I placed an order through kfc app on 12 May 2021, in the name of vibha ... amounting Rs 1386/-... money was deducted from my paytm acnt whereas i did not receive the order neither there was any confirmation msg regarding my order... i have been trying to contact on the number given on kfc app ie [protected] but there is no response... kindly refund the money

name, date, paytm transaction number number (along with the screenshot) everything is mentioned in the complaint... don’t know about the restaurant details and order Id b’coz I didn’t get any confirmation msg regarding my order and no information on the app regarding the same.. I was informed on the mail that due to some technical issue order could not be placed.. money was debited from my acnt it is clear from the screen shot attached with my complaint earlier

    No refund for order cancelled but payments deducted

    I made an order of 825 rd on 24/4/2021 and it showed order failed.
    I called up the customer care and they advised me to mail at kfc.[protected]@sapphirefoods.in and have sent the screenshots of the payment as well. They told me I would get a refund in 3 to 5 working days but till date I havent received any refund....

    My order on 07.05.2021, Friday was :
    1) MIXED ZINGER DOUBLES x 3 = Rs.854.28/-
    2) BIG 8 = Rs.589.52/-

    Total Incl Delivery Charges = Rs.1507.74/-

    This order was made to celebrate my colleague's birthday in office for lunch.This was ordered through Zomato from Indiranagar KFC Outlet .

    When the ordered was delivered and about to eat one of the burger when noticed had a fried fly attached to the onion .It took everyone by shock and disgust all 3 staff dropped the intention of eating and literally threw all of the ordered items to garbage .When complained to the outlet they sent a burger as a replacement, which was totally unacceptable and didn't expect that this would be the response.I had captioned the photo of the burger with fly and video graphed the same and have it as a record.Being a regular customer and a die hard fan of KFC for a long time didn't want to publish it with media nor on google to affect the reputation of a company which I love the most when it comes to chicken.

    I expected a better way of being sorry and compensated by KFC.

    Awaiting a call back from KFC at the earliest .

      The staffs are unable to understand the things ordered. They always make errors while punching the bill. There's a lack of knowledge about the whole menu. After asking multiple times also they make mistakes. The essence of hospitality is missing. We usually order a lot from KFC but every time they miss something or the other. Apart from food sometimes spoons, tissue papers, ketchups etc. are also missing.
      The quality of the service is not apt being a service based forum.

        I have ordered food at 7pm and I am supposed to receive food by 7:45 but I have not received till now at 9:17 pm. I’ve called to their customer care no [protected] and raised a ticket by 8:10 pm and they said I will get reply within 10 mins but no call message or email then I’ve called several times but all the calls are not responded and then I called to [protected] and at 9:05 they said order got cancelled they are refunding my money that I will receive it within 7 working days.. and they said I will get a call back within 5 to 10 mins but I didn’t receive any call till now... Me, my husband and our child waiting for food till now and no other options in this situation to go out and we starve today even before paid money to this kfc thiefs and we need to wait for another 7 working days to get the money back from this thiefs

        KFC Manager called me later night and he apologized for their mistake, he accepted to refund the money and the delivery man reached us next day and he refunded the money back and he delivered the food we ordered the previous day for free.

        KFC Manager called me later night and he apologized for their mistake, he accepted to refund the money and the delivery man reached us next day and he refunded the money back and he delivered the food we ordered the previous day for free.

          I ordered KFC online today, the 8th May, 2021 and while the transaction for my order has been done, an amount of Rs. 771.50, my order was not placed and i was redirected to my cart. The transaction was done through google pay.

          Please see to this matter as soon as possible. I have not recieved any kind of message or information regarding refund or my failed order. Would loved to hear back from the company.

            Hi this is swathi.
            I've placed an order from kfc app in month of March, mistakenly it it location of banglore, whereelse I'm in Hyderabad. delivery guy called me cancelled the order and said will be refunded...

            I called many times with costumer executive many times. But couldn't complete my issue...

                  I ordered food (takeaway) on 4th May.2021 . I made payment of Rs.737 through credit card but order not placed. My money got deducted from my card. I went to the venue from where I ordered takeaway. Banner of KFC was there but some repair work was going on the premises. If repair work is going on then how KFC is taking orders.                       The chicken was packed hot that due to condensation water droplets where formed inside the box and made all the chicken inside the box wet and moist . The cold pepsi bottle was kept near the chicken box in the delivery bag and the cold water from the outside of the bottle got absorbed by the box making the chicken even more moist

                            Hi, i visited KFC ToliChowki near Indian Oil petrol pump, Hyderabad. I ordered for a mingles bucket and 7up. The Chicken strips and wings were over salted. I asked for a replacement for which they said al the strips and wings are of the same taste and so it will be replaced with a chicken piece (normally comes in a Chicken bucket) . I was a bit unsatisfied but agreed to it...but the given piece was uncooked. The taste was of a roadside and not of KFC authentic one. I complained again for which the lady over there put a blank face. I returned home half stomach paying full bill :(

                              Hi,
                              I am from Pune and I regularly order from KFC specially on Wednesdays.
                              Yesterday I had ordered for 10 pcs bucket and 12 pcs boneless.

                              Sorry to say for the first time in the 10 pcs bucket there were 6 leg pcs and 4 pcs breast which was not cooked upto the mark, I mean upto KFC standards. Instead of juicy it was hard to bite.
                              6 leg pcs was too much for us and didn't expect this from KFC.
                              The order was placed at Kumar Pacific Mall Pune.
                              Request you to kindly look into this at the earliest and advise.
