KFC KFC order SMS received which I haven't ordered

I got the below SMS and for the order that I never placed., How did someone get my number?
Why and how did this happen. ?
Yay! Your KFC order number [protected] is confirmed. Hot & Crispy food will be ready for express pick up in 7 minutes.

Voila! Your KFC express pick up order is ready in 2.972 minutes. Show receipt at the 'Pick-up counter'. Happy Crunching!

I paid through google pay for an online delivery, and after amount got debited, i didn't get any confirmation mail or sms from KFC. Now I dont know where to check whether my order is placed or not. No order history in the KFC app too.

      Ordered online through swiggy, and got the order, it was cold, smelled bad, but most importantly the chicken popcorn was so tough that it's not chewable, unable to break it by hand,
      Hot wings i ordered, we're the same.

          Have ordered today from KFC website while on payment page I selectet Paytm to pay the amount but once the amount got deducted after that there payment page showing sorry for the inconveniences your order is cancelled and they haven't mentioned anything there about the refund policy, this is really pathetic from KFC I want my refund of ₹473/- ASAP.

              I have placed an order Rs. 513 via https://online.kfc.co.in/ KFC web but the order was not placed but the amount debited from the account.
              The customer service is also not responding. The payment method was PAYTM QR scan.

              I have attached the screenshot of the payment as well.

              Please look into this and refund my amount ASAP.

                I was visited on 20th March 2022 at Kundli Sonepat haryana KFC shop in this shop only 3 person available one person doing house keeping and also served food after half hours when my no came at countet iwant to give some order that items, it was saying that this items not available today and this is regular items the clean system are so poor so i retun with my family without any order

                  On 15th march 6:24pm I placed order on kfc app via paytm amounting to Rs. 1233. The money got debited but the order was not placed.
                  Since then I have been calling kfc customer care but they are rejecting my calls. Pathetic service. Extremely disappointed.

                              As i was ordering on 14 march 2022, i choosen paytm wallet for payment there transaction was successful but on kfc app i have seen a msg for seconds that order failed. And finally order not placed.

                              i didn't got refund for this. Kindly help

                                  The food was not provided as per the itenary and mayonice ginger chicken etc is also not provided more over the amount is not mentioned on the bill...this is the second time iam facing the issue at kothapet hyderabad brach...i have ordered 4smoky and four crispy leg chicken @ 529 they have collected 535...but not mentioned on the bill even... I have noticed after reaching home...i got four smoky chicken not as shown in the itenary and 2 crispy leg pieces and 2 wings...its pathetic experience ordered at 6 54pm the billing was done by sai kumar @ 324 number today

                                    I have placed an order on March 3rd 2022 through KFC app, money got debited but order was not placed. I've contacted customer service and send them the details of bank statement and payments details through whatsApp ( Habitat mall, Mysore) . No response.. I haven't expected such behavior from this team.. I'm truly disappointed. .

                                    THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT IT TAKES 40 - 45 DAYS TO PROCESS THE REFUND.. WHAT KIND OF POLICY IS THAT.. I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED

                                    I want my money back.. It seems like a scam.. YOU ARE DOING THIS TO SO MANY PEOPLE.. WE TRUSTED AND ORDERED.. BUT FULL OF DISAPPOINTMENT... I thought might be the KFC associate from the concern location might help.. But they were really RUDE AND LITERALLY SHOUTING AT ME..

                                      I have ordered from KFC online site on 27-feb-2022 using kfc gift card of worth 1000/-.
                                      Due to some technical issues my order was not placed and money was deducted from the gift card.

                                      I have called kfc customer care multiple times and they asked me to wait for 10-15 days.
                                      Now it is more than 15 days and still I didn't recieve the refund.
                                      Still the customer care executives are giving false promises.
                                      I want my refund asap.
