I am a repeating customer of KFC since the time it has entered the Indian market. I've tried several outlets (mostly in Bangalore, Karnataka) and during covid I started ordering from the outlet in my hometown Motihari, Bihar. On both occasions, the quality of the food is way below the mark. The chicken feels extra oily and hardly has any flavour that KFC is known for (probably the don't mix the herbs and spices well), feels very bland and the chicken is not even soft enough.
The two dishes that I have tried were the Tandoori Chicken Zinger burger and a Large Chicken Popcorn (this is my favourite and this one disappointed the most) were ordered via Swiggy.
These orders were made at a gap of about two months so this does not even look like a one off issue but a chronic lack in quality assurance at this location.
I am very disappointed with the quality of the food and I feel that since I'm a very frequent customer of KFC, I deserve a refund.
