I ordered in kfc application and it took to the payment i chosed to pay through google pay and i paid the money...money also got deducted but then the application didnt show any order i tried contacting the customer support it had no response please initiate the refund as soon as possible i will share my transaction details

        Chicken Wings Sorrow Taste

        I have ordered 2 Popcorn Rice bowls along with 8 wings. However, the wings were sorrow in taste. Usually, I ordered it from KFC Yeshwanthpur, however due to non availability I ordered it from NEW BEL Road KFC Store. Experience was worst since meal was worst in taste. I never expected this kind of taste from KFC Store. I am consuming weekly or biweekly, since more than a decade, I never expected this kind of taste and experience from KFC....

          Made a payment for the bucket of Rs 550, and the transaction was successful through Gpay. But the order was not placed in their app and showed unsuccessful transaction. And the money was lost from my account.

            I have been a frequent customer at your Bandra (Mumbai) outlet and have always had a good experience. For the first time I visited your Chembur outlet at K Star mall last Sunday the 3rd of Jan. I ordered 2 ultimate meals and wanted a takeaway as we had guests at home. I requested the order taker to give me a bottle of Pepsi instead of the three glasses which come with the ultimate meal since I was taking a takeaway. The order taker then called the manager who goes by the name of Nilufer and she at first refused to give me the bottles of pepsi. When I told her that I have always been given two bottles of Pepsi with every ultimate meal when it is a takeaway at your Bandra outlet, she very rudely told me that she could not comply with that. When I again told her that KFC rules cannot be changed at different outlets and it should be uniform, then she agreed to give me one bottle. She then called up someone, I assume from the Bandra outlet and started screaming at the person on the other end on why are they giving two bottles of pepsi to customers who take a takeaway. And this conversation went on for a good five minutes. She made it a point that I heard every bit of her conversation. Later when the two ultimate meals were being packed I noticed that the three dips that come with the meal were not included. I then brought it to the notice of the order taker and she told the person packing the meals to include the dips. Here again instead of putting six dips for two meals, he was putting only three. The order taker again had to instruct the person packing the meals to put six dips. Finally when the meals were ready, they were again hesitating to give me the bottles of pepsi. At first they gave me only one, but later when I reminded them that I have taken two meals, they gave me the second bottle. The sheer incompetence of the staff only reflects the attitude and rude behaviour of the manager Nilufer. I would never ever wish to visit your Chembur outlet due to the rude behaviour of the manager and the incompetence of her staff.

                I ordered with KFC through zomato on the evening of January 2nd 2021. The order amount was roughly Rs. 500. When the zomato delivery agent showed up, I realized that they had messed up the order and had forgotten many things. I returned it to the agent and upon reaching the outlet, he put me on call with the manager. This KFC is in Tambaram Sanatorium region in Chennai. The manager was very unprofessional and after a few seconds he put me on hold and cut me off. A few seconds later, the agent called back again and this time the manager told me that yes they screwed up the order and that he can send the right order the next day! Really? I told him that if I wanted to eat next day I can order the next day and asked him what was his point. I told I would like my order canceled and he said I had to get the refund from zomato.

                Now, I have taken up the refund process with zomato. The point here is this manager is woefully unsuited to front a business that has such a big brand name. It was his responsibility to get things right and when his store messed up, he should own up and be courteous about it and not act in such an arrogant fashion. As is with any job, you screw up, you man up and own it. Same holds for KFC. This is unacceptable and hope such people are filtered appropriately the next time KFC decides to promote somebody as a store manager.

                  Ordered by 10:30 and still haven't got my order. I ordered for breakfast. And now I am getting feed back links about how the delivered order was it 1:00 clock. Is this how kfc operates. If you can't deliver soon why can't you cancel the order.

                    I recently placed on order through the KFC website has guest user from my registered number [protected] from Bengaluru on 1st January 2021. I paid Rs 434 from paytm but the order was not placed . But The amount was deducted from my account. Later I called KFC customer support there told me i will get refund within 72 hours . So I placed 2nd order from phone pe and it was successful. So please don't get confuse with that.
                    1st order payment details : 3.13pm payment was done through paytm
                    2nd order payment details: 3.24pm payment done through phone pe
                    I have attached screenshot for your reference.
                    Please initiate the refund as soon as possible and help me get this issue resolved.

                    I have sent everything. Both the screen shot of payment and time . And ur email id is protected and i don't know that KFC is very bad with its customers support system

                              I ordered in kfc where order I'd is 3230 at 7pm. Till now it is not received. I tried to contact their number no one is picking up. This is not good. Even I am not able to cancel the order. I am texting thiss message at 10pm. If they are not able to deliver why taking the order and wasting our time for waiting for the food. Take action on these. I lost my money whether they will refund it.

                                    I made an order through kfc mobile app using sbi net banking and the payment was successful as my account got deducted with rs784 but i did not get any order confirmation.

                                    I have even called up kfc customer service but they said there was no order in my mobile number an did not help me any further.

                                      I ordered through KFC app on 30.12.2020. My order contained 1 medium fries, 1 Wednesday bucket strips and a free medium popcorn along with it. But when I received my order the fries were missing from it. I tried to contact the concerned store but my calls went unanswered. Please help me in resolving my issue.
