I ordered from the kfc app and paid through paytm. The money was deducted but I received no confirmation from the kfc app. I tried to contact the customer care but there was no response. I have all the necessary transaction details with me if needed.

Complaint marked as Resolved I RAISED A COMPLAINT ON THEIR FEEDBACK WEBSITE AND THREATENED THEM I WOULD TAKE LEGAL ACTION IF THEY DID NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM. WITHIN 2 HOURS, I GOT A PHONE CALL, AND THEY TOLD ME TO SHARE THE TRANSACTION DETAILS ON A WHATSAPP NUMBER. I SENT THEM THE DETAILS, AND AFTER TWO DAYS, I GOT THE REFUND.
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This behaviour of staff is not acceptable and showing hurry to get things billed without knowing delivery time
