A payment was deducted of 1309 from my Paytm account on 21 feb 2021 but the order wasn’t placed and the money hasn’t been refunded yet .. please look into it . And solve it out by refunding the amount

    Hi,
    I recently placed an order in KFC from chennai on 3th march 2021. I paid Rs 258 via debit card (bank of india) but the order was not placed . The amount was also deducted from my bank account.
    I have attached screenshot for your reference.
    Please initiate the refund as soon as possible and help me get this issue resolved.

        I ordered 3 items from the KFC app but received only 2 of them.
        The order consisted of 1 regular popcorn, zinger tandoori and classic zinger. Popcorns were missing from the parcel.
        Date of incident: 1/3/2021 ( Monday )
        Total Bill: Rs 443
        Cost of Popcorn: Rs 103
        This is too much carelessness showed by the employees of KFC.
        I request a refund of Rs 103 for the popcorn which I was supposed to receive but didn't because of the absent-mindedness of the employees.

          I went to your store today, I placed my order and after that I took a bite of chicken after that I got a hair in it, I have been going to KFC for a long time but today I have a lot of disappointed which happened today in my meal, while suddenly I saw that the hair was in chicken piece, I want to complaint about this thing I m very disappoint with this thing as you know there is a covid pandemic is gone This is so hilarious thing I'm visited at preet vihar KFC store bill number is 5532 or iwill register complaint againts preet vihar kfc store or I will mention this incident with Twitter and social media platform

                I placed a order at KFC containing Regular pop corn and pop corn rice bowl. The order was place at 9:31PM the order was delivered at 11:09 PM . The rice and chicken was not even warm The rice was at the half proption in the bowl.

                  it was special occasion, no probs show must go on.

                        I had ordered 17th feb kfc from sector 72 Noida through Zomato. The outlet was not able to even complete the order and give it to the Zomato delivery guy. This is ridiculous service by a KFC outlet. When I called the outlet they said its taking time and I had to cancel my order as it was so late in the night and had go out at 11 in the night to look for food.

                          So this thing might be a little hard to catch up cause there might be confusion, but I'll try my best to re-enact the scenario as to what happened, so please do resolve this issue, as soon as possible!
                          I visited a branch of kfc in new bel road, Bangalore, on 16/02/21. Ordered food through kfc app and selected take away, as dine- in wasn't available. So from the app i was redirected to UPI, i paid an amount of Rs.342 but the staff told that they didn't receive order at all . Right in front of them i ordered, my money got deducted but they told they didn't receive any order !! Kinda ridiculous ...but i understand that this might be a glitch, so please RESOLVE this!

                            I have visited your kamla nagar delhi outlet on 14 /02/2021 which bill no is 8838 bill amount of 1023 Rs.
                            Your boys charged 5.71 Rs for paper beg I told him this is totally against " order passed by honorable chandigarh consumer forum and delhi consumer forum too."
                            Advocate Nikhil Majithiya said on above said after this order the ministry of consumer affair Govt of India issues guidelines no shopkeeper will charge for bag from consumer.
                            I will definitely move to apex consumer court of delhi for said matter which are decided early on two honorable forum.
                            Reply fast and represent your point why I am not go to honorable forum.
                            You are good and famous brand on Non veg lover it will defame you and dent your business too.

                                I had placed an order on the 7th of February using their app, the store calls and said they don't deliver to my location and they will cancel the order and process my refund. Till now it's not been processed. I have been calling the customer care they are not responding correctly. Nor are they aware the order was cancelled

                                  I have been trying to place the order in KFC official app and done payment of around 900 rs.Order was placed from two numbers.I have contacted many times to customer care regarding this and the outlets they have been saying order was unsuccessful due to technical issues from your end.its so irritating and there is no refund initiated from your end till now.
                                  Iam attaching the order details and payment from paytm screen shot.its clear from screenshot there is two payment done for kfc from my paytm.kindly do check and process the refund.

                                      Payment Failure

                                      I was ordering on 8 feb 2021 i chose amazon pay upi for payment there transaction was successful but on kfc app i have seen a msg for seconds that order failed. And finally order not placed.

                                      It is about 1 hr i didn't get refund for this. Kindly help
