I order kfc today at vr punjab mall and I paid twice online and cash. First it was fail. Next I tried online again and they said it took too long and pay cash. So i did. But the money was deducted from my account too. Please look into it.

    Today I visited KFC, tolichowki branch, Hyderabad India.
    I have ordered 6 hot and crispy bucket - RS. 599/-
    and did PhonePe, but when I have shown the transaction bill, kfc team informed me amount transaction was not found from there end due to server issue. Since I have shown my bank account deduction and even PhonePe transaction, Manager started arguing with me and was asking us to get back after 2 days for money refund.
    Firstly, I don’t understand why I should wait to get my money refund, there is server issue from store end and why customer need to suffer. So after long argument she decided to give my order, and when she have packed my order and after coming back to my home and opened my ordered quality of the food was not at all good.
    As Iam aware, if we order 6 hot and crispy kfc it include 2 leg pieces, 2 wing pieces, etc. but this lady gave me all hard big pieces and not even she paid me bill receipt, what she is thinking as if she is giving me for free or Iam begging her. I don’t understand.
    I need support from consumer for giving me worst KFC food from Tolichowki Hyderabad India branch.

        Hi, I'm from India, Chennai . Today I order zinger burger in kfc, ( Velachery Branch ), Chennai, Tamil Nadu .
        In that burger I found a big hair inside the burger its very bad to seeing that in kfc burger . I was trying to reach head office
        in India but no response I tried calling international head quarter office but no response .

              I have placed an order through KFC from Next Galleria, Musarambagh. I haven't received a bill with my order. I've been contacting you guys since 4 days now. Amd there is no resolution from your side. I need a copy of the tax invoice and it's urgent. Please look into the issue ASAP.

                It's more than an 24hrs already.. But i haven't received my refunds and i also contact the kfc store nearby but they said you will receive refund in 24 hrs

                  On 4th December I made an order in kfc app at KFC - MADURAI ( anna nagar branch), but it wasn't updated in app, then i called customer support they didnt pick up my phone till evening, then at 9th call an executive attended my call and asked my querry i explained him and then he told i will get a call back but i didnt get any call back for 2 days so i again repeated this process for one week no one is picking up my call, i need my refund back asap. very bad customer support is run by KFC.

                    It's really disappointing when a brand like KFC receives such negative comments from the customers.
                    this happened in gaur city mall in greater Noida on Sunday 12th December 2021.
                    I ordered two tandoori zinger box and waited for my turn.
                    to my surprise I find the buns used for the burger to be stale. it wasn't as it should have been. I would have complaint about this but the very next thing that happened was really unacceptable.
                    I requested a glass of 7up with my box. The very first sip I had made me threw out everything that I was chewing.
                    the sprite was mixed with water. it was tasting awful.
                    I went back to the counter and asked for a change and said that why do they have to do this.
                    well they said they are using normal soda and mixing it up with every cold drinks that they serve.
                    I asked for to change it. they of course it but it was still the same thing.
                    this is really not acceptable from KFC.
                    I am not here asking for a refund. but this issue needs to be checked if you want people to revisit this outlet or else this outlet is only going to bring negative comments to KFC.
                    I will never recommend KFC in gaur city mall, greater Noida to any of my friends or family.

                      We ordered some food and they told they'll deliver in 40 mins... We waited more than 1 hour and they were not even bothered about that and again 30 mins later.. We got the item and was frickin cold..
                      When we tried to tell them this they were talking in such a bad way. Why the heck do these kind of shops keeps this kind of ### as a staff...
                      KFC is a branded company though...
                      Didn't expect this much..

                        Hi on 10/oct/2021 I have made an order with my KFC app and first time when i ordered the money has been debited to payment merchant called indiaideas but my order has not been placed i visited to KFC outlet in brookefeilds coimbatore (to which i place an order) and asked about the issue he said that will not be a problem and money will be refunded if order is not placed and asked to try ordering again so i tried to reorder again but this time also money have been debited but the order had not been placed he said no problem money will be refunded so i again ordered with kfc outlet itself and as he said i waited for 48 hours again he said one week and after that one month ran again i called he said to raise a complaint with Gpay and provide query number and i provided after that also one month passed he never called regarding the update or whatso ever i should call him inbetween all my works to know where my money went at atlast after months he said money has not been credited to our account and the merchant indiaideas is not ours at all first i could never wrap my head around where my money went afterall i ordered in KFC official app i got so much irritates he made 2 month to say this after i presented all the transaction details too i found many people have same issue with this same payment merchant but a main KFC outlet manager and kfc payments department doesnt know the issue at all what a drama do you people think customers are fools and also he said he will call in a day and it have been one week ever since not a single message, As with my experience i stopped atlest 10 of my friends from visiting KFC and i will do so in future money is not the issue here but how KFC side tries to divert the issues on customer side is, could i have rights to file a complaint like cheating with police with this

                              I made a payment of 1056.97 on Nov 18, 2021 for my purchase from KFC app, and the money got debited to
                              'UPI/DR/[protected]/Sapphire/PYTM/PAYTM-1479/Oid66'.
                              But this got rejected.

                              I called the CUSTOMER care and he insisted me to pay again and said I will be credited in 48hours. So I did pay again.
                              'UPI/DR/[protected]/Sapphire/PYTM/PAYTM-1479/Oid49'.

                              I have called 4 times to KFC CUSTOMER care. Very bad team of supporters. I have to beg for my money every time I call. How bad are you treating your CUSTOMERs. I want my money to be credited or I am taking this to higher levels. And also, this is the more ### CUSTOMER care team. Please tell them they are of no support to the public.

                                  This feedback to Rajalakshmi who handled my brother @ KFC TN Trichy HS. My brother went to shop to order food but the girl who receive order behaved harsh and not handled politely. My brother not aware of English language but after he said speak in local language she behaved with English language. Delivery section person also not did in right way. Kindly suggest us weather English must to known to buy in ur shop????
                                  Kindly give proper training or Kindly place customer oriented persons in the place. She behaved like petty shop girl. I can blast @ the floor but I know the manus so I quit and receive my order and left that hell.
                                  I am really sad that this kind of experience from KFC. Even security guard quality they not having.

                                    I am dropping this email as a fan of KFC and hence I am concerned. I have a problem with the food taste and staff behaviour. Order no:14695. I am a regular person to KFC. I had a argument with the staff and he wantedly fooled my parents by promising some pieces and giving different ones. Your KFC app is getting hung and hence I am unable to register complaint also. It’s all crap. Improvise your service and behaviour in INDIA. You people act as if Indians don’t need that much attention. Contact me
