    Since we have been order on 9:45pm but we can't recived the order yet. After me many people have been ordered and they have been received the order. That is not the right way because we also pay for the order not eating in free...

      Hi I'm Sajeev an NRI. Yesterday(26/01/2022) I had ordered through Swiggy a Wednesday bucket X 2 for 1236.20 from KFC Sree Dhanya No Tc 2/3604 Kesavadasapuram Pattom Thiruvananthapuram. Not in good taste not spicy no salt its seems like a local taste. I think it is not fresh chicken really upset not enjoyed the food really upset.

            From past 2 years I have been noticing buying Zinger Burger is just for the Bun not Chicken inside it because Bun is the same size which I have been seeing for past 10 years but now the chicken size is Half the size of the bun,

            Hot Wings have no seasoning which used to make it special

            fried chicken & chicken stripes are fried 2 times which is not good for taste & health

            why don't they serve proper Quantity of sauce packed if you can't afford then pls add-on sauce packet

            all the above Complaint is for all the outlets in Bangalore

              I am a repeating customer of KFC since the time it has entered the Indian market. I've tried several outlets (mostly in Bangalore, Karnataka) and during covid I started ordering from the outlet in my hometown Motihari, Bihar. On both occasions, the quality of the food is way below the mark. The chicken feels extra oily and hardly has any flavour that KFC is known for (probably the don't mix the herbs and spices well), feels very bland and the chicken is not even soft enough.

              The two dishes that I have tried were the Tandoori Chicken Zinger burger and a Large Chicken Popcorn (this is my favourite and this one disappointed the most) were ordered via Swiggy.

              These orders were made at a gap of about two months so this does not even look like a one off issue but a chronic lack in quality assurance at this location.

              I am very disappointed with the quality of the food and I feel that since I'm a very frequent customer of KFC, I deserve a refund.

                  I arrived at the drive thru at KFC and was in line for about 3O straight minutes. When I got to the speaker the lady told me twice to speak louder and when I spoke Louder she got mad about it. When I finished ordering I did not roll up my window and I’m guessing she accidentally pressed a button but I heard her say a rude comment about “ if another fckn customer yells one more time” so I ignored it about 10 minutes passed and I was next on line (I was on that line for 40 minutes) got my food. Started eating while driving and realized the chicken was nothing but hard chicken well not even chicken it was just a crispy ball no chicken. I had to throw my food away and had to wait to get home because all I had was 7$ on my bank account and all I wanted was kfc. for me to wait 40 minutes to get that?! I NEED a refund .

                    Today some time ago 1 cash counter staff in (Rajiv Chow) KFC branch tell me chutia.I complain about that staff but they are not taking any action.I will informed about this KFC India Complaints & Reviews (Claimed).last few years when i visit in India i For the last few years when I have been traveling in India I have always been in CP this kfc.i will never come again.i want to ask you is it really a reputed company and is it your staff behaviour?

                      On 22 January 2022, i was placing the food order through KFC app. After selecting the food i went on to the payment and placed the order through UPI i.e BHIM app. The payment is of Rs 664.10 . The payment got successfully and money got deducted from my account but the order was not placed.
                      So i am writing to you to help resolve it.

                        Last night i have ordered 2 burgers. The taste was horrible. Burgers looks like soggy and it was smelling very bad. Even my 3 years daughter didn't even tasted due to its bad smell. I have never expected such product from KFC. Same time i have placed another order with different branch and it was good. But burgers was very bad quality. Attaching invoice.

                          I have ordered a meal from kf on 20/11/21 and i have paid 484 rupees. Unfortunately i have wrongly order other item which i expected. Within 5min i have informed cx service that i have order worngly. They said ur amount will be refunded within 3days.
                          The amiunt wasn't refunded . After one week i again called cx service and asked the reason they gave the contact number of branch and i have submitted all the details of transaction of amonut for food which i have paid bank statement, transaction id, order screenshot, invoice all i have provided till now 21/01/22 nearly 2months they are not resolving my problem. Branch finance staff saying that your amount is not reflecting in our side eventhough i have submitted all the proofs for it .

                            I live in delhi and used the KFC app to order some food, I used google pay app. The money got deducted but the order was never placed. The same happened the second time I ordered. Called customer service and they said the money will be refunded in a few days. It still hasn't gotten refunded.

                                I have ordered through app at 8.00 pm and got messes will be delivered in 43 min after 5 min recieved mesage order was out for delivery at 8.10pm but still 9.00pm i havenot recieved my order and then I have called to kfc branch to enquiry they said that food is with them only and that message will be default sent by system such a worst tracking system is maintaining by multinatinal company it's shame to you...

                                Complaint-
                                I am a resident of Suncity, sector - 54 Gurgaon, Haryana.
                                I placed the above order using KFC App,
                                Accidentally I placed an order on Suncity Hyderabad in place of Suncity Gurgaon, as it showed in suggestions.
                                The delivery person called and after a series of confusion, it was revealed that the order is been placed in a different city altogether.
                                The order was never delivered of course and I repeated the same order at a nearby KFC within 2 hours.
                                Order NO - k287W48796 dtd Dec 7, 201 at 6:21pm

                                Since then I have been calling KFC to refund the amount for the order placed in Hyderabad and they have been giving assurance to refund the deducted amount within 3 days, however, I have not received any refund after 40 days of the order.

                                Kindly look into the matter and issue the refund for order number K323W16384 placed a suncity, Hyderabad

                                  Yesterday I went to one of your KFC center I ordered Singles strip 3pcs and a Classic Zinger 1pcs (Invoice no-[protected], order no- K[protected] I told clearly that will take 15min for me to reach home so kindly make sure that the strips and zinger are cooked now but the staff didn't bothered about it and they served me food which was not at all warm, After 15min food was as cold as ice.

                                      Today I had tried many times KFC by phone call but no one pick up the phone about 45 minutes this attitude was unacceptable.Then I was approached directly for ordering 3 bucket KFC Rs.1800 paid .Then your supplier do not know KFC rule Kindly take necessary action due to for doing business not good
