Order not placed but money got debited

Money got deducted but order not placed.

I tried calling KFC customer care it never gets connected so pathetic.

Can you please refund my amount....

KFC outlet a) Dirty Toilets b) Very limited choice available from menu

Address:10/1 NEHRU ENCLAVE EAST, KALKAJI EXTN.,, KALKAJI

On 8th Oct 2021, I visited KFC outlet at Gajraula, UP, on the Moradabad- Delhi Highway. ( on the left side while coming to Delhi)

The toilets were very dirty plus the choice available of food items extremely limited.

It looked like an outlet abandoned by the KFC parent company

We then went to another restaurant instead of KFC

Please do something, as KFC reputation is at stake...

Payment issue classic zinger box from Lake mall branch

Dear Team,
Today I visited kfc store at Lake mall, Kolkata, West Bengal. I ordered 1 classic zinger box. Staff of kfc swip my atm card twice but she said that internet issue, payment fail again she took my credit card and swip then she confirmed me that payment is successful. But after few minutes I checked my savings account .. amount is deducted from my bank account. I payed twice for 1 classic zinger box. Rs.278.99 from my savings...

Refund wasn't done after an order was cancelled from Kfc app

Did payment through Kfc App but the orderd didn't get placed. It has been 5 days but the refund wasn't done....

Quality of Zinger Burger

Quality of Zinger Burger isn't as advertised as shown in the menu or picture. The burger who prepared it was as if they were in a rush, I felt like they added a lil squeeze of mayo on both sides of the bun, an uneven shapeless piece of chicken and the best part was the lettuce. On 4th of Nov we ordered a pack of 20 PC's of chicken and other items from kfc, polayathode, and paid almost Rs 2500 . We were asked to wait until they packed the order and once done they called us and cross checked the bill and gave us the pack. The ac's are switched off and the tables are left of with the food... No neatness is maintained... Even if complained.. there is no reply...or response...

Not delivered order and refund also not done

Refer to my order ref ID[protected] which is placed through swiggy on 29.10.2021 was cancelled by KFC No 5434 No-1 nehru nagar dharwad branch for unable trace out the given address in swiggy. Pl note that delivery boy who is deployed for delivering the item is new to this location & he is not having the exact location information. due to that my refund also not done & order has been cancelled by this KFC branch...

I ordered meal from kfc using the help o[censored]pi i made the payment the amount got deducted but didnt receive the confirmation of the order as well. please look into this matter as my money has not been credited back....

Payment was completed but my order wasnt placed

I ordered a rs 790/- bucket for home delivery on yesterday 8:00pm. I made a payment using upi id and payment was completed by the name of devyani (Paytm[protected]@paytm) and upi transaction Id was[protected].
But my order wasn’t placed. I was given a complaint by call to customer care number the complaint number is K[protected]....

Kfc outlets are not accepting sodexo

Sodexo has partnered with Sodexo in 2018, but still why executives are not accepting sodexo card while paying for the order. They are making rude comments and passing obscenities when we asked why they were not accepting the Sodexo card.
The main purpose of Sodexo is to be used for purchase of food. I want to know why the forum mall branch kfc and Sarath city mall kfc are not accepting sodexo. If it is not resolved I'll raise a compliant...

Didn't received my refund & it's been 12 days now

KFC India Payment done through PAYTM But order not placed

Refund initiation

On 24Oct 2021, i placed a KFC order online for which i paid online via UPI using my Paytm app, with kotak bank. The amount got deducted for, but the order wasn't placed then. And thus i have no order confirmation. But the customer care says order was successful and Kotak needs beneficiary account bank statement...

Bill paid but no food

We ordered na d paid through your website the amount of 1928/- and it has been debited from our account transaction reff:[protected],
But we waited for an ackowdgement it did not happen,
Later we contacted the customer service and informed the about the situation he point blankly replied we have a technical problem and you need to order and pay again
very unfortunate answer so I asked him to put me on to your manager...
