30th march I ordered via upi, I have screenshot also but did not got any order id . I got a sms that "we will try to push your order, if not succesfull, refund will be processed within 4-5 days . I called customer care and they suggested to re order using COD and wait for upi refund . I did the same or suggested . Till now did not received any refund

      Sir, I with my family visited Inorbit malad kfc outlet on friday2and ordered family bucket, when we tasted chicken it was very salty, and outer coating was torn and not upto mark when I complaint, miss noor accepted that chicken was salty, kfc ruined my family lunch, didn't accept such kind of quality from kfc, pls explain why such quality product and horrible experience

        I ordered food on kfc app and I paid online for yhe food unfortunately the order failed the food never came and when I called the customer support they said order failed and said I would be refunded under 72 hours its been 72 hours I still haven't receive my refund and when I call customer support they all hang up telling me to wait

          I ordered a burger and fries worth Rs 310 from KFC. It was deliver so.late that it was not in condition to be eaten. It was cold and total waste of money.

              We ordered chicken burger and the burger has no taste. We call the staff person for showing him but he didn't came he said another person to come but no one came and listen to us. There was only chicken no sauce nothing only cabbage which was tasting disgusting

                I've ordered from KFC dated 25th March 2021. The money was deducted from the wallet but neither food nor money was received. Talked to customer care they said the deducted money will be given back to you in 72 hrs. And you'll get a notification. So far 80 hrs has been passed. Now even Customer care number( [protected]- Kolkata) is saying not in used.
                Please look into this. I hereby attaching the transaction details for your reference.

                    I had purchased a burger at KFC Gachibowli, Hyderabad. I also wanted to buy a water bottle but they were charging me 50 rupees for 1 ltr of Aquavess water. I did not buy the water though.
                    The reason for this complaint is - I wanted to bring this to the notice of concerned authorities so that they do not loot customers with high-priced water bottles.

                            Hi my name is Navneet Singh. I went to kfc, elante mall, Chandigarh, India on 7th of march 2021 and on that day i order the meal which was around 600 and i gave 2000 rupees cash to the lady(staff of kfc’s) and unluckily i forgot to ask her to give me my change which is 1400 rupees and next day i went to kfc elante mall, chandigarh and explained everything to manager ( Rudransh [protected]) and i requested him to check the cctv cameras but he told us that ON THAT DAY cameras were on maintenance he lied to us and next day i talked to customer care and they gave me another elante’s manager number ([protected] kamal bhandari) i talked to him and he told me that he will sent me my cctv camera’s clip but after 2 hours he blocked my number so after that incident i am pretty sure that they know i am saying truth .. please help me to get my money back

                                  We order XL popcorn but they served in L boxes & when we asked to serve it in XL Bucket they lesened the quantity and started arguing with us this will be the quantity provided ...
                                  This is not the first time we have faced this problem...
                                  This should not be a brand like kfc shoould do to their clients...

                                    I ordered at 8:32pm and got a message of dispatced at 9pm but I got my order at 10:45 pm after my guest left the house.
                                    This is very poor service. Never expected this from KFC. What is the use of ordering in app If the proper service is not given?
                                    If I call the manager(CMH road Bangalore India store), said already dispatched by thier delivery channel partner. After waiting for long time, I complaint through customer care and had a word with Manager again, and he shared one more delivery channel partner details to contact but again he failed to deliver. Finllay at 10:45 pm I received my order after doing all the circus with your KFC team. I understand it's not problem of KFC employees, they have dispatched my order twice with your delivery channel partner, but I did not receive the order from them. Going forward Please Ensure you select right and good delivery channel partner who gives good service and give a good name to KFC.
