On 3/07/2015 I had been to KFC outlet at Banashankri, Bangalore (1, 80 Ft Road, 6th Block, 3rd Stage, Banashankari, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560085). The bill amount was Rs.615, i used my debit card to pay the bill. The worker at the counter swiped my card the first time and she didn't get a response, she tried it again and it got connected and i paid the bill. But later i noticed that my account was debited with Rs.615 twice, i went back and informed them about this. I've even provided them with the bank statement and the bill xerox copy. Its been a month and half, i've still not got my money back. There is no response from the outlet manager, gives the same excuse every time i try to contact.
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Delay in recieving the order
I have ordered online from koregoan park pune and the estimated delivery time was 12:10 pm .Now the time is 2:30pm and still I hve not recieved any order or even the call.
