Dear sir,

I heard KFC is the no.1 company in the world. But worst experience faced yesterday with delivery. Actually what happened that I placed order yesterday night (02/03/22) at 12:30am. And I got the msg from your end that is your order is on the way and it will arrive 2:45am. So I waited till 3:00 am but order not delivered. And in the morning 9:10 I got one more msg that is asking feedback. Even I didn't received food...

I placed an order today (03/03/2022) at around 11:30 AM and the amount has been deducted from my account but I haven't received any order details over message or email. Amount is Rs. 434.

I would like to have a refund for this.

KFC India Payment accepted but no order placed

Money deducted and sent to KFC Spot 18 Pimpri Chinchwad successfully but order not placed

I was trying to place an order, to pick. While completing the order I made a payment from GPay. My amount was deducted, but no order was placed. I called to customer care immediately. They gave me this mail address and asked me mail the details "KFC.[protected]@sapphirefoods.in" . I emailed them the same day with all the details. This happened on 27 of Feb 2022. Till date and time their is no response on my mail. I tried calling customer care...

Yesterday i have booked couple of items from KFC app using credit card payment method, said it will be delivered in some timw. But it was NEVER delivered.

I tried calling the corresponding KFC, there was no response. Even i tried raising a complaint but of no use.

Can i get my money back.

It's been more 15+ days still didn't receive my refund

I placed a order on 11/02/2022 using my giftcard (Rs 979), I had place two orders (484+495 ) because I was not able to use multiple giftcard at the same time. As the order was placed I did not receive order because the delivery location was too far according to Kfc store Employee and they told they will cancel the order and they said you'll receive refund. I am still waiting for my refund, it's been more 15+ days and there is response from...

Payment accepted but no order placed

I had a bad experience yesterday (27th Feb 2022) with my order through KFC APP. Payment to Sapphire Foods India Limited was successful for Rs 484, however order was not placed. Tried contacting to customer Care 8 to 10 times but had a poor experience as they promised without any effect....

Refund of the payment

Address:City Center, Guwahati, Assam

On 2/2/22, I did the payment for the order through google pay in KFC which is located in City Center, Guwahati Assam. The payment was shown as successful but the employee told me that the transaction has failed and they didn't receive the money. As the money is already debited from my bank account, I will get the refund in the next 2 to 5 working days. But till now the money is not refunded. Please look into the matter....

Kfc app: money debited from my paytm wallet but order not placed.

As i was ordering on 27 feb 2022, i choosen paytm wallet for payment there transaction was successful but on kfc app i have seen a msg for seconds that order failed. And finally order not placed.

i didn't got refund for this. Kindly help

Terrible experience, not going back

It started with having a car ordering a big order and worker sounded frustrated/annoyed with order. Car moves up and I wait another 5 minutes at order window (which is fine since the previous order was big, completely understand). Proceed with my order, regular number 11 ( the 5 piece) and MTN dew to drink. Get up to counter and states card only. There were no signs anywhere and never let me know at the order window. Money deduction complaint .

I did a payment on 16 of feb through UPI .
Money got deducted from my account but order didnt got placed because there were a problem with your UPI service . I talked to outlet official he said me money will reflect into my account within 7 days . But till now i did not got my money back . So kindly help me regarding the issue ....

Sms being sent by kfc to a jain

KFC has sent me N number of messages regarding non veg food orders which havent been ordered by me that too from different parts in india. On speaking to them on call they bluntly say that "we dont have contact numbers of franchisees". Is this a joke or what . I being a JAIN(pure vegetarian) by Caste has hit me in a very bad way and seeing such messages there has been severe unrest in my family, considering(messages) that i have been consuming...

Food products hair

I ordered 8 piece chicken with 2 sides I got 2 coleslaw as both sides plus 5 mashed potatoes with 2 gravy's. When I got home 5 individual mashed potatoes with gravy. So I had to go back to KFC in montevallo, Alabama. And order more mashed potatoes cause the order wasn't right. Then when I got home the second time and while I was eating there was hairs all over my food....
