Today I visited KFC, tolichowki branch, Hyderabad India.
I have ordered 6 hot and crispy bucket - RS. 599/-
and did PhonePe, but when I have shown the transaction bill, kfc team informed me amount transaction was not found from there end due to server issue. Since I have shown my bank account deduction and even PhonePe transaction, Manager started arguing with me and was asking us to get back after 2 days for money refund.
Firstly, I don’t understand why I should wait to get my money refund, there is server issue from store end and why customer need to suffer. So after long argument she decided to give my order, and when she have packed my order and after coming back to my home and opened my ordered quality of the food was not at all good.
As Iam aware, if we order 6 hot and crispy kfc it include 2 leg pieces, 2 wing pieces, etc. but this lady gave me all hard big pieces and not even she paid me bill receipt, what she is thinking as if she is giving me for free or Iam begging her. I don’t understand.
I need support from consumer for giving me worst KFC food from Tolichowki Hyderabad India branch.
