If there was a rating lower than 1 on Zomato, that's where I would put this branch of KFC. They should really shut down the South Point Mall outlet in Gurgaon for ruining the KFC brand name. I have eaten from this outlet before and have gotten seriously ill and never went back there again. Unfortunately I had no idea they would be the ones delivering my order tonight. I called them at 9.05pm and placed my order - 4 pc chicken, 6 pc chicken strips, 1 chicken Zinger burger, 1 chicken snacker - my complete order totalled to Rs 921/-. The order arrived at 10.45pm, that was after two follow up calls were made! When the order arrived I had - 1. Completely damaged packaging. 2. Water dripping out of the Zinger burger, which was gloppy and unedible. 3. Chicken snacker with undercooked raw chicken - which can make you very sick. 4. Cold pieces of chicken strips which look more like chicken balls all clumped together. 5. The 4 pcs of chicken were also cold. Upon calling their call center to complain about their tawdry attitude an operator called Deepak assures me that he will get the branch manager to call back within 5 to 7 minutes, which obviously does not happen. I call them back again and I get an imbecile by the name of Amir, who gives me someother story, is totally rude and who keeps talking while I am trying to explain my entire complaint all over again. After a point I lost patience with him and requested he put me through to his manager, at which point he promptly cuts my call! After this I could no longer call them as I think he blocked my number! Seriously Rs 921 will buy you this kind of amazing service from KFC. One word PATHETIC!!

    I need to make a complain regarding your KFC service in #Bangalore India, RT Nagar store... The Rice Bowl chicken popcorn and Chicken Popcorn was very bad at taste.. not even 50 % of its standard.. I am very fond of Chicken popcorn rice bowl and popcorn chicken but after todays experience it spoiled my evening.. Thought of enjoying but came with bitter experience... I need to make this message clear to KFC Quality team that please make sure the store are providing the right quality of food all over your stores.. this store is now deleted from my list completely. If you want something then you have to give something to your customer.. i have already filed complain to consumer forum and other places to let them know that what kind of bad brand of food quality they are providing. I have attached my bill with address and store pic KFC Quality Team you need to do something serious about this... expecting some good response form KFC.. From your regular customer Bijender..

    Delay in recieving the order

    I have ordered online from koregoan park pune and the estimated delivery time was 12:10 pm .Now the time is 2:30pm and still I hve not recieved any order or even the call.

      We was happened to visit KFC karur, Tamilnadu, India by 20.00 hrs on 26/08/2015.We have ordered for Two chicken wings Portion for an Take away.But we we have waited over there for more than twenty five minutes but they have not delivered that.In meanwhile they have offered us for an kitchen tour.But i told them that i was not interested.They again insisted us that if we have take an kitchen tour they will give some discounts.But we was not interested, Now we are feeling that they want to hide all their faults and cheating customers, So public should avoid visiting KFC always where you will be ill treated by staffs.

        I went to the KFC outlet in Pacific Mall, Subash Nagar today around 1:30 pm. I ordered 6 pieces hot chicken wings, omg burger, 4 pieces crispy fried chicken, a non veg rice bowl, one chicken zinger and a virgin mojito. While waiting for the order the person on the counter gave me the virgin mojito first, i had a sip of it and looked into the glass and found a foreign particle in it and when i looked closely it was a strand of hair in it. when i called the manager of the outler he said " the drink will be replaced". And there was some other guy standing on the counter he said "sir aisa ho jata hai kabhi kabhi", galti sabse hoti hai ". The staff people who were standing on the cash counter and the guy who prepared my drink were not wearing Disposable Stretchable White Caps. is this the kind of response you would expect from a Brand of this level, KFC is not just a name it is one of the biggest brand in fast food industry and this the kind of service they provide it to their customers. I have been a chef myslef and i know the standards of hygiene are of most important when you are handling food. and this was not at all hygienic. This is not the level of hygiene anybody would expect. Plus that excuse of his which he gave "sir aisa kabhi kabhi ho jata hai". Are u serious .??

          I had visited KFC yum restaurants India on Malad west link road bill no 48216 chk 9290 dated 19 Aug. I had ordered for zinger burger and veg cheese crunchy burger ..the bread was stale and next day I had stomach upset and had to skip my office. I never expected this from KFC. I had been a long time loyal customer to them for more than 8 years. Request you to do need full Praveen kumar [protected]

            I called KFC on 17th Aug at 10.29 pm and the CSR refused to take my delivery order. I called yesterday at 10.15pm amd the CSR took my order and post the confirmation I enquired him about registering a complain. He disconnected the call and I didnt even get my order.. Hope the KFC management understands the pain of somebody staying empty stomach awaiting for the food and later comes to know the CSR fooled him.

              I placed an order on 19th Aug today at 1:15 PM, was informed that delivery would be done in 30 Mins . Called again at 2:00 Pm was told that order already dispatched and I shall receive a call back from store in 2 Mins delivery in 5 Mins . Called again at 2:15 PM, same story . called again at 2:30 same story that order dispatched and I shall get in 5 Mins . Called 2:45, same story . Till now I am waiting for the order .                 Being an MNC and promoting its product by delivery options, I believe you people are misleading its customers. I work for American Express based out of Gurgaon building no 5, Epitome, cyber city and when I'm trying to place a delivery order the staff is refusing to deliver as this is not a delivery zone. I suggest KFC to either strike out the delivery options from your site or add this building as a hiring zone as there is no point of having 5-6 KFC outlets in Gurgaon and no one is ready to deliver the products.

                    On 3/07/2015 I had been to KFC outlet at Banashankri, Bangalore (1, 80 Ft Road, 6th Block, 3rd Stage, Banashankari, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560085). The bill amount was Rs.615, i used my debit card to pay the bill. The worker at the counter swiped my card the first time and she didn't get a response, she tried it again and it got connected and i paid the bill. But later i noticed that my account was debited with Rs.615 twice, i went back and informed them about this. I've even provided them with the bank statement and the bill xerox copy. Its been a month and half, i've still not got my money back. There is no response from the outlet manager, gives the same excuse every time i try to contact.

                      Hello sir/mam i usually visited many times in kfc panipat in fun city mall after 21:30 when i get free from my office i never had rice bowl, fiery grilled, chicken wings because they always said these are out of stock when i advice to make it they always say sorry now we can't make 2 or 3 bowls for the reason behind is it's almost time to close the store...i am advising you kindly mind it and instruct them to follow the rules & regulation of franchise & provide all products till the store opens

                        This particular KFC outlet in MG Road Ernakulam are discriminating, racist and just about the dumbest staff lot working there-when I complaint about my order mess up and the extraordinary long delay in serving they just keep laughing at me and nodding their head amongst themselves and asked me to speak to the manager before I even requested!!! they pulled forward someone posing as manager 'Akhil' reason I say this is because his uniform was so dirty, no manager looks like the dishwasher boy - and to top it off very rude either by ignorance or by sheer lack of training 00! during this whole time all the staff inside and around were smirking and jeering at me - I will never ever allow anyone I know to visit this particular establishment

                          HI, this is a regular consumer of KFC, I had brought foods worth Rs 559 and the charged taxes so high that it rounded nearly to 700. so being a consumer this is very disappointing that there are lots of taxes that are included in food items. They charge nearly 40% extra on original price, the VAT is acceptable but the rest taxes like service tax, surcharge, parcel charge, these extra charges are not acceptable to any ordinary consumers . Top most they charge of everything like sauce, tissue, box and every thing they can. But what I personally found that the sauces that are included in every food items are charged @ Rs15 each. Plus they offer extra sauces that are expensive. when asked for normal coke Small size they many times refuse to give since they don't have small containers, so the consumer had to buy the large or medium ones (expensive).Every-time we visit they don't have small ones, actually they don't keep it. The offer boxes are not always available, this kind of tricks earn them lots of money. This issue disappointed me, they don't snatch money but they create such situations that the consumer is forced to give their money. This is very disappointing from KFC. yours truly common consumer

                            i am with my friend visited kfc patiala ( punjab) dated 07.07.15 at 18.45pm and order no chk 3866(49 jagseer) and order10 pieces of hot and crispy chiken they served order and see that one of 2 pieces of wing pieces of white hair shows in chicken they not cleaned the hairs of chicken and fried chicken with hairs and we compliant to the manager vishal they said this pink feather of chicken but they not know the meaning of feather, feather is hair and they not give justified reasons . the haired chicken with in custody and go consumer forum for bad services and un hygiene food served by kfc .

                                I ordered a delivery from kfc sector 145, advent it park noida . I specifically mentioned to the person who attended my call, to send a change of rs 1000 with the delivery guy . But when the food arrived the delivery guy didn't have the change & was rude to talk too, nevertheless the less he went to arrange change nearby .Also the order was not complete, a bottle of Pepsi was missing . On calling[protected] I was assured I would get a call form the respective outlet soon, but instead I got a direct call from the delivery guy who said he had reached the outlet and would delivery the Pepsi in a while and would then take the money too . Hours went by and I got no call, and 11.30 pm now the delivery guy has been calling me nonstop. This is extremely unethical, firstly why Am I being attended by a delivery guy for a problem, why not by an executive . Also who gave the right for a delivery guy to call a customer at wee hours in the night and thirdly if something was missing in the order why should it be delayed for so long and be addressed after working hours. It's pathetic to face problems like this from a highly professional mnc like kfc Order no- [protected] Delivery guy number - +[protected]

                                  My order was taken at 8:50 pm and received a confirmation at 8:50 pm that the the ordered items have been despatched. It is 9:57 pm and I have not received the same. Very disappointing and not expected from a worldwide reputed organisation such as KFC.

                                    I had a purchase with KFC for Rs.1249.00 on date[protected] at time 14:29:52. I gave my Debit card for payment transaction. The staff swiped the card, I entered PIN. Then the staff handed over me an ICICI Bank receipt which stated VOID-SALE (TXN ID.[protected] saying that the transaction did not take place and the order need to be placed again. Though an amount of Rs.1249.00 was debited from my UNION Bank Account. I was asked to make the payment again. I made the purchase again for Rs.1249.00 on date[protected] at time 14:37:57. This time the staff handed over me another ICICI Bank receipt which stated SALE (TXN ID.[protected]. As such, I made two payment for on order. I was told by the manager in charge that the amount deducted against void sale shall be credited in our account within 48 hours. But, when even after 5 days of the transaction the amount did not credited to my account I again visited the KFC store to inquire about it. Then I was informed that they cannot do anything about it and since the amount had been wrongly deducted by the bank I should go and ask the bank about it. Out of compulsion I had to visit my bank to ask about the same. The people from the bank told that they cannot do anything about it and I should either go to the companies outlet where the transaction took place or to the customer care. Till today, that is,[protected] I have not received the extra amount deducted from my bank account back. And I see no hope also of getting it back in the near future. It is the responsibility of KFC to help me with getting the amount credited back to my bank account.                                       I had a purchase with KFC for Rs. 939.00 on[protected]:52:20.
                                      I gave my Debit card for payment transaction. The staff swiped the card, I entered PIN. Then he said card reader is not working. I was asked to pay Rs. 939.00, which I paid as cash. Then, I got a SMS that Rs 939.00 has been debited from my account. So, I made 2 payments, 1 with card and 1 with cash. I asked the staff regarding the same. They acknowledged and asked card details, phone number, mail id. I gave the same. But, they have not taken any step to transfer my amount back. I visited the outlet more than 5 times. Last time when I visited, they said, the amount was Rs. 700 and not Rs. 939. But I have bank statements with me. I showed them that as well. They ask me to purchase chicken for Rs. 700. They say, they do not have an option to refund amount. Please help to get back my amount. Thanks.

                                        I have ordered around 1:30 hours before, still not delivered. And when I called customer care its busy from last 20 mins. What is all this, at this time there is not restaurant in my area Do you have any work ethics????? don't claim to be so good. KFC delivery is horrible. i even didnt get a single call that my food not going to be delivered. I am definately going to take this further if my food is not delivered today
