I had ordered 17th feb kfc from sector 72 Noida through Zomato. The outlet was not able to even complete the order and give it to the Zomato delivery guy. This is ridiculous service by a KFC outlet. When I called the outlet they said its taking time and I had to cancel my order as it was so late in the night and had go out at 11 in the night to look for food.

Money deducted but order didn't get placed

So this thing might be a little hard to catch up cause there might be confusion, but I'll try my best to re-enact the scenario as to what happened, so please do resolve this issue, as soon as possible!
I visited a branch of kfc in new bel road, Bangalore, on 16/02/21. Ordered food through kfc app and selected take away, as dine- in wasn't available. So from the app i was redirected to UPI, i paid an amount of Rs.342 but the staff told...

I had placed an order on the 7th of February using their app, the store calls and said they don't deliver to my location and they will cancel the order and process my refund. Till now it's not been processed. I have been calling the customer care they are not responding correctly. Nor are they aware the order was cancelled...

Ordered multiple times payment debited but order not placed or refunded

I have been trying to place the order in KFC official app and done payment of around 900 rs.Order was placed from two numbers.I have contacted many times to customer care regarding this and the outlets they have been saying order was unsuccessful due to technical issues from your end.its so irritating and there is no refund initiated from your end till now.

I was ordering on 8 feb 2021 i chose amazon pay upi for payment there transaction was successful but on kfc app i have seen a msg for seconds that order failed. And finally order not placed.

Another food waste(waste of portion of eaten apple) inside chicken zinger

Food quality not as per standard

I would like to say that today I went to KFC which is in khatauli (Entertainment mall).
I ordered for chicken pieces but there is something wrong with the food and its like a stale food and not as per standard of KFC ...

My order was not delivered.
I have been calling to lodge complaint about the same at various helpline numbers but unable to connect to any of it.
This is highly disappointing cheating on someone's money.

Online Order Refund 2

First Online order was placed on KFC website on 23rd Jan 2021 Saturday at 5:40pm; message received from KFC at 5:41pm that the order didn't go thru and they are trying to Push the same. Then I called up customer care, wherein they stated that the order is not placed and Refund will be processed within 72 Hrs. Value was INR. 1, 789.50. And they suggested we try again to place the order.

Chicken is very bad and very black colour bad small

I am going to eat food KFC in erramanzil metro mall nimis beside

That's chicken 🍗 it's black colour and it's smell, I am asking shope keeper and cook told blood is there so it' small and heating very high temperature 🌡️. It's very bad experience so bad, I don't eat....
