So this thing might be a little hard to catch up cause there might be confusion, but I'll try my best to re-enact the scenario as to what happened, so please do resolve this issue, as soon as possible!
I visited a branch of kfc in new bel road, Bangalore, on 16/02/21. Ordered food through kfc app and selected take away, as dine- in wasn't available. So from the app i was redirected to UPI, i paid an amount of Rs.342 but the staff told that they didn't receive order at all . Right in front of them i ordered, my money got deducted but they told they didn't receive any order !! Kinda ridiculous ...but i understand that this might be a glitch, so please RESOLVE this!
