Bought 8 pcs chicken bucket, very bad oil smell.Old rancid oil used in preparation. 15 min ago Children ate it before we could find out.
Great chance of food poisoning.

This is to inform you that on the 13th of this month, I made an order on the KFC app, which amounted to 380 rupees. I paid for the same with my account on Axis bank. The money was deducted from my account, but no order was placed on the app. I contacted the bank yesterday, and they told me that the payment was successful from the bank, with payment reference no. VUTI[protected]. Kindly look into the matter and issue my refund. Thank You....

I tried ordering from KFC online on 20/11/2020 but the website caused and error where my money was deducted but order was not made so i again tried to place an order of the same amount but this time the order was placed along with the earlier order. So basically two same orders were placed i called the KFC from where the delivery was to be made and cancelled one order and they told me that i will get back my refund but the thing is its been...

On 25th Nov 2020 i have order for zinger box in bombay airport. I did payment using phonepe, it was processing and shown payment status as pending. So, KFC person said to make payment again with some other medium. So, i did payment using card.Both(phonepe and card) payment got success, so it is like payment happened twice for one order.
Please revert back one payment.

I ordered chicken from KFC online, my money got deducted but I did not receive any order or order id. I am attaching details about the order....

I had ordered 3 Burgers on 19th of Nov 2020, and so far despite over 6 calls to the call centre and around 24hrs of waiting I have not received my Burgers yet.
There are only Apologies conveyed by the call centre team but no one seems to be helping or giving a solutions. Calls are kept on hold with music playing in the background, in the name of calls being transferred to the respective team or branch....

This complaint regard the negligence of the Kfc staff's...I visited so many times KFC(kanchipuram branch) every time there doing the same mistake (I ordered 7up but they are giving ice water with5%soda flavor) and also they are using pepsi cup for all drinks .very poor service .it was happened so many times please take action regard this issue...thank you...

On 18th November I placed an order through the kfc app. Payment was made through Google Pay app. However the order has not been made. Kindly look into the matter and provide refund against the same asap. Receipt of the transaction has been attached herewith....

I ordered through kfc app while paying money in payment gateway i chose UPI phonepay app for payment my transaction was succesful but in kfc app the order was not confirmed. So kindly look into the matter and refund my amount as soon as possible. I am attaching my payment details...

Ordered kfc chicken for 450 rupees and amount also paid through upi. But food not delivered and no messages came....

On 15th November 2020 at 6.28pm I have placed the order through KFC app and made they via Google Pay but outlet didn't receive the order.

Ordered 2 5in1 classicZngr box which must be of total 436.20 ₹.
But the lady at the counter total billed the same at 757.00 ₹ and i did'nt got that but because the bill given to me was on temporary paper not a genuine order invoice.
As later while dining i doubted the price and thought that she must have got us another zinger box which must be of 757 ₹ for both.
SO later on after 5 hours when i got the genuine...

Did not receive order. Very disappointed....

Have ordered Wednesday bucket today through website, but haven't received the free zinger burger, as its showing with every offer free zinger is available. If you people are not providing the free offer what you claim then what's the need of the website. And as discussed with the Lake mall person, they said there was a tick option to avail the free burger, which may be I haven't ticked while placing order, but again...

Our location is parnashree Behala and our nearby kfc is sakherbazar KFC and We were trying to order kfc for order since last 6 days. however it is always showing kfc is temporarily closed.

When I contacted in sakherbazar KFC store. They had given me a landline number for oder the kfc and they are taking order and doing delivery the same location.

My question is that why KFC is considering to take order manually...

People here are so worthless and donf have minimum time sense to deliver or call the customer and inform have no curtosy .. managment is worse and never never nsver order from KFC app its the worst app i have eber seen and have no.updates on anything .....

I placed an order through kfc website on November 8th at 12.40pm. My order number is K231E17205, which was handled by KFC center at Kadri Mall, Mangalore. The delivery guy is saying he is not responsible for refund since they are outsourced by KFC only for delivery, where as KFC outlet is saying they only give the order to delivery guy and they are not responsible after that. I have received a mail from kfc that order is delivered,...

I ordered twice from kfc app for take away from kfc store in CMR central, visakhaptnam..once i did payment from netbanking nd once from google pay..money was deducted but order not placed in both the cases ..
