Complaint-
I am a resident of Suncity, sector - 54 Gurgaon, Haryana.
I placed the above order using KFC App,
Accidentally I placed an order on Suncity Hyderabad in place of Suncity Gurgaon, as it showed in suggestions.
The delivery person called and after a series of confusion, it was revealed that the order is been placed in a different city altogether.
The order was never delivered of course and I repeated the same order at a nearby KFC within 2 hours.
Order NO - k287W48796 dtd Dec 7, 201 at 6:21pm

Since then I have been calling KFC to refund the amount for the order placed in Hyderabad and they have been giving assurance to refund the deducted amount within 3 days, however, I have not received any refund after 40 days of the order.

Kindly look into the matter and issue the refund for order number K323W16384 placed a suncity, Hyderabad

    Yesterday I went to one of your KFC center I ordered Singles strip 3pcs and a Classic Zinger 1pcs (Invoice no-[protected], order no- K[protected] I told clearly that will take 15min for me to reach home so kindly make sure that the strips and zinger are cooked now but the staff didn't bothered about it and they served me food which was not at all warm, After 15min food was as cold as ice.
    This store is located at OMAXE WORLD STREET FARIDABAD (Haryana)

      Placed order at 0648pm but order delivered after an hour at 0715 pm The staff and manager were not responsive. The outlet and staff were unhygienic.

        Today I had tried many times KFC by phone call but no one pick up the phone about 45 minutes this attitude was unacceptable.Then I was approached directly for ordering 3 bucket KFC Rs.1800 paid .Then your supplier do not know KFC rule Kindly take necessary action due to for doing business not good

          I’ve ordered ultimate bucket and one zinger burger in MKB nagar west Ave branch, and ordered id 3895. I’m missing cool drinks and 1 dip and I’ve try to contact branch manager through his mobile num [protected] for more than 30mins he is not picking up call.

              Hi,
              I have placed an order on kfc mobile application from my mobile number [protected] .KFC app sugessted location Bengaluru-embasy tech village, I paid via paytm upi mode here payment debited but order not placed.
              Attaching screenshot for your reference.
              Please look into it and make the refund as soon as possible.
              Payment debited from account but order was not placed. try to reach customer service many times but no one ready to help me, keep saying that i will get the call within 15 mins.
              Please help me to resolve the issue and help me to get refund .please find the transaction details.

                I ordered KFC through your KFC aap and made payment through Paytm for Rs 764/- ( Details are attached) on today at 7.14PM. I had some guests also that time and waited for 2hrs. I contacted to the customer care number . After some time a gentle man called me and collected some information. But not resolved my problem. Amount also debited my bank account. It is quite disappointed.

                  As i was ordering on 11 jan 2020, i choosen paytm upi for payment there transaction was successful but on kfc app i have seen a msg for seconds that order failed. And finally order not placed.

                  There is no proper kfc costumer care service.

                      Fraudulence

                      I placed my order which ultimately got canceled but they debited money from my account which I personally talked about there supervisor about it and they completely ignored it...

                      Had placed an order from the app on 28/10/2021, the order was not placed but the amount was debited from my account. It's been over 2 months and the amount is not refunded to me inspite of me providing all the necessary information they have asked for.                             @kfc Today we purchased KFC from DL mahavir enclave New Delhi around 1:49pm. It was not properly cooked and without spices. It was a simple fry chicken with maida. Moreover, fry was uncooked. We tried kfc during last 3 months and it was of same kind.
                            Paper bag was smell rotten.

                                Thisis vamshi krishna, i had placed kfc online delivery in kfc india app on January 5th, which is worth of 494 RS/-.I had paid money through paytm but after that the order was not placed in kfc app, when i called to customer care of kfc they are saying you will get return of money in 10 days, but i need confirmation about this issue and a clarity that will i receive my money back or not .

                                  Bought chicken from kfc. I am deeply unsatisfied by the services of kfc in Malleshwaram Mantri square mall. The children was totally raw. It was totally uneatable. total waste of money. They made me wait 40 mts for the chicken, yet they gave me half cooked chicken that was so bad in taste that i had to put it to trash. I had never expected this from a brand like KFC.
