First Online order was placed on KFC website on 23rd Jan 2021 Saturday at 5:40pm; message received from KFC at 5:41pm that the order didn't go thru and they are trying to Push the same. Then I called up customer care, wherein they stated that the order is not placed and Refund will be processed within 72 Hrs. Value was INR. 1, 789.50. And they suggested we try again to place the order.
Second Online order was placed on KFC website on 23rd Jan 2021 Saturday at 5:52pm; message received from KFC at 5:53pm that the order didn't go thru and they are trying to Push the same. Then I called up customer care again, wherein they stated that the order is not placed again and Refund will be processed within 72 Hrs. Value was INR. 1, 789.50.
So two Refunds are pending after 91 Hours. and value of INR. 1, 789.50 x 2 times.
