I have been a frequent customer at your Bandra (Mumbai) outlet and have always had a good experience. For the first time I visited your Chembur outlet at K Star mall last Sunday the 3rd of Jan. I ordered with KFC through zomato on the evening of January 2nd 2021. The order amount was roughly Rs. 500. When the zomato delivery agent showed up, I realized that they had messed up the order and had forgotten many things. Feedback msg before order received

Ordered by 10:30 and still haven't got my order. I ordered for breakfast. And now I am getting feed back links about how the delivered order was it 1:00 clock. Is this how kfc operates. If you can't deliver soon why can't you cancel the order....

Refund of payment

I recently placed on order through the KFC website has guest user from my registered number [protected] from Bengaluru on 1st January 2021. I paid Rs 434 from paytm but the order was not placed . But The amount was deducted from my account. Later I called KFC customer support there told me i will get refund within 72 hours . So I placed 2nd order from phone pe and it was successful. So please don't get confuse with that.

I ordered in kfc where order I'd is 3230 at 7pm. Till now it is not received. I tried to contact their number no one is picking up. This is not good. Even I am not able to cancel the order. I am texting thiss message at 10pm. If they are not able to deliver why taking the order and wasting our time for waiting for the food. Take action on these. I lost my money whether they will refund it....

Refund enquiry

I made an order through kfc mobile app using sbi net banking and the payment was successful as my account got deducted with rs784 but i did not get any order confirmation.

I have even called up kfc customer service but they said there was no order in my mobile number an did not help me any further.

Item was missing from my delivery order

I ordered through KFC app on 30.12.2020. My order contained 1 medium fries, 1 Wednesday bucket strips and a free medium popcorn along with it. Fraud regarding my original order and also got defective pieces

I ordered 10 hot and crispy chicken and paid for the same but I got the different and mixed pieces of different item, only 3 pieces was of Hot and Crispy chicken and other seven were chicken strips and also they were burnt partially, I am highly distrustful on your products now, I want my money back.I got the wrong plus defective ones....

I paid through BHIM app, however, the money was transferred through, the notification did not come in time and I had to pay through cash, kindly return 410 rs gone through my account to KFC. Currently I paid 820 rs, kindly transfer the 410 rs gone through BHIM APP....

double payment done for 1 order

I ordered a big 8 for which I used the google pay payment method. FIRST time the payment was in processing and was not yet done...so I started the payment again and the second payment was successful while the first payment was still in processing...after some time the 1st payment also got completed. So I want refund for that....

Payment refund

Hello, I’m from Chennai. On 21st December 2020 around 7:15pm I was trying to place an order on the KFC app. I opted for the UPI mode of payment and the money was deducted through google pay but the order was not confirmed. I had to pay again through a different card. So the money was deducted for my order twice.

I have attached a copy of the transaction receipt for which the order was not placed at all. I kindly request...
