liked the burger but after his first sip he started complaining about the ill taste of MIRINDA. 2. I placed my second order (Inv # [protected]) with chicken popcorn rice bowl and one OMG burger, during my order what I saw came as shock to me and it checked me to order any soft drinks. My burger was served in the most absurd and unreasonable fashion. It has always been an issue with this outlet of yours in terms of service and unavailability of the items shown on the menu, they never serve crushers always give a lame excuse of SIR KHATAM HO GAYA HAI (SIR IT IS FINISHED).Is it KFC or some roadside food joint? Is not the manager aware of the inventory of the store? Why this incompetent staff is still working with your company? Now comes the reason why I did not order for the soft drink there was a filthy soft drink dispensing machine (Off course PEPSI) was at display but to the irony of the customers that freaking machine was dispensing everything but softdrink, then also to add the cherry on the top of the cake PEPSI was being served to the customers which was tasteless and was being served in THE MOST UNHYGENIC way, For you reference lots of pictures are attached with this letter/Complaint. 3. When I asked why your store never serves crushers they did not have any legit reason to justify so I was forced to write a complaint and I clearly stated waiting for your phone call, it has been more than 48 hours but still no phone call from your end. Shamelessly all your staff members along with VIKAS (who claimed he is the store manager) were giggling and smiling like anything but a responsible KFC team member. 4. Now let me walk you through what was happening at soft drink machine, as a fact of matter your machine was non functional and your staff was shamelessly cheating upon customers, one staff member was filling in the soft drink glasses from a bottle as adding ice with his bare hands, DO NOT YOU THINK it should not happen it should have been told to customers before they place order for soft drinks. When I was furious over this and complaining over this issue VIKAS (SELF ACCAIMED store manager) was reaction was more than enough to leave me stumped he quoted” SIR it is what it is”. (Sir jo hai apke samne hai).When I told him if I have someone inspect the cleanliness of your outlet you all shall be scoring negative then he gave the same response and was very much in a dual verbally to prove him right. NOW- I am sending you this letter/complaint to have a justification for this ILL DEED of yours which is clearly a case of cheating and serving unhygienic food. I am sending this copy to the KFC head quarters, Pepsi India also so that they also feel the heat of the issue. If required I will feel great to seek help of consumer court for this issue however your response is welcome first. Your company spends tons of money on commercials but do nothing about customer satisfaction and staff training. I almost forgot your website of KFC India is kind of playing tricks on customers too when you punch FEED US BACK tab and fill the form to download you with all the experiences. Form given there on the page does not take (it blocks the keyboard to write anything there) DATE OF VISIT field which leaves a customer with everything but filing a complaint. SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED.
