I have ordered large popcorn and they will give less in that and leg pieces are not boiled properly that is half boiled

Hyderabad Telangana panjagutta Kfc store my name is srinivasa reddy we ordered chicken nugget biryani large but they gave us 50 grams of biryani we even called customer two times there is no response at all please take immediate action

The worst chicken i have ever had the location is noida logix mall they gave me burnt and stale peices i complaint twice i replaced the item I request to please Kindly check Also the behaviour of the staff is not good

This complaint is regarding the stale food served at your udaipur franchise at lake city mall, udaipur.

We are very old customer of kfc. Earlier too we raised this issue verbally.

Chicken served was very hard and rubber like, totally juiceless...
The zinger veg burger also was having stale burger bread...even the lettuce leaves were not fresh.

Last year too we returned the chicken bucket. That order was routed through zomato.

Kindly look into the matter as everytime this issue crops up.
Hard earned money spent go waste, moreover emotions of the children are mainly plalyed on.

My daughter had veg biriyani in the evening and since thqt night she is vomiting with loose motion. The quality was definitely no good. We struggling with our 7 year old who loved the rice bowl and now the biryani by KFC..but this was regrettably the last time that we got from KFC. Such a pau. To see our little angel in such a devastated condition!

I had order in kfc via website on 05/02/2022 my order not placed but amout reduce from my account I had call number of time to customer care about it but there was no response from there side...

I ordered a 10 piece hot and crispy and 12 piece strips on 16/02/2022.From KFC outlet at ymall triprayar Thrissur. It was a take way order. When I opened the box once I reached i understood the quality of package. Just lifted the box and all the pieces fell into the carry bag. Later I counted I received only 9 pieces. I called the outlet and they bought the missing piece with some fries as a compliment after half hour. I didn't inform the quality of package because they might put some lame excuses. KFC is a multi national company, I hope team will keep up the standard of package too

Im madan kumar my age 43 i order @ KFC tirunelveli branch around 9;30 pm yesterday one zinger tandoori & piece hc broth was spoilt product i want to take a legal action against to this incent please im was sick after eating this product the the burger was given by rap ony not in the box..

My money deducted and refund still awaiting. Transaction date 11th Feb 2022.

I placed an order in KFC RB Connector, Kolkata through KFC app on 11th Feb 2022. But as per the order my amount was debited from net banking and order was not placed.
On enquiry came to know that amount will get refunded within 24 to 48 hrs. But despite of 3 days the same has not received. Kindly look into the matter and arrange refund ASAP.

My full meal was reheated and previously cooked with mild stinky smell. Had to throw in dustbin. As it was my first kfc order in India. It was total mess as compared to kfc in Kiev.
I request a full refund. I paid in cash.

I have ordered a Popcorn Chicken Biryani bucket which was served incomplete without the masala as well as french fries.
The same bucket I had in Delhi CP franchise on 10th Feb where all the items were included whereas in Alpha One mall Ahmedabad franchise on 13th Feb when I asked for the same they said it was may be the old menu.
Also with All Chicken box meal they didn't serve wings where the Alpha One Mall franchise served two hot chicken.
Upon asking the KFC staff they refused and said of old menu must have served it and this the new menu. How come with in two days the KFC menu can change. This is highly unrecommendable and I will not be comfortable to order anything from KFC as the staff are not well equipped with correct answers and not treating the customers queries with correct answer.
Yours competing market i.e. McDonalds are were serving better with good customer services with correct items as shared worldwide not just changing menu as with respect to city and places .

One of the worst experience I have had in my life . A series of discomforts don't ever visit this place. First they gave me a non veg burger instead of a veg one . Me being a vegetarian without noticing it I took a bite and when asked for a refund they said you took a bite we can't refund it . They gave a day old soggy French fries when asked to change that they didn't change it they put it in the frying oil and took the same fries back to us and one of the employees even took some fries from my container and ate it while looking at me .

I had ordered classic biryani combo (Nagpur). Description and pic showed large bucket of biryani, 2 pieces, 4 strips n beverage, with gravy. It also mentioned enough for 2-3 people. Order I received had a small bucket and the 2 pieces it showed, were also missing. I called up call center at kfc. It connected to Bangalore. Person said I will receive a call from Nagpur office, but I didn't received that as well. I called up back, I got same reply, but no call.

I frequently visit kfc. Many times i found small flying insects inside restaurant.. And today i serve this insect with my food. Even they don't keep clean restaurant fastly.. When new customer comed. Kfc should serious about customer health and cleanliness inside restaurant.

Kfc is totally tasteless and veg zingy burger and fries are totally waste of money🤑.just ate at Kfc Gulbarga Karnataka India. Plz provide customers good taste for the cost they pay you.

I purchase water bottle of AQUAVESS 1 lit.. which cost me Rs. 50/- i got surprised after hearing price.. is it legal?

The order was placed online on[protected] and an amount of Rs.834.99 was deducted from my phone pay account but the product was not delivered and the amount is also not refunded.
I had also attached the payment receipt.Please
look towards this issue and also make necessary arrangements so that no one suffers from this in the future.
